Expérience fantastique: Je viens du Cameroun et j'ai dû passer le test pratique et tout ce que j'ai appris de Lucy a été un succès. Ils ont un enseignant très précis et bon.

Expérience négative: Ils arrivent en retard en classe et en plus, ils m'ont laissé sans la voiture de location que j'avais réservée le jour de l'examen et n'ont jamais voulu me rembourser cet argent.

Expérience négative: J'ai eu une expérience extrêmement horrible. Ils sont difficiles à joindre et m'ont bloqué après que j'ai essayé de les appeler. Je suis maintenant sans espoir. Je dépose une plainte auprès de SAAQ le centre de consommateurs.

Expérience fantastique: Merci beaucoup à Lucy et son équipe pour tout le temps consacré, j'ai enfin mon permis de conduire, ils ont fait un excellent travail.

Expérience négative: ridicule...cela semble bien compliquer avec eux, pas moyen de les rejoindre, a pars en clavardant. je me suis deplacer 2 jours daffiler, jamais personne. ensuite je nest que comptant donc il me disent daller au bureau pour payer entre 4-5h et tout est fermer... je vais aller voir une autre ecole, ou sa sera moin compliquer

Expérience négative: Horrible experience. Theory was basically a smelly elder who would present video cassettes from the 80s about basic driving lessons (i.e. put your seatbelt on, look on each side of the road before driving). Netheless to say nobody in the class learned anything. When it came to passing the exam, everyone failed it once at least. For practice, no comments. Lucy seems patient but does the bare minimum and the easiest things to get it over with asap. Booking an appointment is difficult. The guy at the reception is creepy and makes people unconfortable. They give no tools, no homeworks, no supporting material to help. I remember we had one practice exam for theory we done in class with the teacher and no one could give the right answers as we have learned nothing substantial from them. Please save yourself from wasting your time, energy and money and go somewhere else.

Expérience négative: PROF DE CONDUITE PARLE AU TÉLÉPHONE PENDANT QUE VOUS CONDUISEE SA PREND SUPPOSER 1 mois pour annuler un contrat d’école de conduite j’appelle pour préciser que j’ai un examen théorique à tel date et il me donne un rendez vous la même journée à la même heure. Et me charge 56$ pour avoir manquer le cours, et il me dise ses impossible de contacter Lucy à l’aube le cours ma étais donner juste après que je l’ai appeler pour lui dire. tu veux appeler le secrétariat on entends absolument rien. Je ne conseille pas du tout cette école

Expérience négative: A horrible driving school. They are unprofessional and you will not learn how to drive. They are scamming people because I learnt absolutely nothing here. I am trying to change driving schools and they won’t let me. They say I owe money when I don’t. They are unorganized and liars. Go to any other driving school.

Expérience négative: Pour l’instant compliquer à mort les rejoindre, rendez vous jamais à l’heure, cours en ligne dur 40 minute même pas, et qu’elle essaye de me crosser voir, sa va me faire un plaisir d’y faire faire faillit

Expérience négative: Not respectful and unprofessional like. They lie everyday, they will tell you something and will do something else and they make you pay extra for no reason. I did the module 9 more than five time, on my attestation she forgot to write that I’ve done it . I had to pay another school to do it . I pay $1200 with them, for the other school I pay $800 because she’ll make so much mistake. It was unbelievable. They took 6 months to give me my attestation and she told me she had all this time was waiting for it. I don’t know how she’s going to give me back my money. She can take it as a threat if she do won’t to give me back my money . I am gonna come back to the office and take the computer in just left. I don’t know why she don’t wanna pay me back my money, knowing that I’ve paid the full price for their services.

Expérience négative: Extremely unpleasant experience with this driving school. Very unprofessional. Instructer would constantly show up to lessons late, and end my lessons early. Multiple times during my lessons she would ask me to stop so that she could run an errand/get gas. I sat in the car for 20 minutes waiting for her to finish an errand once in the middle of my lesson. Multiple other reviews seem to also mention this poor timing issue. Owner would also constantly be on the phone during my lessons. Scheduling classes is very difficult as well, as it is very disorganized and even when I state my availabilities it takes 4-5 emails back and fourth of reiterating my availability to be given a class that fits. Imagine doing this for 15 lessons, exhausting and to much stress to only finally drive. When I went to get my final attestation for my road test from the secretary of the driving school, I specifically mentioned this issue and he told me he was certain the code was right and he checked it. Do yourself a favour and PLEASE choose a different driving school. There are multiple more professional ones out there that respect your time and money payed to receive lessons, instead of overbooking students and trying to cut corners during lessons.

