Expérience fantastique: Fantastic experience everyone was really friendly and willing to help. my instructor was Ralf, He was calm and explained things very clearly. it was my first time driving a tractor and trailer, but Ralf taught things very well and built confidence in me so i was calm and ready for the road. Expérience fantastique: Ralf did an exceptional job at preparing me for the Air Brake test. I walked in with absolutely no knowledge on the subject and at 57 years old and a diminishing capacity to learn, comprehend and retain, I was astounded at how much material is provided along with the power point presentation. The most amazing part of the course is the 4 foot by 12 foot display of a fully functioning tractor and trailer set, demonstrating the manual and power point presentation with precision and expertise. No different if you had a tractor trailer as a classroom. This however was even more impressive with classroom set up were the desks move freely on wheels to shift your view from the power point to the tractor trailer and it’s practical application. If obscured by other students to see the application and explanation, of every conceivable occurrence described in the manual and even those questions raised outside of the scope of the manual. With a small class size, your understanding is enhance through active participation and in a way where Ralf makes it easy to interact throughout the presentation. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Ralf clearly proved them wrong. After a good nights rest and a couple hours of review in the morning, the test was easy, finished it in 15 minutes and passed with 4 questions to spare. Ralf’s course is a no brainer in my books, you can go from zero knowledge to an expert overnight, literally the best practical course I have ever attended. Great job Coach Ralf.

Expérience négative: I booked for my air brakes classes they confirmed everything on Sunday and due to which I cancelled my booking from other driving schools for the same coarse but these people cancelled my class at the last moment and now I cannot book through other institutes because it’s too late to book. They are very unprofessional people and I suggest that no one should go there for air brakes classes. They spoiled my time now I have to wait for another 2 weeks coz I don’t have time I took off from work specially for taking this coarse and now I don’t have anything to do and I am screwed.

He has a way of explaining things so that everyone can understand. His hands on approach, in classroom components and demonstrations ensure you’re confident in your understanding. Expérience fantastique: this school has intelligent teachers and suportive office staff , i am impressed to still see such a good school with truely excellent efforts every step of the way until i passed the road test and after too with help in finding a job too ! i am very happy i went to a school that has teachers with good hearts !! at Airbrake Academy of Alberta school they call them self's educators at the school !! i never heard any of the staff call Airbrake Academy of Alberta school "a business" , never, never, never, and so i felt realy good about being in a good real school !! i needed a few extra lessons on how to back up Large vehicles, and Ralf went out of his way, and took the time to make sure i was properly taught and practised more than enough to ensure a successful transition of Life for me !! i've been at other truck driving schools Like Genaro truck driving school "business", and they don't operate like a school , they call them self's "a business" not a school, i spent around $ 2500 at genaro and didn't even get a road test, all i got was old storries from the 1940's . i've heard about cammeron truck driving school "business", as long as that you have $ 5000 - $6000 they get you a licence even if you can't drive safely ! Airbrake Academy of Alberta only cost me $ 1600. & 11 days to get what i've wanted for a Long time ! i recommend Airbrake Academy of Alberta to anyone who truly cares about the safety of their family , friends , the city people, and of course your own well being in health and in Finances ! ! when you suround yourself around intelligent people , you too become intelligent ! ! Expérience fantastique: 5 stars are not enough, if you have any doubts about Airbrake academy just sit down with the instructors for 5 min and take in the knowledge. I did my Airbrake in class course with them and went on to get my Q on the same day, when it was time to do my class 1 road test, Airbrake Academy was a no brainer. Great trainers and great staff. Ralph taught me things i will take along with me when i embark on my career as a driver, THANK YOU !!!

Expérience fantastique: I took my airbrake course with Ralf, I was pleasantly surprised with his teaching and instruction ability. His vast knowledge of the air brake systems allowed him to really break down the components individually and present it to his students in such a manner that allowed me to understand the systems and process. I didn't have a plan in place for my road exam or driver training prior to the airbrake course but after the course I was so impressed with his patience, leadership and knowledge that I decided to take my driver training with him. After 10 hours of in truck training I was ready for the road exam. Ralf's ability to break down his instruction to the individual components and systems allowed me to succeed. Preparing the pre-trip instruction, to the air brake test to the in truck training puts the student in the right frame of mind to be prepared accordingly. I would highly recommend Airbrake Academy to any future student who is thinking about taking their class 1.

Ralph gives you the knowledge and security needed to drive on any road condition. He is patient and will never make you feel like a dummy for not knowing. Very approachable and respectful. Expérience fantastique: Signed up for the air brakes course a couple weeks prior to the class. Very friendly and accommodating. Showed up for the course and they had coffee, pens and highlighters for the books all laid out. Everything was organized and the instruction was excellent. Would highly recommend.
