Expérience fantastique: L'équipe de KnowledgeSurge est géniale, du personnel administratif aux instructeurs. Ils m'ont aidé à chaque étape, depuis le cours jusqu'à l'examen, et ils étaient très accommodants. J'ai eu un petit passage difficile avec mes leçons, mais ils ont pris le temps de m'aider à résoudre cela et m'ont préparé pour mon examen. Merci encore à l'équipe de KnowledgeSurge.

Expérience positive: J'ai assisté à Knowledge Surge pour obtenir mon permis DZ, à travers leur classe MELT. Le cours DZ était d'une semaine en classe pour la formation D, 2 jours pour les freins à air avec votre test de validation à la fin du jour 2. Ensuite, 3 leçons en camion (12 heures au total). Personnellement, j'ai payé pour y aller et je dirais que je suis heureux de mon choix, cela dit, certains étudiants avec lesquels vous êtes en classe peuvent ne pas le prendre aussi au sérieux que vous le souhaiteriez, mais cela les concerne. Leur travail a probablement payé pour qu'ils y assistent, donc ignorez-les du mieux que vous pouvez et restez concentré. Les enseignants sont là où cet endroit brille. Ils se soucient vraiment de l'industrie du camionnage et veulent que vous réussissiez. Si vous avez des difficultés à comprendre quelque chose, ils proposeront de rester après les heures ou d'arriver tôt pour vous aider en tête-à-tête jusqu'à ce que vous compreniez. Là où ils ont perdu une étoile pour moi, c'est à cause du personnel de bureau. Lorsque j'ai d'abord appelé pour me renseigner sur les prix des écoles, on m'a dit le prix après impôts... apparemment, puis une fois en classe et que j'ai reçu la facture, c'était nettement plus que ce qui m'avait été initialement annoncé par téléphone. (Allez leur parler en personne, ne les appelez pas). Mon problème suivant est que les cours commencent en même temps que le personnel de bureau commence son service. Presque tous les matins, vous êtes là avant que le personnel de bureau n'arrive, donc si vous avez une question ou avez besoin de résoudre quelque chose avec eux, vous devez attendre plus tard dans la journée car ils ne seront pas là avant le début des cours. Ils annoncent des simulateurs, mais vous ne pouvez les utiliser que si la taille de la classe est petite et que vous avancez rapidement à travers les unités en classe, donc je n'ai jamais pu en utiliser un. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit pour apprendre le camionnage. Beaucoup de formation pratique et des enseignants compétents qui sont amicaux. Je recommanderais aux gens d'y aller s'ils sont sérieux au sujet de s'engager dans la conduite commerciale.

Expérience fantastique: Je ne sais vraiment pas par où commencer. Je vais juste dire que ma toute expérience chez Knowledge Surge a été inoubliable. Cela a été un voyage assez excitant. Le cours AZ est un excellent cours ici. Tous les instructeurs sont très compétents et très serviables, avec des années d'expérience. Ces gars sont un groupe de gars formidables. Le personnel est tous sympathique et très accommodant. Merci Rhiannon et Chelsey. Il y a eu quelques fois où j'ai vraiment eu envie d'abandonner, mais ces gars m'ont encouragé et poussé à continuer et à essayer encore. Ils ont cru en moi, de Clay me permettant de trouver des solutions et de prendre mes propres décisions à John me donnant l'espoir que 'c'est normal, certains gars comprennent juste après la 8ème ou 10ème fois'... LOL.. De bons moments !!! Le jeune homme John ;) m'a appris quelques manœuvres précieuses pour reculer. Dave est un excellent instructeur et nous avons tous beaucoup appris de lui. Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que si vous pensez à obtenir votre licence AZ ou DZ, c'est définitivement un endroit à considérer sérieusement. J'ai beaucoup appris et je me sens vraiment confiant en avançant après tout le savoir que j'ai acquis ici. Merci.

Expérience fantastique: Du début à la fin, les propriétaires, les administrateurs, les instructeurs en classe et les instructeurs en camion étaient de premier ordre. Ils étaient tous des professionnels dans ce qu'ils faisaient et la façon dont ils s'organisaient au sein de leur entreprise, tout en transmettant leurs connaissances de l'industrie. Je recommanderais ces gars et ces filles à quiconque est sérieux au sujet de rejoindre l'industrie du camionnage.

Expérience fantastique: En tant que personne ayant précédemment détenu une licence Az, je peux vraiment dire que ces gars savent ce qu'ils font. Les instructeurs sont très accueillants et patients d'après ce que j'ai observé, je les recommanderais à tout le monde. AKA double embrayage.

