Expérience fantastique: Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre expérience avec Brett chez iWay. Notre fille a réussi son examen de conduite et est sur la bonne voie pour devenir une conductrice sûre et confiante. Brett a donné d'excellents retours constructifs qui ont fait toute la différence pour la mise sur la route. Nous utiliserons certainement iWay à nouveau lorsqu'il sera temps d'obtenir sa classe 5.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent, fortement recommandé. Très complet dans l'aide pour réussir du premier coup. Doit également être le plus abordable, très heureux.

Expérience négative: Mauvaise école à moins que vous ne souhaitiez que vos élèves/enfants soient enragés au volant. J'ai vu l'instructeur de conduite s'énerver dans la circulation et mettre l'élève mal à l'aise.

Expérience fantastique: Brett est un excellent instructeur de conduite et a donné à notre fille les connaissances et la confiance nécessaires pour être une conductrice sûre et consciente. Il était ponctuel, respectueux et patient, et nous apprécions vraiment le travail qu'il a fait. Il a pris son temps et a passé en revue la leçon pour s'assurer que tout était clair, souvent en empiétant sur son temps personnel.

Expérience fantastique: L'école de conduite Iway a aidé ma fille à gagner en confiance et lui a donné la structure dont elle avait besoin pour réussir son examen de conduite. Bret est facile à parler et a une voix douce, ce qui contribue à la volonté d'apprendre. Je recommande fortement les cours de conduite Iway.

Expérience négative: Nous avons engagé iWay pour apprendre à conduire à ma fille l'année dernière, et bien qu'elle ait appris quelques compétences de conduite de base, l'instructeur a fait un geste obscène et a crié sur un autre conducteur. Alors que ma fille trouvait cela assez drôle, je ne pense pas qu'il soit approprié d'enseigner le comportement de rage au volant à un jeune conducteur impressionnable. Comme vous le verrez dans la réponse ci-dessous - Brett ne prend pas la responsabilité de ses actions. Cela s'est absolument produit, et nous étions réticents à dire quoi que ce soit à l'époque de peur de ne pas récupérer notre argent, ou qu'il s'en prenne à notre jeune conducteur. Suite à la deuxième réponse de Brett à mon commentaire (après avoir supprimé son premier), je ne suis PAS le conducteur d'un Range Rover argenté/gri. Je n'ai fait aucun commentaire sur Facebook. Je n'ai aucune idée de ce à quoi vous faites référence. C'est un autre exemple de Brett qui ne prend pas la responsabilité de ses actions et qui est sur la défensive. Je ne veux pas que quelqu'un d'aussi défensif enseigne à mon adolescent à conduire. Brett - tu montres ta vraie nature en m'accusant de quelque chose que je n'ai pas fait. Je ne viens même pas de White Rock. Pourquoi essaies-tu de trouver mon adresse privée ? Ton commentaire présente des signaux d'alarme et est un parfait exemple de ta personnalité et de la façon dont tu enseignes la conduite. Si tu ressens le besoin de me harceler davantage, je serais heureux de porter ma plainte auprès du Better Business Bureau. Novembre 2024 : Brett a maintenant supprimé ses commentaires et mentionné le Range Rover. J'ai le droit de partager mon expérience en tant que consommateur, votre réaction non professionnelle à cela est épouvantable.

Expérience fantastique: Brett was a great driving instructor for both of our sons. He got them both to pass their test first try, which is why we paid for a professional. but he communicated with us parents very clearly on what we need to work on with our boys to ensure success. The boys always looked forward to their lesson with Brett. We referred their cousins to him, and both of them also passed first try. We also referred one other young man to Brett, who had failed his test after using Valley Driving School, and he also passed after Brett worked with him. Plain and simple, Brett got the job done and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I have gained confidence in my driving skills, and now the ability to call myself a licenced driver. The cost is lower then most places, and the service was better. I call that true class. Expérience fantastique: Had my N test today and passed first try. Brett is very knowledgeable and knows what all the little things that can make a big difference on your road test. You can tell he genuinely wants you to pass and I wouldn’t have passed without his help.

Expérience fantastique: Brett was very knowledgable about the course. He went over how many lessons my child needed and didn't push any extra ones. It was a very reasonable price for the the service. I would recommend Brett to anyone that is wanting a driving school.