Expérience négative: Very unprofessional and unorganised. Most of the lessons are late from the scheduled time. Had to wait for 30 mins outside in dark to wait for the instructions. Don’t choose this school.

Expérience négative: Una mala experiencia con la propietaria, aqui las razones: a la mayoria de las citas tenia retraso, de 15 a 30 minutos. Siempre una excusa y nunca su culpa, por lo tanto pone la culpa en los demas trabajadores. Nada de profecionalidad. Una cita programada en mi calendario y nunca llego a la clase, su excusa: se le olvido ! Salida numero 14, despues de 30 minutos de espera a la hora ajustada, le he echo 13 llamadas antes que me tomara el telefono. Respuesta: el profesor que me iba a dar la clase tuvo un incoveniente...tuve que llamar 13 veces para saberlo! Esa cita era de 1 hora y ella queria darme solo 30 minutos, cuando pedi una explicacion ya que no era mi culpa, se hizo la ofendida. La mayoria de los cursos esta hablando en el telefono sin respeto a sus estudiantes. Puede cambiar sus citas solo 1 hora antes, sin previo aviso, con un correo, no por telefono. Libro de del programa no es original, es una copia mal echa y hay que pagar 100 dolares que no esta incluido en el pago del curso. Fin de la historia, atencion con esta escuela, estan bien desorganizado, no la recomendo. Nada malo que decir de sus otros trabajadores, que fueron profecionales cuando tuve salidas con ellos.

Expérience négative: Horrible driving school. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. However, if you decide to go…ask for a written contract first. NEVER pay before the course begins. PAY BY CREDIT CARD, so you can dispute any charges, if need be. DO NOT PAY DEBIT OR CASH, or you will never see your money again if you ask for a rightful refund. Owner is full of pride, and will dishonestly keep your money. Be careful.

One lesson, she was on a group call for the ENTIRE lesson, how am I supposed to learn anything when she is preoccupied on the phone and not giving me any feedback? Should be reported to the SAAQ. Scheduling classes is very difficult as well, as it is very disorganized and even when I state my availabilities it takes 4-5 emails back and fourth of reiterating my availability to be given a class that fits. Imagine doing this for 15 lessons, exhausting. Also, there seems to be something wrong in this driving school's system where they write their school code as "L-182" on attestation sheets for the SAAQ. When I brought my attestation for a permit to the SAAQ the first time it was almost not approved because the driving school had made an error on the attestation and written "L-182" instead of "A-182". When I went to get my final attestation for my road test from the secretary of the driving school, I specifically mentioned this issue and he told me he was certain the code was right and he checked it. Again at the SAAQ yesterday before my road test, I almost could not take my road test because of the SAME MISTAKE from the school of writing the wrong code. Extremely unprofessional, and after a year of dealing with horrible class timing and scheduling, almost causing me to be unable to take my road test was the last straw. Do yourself a favour and PLEASE choose a different driving school. There are multiple more professional ones out there that respect your time and money payed to receive lessons, instead of overbooking students and trying to cut corners during lessons.

Expérience négative: They don't respect your time and doesn't mind to keep you waiting in hot weather for the instructor to come over 30 minutes thier cars has no functioning air conditioning, it's like drivng a hot metal box, instructors keep confuse you when you drive, the owner tried to scam me by telling me that my driving is the worst and I'll never pass the road test unless I buy at least 10 hours of training (that's $400 +tax) although I'm an experienced driver! Well guess what? I just passed the test easily and no thanks to you

Expérience négative: Completely unprofessional, no time values and doesn’t know the value of appointment. They can change the schedule anytime whenever they want . No parking class was given till to the end of the course.
