Expérience négative: i cannot connect with this school from April to October 31, whatever by phone,by email, by going to the school address. when i registered the school in June, they replied my on sept 10, and when i went to this school, it locked and i wanted for a long time but nobody came.

Expérience fantastique: Very chill and relaxing

Expérience fantastique: My instructor for in class was Aman and was a really informed teacher. Was interesting and nice and was able to relay the information in a fluid manner. Super cool teacher.

Expérience négative: Lazy, un-organized, un-professional staff. I took my lesson here for $500 back in 2016 August only to discover in 2019 that they haven't even bothered to submit my passing record to the government. I called in on their workday between 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM, left a message and no one responded. I initially chose this place because its dirt cheap, do not make the same mistake I did. I'd much rather spend a bit more money and get a fully qualified, trained staff who are passionate about teaching others.

Expérience négative: Took the in class and it was good. However, I had Ruby as my in-car instructor and he seemed to be extremely passive-aggressive and unprofessional. During one of my lessons he made me drive to HIS home because he apparently forgot something, he was constantly on the phone during lessons, AND during my first lesson told me to blow a full blown yellow/ red light. lol

Expérience négative: After my sons G2 test he was given 5 dollars an told to him find his own way home an that your not a taxi service!! How are you going to drop off my kid in the middle of the road?? He wasnt even close to home!! I've paid over 500 dollars and I get this in return!?! Horrible just horrible! VERY dissatisfied!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Hard to get on the phone as well. We had to constantly call ! Forewarning!

Expérience négative: No one is every there to answer the calls or in the office at all I finished my road hours and five months later Im still not in the system

Expérience positive: Our experience with this company was "ok". Not the best driving instructors in the city.

Expérience négative: not good.... after completing the in class instruction, I am having trouble trying to book any sessions with any driving instructors. the 400$ fee for in class instruction AND 10 hours of driving instruction has already been paid; when am I going to get those 10 hours though? It's been more than a week and haven't had 1st lesson yet. Also, this isn't the teacher's fault but his accent was very hard to understand, for several of my classmates too. I'd recommend a different school. update: I had one lesson, and I really didn't like the instructor. He mumbled his instructions and constantly talked on his phone (not just a few times, but about half the time). When I tried to book another lesson with a different instructor, it's been 4 days and they haven't responded.

Expérience fantastique: I got my G2 and full G after taking classes with Ruby. He is very patient, clear in his instructions and was able to know exactly what i need to improve. I really recommend taking road classes with Ruby.

Expérience négative: Our instructor was good for our first lesson. He was very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. We showed up for our second lesson 10 minutes early at which time I noticed a text message from him at posted an hour before the lesson asking if my daughter still wanted her lesson. We quickly responded that we did and that we were waiting in the parking lot. We got no response when we tried to call him as his phone did not accept messages. We called the office. The receptionist said she would try to contact him and get back to us. When our instructor contacted us he said because we had not confirmed out lesson in time we could not have lesson. When I called to complain the receptionist was unsympathetic. At this point I was clearly agitated and expressed my amazement that she was not even willing to offer an apology. She told me that she had done nothing wrong and had nothing to apologize for. I pointed out that she did represent the organization and therefore might want to consider apologizing when a customer had been treated poorly. I was then told to stop yelling or she would be unable to help me. The funny thing was I wasn't yelling. My tone was agitated but I was certainly not yelling. When I told her that I was not yelling she smugly replied, "Yes you are". If this company cares about customer service they might want to either train this woman or replace her. I would like to point out that I was able to further communicate with the driver who did apologize and did seem to to take my advice to confirm appointments the night before instead of one hour before a lesson. He was quite polite and reasonable to deal with.