Expérience fantastique: Je suis allé à la formation DZ et j'avais très peu confiance en moi et j'étais extrêmement nerveux car c'était nouveau pour moi. Le personnel du bureau était très sympathique et accueillant et mes formateurs Dave, John et Jim étaient amicaux, patients, encourageants, m'ont aidé à renforcer ma confiance et m'ont beaucoup appris. L'autre formateur qui a amené le camion pour mon test était tout aussi sympathique et encourageant. C'était un plaisir de rencontrer tout le monde là-bas. Ils ont tous rendu cela si naturel comme si nous nous connaissions depuis des années, ce qui a aidé à apaiser mes nerfs et j'ai réussi tous mes tests avec brio. Expérience fantastique: Si vous n'avez aucune expérience en conduite de transport et que vous souhaitez entrer dans l'industrie du camionnage. Je vous recommande d'aller à Knowledge Surge. Vous apprendrez beaucoup. Je recommanderais également Lynn comme votre instructeur lorsque vous commencerez à conduire les camions. C'est une excellente enseignante (la meilleure) avec beaucoup de patience. C'est une personne formidable à côtoyer. Elle rendra vos leçons agréables. Pas de stress. Elle vous enseignera et s'amusera à le faire, elle vous fera savoir si vous avez raté quelque chose et vous dira comment le corriger ou vous en souvenir. Elle prend son travail au sérieux et son objectif principal est que vous réussissiez, donc elle fera tout ce qu'elle peut pour vous préparer pour le grand examen sur route.

Expérience fantastique: Je tiens juste à dire que les connaissances et le professionnalisme de votre équipe étaient à un niveau que je n'attendais pas. Le contenu du programme et la façon dont il a été présenté étaient vraiment bien maîtrisés et peu importe si c'était en classe ou dans le taxi, tous les instructeurs ont reconnu comment, en tant qu'individu, j'absorbais l'information. Tous ces instructeurs ont dépassé les attentes et ont créé une relation qui ne sera pas oubliée. De plus, le processus de candidature et d'organisation des cours avec un emploi à temps plein était sans effort, alors merci à vous et à votre personnel pour cela également Rhiannon. Merci à tous les instructeurs : Lynn, Dave, Jim, Greg, et enfin, mais pas des moindres, l'instructeur Dave Seeley, avec toute votre expérience, vous faites une grande école.

Expérience fantastique: Après avoir commencé une deuxième carrière, j'étais hésitant et aussi nerveux à l'idée de retourner à l'école pour entamer une autre carrière. Cela n'a pas duré longtemps car lors de mon premier contact avec l'équipe de Knowledge Surge, des responsables aux formateurs, tout le monde était accueillant et serviable. Cette institution m'a fourni les connaissances nécessaires pour obtenir un poste à temps plein dans les 3 jours suivant la réussite de mon examen de conduite. Knowledge Surge est reconnu dans toute l'industrie comme l'un des meilleurs et je comprends pourquoi. Les instructeurs étaient utiles et patients, je ne peux pas les recommander assez.

Il faut dire que je ne serais nulle part sans cette équipe. J'ai connu ma part de défis et de revers pour passer mon examen DriveTest, mais avec le soutien et l'attention continus de ces grandes personnes, j'ai enfin atteint mon objectif de devenir un conducteur professionnel AZ. Expérience fantastique: I’m a little late to write this review. But I’m here to give an honest review. First big thanks to Dave and Katherine. They both are very understanding and nice people. They helped me with all their heart. I’m happy I did my training at this school and I will strongly suggest everyone come to this school and give it a try most of the instructors are very nice and they will do their best to make you understand stuff and make you comfortable. I have never seen a trainer like Dave who will make notes for students and add extra effort for students who have a hard time. They also help me with my fee I owe them big time. Katherine personally provided me with a couple of free lessons knowing my situation that I’m not able to afford extra lessons. They take care of their students. Give them a chance you not going to regret it. Thank you everyone for making it work

Expérience fantastique: Great school for learning the ins and outs of driving an 18-wheeler, the in class portions are fun and teach you a lot. As well the instructors are all great and are dedicated to helping students learn and improve their skills to be able to not only pass the road test but also to be able to succeed in their future with an AZ or DZ license. The office staff are equally as dedicated and understanding and are more than willing to work around your schedule to help you get things done.

They were incredible from day 1 of in class right up to my drive test. They have professional drivers who spent their careers driving commercial trucks, with you every step of the way. Id like to specifically thank Dave S. Dave T. and Jim for my in truck lessons, I wouldn't have passed my drive test without you guys, so thank you! Also I originally did my Z endorsement at another driving school in Barrie a few years back. I redid the Z endorsement when I went to Knowledge Surge for my Class A, as a refresher. There was a night and day difference between the two schools and I am very pleased that I went through the MELT program with Knowledge Surge instead of the original school I attended. They always are willing to work around your schedule, and if you need something you just have to ask! Unlike other schools, there is no fuss, and they are extremely professional. The instructors are well experienced and have a lot of knowledge that is useful for new drivers! The drivers are very patient and willing to take the time necessary to train you! The in- class environment is also good! Definitely recommend this trucking school, and will help you learn all the important information to be successful in your first job! Expérience fantastique: I've wanted to drive a truck my whole life and everyone here made it happen. I went from a G to an AZ so I had most of the instructors at some point during my time. I learned lots from Dave in the in-class part and Don for my Z course. Chris, Jim, and Ken were all great for the driving lessons. They all have many years of experience and do a great job using it to teach someone who's never been on the road in a truck. There were no issues at all working around my full time job and at one point a sudden issue close to my road test. The trucks are newer 10 speed manuals with 53 foot trailers and the classroom includes simulator time. The simulators are set up just like a real truck with advanced physics to prepare you for the road and give you a good start learning how to shift and handle a vehicle this size. Highly recommend this school.

