Expérience fantastique: Al est un instructeur de conduite fantastique. Il est très amical, accessible, compétent et a fourni d'excellentes mises à jour à la fin de chaque leçon. Le cours en ligne était simple et facile à compléter. La communication de bureau manquait un peu de clarté lors de l'envoi d'emails avec des questions avant l'inscription, mais ils ont répondu à toutes les demandes concernant notre inscription et ont été rapides à répondre à toutes les demandes.

Expérience fantastique: Carl était merveilleux. Je recommanderais fortement ses compétences d'instructeur.

Expérience négative: Ma fille a suivi une formation de 15 heures en classe et 10 heures de pratique sur route. Elle a également réussi son examen de conduite de classe 5. Cependant, ils sont bien trop avides et nous demandent de prendre plus de leçons de conduite pour obtenir son certificat. S'il vous plaît, ne gaspillez pas votre argent avec d2l.

Expérience positive: Notre famille a utilisé cette entreprise pour le cours de conduite de notre fils et le personnel de bureau était très agréable. Le prix était juste et les services fournis correspondaient à ce qui avait été conseillé. La raison pour laquelle je donne 3 étoiles est des problèmes de communication. Les délais de réponse étaient parfois de plusieurs jours lors de la réservation ou le conducteur arrivait parfois avec 10 minutes de retard et mon fils ne bénéficiait pas de la différence de temps prolongé et payer à l'heure n'était pas génial. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une entreprise de conduite abordable et de bonne taille.

Expérience négative: Je ne suis généralement pas quelqu'un qui râle ou qui poste des choses négatives sur les réseaux sociaux, mais voici ma plainte... À toutes les familles cherchant une formation de conducteur pour leurs enfants, à mon avis, éloignez-vous de D2L à Red Deer. Je n'ai jamais été aussi en colère et contrarié par une entreprise. Tout d'abord, la communication avec cette entreprise a été horrible tout au long du processus. Nous avons fait 15 heures en ligne et 10 heures en véhicule. L'instructeur de mon fils était horrible ! Mon fils a suivi les 10 heures (pénibles) avec son instructeur et apparemment, il a encore besoin de plus d'heures. Maintenant, comment est-ce possible alors qu'il vient juste de réussir son test de conduite et d'obtenir son permis ??? Ce gars n'était pas utile, il n'a pas laissé mon fils poser des questions et quand il a posé des questions, l'instructeur n'était pas utile - il considérait cela comme un manque de connaissances et d'éducation. La vérité est qu'il a 16 ans et essaie de s'améliorer et d'apprendre. Son instructeur m'a dit qu'il ne réussissait pas la formation de conducteur à cause de moi et que je ne passais pas assez de temps à conduire avec lui entre les leçons. Faites un flash d'actualité, quand vous travaillez et que les enfants font du sport le soir, comment vous attendez-vous à ce que nous conduisions 20 heures ou plus entre les leçons, c'est pourquoi j'ai payé une école de conduite pour lui enseigner ! Certains enfants apprennent mieux avec quelqu'un d'autre que leurs parents. Dans notre cas, il n'a certainement pas beaucoup appris avec cet instructeur. Nous avons commencé ce horrible processus en véhicule le 4 juin et mon fils n'a toujours pas terminé avec un certificat et apparemment, il a besoin de plus de leçons pour réussir la formation de conducteur et devrait payer plus d'argent. Quel gaspillage absolu de plus de 700 $. J'ai choisi cette entreprise parce que j'ai acheté une carte de collecte de fonds Norte Dame et qu'il y avait un petit rabais pour m'inscrire avec eux... grosse erreur, énorme erreur ! À mon avis, s'il vous plaît, épargnez-vous l'argent et le mal de tête et réservez simplement avec quelqu'un d'autre. Je ne recommanderais jamais cette entreprise à qui que ce soit !

Expérience fantastique: D2L m'a donné une charge de travail en ligne très amusante, un peu ringarde mais très informative, et leurs instructeurs de conduite sont incroyables pour communiquer les problèmes et les erreurs à l'élève conducteur. Je recommanderais le cours pour débutants plutôt que l'AMA.

