Expérience fantastique: J'étais sceptique de choisir YD plutôt que des options moins chères. Cependant, une fois que j'ai commencé à suivre le cours en ligne, j'ai apprécié la qualité du matériel. Beaucoup de vidéos avec des exemples pour vous aider à comprendre. Mon instructeur était incroyable. Toujours à l'heure, jamais au téléphone pendant un cours, excellent pour expliquer, flexible ! Conduire était une peur que m'aidait à surmonter !

Expérience fantastique: YD était fortement recommandé et je comprends pourquoi. Paul était un excellent instructeur qui savait exactement ce qu'il faisait et avait plein de bons conseils. Il était particulièrement bon pour me donner de l'expérience de conduite sur autoroute. La voiture était en bon état et il était toujours à l'heure.

Expérience positive: YD est phénoménal ! Mes instructeurs en classe étaient drôles et ont su m'intéresser tout le temps. Abdool et Carrie étaient mes instructeurs en voiture. Tous deux étaient très compétents ! Je me sens confiant et prêt à conduire. Je recommande vivement ! La seule chose qui a duré un certain temps était les cours en ligne. Ils sont longs et détaillés, ce qui est bon, mais se laisser emporter par les nuances des choses a rendu cela lent.

Expérience fantastique: Shahzad is a great instructor. He is very positive and constructive. I felt like I learned a lot and my driving skills definitely improved. He gave very good advice about how to get better. He is very polite and have great communication for booking lessons. I recommend Shahzad as an instructor.

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely the best school I could've asked for ; willing to accommodate and assign me a driving teacher to suit my needs (I have terrible anxiety), wonderful phone service for any questions, teacher was patient, accommodative to my busy schedule and very skilled.

Expérience positive: Mark was an excellent driving instructor - knowledgeable, patient and really tailors his teaching to the level of his students. He helped me become a confident driver and pass my test first try. My only complaint is the online portion of the course. The modules and videos took an extremely long time to load.

Expérience fantastique: 37 years since I used this school for driving lessons. I received an excellent training background. My son also used your education and practical classes. You are to be recommended because your high standards and excellent teachers safe many people lives. I wish all the car driving school were as good as yours. Unfortunately, that is not the case and in the last 5-10 yrs we have allowed terrible drivers to get on Peel Region roads. It is quite a different world now and I fear many people will get hurt because of that

Expérience fantastique: My parents wanted me to go through young drivers before I got my G2 in order to make sure I was properly prepared. I have almost nothing bad to say about the company and my experience. My driving instructor, Mark Halliday, was an excellent teacher in every aspect. He was knowledgeable about all things driving and helped me to understand where I need to improve. He's very personable, easy to get along with, and he maintains a clean car. The only issue I've had is with the Asynchronus Online Course. It claims to only take about 30 hours to complete it but I'm reality takes much longer due to the pacing of the modules. It also doesn't help that, no matter the status of your internet speed, each page takes approximately 5+ seconds to load. I would highly advise not doing the asynchronous online learning and instead taking the Online Live Teacher program. Otherwise great experience though!

It teaches you a lot of skills that you would not get anywhere else and it was a great experience. They have the online lessons, modules, and in-car lessons which tie everything together. They help you out the whole time and prepare you for your test really well. Great experience. Learned a lot. Was great.

Expérience positive: Kelly was a great instructor, she was very helpful and patient and I appreciated how I could experience driving on the highway. A concern was with availability since I had to mostly wait a month between lessons. Also, the online lessons took a very long time to get through as the server was really slow, so a section took way longer than what it had said to. Other than that, it was good.

Expérience négative: Pros: -Instructors are nice, helpful and overall great teachers. Cons: -Basically everything else. The virtual program is packed full of the most useless content you can imagine with server speeds so slow a 10 minute lesson can take more than half an hour to complete. The company is terrible. I've never seen worse customer service. I was kicked off the website due to tech errors 4 times and had to wait 2+ days to be let back in every time. Currently fighting with them to give back the $70 dollars they charged to my amount as a no-show fee even though I cancelled over 24 hours ahead AND have a conformation email from them stating my lesson was cancelled. I have no idea how I missed the hundreds of horrible reviews even after doing my research. Don't use this service if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Expérience fantastique: Taught me how to drive much more safely and confidently. The instructor was nice. I also appreciate that you get a chance on a 400 series highway with a g1 because that is only permitted with a professional driving instructor in the car

Expérience négative: Ive tried numerous times to call the office. If you're already an existing customer its impossible to schedule or reschedule lessons. 40 minute wait times to get through to someone on the phone and no other way to book lessons other than to wait on the phone only to have them tell me instructor has no other availability. With what we spend on these courses you should be able to hire more people to answer your phones or at least invest in some online booking software... you could also hire more instructors. very disappointed to have pay so much and receive so little. My issue is only with the company\head office, the instructors have been great.

Expérience négative: I've been trying to get a refund for my courses that they did not inform me when they went online and I've called and left voicemails and no one has gotten back to me. All communication was very poor it's been four months now. Im very disappointed.

Expérience fantastique: I signed up for the driving course at the Young Drivers School. They start with the fundamentals, have a combination of in-class learning, online training and instructor led driving lessons. They teach great techniques to avoid collisions. They have experienced in-class and on road driving instructors. Great learning and experience. Thank you.

Expérience fantastique: From in class to in car training, the program was extremely thorough. YD is built on the story of a horrible accident that cost the lives of the parents of the founder of YD, to ensure other people don't suffer the same fate, so you can understand the careful work put into it's program. You will learn a great deal in terms of "defensive" driving and simple maneuvers that are necessary and effective for safe driving. On another note, the staff were not only courteous, but patient and careful. Would definitely recommend YD to everyone. This review is coming from someone who passed his G2 test with a score of 100% on the first try, and it wouldn't have been so without my great driving instructor and in class preparation. 5 STARS
