Expérience négative: (Even though they are under new name "Louzon" from "technic" still no improvements) We should have read the reviews before paying for the course in full for our son when he turned 16, he's going to be 18 in 2 months and still in phase 2. Extremely poorly run business, they take your money then no driving instruction appointments available. Always call us in 2 weeks , call us Monday....call us whatever...etc. We are going to ask for our money back and go elsewhere. Do yourself a favor (and your kids) and go somewhere else.

Expérience négative: It's been 14 months (January, 2020) since I registered at this school and it looks like it will be many more months more before I have a chance to take the practical test. Firstly everything was cancelled when the pandemic began but they never contacted me when the online classes started up so I lost a few months there. Now I have 2 more driving sessions to do before I can advance to the final level but they aren't able to give me sessions because they don't have instructors available. They keep saying "call back, call back" for an appointment in 2 months. There are still 7 sessions to do in the final level so at this rate it will take another year or more! I live in Gatineau and don't speak French so I have to work in Ottawa but if I can't drive, it seriously limits my employment opportunities. Just another example of how this province discriminates against non-francophone immigrants! Bizunesh Fufa

Expérience négative: I would give this place a 0 if I was able to. I WOULD NOT recommend going to this place, please chose another place. I had a driving instructor who discriminated against me and was rude and not professional. I left the school because of this. I had previously paid $300 for extra driving lessons that they refuse to reimburse me. They have been trying to get extra money from me because I left my contract even though they already have my $300 which is more than enough. It is their fault I was not able to get my license and they want more money from me??? I can't believe how unprofessional and horrible they are. They are not compassionate people and treat people like garbage. I am done dealing with them.

Expérience négative: I did my main course here, then instances in my life made me unable to continue. I've tried calling for weeks now and have sent emails and they never pick up or respond (despite the voice mail saying they will within 48hours) My original course went fine and I had no issues, but with how they are treating me now despite being a student beforehand...think I'll just be going to another to finish off my lessons. Absolutely horrible communication right now. **EDIT** I wanted to add in a edit as I have finally been answered by the school. During the pandemic- in car driving lessons are much harder to come by and only last 1 hour instead of 2, which means trying even further to be pushing on the road and longer wait times for lessons. Since this review (which was 9 months ago from my edit currently in April 2021) I have had 1 driving lesson, that's it. There are hardly any English instructors at this school & one of the times I went in (and paid!) the instructor was french despite me stating I cannot understand it well and my lesson was cancelled and had to be rescheduled, which was months later! Waiting almost an entire year to have just 1 lesson on the road is abysmal when you need 6-7 lessons to get to the next course. Not only this but when they moved sites (the old one being near the Galleries de Hull and new being on St.Joseph) they did not even tell any students! I had to go to the site and see it is no longer there, then call and find the information myself when they have emails and phone numbers on file. Extremely unprofessional organization, and even then I am still not able to get a phone response from them! I have been calling all morning! Back again to edit my review a year later. ●EDIT FOR AUGUST 2022● Trying to once again call them I waited around a minute before they answered only to be put on hold when speaking for 20 seconds, a 10 minute long hold, the phone rang again and then went to dial tone. Seriously? Why does anyone ever choose this school. So unprofessional I'm just going to have to go there to get my money back I guess. Expect me Monday if you see this review! I'm not letting you steal money from me because you refuse to answer your phones.

Expérience fantastique: I did my motorcycle lessons with these guys and everything was super smooth. They were flexible in terms of riding times, and extremely patient. My French is bad, and they had no problem switching between English and French all the time. Denis, Ray, Lucien and Martin were absolutely amazing.

Expérience fantastique: The staff is friendly and professional, and their price is lower than the other schools around. Special thanks to Raymond; he is a fantastic instructor as he provides beneficial tips and will train you around all the possible roads that examiners might ask you to drive at. The office administrators are courteous, especially, Line, the very lovely lady and adept office administrator.

Je n'ai pris que la location du véhicule + 1 heure de pratique le jour de mon examen et ça été très utile car j'étais à l'aise avec l'auto et l'examinateur de la SAAQ m'a fait prendre EXACTEMENT le même chemin que j'avais pratiqué 1 heure plus tôt avec Lauzon!! Je me suis sentie très confiante, merci!

J'étais là pour m'inscrire pour les cours de moto et j'ai finalement quitté l'établissement pendant l'attente dû à la mauvaise humeur de la secrétaire et à l'état des lieux . Prix les moins chère , mais j'aime mieu payer plus pour avoir plus. J'ai fini a l'école de conduite pontiac et je ne suis vraiment pas décu