Expérience fantastique: Nos enfants sont des conducteurs sûrs et compétents, grâce à l'excellent formation qu'ils ont reçue des instructeurs de D2L. Un grand merci à Carl et à l'équipe de D2L !

Expérience fantastique: Ma fille a eu une expérience fantastique avec l'instructeur de conduite Carl de D2L. Elle a une anxiété assez élevée et s'énerve facilement. Carl était très gentil, professionnel, patient, et a réussi à la rendre à l'aise et détendue pendant ses leçons de conduite. Carl a un don pour enseigner et un grand sens de l'humour. Ma fille a eu beaucoup de chance de l'avoir comme instructeur. Merci Carl !

Expérience fantastique: Merci D2L pour Carl. C'est un instructeur incroyable. Il m'a tout expliqué pendant que nous conduisions. Je suis vraiment content d'avoir eu l'occasion de prendre cette leçon avant de passer mon test de conduite.

Expérience négative: Instructeur de formation très peu professionnel. Assis dans la circulation en raison d'un accident sur la 30e avenue, avait le clignotant allumé, a dit à son stagiaire de klaxonner et a commencé à agiter le doigt en criant.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu une excellente expérience avec ce programme. Le premier jour, j'étais très nerveux et tendu, cependant, à la fin, je me sentais beaucoup mieux pour conduire dans de plus grandes villes. J'ai gagné tellement de confiance avec ce programme. Je recommande à 10/10.

Expérience négative: Ma fille a eu une mauvaise expérience avec son instructeur de conduite et après avoir terminé le programme, elle est allée passer son examen de conduite et a réussi. Je les ai appelés pour obtenir son certificat et ils lui ont refusé en disant que c'était seulement si je payais et réservais plus de leçons avec eux…. Dans l'ensemble, mauvaise expérience.

Expérience fantastique: Carl était un instructeur incroyable ! Je vais inscrire mes 2 autres enfants chez lui, c'est sûr.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai réussi mon test aujourd'hui. Kieran est un instructeur très utile et compétent. Il m'a aidé à réussir le test. Il donnait toujours des retours constructifs et expliquait les règles en détail pendant la conduite. Il est très encourageant. Merci beaucoup Kieran. Je te suis reconnaissant et je t'apprécie d'être un si grand instructeur.

Expérience fantastique: Mes deux enfants ont récemment eu le plaisir de prendre des leçons de conduite avec Carl et je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait de l'expérience. Dès la première leçon, Carl a été poli, patient et calme, ce qui les a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Carl était excellent pour évaluer les situations avec précision et fournissait des retours clairs et constructifs. S'il y avait une erreur, il expliquait calmement ce qui n'allait pas et comment le corriger, transformant chaque moment en une leçon d'apprentissage précieuse. Cette approche a amélioré les compétences de conduite des deux enfants et a renforcé leur confiance au volant. Je recommande vivement D2L à quiconque souhaitant apprendre à conduire dans un environnement de soutien, sûr et efficace. Expérience fantastique: I had Al as an instructor. Without him I wouldn’t have passed my test. He was honest and willing to help you learn. He made me more aware of my surroundings and taught me how to drive with caution and confidence. I would highly recommend going to him if you really want to learn how to become a better driver with the right attitude. He’s the greatest instructor there.

It was money well spent and I appreciated the fact Al used every minute to teach. He was always on time, good communication and taught the full 10 hrs. Expérience fantastique: Hi had an amazing experience at D2L and was able to pass my class 5 driving test thanks to D2L. I moved from Hong Kong recently and had 20+years of driving experience in Hong Kong however failed my first attempt! A friend of mine recommended D2L and I was able to book a brush up class with Kieran. Kieran is just a wonderful instructor who is very patient, knowledgeable and will teach you the right techniques and tricks with safety as the top priority. I was confident to go for second attempt and was able to pass the test thanks to Kieran and D2L! Shout out to Jennifer as well who was very accommodating and helpful in communicating and arranging the class. I would highly recommend D2L if you are looking to get your driver’s license here in Red Deer Alberta. Hope this review helps someone out there. Thanks Trevor

