Expérience fantastique: TTCC était l'école que j'ai choisie pour obtenir mon permis DZ et dès le départ, avec les cours en ligne avec l'instructeur Dane Arcand, ce n'était rien de moins qu'impressionnant. Mes instructeurs de route étaient Will et Trevor, qui enseignent tous deux avec une incroyable patience et calme, ce qui est très nécessaire si c'est vos premières interactions avec ces machines. Je voulais aussi remercier Leah pour tout son travail en coulisses ; je l'ai vue travailler sans relâche pour s'assurer que tout se passe aussi bien que possible pour nous, les étudiants. J'ai réussi les tests écrit et de route grâce à toute leur aide et leur travail acharné, donc encore une fois, merci Dane, Leah, Will et Trevor, et merci TTCC. Je vous revois quand je déménagerai en AZ.

Expérience fantastique: Super expérience dans cette école. Les instructeurs *Will* et *Trevor* étaient des gars géniaux avec qui travailler, ils m'ont appris tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour réussir mon AZ, ils ont tout fait correctement. Leah est l'une des meilleures serveuses que j'ai jamais rencontrées, c'est un bijou, il faut la garder autour. Ils ont tous besoin d'une belle augmentation pour leurs efforts et pour aider à transmettre des connaissances joyeuses dans l'industrie. Je recommande cette école à quiconque cherchant à entrer dans n'importe quel emploi commercial. Ils vous fournissent les bons outils et connaissances pour faire le travail. 200% satisfait avec. J'ai reçu ma licence AZ aujourd'hui, super école, et un autre merci à Trevor et Will d'être géniaux, et à Leah pour m'aider avec tous les jours passés à l'école et répondre aux messages quand des réponses étaient nécessaires.

Expérience fantastique: Dès le début du cours avec Bruce en classe, son expérience et ses connaissances ont été bien partagées et il était toujours prêt à avoir des discussions ouvertes pour s'assurer que tout le monde comprenait. Tu gères le stress de façon exceptionnelle, jeune fille, et Trevor, encore une fois, ta capacité à partager tes années d'expérience et de connaissances était exceptionnelle. Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment terminé ma formation Az au TTC, et je peux honnêtement dire que c'était une expérience incroyable. Dès le moment où je suis entré, j'ai été impressionné par le professionnalisme et le dévouement du personnel. Les instructeurs étaient compétents, patients et vraiment investis dans mon succès (un grand merci à : Trevor, Will et Leah). Ils ont pris le temps d'expliquer clairement tout, des bases du fonctionnement des camions aux techniques de conduite avancées. La partie en classe était complète, et je me suis senti bien préparé pour le test écrit. La formation pratique était tout aussi impressionnante. J'ai passé beaucoup de temps au volant, gagnant en confiance et apprenant toutes les compétences nécessaires pour être un conducteur sûr et efficace. L'équipement était de premier ordre et les installations étaient bien entretenues. Ce qui m'a vraiment marqué, c'est le niveau de soutien fourni tout au long du processus. L'école offrait une assistance pour le placement professionnel, ce qui a été incroyablement utile pour décrocher un poste rapidement après l'obtention de mon diplôme. J'ai également apprécié la taille des classes réduites, ce qui a assuré que je reçoive une attention personnalisée et que je puisse progresser à mon propre rythme. Je recommande vivement le TTC à quiconque souhaitant poursuivre une carrière dans le transport routier. La qualité de l'éducation et l'engagement du personnel ont fait toute la différence pour m'aider à devenir un conducteur de camion confiant et compétent. Expérience fantastique: Le Centre de Formation en Transport était l'école que j'ai décidé de fréquenter pour obtenir ma licence AZ. Dès le premier jour, j'ai eu Trevor qui m'a très bien enseigné tout ce que je devais savoir pour réussir mon examen. Trevor prend le temps de bien expliquer tout ce avec quoi vous pourriez avoir des difficultés et ne souhaite que votre succès. Merci d'avoir été une partie si fantastique pour me propulser vers une nouvelle carrière. Je recommanderais vivement TTCC pour un programme MELT DZ ET AZ à quiconque, tous les instructeurs sont fantastiques et agréables. Leah au bureau d'accueil est toujours super sympa à parler et vous place toujours en première position sur la liste pour s'assurer que vous êtes heureux et vous aider à réussir ! Merci beaucoup !

Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment terminé le programme M.E.L.T au TTCC Niagara pour obtenir mon permis de conduire AZ. Les formateurs que j'ai eus étaient fantastiques ! Will m'a pris dès le premier jour pour m'apprendre les bases du changement de vitesse, puis j'ai eu Trevor pour le reste des leçons pratiques. Trevor était excellent pour simplifier tous les différents tests et m'aider avec mon rétrogradage pour rendre le passage de mon examen pratique beaucoup plus facile et un peu moins stressant, j'ai réussi mon test du premier coup ! J'ai apprécié mon temps au TTCC et je les recommande vivement à quiconque cherchant à obtenir son permis AZ/DZ ou de matériel lourd.

Expérience fantastique: Kevin Lepage, Will Hopman sont de formidables formateurs !

Expérience positive: Ce programme de conduite est un bon endroit pour obtenir votre permis de conduire AZ. Il y a des opportunités d'acquérir des connaissances en conduite avec au moins 3 formateurs différents : chacun apportant son style et sa perspective de la conduite. Il y a des occasions d'observer d'autres stagiaires, ce qui aide votre parcours d'apprentissage personnel. La secrétaire / responsable Racheal est très débrouillarde et serviable. Les formateurs Brandon, Will, Rob, Kevin et Trevor m'ont tous appris quelque chose qui a complété mon expérience. Par exemple, Brandon est patient et vous permet de penser librement à votre prochaine étape, Kevin m'a appris à changer de vitesse, et Rob a résumé ou précisé les procédures.

Expérience fantastique: Le personnel de bureau était incroyable avec ma vie très folle, ils ont su s'adapter très bien !!!! Les entraîneurs connaissent leur sujet, il est très facile d'apprendre d'eux.

Expérience négative: J'ai eu une horrible expérience en utilisant les services de TTCC (Niagara Campus). Ils ont reprogrammé ma date d'examen deux fois sans avertissement (1 jour avant l'examen). Ils m'ont également menti à deux occasions différentes. Les instructeurs étaient super, mais la direction doit s'améliorer. Je réfléchirais à deux fois avant de choisir cette école si vous cherchez une expérience fluide et facile. Il y a beaucoup d'autres choses négatives qui se sont produites, mais cet avis serait trop long si je couvrais tout. Je recommanderais de ne pas aller ici.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de suivre le cours de conduite de camion AZ aux Centres de formation en transport du Canada. Tout au long du cours, Rob a été patient et toujours prêt à répondre aux questions de ses élèves. Il s'est assuré que nous étions pleinement préparés pour les examens et les aspects pratiques du cours. Il a également été très minutieux dans l'explication des règles et des règlements régissant la conduite de camions de transport, s'assurant que nous comprenions bien toutes les exigences. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement Rob en tant qu'instructeur à quiconque souhaite entrer dans l'industrie de la conduite de camions de transport. Son expertise, son professionnalisme et sa capacité à établir des liens avec les élèves font de lui un instructeur vraiment exceptionnel.

Expérience fantastique: Super équipe chez TTCC. Lorsque j'ai commencé ma formation, je n'étais pas sûr de réussir, mais grâce à des formateurs excellents qui expliquaient quoi faire, ainsi qu'à de bons guides d'étude et matériels, j'ai pu étudier et réussir l'examen du premier coup. J'ai également eu l'opportunité de réguler mon emploi du temps d'étude, ce qui est aussi un grand atout. TTCC dispose d'une bonne salle multimédia où l'on peut pratiquer la conduite d'une transmission manuelle même avant de monter dans le camion, ce qui est un plus significatif dans la formation générale, tant pour ceux qui ont de l'expérience avec la transmission manuelle que pour ceux qui n'en ont pas.

Expérience négative: This place simply does not care about you. You pay the 10 grand, then they push you through as fast as possible (not even teaching you everything needed to be on the road), and you'll sit around for months and MONTHS trying to get your test booked/passed etc. Go somewhere else, literally ANYWHERE else!

Expérience fantastique: Graduated in 2017, had great instructors! Staff was awesome. Got lots of time behind the wheel or sticks on the heavy equipment side. The group I was in was friendly and all looked out for one another

Expérience fantastique: It's the right place if you're motivated to study. Though it wasn't very easy, I passed AZ road test on the first try and found a job, being a foreigner. Thanks to Rob, Brendan and Laura!