Expérience fantastique: Brett is super accommodating to your schedule. Every person on here who has had a bad review either blames him for their own faults or is plain ignorant. Brett is there to help you succeed even when you don’t think you can. I think more people need to keep in mind that you have to be able to accept constructive criticism in order to drive the correct way (as the law states). If you just listen to Brett, you WILL succeed. I passed my N on my first try because Brett was patient with me and is definitely not afraid to tell you when you’re doing something wrong. He never once yelled at me though. If you want to succeed and you love Brits, you’re going to love Brett. British humour and all.

Expérience fantastique: Brett is super accommodating with scheduling, excellent pricing on multiple lessons, and ensure each student has full confidence. He was there on test day to prep my daughter before the test and was there to congratulate her after.

Expérience négative: I had one lesson with Brett and honestly I would not recommend for a number of reasons first his car was very messy and smelled bad. Second, he was constantly putting his foot on the break and grabbing the wheel so I couldn’t get a feel for how his car worked. Third, his teaching style is very demeaning and rude maybe he was in a bad mood that day but I didn’t appreciate it. He seemed very knowledgeable so maybe his teaching style just wasn’t for me. Side note I’ve done a lot of research and his prices are unmatched I couldn’t find a better deal which is why I’m dissapointed that it didn’t work out. :(

Expérience fantastique: I passed my N road test first time. Brett is an experienced teacher, very thorough and knowledgeable. His knowledge of the road test area, ICBC rules/regulations and protocols is very helpful. I found this very valuable. I would recommend him to other students as he instructed me on areas to improve and helped with areas that needed correction. Thank you Brett for help!

I was so nervous with my driving skill but with his instructing I felt myself become more comfortable with the roads, even after the first lesson. Passed my N test on the first try thanks to him! Expérience fantastique: I don't understand all the people who are bashing Brett, you all need to calm down and learn to lighten up a bit. Brett is such an amazing teacher. He will not sugar coat anything, which when learning how to drive is a good thing. If I am doing poorly, I want to know so that I do not put other people's lives or my own for that matter, at risk. Brett has been a driving instructor for many many years, and anyone who decides to not trust his judgement is ludicrous. You are paying HIM to teach YOU how to drive, so how dare some people think that they know better than him. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRETT TO EVERYONE!

Expérience négative: Edit in response to Brett's response: Mr. Hill, if you have issues with the idea that I drove in the States you are more than welcome to reach out to my father on your own time to confirm things for yourself, he is not the kind of person who would lie for me by the way. My mother certainly knew that I practiced driving regularly with my father, but she was not always aware of where we would drive, so it’s hardly surprising if she doesn’t recall. If you are so distrustful of me, then perhaps I made the right call to discontinue your services. Furthermore, your version of events is hardly the whole story. First, my mother was the one who reached out to you initially because she wanted to discuss the driving test with you, it had nothing to do with your issues with me until you brought it up. Second, I already explained to you, in our own texts, that I only texted you at 2:30am because I was working late one night, and I considered the matter urgent enough to do so. This only happened ONCE, and I apologized to you when you expressed disapproval at it. Third, I only acted “rude and condescending” after you kept yelling at me throughout multiple lessons making me extremely nervous and irritated. I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you this, but if you act impolitely towards someone you shouldn’t be surprised when they return the favor. Fourth, I find it very confusing that you would suggest a Chinese speaking instructor even though I was born in Canada and that I have only ever been fluent in English. Hi Izabella If your experiences with Brett were truly good as you say, then I can only congratulate you on that. But if you thoroughly read the negative reviews that go into detail about their issues with him, not just on google but on other sites as well, I wouldn't be surprised if you found it even a bit harder to be sympathetic for him. I may not be a driving instructor, but I have worked in customer service for a healthy amount of years, and he has behaved in ways that I have seen people get fired for.

Expérience fantastique: Brett is an excellent driving instructor, I found his enthusiasm to be contagious. He was always very helpful and was very mindful of the comments he made. His teaching skills are well above my expectations (usually set higher than achievable), and his knowledge of driving and the laws and rules are exceptional. With only 7 lessons I passed my divers licence road exam on the first attempt. I would recommend Brett without any reservations to anyone that is learning how to drive. Tanya