Expérience fantastique: We had an excellent experience with D2L! The staff was so helpful booking us in and finding convenient driving times as well. The driving instruction was excellent and while the tips certainly helped with the driver’s exam (passed the first time!), the teaching was definitely geared towards safe driving for every day! I would highly recommend this program and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

Expérience fantastique: Great experience. Having my girls drive in Red Deer vs Lacombe gave them a far larger learning environment and experiences on how to handle different situations. Carl was phenomenal with both my girls and was easy to talk to and answer any questions that were asked. Would strongly recommend D2L in Red Deer to anyone.

Expérience négative: Terrible experience from start to finish with this company. Major lack of communication between the company and driving instructors. The instructor didn’t realize we were in Penhold and that I’d need to have my daughter at a pick up/drop off spot in town. I corrected him on that(sent him the part of the registration that says otherwise) after paying another fee each time she was picked up, her drive times have been so incredibly dragged out that there’s no consistency with her learning. Instructor has now “bumped” her last few drive times because she needs more practice. We paid all this money to have someone teach our daughter because our schedules don’t allow a lot of time. I do not recommend this company!

He communicated clearly to me as a parent about my son's abilities and progress. My son felt comfortable with him and enjoyed his driving lessons. My son was well prepared and passed his driving exam handily. I confidently recommend Al a a driving instructor.

Expérience positive: *** update*** Carl was very accommodating and was able to schedule my daughter in to complete her lessons within 2 weeks. I can now schedule her road test before the summer is over. Much appreciated!! *** My daughter finished her classroom lessons at the end of April 2023. Since then, we have only had 3 in-car driving lessons over 2.5 months (July 17, 2023). I don't find this to be acceptable and was expecting her to be able to take her test during the summer months. I will update my review if this improves. I just received a response to my email so fingers crossed the frequency and attention improves.

Expérience fantastique: Both of our children had an excellent experience with D2L. They took their driver’s education in winter with Tamantha. Tamantha was kind but honest with them and with us. She was in frequent contact to update us on how our children were progressing. We highly recommend D2L for drivers education.

Expérience positive: Our daughter had a great experience with D2L. She had Kieren and really appreciated him and found he was kind and helpful.

Expérience négative: Do not waste your time, zero communication between office employees and drivers in the field. My daughter was due to finish in November and still no return communication as to when they are going to finish her training. Carl/Ramona have been of no help on 4 different calls. No return calls and office staff are not willing to help. A waste of 800 dollars!!! Go elsewhere!!!

Expérience fantastique: I had Al as an instructor, had i not had him i probably would not have learned to drive or gotten my license. He worked with me and my driving anxiety, including doing 1 hour driving lessons opposed to 2 hour lessons to help me with that anxiety. Would hands down recommend, especially to those with anxiety over driving

Expérience négative: I was followed and harassed by your driver named Keiran. He apparently didn't like my driving then proceeded to follow me home and threaten me. After getting home he still would not stop following me at which point the I had to call the police for my safety he did all of this while his driver sign was on top of the vehicle. Please do not let this creep teach your kids. I am young pregnant women who he followed home and got out of his car to threaten even with a company name on the vehicle extremely dangerous individual and he would not leave until the police forced him

Expérience négative: My son spent a good amount of time with this organization. Spent the entire fees for the course, attended the two full days in-class and went for in-car training. Final result is, this institutions saying they don't have any documentation shows his attendance. I had to provide all the related documentation to prove his attendance. Very disappointed.

Expérience fantastique: Would definitely recommend D2L. Affordable compared to other companies and Carl was great and helped me perfect my driving to get ready for the test. I passed my class 5 first try with only 1 mistake.

Expérience fantastique: We looked around at all the companies when it came to registering our daughter for drivers ed. We are 110% happy with D2L Driver Ed. Our daughter had Al as in instructor and said he was so easy going and comfortable to drive with that it made the whole experience awesome. 3 of her friends also went to D2L and said the same thing. Great experience and all 3 passed with flying colors when it came to obtaining their licence. I 110% recommend D2L for drivers ed.
