Expérience négative: Je conduisais à proximité de l'un de leurs conducteurs allant vers le nord sur l'autoroute 2 depuis Nanton en direction de Calgary. Le conducteur est passé de 10 km/h en dessous de la limite à 30 km/h au-dessus sporadiquement, il suivait de trop près, n'a pas utilisé ses clignotants, a coupé la route à des gens et a conduit tout le chemin avec les feux de route allumés. Si c'est ainsi que leurs instructeurs conduisent, je ne recommanderais pas de les utiliser pour enseigner à quelqu'un d'autre comment conduire.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai réussi mon examen de conduite grâce à ces gars-là. M. Singh est un excellent instructeur, plein de perspicacité et de conseils, et il vous met à l'aise pendant que vous vous entraînez. J'ai réussi mon stationnement en créneau grâce à lui ! Excellent service de la part du reste de l'équipe aussi, la communication était toujours polie et rapide ! :)

Il m'a aidé à me familiariser avec les règles et m'a guidé sur tous les aspects qui sont critiques pour une conduite sécuritaire. Je recommande définitivement ces cours à quiconque souhaite acquérir un peu plus d'expérience et de confiance.

Expérience fantastique: Je n'avais aucune expérience de conduite avant de commencer ma leçon avec M. Singh et j'ai pu réussir mon examen de conduite du premier coup !! C'est un enseignant très patient et minutieux qui prend le temps d'expliquer. Du stationnement en parallèle aux changements de voie, il enseigne toutes les compétences nécessaires en seulement 5 leçons (10 heures). Merci beaucoup M. Singh !!

Expérience fantastique: The online portion of the course was great, but the in car experience was even better. My instructor was very good and helped a lot with my driving. Picks you up and drops you off right on time every time and showed me a variety of different places, to get you ready for where ever you go. Excellent driving instructor!

Expérience négative: Worst costumer service I have ever experienced, I was asking some questions to the lady Diane who was super irritated basically yelling at me over the phone. I was decided to buy the new drivers program, but good instructors and good pricing means nothing when you can’t communicate respectfully with a costumer!!!

They will pick you up and drop you off at your house and the written portion can be done at your own pace online. Thank-you Crowfoot Driving School. We live in the NW and it was a pass first time!

Expérience positive: The instructors were so great but the issue I had was with office staff. I took my curriculum online which I reccomend to anyone because it was easy and convienient and if you are someone who can sit for long periods crushing work it's definitely something you culd accomplish in 2 days. Regarding the office, at first there was a miscommunication between myself and the instructor which was dealt with, but the second time, I had booked an appointment for my last behind the wheel session for 9 am and made sure of that as I had put it down in all of my agendas. The reason I had it set for 9 am was because I had previous commitments at 11 that I already said I would be late for as the behind the wheel ended at 11. Come the day of my last session, it was 9:30 and my instructor had not yet come, so I log in to find out that my session was moved to 1:30 which I would not be able to make forcing me to cancel my session and obviously get charged for it. I had not recieved a call nor an email from anyone saying that my session had been moved. So, I call the office and left a message after the first time, then called back 3 times after that - it has been 4 months since I left the voicemail and I have still not recieved a phone call back. I would first like to express that this is in NO WAY an attack at anyones character, but rather feedback from a consumer, as my job also requires me to talk to and answer people's questions on a daily basis, but it seemed that everytime I had to call the office, the person (who is always the same person) on the other end always seemed impatient and while I'm being honest seemed like she did not want to talk to me, which I did not appreciate. I ended up paying the fee because I thought to myself I've already tried calling and fighting for my case but no one has picked up and I no longer want to feel like im burdening someone with my inquiry via the person on the phone and also didn't want to be THAT person who will never pay because to me that's morally wrong. So I'm dissapointed with the office for attitude and scheduling reasons. Other than that my experience was quite pleasant and would reccommend anyone to register with them. With that being said thank you to the INSTRUCTORS for everything, all your knowledge helped me pass my road test .

Expérience fantastique: I had taken this driving school with instructor Mr. Ashebo. He was very patient and incredibly helpful in making me a better driver. He is very kind and he discusses the mistakes you've made in a polite and informative matter so you can work on them and become a better driver. Mr. Ashebo is a wonderful instructor and he teaches you all the tips and techniques you need to become an independent driver. I successfully passed my road test with flying colours all thanks to Mr. Ashebo's impeccable teaching. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a driving school to Crowfoot Driving School because they treat you with the utmost respect and care.

He also took my son for a refresher driving lesson before the road test today. My son passed with flying colors at first - attempt. Mr Ashebo is an incredible teacher. Expérience négative: From the beginning they started with a lie, I was quoted at $450 and they charged me $530 without a reasonable explanation as well as they seemed in a rush to get money out of you, they were very difficult to communicate with throughout the course as they were always busy driving, would talk over you and didn’t seem to have any office personnel and had thick accents that made it difficult to understand them as they always seemed to be in a rush. My purpose with the course was to have my son prepared for the driving test, which they left the pre test class for the last minute which, without any notice they cancelled and their reasoning was that they called us to cancel but I never received a call and at the last minute I called them to tell them there wasn’t any time left and that the class had to happen as scheduled as the next day my son had the driving test early so there was no time to reschedule and the person was upset on the call and said that the calls were never made and they hung up on me and refused to pick up the phone afterwards and only called me back to continue arguing, so if you struggle with thick accents and unprofessional attitudes I can highly recommend staying away from this. I do believe in human decency and I believe that there are companies out there that are much better than this one.

That instructor is very experienced and helped my son get some confidence as a new driver. Thank you Mr Ashebo for making it easy for young drivers.
