Expérience fantastique: J'ai appelé Dave pour des leçons car j'avais des difficultés avec ma conduite, il avait une bonne confiance en moi et m'a dit que le forfait de leçon qui m'intéressait serait trop mais qu'il pouvait me proposer moins de leçons à un prix inférieur ! Il avait raison !!! Il m'a appris à diriger correctement, car c'était mon plus gros obstacle et le reste est devenu facile par la suite !! 10/10 RECOMMANDATION :)

David est un gars drôle, un excellent instructeur, qui vous enseigne tout ce que vous devez savoir pour réussir, à des prix abordables. J'ai conduit pendant 1 an avant de commencer les leçons avec lui, et j'ai appris plus que ce que je pensais savoir. Il priorise la sécurité et les compétences de conduite correctes. Expérience fantastique: Dev is very good instructor……Today I passed my Class 5 in first attempt. He taught me everything about driving and built my confidence.

Expérience négative: I called this school for class 5 preparation test. I am a professional engineer who drives in USA, UK, Germany, Ontario and Quebec but my licenses are expired and now eligible for class 5 road test. The instructor kept asking me unnecessary personal questions for almost 30 minutes and at the end he told me he is wasting his time !! Please be careful with this school ☹️ So update from the last post: I went to another school for refreshing and then to the exam and Thank God got the driving license after this instructor told me that I don’t know how to drive and that I am risky driver as he tells everyone from the comments here !!! I feel sorry for him losing business for no clear reason !!! Funny! If you read the negative comments about this instructor, you will see he is claiming the person was never trained by him and did not have any business together. For my comment, he invented a whole story that is not true !!! Ah well ! Just be careful with him

Expérience négative: We called him because we had a question, not even that we were going to hire him, but he was ignorant and extremely rude over the phone. We called to ask if he was through Dawson because his phone number is also on the Dawson website, he said he is no longer in Dawson. He is in Fort St. John and asked us why we want to go to Dawson. We explained to him we had a bad experience with the examiner here for the novice drivers test and that we were gonna try somewhere else. He still questioned us so we told him that the examiner we had told me what I did wrong, but did not explain to me what I could do to improve for next time. He accused me of just being a bad driver, because I failed my test. He told us that the examiners do not have to explain what the individual did wrong, and how they could improve. My mother is a teacher, and if a kid does something wrong, the teacher always explains to the child what they did wrong and how they can improve. He then proceeded to argue with us once again about how I am just a bad driver, and the examiner did nothing wrong. Both my mother and grandmother have expressed multiple times that when they did their drivers tests the examiner explain to them what they did wrong and how they can improve for next time. The point is we had a simple question and all he did was argue very rudely and did not answer the question. Just to clarify, there are 39 marks on the drivers test out of 39 I only got 4 taken off and the only reason I failed was because I ran a yellow light, the roads are icy, and I didn’t have time to stop. I am not a bad driver, and many people have told me that. If you read his response to mine he says we wanted to hire him, which at the beginning of this I said we didn’t want to hire him we just had a question. The reason we hung up on him was because he would not stop arguing with us, thankfully we have already hired a different school who was very understanding and happy to help us.

Expérience fantastique: The best ever! I came from Europe, Bulgaria and Greece with some experience, behind my back. But I learned few things more, from Mr. Dave Roswell. Happy I found exactly him! His lessons are always in my mind now, while I am driving!!

Expérience fantastique: I chose Dave for an instructor because I had VERY bad anxiety with driving. Took me so long to be able to even make the call to start lessons I was so nervous. I am so thankful I did because Dave made me feel so comfortable with being behind the wheel. His lessons were always fun and very informative. I never felt anxious when I would make a mistake he would just teach me the way to correct the mistake I made. He is a very good teacher and I am very happy with my decision on using Elite. I would not have not got my license if it weren't for his lessons. I did 6 lessons and I passed on my first try for my N. What a good feeling! I highly recommend using Elite if you have any nerves about driving I promise you those nerves will be gone after one lesson with him!

I have more than 10 years of driving experience outside Canada but Dave pointed out which of my habits was not appropriate or not match the BC rules. His targeted lesson can give the most efficient way to have you digest the knowledge and make it practicable on the road as well as pass the road test. As a person of kind, polite, humor and with a background of former ICBC examinor, Mr. David and his Elite Driver Training School suitable for both the ones who is newly on car and the experienced drivers who want to legally drive in BC.

Expérience négative: Very disturbing to see that someone paid for driving lessons and the instructor was on the cell phone while the female student sat at an intersection, obviously not knowing what to do, until horns started honking. Very unprofessional behaviour and dangerous to boot ! certainly not where I will send my child for lessons. A big FAIL !!!

Expérience fantastique: I failed in my first attempt in my road test. I drove in the Philippines for 18 years. Driving in Canada is quite different. I got lessons from Elite and passed my road test. Dave taught me in easy step by step lessons. I found him to be very friendly, calm , and patient. I would definately recommend Elite to anyone wanting lessons learning to drive.

Expérience fantastique: I'm a former student of Elite. I purchased the 6 lesson package and the road test package and used Dave' car for the road test. I passed due to the excellent instruction that I received. Dave was always helpful with all my questions and very patient in teaching me even when I continued to do the driving wrongly. Thanks to Dave I got my N licence. Anyone looking for driving lessons should call Elite. The money spent for the lessons was well worth it!