From my first phone conversation with administration to inquire about the course, all the way through to course completion, the staff were nothing shy of spectacular! Everyone that works there is a joy to be in the presence of and they're all perfectly suited for their role in the school. If you're looking for first hand knowledge of the trucking industry, or any education behind the wheel, I would absolutely recommend Knowledge Surge! Going anywhere else would be a waste of time and money!

Expérience fantastique: Highly recommend doing your AZ training here. The staff is amazing from the office staff, classroom instructor, and the in truck instructors. I did the 200hr 6 week course and it set me up for passing my A written, Z endorsement and A road test first try. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. They train in 10 speed highway tractors with full size trailers, the same as you'll be using at most on the road jobs. The facility is beautiful and clean, close to 400 hwy, multiple simulators with many different modes. Do yourself a favour and set yourself up for success here.

Expérience positive: Nice staff except for the in-class instructor I had. He would rush through topics with little actual teaching being done. He would tell us to search on Google for answer and then he would just sit there. Paid $450 for a textbook that was never used. Mask policy was loosely enforced as half the class did not wear any masks at all. The in truck instruction is the only saving grace I had and the only part that enabled me to pass my exam. The trucks were in good condition with no issues. Unfortunately trucking is next to impossible to get into so the schooling so far has been a waste of time and money. All companies require 1 year experience or you can get ripped off and have no life doing CPM jobs. Like say they hindsight is a B. Gonna have to go back to regular type work that at least pays.

I recently obtained my AZ commercial vehicle operators licence after a rewarding 6 week course, and had a wonderful experience. I knew the second I walked through the doors, I had chosen the right school, I was always greeted with a smile and encouragement by owners Leslie and Martin. Manager Samantha is amazing, she took me under her wing from day one. Her positive attitude is what got me through each day. Going above and beyond to ensure this was a positive experience. As a member of the Women's Trucking Association Samantha took it upon herself to enroll me as their newest member. And where do I start with the trainers, Dave S., Don Gray and Dave T., each with 30 plus years experience, taught me everything I need to know, in great detail, and with patience, about operating and maintaining a commercial AZ vehicle. I will take their guidance on the road with me each day. With never have ever driven a manual transmission, with their training I can confidently drive a 10 speed manual tractor trailer. That says a lot about the professionalism of these amazing guys. With 200 hours in class, in truck, one on one and utilizing state of the art simulators they gave me the knowledge, skills and confidence to embark on my new career. And I cant forget Michelle, program advisor, she made sure there were no scheduling conflicts and made sure my entire course ran smoothly. The best feeling was when I got back to the school from my road test and the entire staff were at the door to congratulate me, it made the words " You Passed" that much more fulfilling. If I had to do it all over again I would chose Knowledge Surge again in a heart beat, well worth the time and money spent. They are like one big family committed to your success. Expérience fantastique: I was student at this school as a new comer in Canada for 2 years. I took my AZ Commercial License after my training at Knowledge Surge Barrie. Even dough English is my second language, they've always done their best to train me perfectly. I was worried at the beginning as a new comer, to be in a smaller city in Barrie and take this course, but they all showed me warm and diverse culture of Canada. I was always more than welcomed by owners, management and my instructors. I always felt like I'm at home. They trained me very well and I've already knew what I'm doing and how to handle 53 feet long trailer with a commercial truck at Commercial Driving Test. 4 Months after my registration I got my full AZ License. Program has been designed excellent, first started with online modules and than very tough in-class training which is supported by brand new simulators with mentors who are experienced average 40 years of truck driving experiences, and then with them 60 hours of driving practice classes completed. Whenever I've any problem managers were always solving my problems. Especially one of my driving instructor Mr. Don GRAY was very impressive for me, he didn't only teach me how to operate a Tractor-Trailer, but also gave me lots of tips about Truck driver's life style, safety of myself, road and other people. defensive and safe driving technics. This school didn't train me just only for driving, but also prepared me for this tough lifestyle! I will always be appreciated to dear school manager Samantha and Program advisor Michelle. If you wanna start a new career you should definitely see those two gorgeous ladies, they'll make everything ready for you. They deserved every single penny that I paid, now I'm starting a new career in my Canada life. Good luck for everyone!
