J'ai reçu d'excellentes informations ainsi que des suggestions lors de quelques sessions en direct. M. Murugan est un très bon formateur et une personne très compréhensive. Il maîtrise très bien son métier et a mis en évidence les attentes exactes de l'examen avec des détails suffisants. S'il vous plaît, ne négligez pas tout ce qu'il souligne. De plus, ses tarifs sont très honnêtes et je l'ai trouvé honnête en commentant chaque fois qu'il estime que quelqu'un est prêt et n'a pas besoin de sessions supplémentaires. Une suggestion importante de ma part, bien que M. Murugan fasse de son mieux pour satisfaire la demande, si possible, essayez de réserver les sessions bien à l'avance pour éviter toute précipitation de dernière minute. Je remercie M. Murugan pour toute son aide et son soutien.

Expérience négative: Nous avons contacté le bureau pour réserver les séances de conduite en voiture de ma fille. Pendant plus de 2 mois, ils nous ont ignorés - nous avons essayé par e-mails et par téléphone. Nous avons pensé qu'ils avaient fermé leurs portes. Nous avons enfin obtenu les coordonnées de l'instructeur de conduite, mais ensuite l'instructeur ne répondait pas aux appels de ma fille - ils disaient toujours 'Je vous rappellerai dans une heure' ou 'Je vous rappellerai demain.' et ils ne le faisaient presque jamais. Leur service clientèle est terrible. C'était une expérience très frustrante et je laisserais 0 étoiles si je le pouvais.

Je recommande vivement mon instructeur Surinder Bhagrath. Il donne toujours des conseils sur ce qu'ils vont faire et à quelle distance vous devez rester des autres voitures et d'autres informations. Despite having no prior driving experience, I successfully passed my G2 road test on the first attempt within a few days of training with this excellent driving school.

Expérience fantastique: I was assigned Mr Surinder as driving instructor. I was very skeptical of whether just 10hrs would be enough for learning knowing how scared I am of driving. Mr Surinder mentioned he has an unbroken record of his students not failing ! I didn’t believe it until I passed my G2 with special good comments from examiner about quite a few things. Mr Surinder comes with decades of driving instructor experience. If we put trust in him, he will definitely make sure we successfully pass the test. He has a very keen eye and can anticipate what can happen on road faster than us. It’s good to learn and remember how we should act once we start driving alone Also make sure you follow all his advice and tips. They’re very precious and not all instructors do that. I have learnt from 2 other instructors before him and failed. I’m truly thankful to him for helping me be independent.

He has complete knowledge of the rules of the road and was able to answer every single one of my questions about driving as well as the road tests. He has a method of teaching that reinforces the necessary habits for driving so it feels almost like second nature after a couple lessons. He has very handy procedures and tricks for all maneuvers (parking, parallel parking, 3-point, etc.). It feels very safe to drive with him, even during the first time on the highway. Took my G1->G2 road test today and was able to pass it without any problem.

Expérience fantastique: My son just completed his driver's training at Above the Best. I was looking for a school that was affordable, convenient, competent and responsive. These guys met and exceeded my criteria. My son completed the in-school portion over two full weekends. He easily got there on the 88 bus direct from Glen Cairn in Kanata. The class was small and the instructor was excellent - understandable, knowledgeable and personable. He then easily booked his 10 hours of instruction with a gentleman who picked him up at home, did 2 hours at a time in-car, and completed their last session as a dry run at the Walkley Road testing centre. He booked one extra session day-of the test and used the driving instructor's car to complete his G2 road test. The driving instructor was very accommodating and super-responsive, answering my son's phone calls immediately to book his in-car sessions. He's now a G2- licensed driver and I see how competent and confident that he is thanks to Above the Best. I highly recommend this school. A class act.