Expérience fantastique: As soon as started virtual training with Chris from Thunder Bay I knew I was with the right company to be trained properly on how to drive truck, and most importantly exactly what I need to know for road test. Brenden and Rob were great trainers, extremely friendly, and approachable. They know their stuff inside out and backwards, and they make sure you do too when it’s all done. Laura did an absolutely amazing job working my school schedule around my previous commitments. All together a great experience training at Ttcc

Expérience fantastique: What can I say about my experience at TTCC, well when you walk in you are greeted by the receptionist Laura who is very professional and knowledgeable about the steps to attain your license. She is very attentive and respond to your questions very quickly and in great detail. I was trained mostly by Rob who I must say is very passionate about truck driving with over 40 years under his belt driving tractor trailer I must say I'm honoured to have had Rob as my trainer. I've learned a wealth of information that I will be using in my new career as a tractor trailer driver. I've being on the road a few times with Brandon and I'm also amazed of his teaching style and how he simplify different aspects of truck driving and how to pass the various test. Guys I must say thank you for spending time and allowing me to absorb your knowledge. TTCC I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Guys.

They will be firm and push you as you train but I found they were fair and they taught you everything you will need for this career. Expérience fantastique: Just finished up my training at TTCC and I couldn't be more grateful for everything I’ve learned from them. It started out with 2 weeks of online Zoom Learning which was very interactive and informative. Dane went above and beyond to make sure we were all prepared for the Written Tests at the Drive Test Centre. He also made sure to let us know what to expect in real life situations behind the wheel of a truck. For the hands on portion of training I had Rob as my trainer for the most part of my training. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entireties of the Airbrake System as well as the Truck and Trailer as a whole. He was able to make what seemed like a lot of information to retain fairly easy and practical. He also made sure that you actually know what you’re checking for when inspecting the truck instead of just reading off of a script. For the last 2 Days of my training I had Brenden as my trainer which was very beneficial to me as I was able to shake the nerves of doing the practical test in front of someone new to me like I would at the Drive Test Centre. Brendan was also very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He was very patient and always asked me what I would like to go over again to make sure I got it. If anyone was on the fence about which Trucking School to take I highly recommend TTCC. With the help of the Trainers and the dedication I put into it, I am happy to say I passed my test first try. Thank you once again Rob and Brenden!

Expérience fantastique: This campus has a great team. Laura is the glue that holds it all together. She is super nice and accommodating. George is a great instructor who knows his heavy equipment. Brandon is super chill and knows his trucking. And last but not least....Rob eh!? He's alright eh!?! Underneath all that yelling is just a big heart that wants to make you into a trucker!! Loved every minute of it!! I highly recommend this campus for your heavy equipment and truck training. A+

Expérience fantastique: I did my transport training with Transport Training Centres, at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus. I cannot say enough great things about the instructors, Rob and Brendan and Laura the Campus manager. Genuinely nice and friendly folks who are there to give the proper training. The training I received was thorough, well laid out and explained in detail. Rob and Brendan both use real life scenarios to show and demonstrate what could happen and what should happen. These guys will take good care of you and make sure you are ready to be a commercial truck driver. I thank them for all the information, insight and confidence they helped me build to put me on track to employment within a few short weeks after I did my road test.

Expérience fantastique: The school was everything I needed to succeed. Laura ,Rob and Brenden we’re all great. They took the time I needed and explained the whole process and training. I found them very helpful with finding me extra time I wanted to go over things I was learning for the first time. The eight hour online class also prepares you well to proceed to the practical portion.

Always patient and willing to help you in the areas you need to work the most on. As for Laura there isn’t anyone else who could help you out figuring out your schedule and your test.

Expérience fantastique: This course was a blast, I honestly loved every last minute of it. Both trainers Rob and Brendan were fantastic! Not only did they teach me how to drive and pass the road test, They also taught me real world trucking techniques. The course as a whole seems like alot to learn, trust me it is. But I must say TTCC and the phenomenal driving instructors break it down which makes it much easier to take all in. I always felt comfortable and excited for my next day of driving. Honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Laura at the main desk was easy to talk to, very kind, understanding, helpful and informative. She was able to answer all questions. I would highly recommend this course, location and TTCC as a whole. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask I would glad answer any and all. Beyond happy with how my training went.

Expérience fantastique: I recently enrolled in the DZ course at TTCC located on York Rd in NOTL. The training program met all my expectations. The staff are knowledgeable with years of Commercial Truck Driving experience. Both Brendan and Rob (Trainers), were patient and helpful with any questions I had. I would recommend TTCC in NOTL for anyone seeking a commercial licence.

