Expérience négative: Littéralement, j'ai mis ma fille dans un autre bus car le sien était en panne et ensuite ils n'ont pas pu me dire où elle était ni sur quel bus elle se trouvait. Pendant plus de 30 minutes, j'ai été laissée à paniquer tout en étant censée appeler 3 numéros différents, dont aucun ne pouvait toujours pas me dire où ma fille était !! Incroyablement non professionnel !! Merci Dieu, j'ai finalement réussi à la retrouver !!!!! FAITES MIEUX !! Ce sont nos ENFANTS.

Expérience négative: Celui qui conduit l'unité 3965 à Lacombe doit ralentir, votre conducteur a failli entrer en collision avec mon camion en reculant dans mon allée, ce n'est pas la première fois que ce bus va trop vite dans ce cul-de-sac.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons engagé Prairie Bus pour nos navettes de mariage. Les bus étaient propres et à l'heure. Nos invités ont eu une très bonne expérience. À la fin de la nuit, nous avons tellement apprécié le trajet en bus pour rentrer chez nous et le conducteur était si gentil !! Merci encore :)

Expérience positive: Bien que je n'ai jamais utilisé vos services, je livre des pièces à votre installation pour l'entretien des véhicules. Richard est un super gars et toutes les autres personnes avec qui j'ai traité ont été amicales et professionnelles. Je n'ai aucun doute que les chauffeurs sont exactement les mêmes. Continuez le bon travail.

Expérience fantastique: We recently had a booking for Prairie Bus Lines for our wedding. The booking and payment were straightforward, and April promptly returned any emails and questions. Gary did a fantastic job driving; he was professional, friendly, and communicated well with us on the day. We would recommend their service to any of our family and friends, and the shuttle ensured that all of our family and friends got home safely.

Expérience négative: We’ve used them twice and both times, the driver was dangerously driving all over the road and clearly over tired. They also didn’t stick to our agreement and were very hard to deal with when trying to bring understanding to the situation. Would not recommend to anyone.

Expérience négative: We were very disappointed in Prairie Bus Lines. We ordered 3 charter busses approximately a year in advance for about 150 people. We had 50 or so kids who we had promised charter busses for our excursion, and they were all so excited! We prepaid for our busses a couple of weeks in advance and thought everything was a go. On the Wednesday prior to our Saturday trip, we were emailed informing us that they no longer had charters for us, but would be sending school busses instead. Their reasoning was that they had not enough drivers, busses needed parts, and they had other contracts. We understand that, but why take our money and then leave it to the last minute. Wednesday and Thursday resulted in hours spent on the phone searching all over Alberta trying to secure replacement charter busses for our group, which we ultimately did, though it was very difficult. I cannot review their services, as we didn't actually have them come, but we were very disappointed in the way they treated our group and for the mess that resulted by the way they handled everything. To be fair, they did refund our money promptly and didn't cause a stink about us looking elsewhere for busses. Still, we will be looking elsewhere for future bus trips. The lower price tag was not worth the stress that came from this experience.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent driver. We recently chartered a five day tour of the Rockies and we were lucky to have Jon C as the driver. A great person, an excellent driver and a good company to deal with. Thank you!

Expérience positive: This company has improved a lot in recent time but still has a way to go. Compensation for work still needs improvement as do safety improvements like automatic stop arm cameras on buses with main highway stops both of which requires local school board cooperation.

Expérience fantastique: We booked with Jon and Carrie at Prairie Bus lines to get us some charter buses for our wedding near Millet. They were both very professional and made it easy to schedule multiple buses picking up guests at different locations at separate times. Their bus drivers on the way home late at night even waited for everyone to call there Uber's and Taxi's to not have anyone just waiting out on the street. All around great business and we would book with them again whenever needed!

Expérience négative: Unbelievable safety violations this morning of November 30 2017 bus number 5513 everything from speeding in school zone to dropping children off in a line of moving traffic instead of pulling to the curb .... got to wonder if driver was late for cocktails or what ,Safety first. Do as you have been instructed in training if not you need to find another line of employment....Seriously
