Expérience négative: Very poor customer service over the phone had to tell them my schedule multiple times to explain to them that I'm only interested in driving, but that's just the customer service "How's the driving instructor" you may ask the instructor was below average and actually the wrong instructor I was supposed to be with as a Family Member of mine wouldn't shut up about an instructor who worked there who taught my other friends and family how to drive. Long story short The Instructor can barely speak proper english, telling me very late to do turns and is just bad at teaching. Whenever friends and family say "Good instructor I know." Dont take them up on the offer and do your own research before they apply you to sum backwoods mid driving school like Megacity .

Expérience négative: The instructor was not really helpful with teaching you how to drive they are very much all about the money once you have completed your driving lessons they leave you to figure out everything for yourself. I don’t recommend this driving school I think your money would be worth more somewhere else. Definitely disappointed with my service. And the instructor screams while trying to give corrections which can be overwhelming.

Expérience fantastique: The instructor I was with was very professional and informative. Very knowledgeable about the road which made it easier for me to understand. He was also very pleasant to talk to. It made driving a little less nerve-wrecking for me. I would definitely recommend this place!^^

Expérience négative: I am displeased with how the person handling inquiries delivers customer service. He explained their package to me and I repeated it to confirm if I understood it right, he told me "I already told you, If you are listening" . This shows how poor their customer service is and how impatient they are. Will surely not enrol here.

Expérience fantastique: i was able to get the promotional offer for my son. So, that's a good start. The manager/owner sounds so pleasant to talk to over the phone. For now, I can give a first impression rating and review. Stay tuned when the actual full course program happens. Cheers!

Expérience négative: I contacted Megacity to receive my G1, I completed the in class and was going to practice how to drive. The instructor was very impatient, and not friendly at all. I paid for half of the service as I switched driving schools. If you are a new driver and want to feel comfortable I recommend Smart driving school.

Expérience négative: Worst driving school in North York. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this driving school. The driving instructor has absolutely no knowledge of what he's teaching his students. Don't go there. invest your money into a good driving school !