Expérience fantastique: I just wanted to pop on here and say if you are looking for a high quality teacher to teach the ins and outs of driving truck.. Brandon is your man.. His teaching style really amazing .. makes you want to learn more! I was being taught in hamilton and really looked forward to him helping out in hamilton.. I had George as a Heavy Equipment teacher.. that man knows his stuff!! He gives you the confidence to get that job you never thought you could get.. I highly recommend these two teachers.

Expérience fantastique: I completed construction bronze program. I had Brendan and Rob as my driving trainers. Both of them are excellent instructors, and with their help I passed my AZ road test on the second try! I had George as my heavy equipment trainer and he is also a great instructor .The only thing I would recommend is for the school to update the parking lot so your not in the mud when you park the trucks and maby alow for the trucks to be washed But all in all other than that I had a great experience here. Would recommend this school to my friends and family if they are 0interested in trucking or heavy equipment as a career choice. Even during covid rob and Brendan and george made me feel comfortable .

The only thing I would recommend is for the school to update the videos for the in class section of the heavy equipment course, they where quite old and had bad audio and video quality during my zoom lessons. But all in all other than that I had a great experience here. Would recommend this school to my friends and family if they are interested in trucking or heavy equipment as a career choice.

Expérience fantastique: This is a great school to learn at. Their trucks are manual which will be beneficial to when you start to look for work after you pass your road test. As for James Price, I don't know what you are talking about. Everyone in my class (which we had 3 AZ and 1 DZ) all learned the air brakes and everything else we needed to pass the road test. I failed my first road test but only the driving part because of my nerves. I passed the pre trip and schedule 1 just fine and the second road test I passed so now I have my AZ license. These are great people and will teach and show you everything you need to know to pass your road test and get you ready for your career as a trucker. They will also try to work with you if you end up having to miss a day because of an appointment or try to switch your time so that way you still get in all of your hours. It all depends on if you take it seriously, study and ask questions when you don't know something. If you seriously want to get into trucking and want to get your license pick this school.

Expérience négative: This is the worst place to go to truck driving school. I took their automatic DZ "training" course in August of this year. It was not training at all. I was promised and paid for 5 hours driving in the vehicle before my test, and received 3.5 hours. I was not trained on the pre-trip or circle check at all, the trainer actually did it himself and then told me half of what he did quickly after. I failed my D portion of my test solely on the circle check portion, because I was not trained at all on that. When I complained to the company that the lack of training was the reason I failed, they said basically "oh well, people fail sometimes" Then they wanted to charge me another 200 to rent their truck again. they did end up partially rectifying it by letting me use their truck to re-test because of only getting 3.5 hours training instead of the 5 I paid for. I was left on my own watching videos to learn the circle check myself, and had to pay another 92.00 to re-test. Do NOT use this company to train you, or you will be essentially throwing your money away. WORST COMPANY EVER! Brandon Stocker, maybe you had a good experience so you got lucky, but my trainer was Rob, and on the day I was supposedly trained, I was there at 7 am, he didn't show up until 8:30 and we were done driving around 11 am. He did not teach me about the circle check AT All, and that is the thing I failed on. I passed the Air brake portion. Also, on the day I failed, another driver (AZ) that was trained by this company failed too. And the MTO tester said it was a direct result of improper training.

Expérience fantastique: Great place! Rob and Dave know their stuff when it comes down to the trucking part! George is the man that shines when it comes to the heavy equipment! Between the 3 of them they have helped me get my Az license along with heavy equipment tickets and I look forward to going back for the last 2 pieces one day.

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely a great school and experience. I paid 2800 for the DZ program on my own, I did not get government assistance at all. The week in class is pretty dry, but prepares you for actual driving situations. It's more practical but teaches the components too. Rob our in-class instructor was very kind, he could be a little terse (not in a bad way) but understand he is teaching you life lessons and components to the vehicle you would be driving everyday. So his words are platinum, just hear him out and you'll be fine. The in cab experience and driving is what matters the most. Dave, my trainer was fantastic. He was very relaxed, easy going; I came from a call center role and he saw me no different than an ordinary truck driver/peer. He was alert when driving especially when I almost rolled back on an incline (I didn't realize my transmission was not all the way in gear, don't worry they will teach you that too). Sarah the campus manager, is very friendly. She is easy going and very mindful of everyone's schedules. She won't waste your time as long as you don't waste hers or her colleagues time. Overall I expected to have failed this course but I can say that now I passed my DZ road test (as of today); this was a great experience and would choose them again when I go for my AZ.
