Expérience négative: Bad service. The instructor did not even go over with my child after her first failed driving test. He dropped her off at home and never heard from him or YD again. I ended up booked her 2nd test and that was it. Overpriced and it took them a long time to respond for lessons or cancellation etc. Never want to use them again. Do not waste money on Young Drivers. Stay away from them.

Expérience négative: Nobody should use this company. They have about four people doing the whole lower mainland and one instructor per section. Good luck getting some actual driving training. They have about 20 people answering telephone calls to get appointments and one instructor taking people driving. They need one person taking phone calls 20 people doing driving instruction and a really good online booking system so that you can make an appointment yourself. This business is an outrageous waste of money. Don’t waste your money. If I could give this company a zero rating I would. What I really want is my money back. Who wants to wish me luck on that.

Expérience fantastique: If you are looking for a good driving instructor Jacob R is the man to go to. Jacob R is a very friendly guy and he made me feel much more confident with my driving, I could not recommend Jacob R enough!
Expérience négative: There was no response from Young Drivers to book road lessons for MONTHS despite numerous texts and emails on our part. They take your money like others have mentioned and disappear!! They always say they lost instructors as an excuse as to why they are so fragmented and unorganized. They never called back, never returned emails or texts. So unprofessional, such poor management, no surprise they constantly loose instructors. Really regret going with Young Drivers DO NOT USE Young Drivers in BC!! ANYWHERE IN BC IS HORRIBLE!!! ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!

Expérience négative: (1) nightmare to book a time (2) if they cancel due to their reasons, they don't care about the student and have NO EFFORT to help to book make up classes before the Road Test (3) Poor communications with booking Road Test with ICBC, mess up at least twice and we went thinking we have a Road Test but no records at ICBC (4) TERRIBLE SERVICE

Expérience négative: In summary: accepted my payment and disappeared over the horizon. 3 weeks ago I contacted this school to start my driving lessons. On the phone, they advised me to take 5 classes and directed me to the website to enrol. After that, I tried to discuss the schedule but it was impossible to get hold of them on the phone, I was constantly put on hold. So I enrolled online for 5 classes which involved registration on their website and providing the credit card details. The payment was immediately processed. Then I sent several messages trying to schedule lessons but I never got an answer. I tried to reach the school out on the phone multiple days in a row but I only was put on hold for hours. I sent a message to their head office in Toronto but it also remained without response. When 2 weeks later I finally manage to get them on the phone and claimed the money back I was redirected to the Toronto office where nobody was answering. I left a message but after another week I still got no feedback.

Expérience négative: Trying to get a refund as zero service was used. Paid March 7th, can't get anyone on the phone. Have seen many similar stories online. $1753.45 of mine is being held and I want it back. You are scammers. Calling credit card co and BBB. Do not trust this service.
Expérience négative: Don't waste hard-earned dollars. Success is hit and miss and depends on instructor and YD instructor quality has gone way down.
Expérience fantastique: I took my driving classes with YD in 2017, and through the classes learnt a lot of useful information for driving safely. I also had an amazing instructor that taught me how to drive safe and made me feel prepared for my road test. Overall a great experience and definitely made me a safer driver!

Expérience fantastique: I've had a really great experience so far! I will be ready to take my test in May!!! I feel like Young Drivers should be a mandatory part of getting your license. I've witnessed so many close encounters involving irresponsible, careless drivers....
Expérience fantastique: I took my teen and three of his friends to this driving school and us moms are very happy with the results. Very serious comprehensive approach focusing on safety, rules, and risk management. The included private lessons were easily arranged at our own convenience. Our teens are all good and cautious drivers with safe technique because they took this course. Highly recommended.
Expérience négative: Paid for course in spring for my son who took the in class sessions in early summer. There was no response from Young Drivers to book road lessons for MONTHS despite numerous texts and emails on our part. Finally get through to speak with a person on Oct 6, first lessons now November 15! Manager says they lost 3 instructors. They never called back, never returned emails or texts. So unprofessional, such poor management, no surprise they lost instructors. Really regret going with Young Drivers DO NOT USE Young Drivers Kerrisdale!
