Expérience fantastique: Mon instructeur Gurj était tellement décontracté, sympa et bien préparé pour mon test G2. La communication était facile et le changement de planning ne posait aucun problème. De plus, il n'y avait aucun problème à ce qu'il vienne chez moi pour nos leçons. L'application facilite la planification des leçons en conséquence et les leçons en ligne avant de conduire étaient très utiles et instructives.

Il est très attentif et a porté attention à tous mes besoins. Corrections, encouragements, offrant des perspectives et répondant à toutes mes questions. Franchement, Inder est un instructeur 100/10. Je suis passée d'une novice à l'obtention de mon G2 en moins de 2 mois.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons été très satisfaits d'Ultimate Drivers. Ma fille vient de passer son G2, ayant été très bien guidée par Inder dès le début. Je peux voir qu'elle a vraiment adopté de bonnes habitudes de conduite grâce à ses leçons. Je vais certainement inscrire mon fils à Ultimate Drivers en demandant à nouveau Inder lorsque viendra son temps pour les leçons de conduite.

Expérience négative: J'avais précédemment une excellente expérience avec mon fils aîné, mais je suis entièrement déçu par le mauvais service client avec mon fils cadet. Je réalise que des politiques sont en place, mais j'ai demandé une prolongation pour mon fils (et je pouvais fournir des documents si nécessaire et j'aurais pu payer des fonds supplémentaires), et mes deux e-mails ont été complètement ignorés. Ces e-mails ont été envoyés 6 semaines avant sa date d'expiration d'un an. Quand nous n'avons pas reçu de réponse à aucun des e-mails, il a abandonné et a pensé qu'il serait inutile de continuer car il manquerait de temps (et oui, j'ai les deux e-mails envoyés). Tellement déçu. Nous allons chercher ailleurs pour dépenser 800 $ de plus et nous sommes heureux de partager notre expérience avec d'autres.

Expérience fantastique: My driver instructor Gurj was very helpful in me passing my g2 driving test. He was very patient as well as extremely fun to talk to. He made the lessons very fun as well as very educational to help me. Without Gurj I would have never been as good at parallel parking. Causing me to most likely not pass. Due to Gurj I passed with flying colours. Totally recommend Ultimate drivers, and if you get Gurj well…. Ur very lucky.

The instructor i had, Inder, did a great job teaching me everything i needed to know using easy to understand techniques. He made everything seem easy to me and i was easily able to pass my road test on the first try because of his teachings! If anyone is lucky enough to get him as their instructor, they will be in great hands.

Expérience fantastique: I had my G test yesterday and I passed. I am elated by the fact that it is my first Canadian driver's license. It would not have been possible without the help of Inder who tutored me for few hours with a high level of professionalism and calmness in explaining all the road rules throughout our sessions. Also, he tutored my wife for just two(2) hours after she failed her first G2 test, and she passed. I would recommend him for anyone that desires to have their Canadian driver's license at a go.

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely amazing, driving school! I did my driving lessons with Inder, and he was amazing teacher. I had no experience driving and found it intimidating, but after practicing with Inder, I become really good at it. He is great because he explains the principles of good driving and then shows you how to do it, so it really helps you integrate theory with practice. This really helped me learn and now I feel safe and confident on the road! Not to mention, I passed the G2 road test on the first try :)))

My G1 was almost about to expire so I had to learn to drive in less than 3 months during the pandemic. I thought it would be near impossible to achieve with my fear of driving but Inder was an excellent, friendly, and patient instructor who taught me everything I needed to know to be prepared for safe driving and for the test and helped me overcome my fear of driving. After my lessons with Inder, I went from having 0 experience to passing my drive test on my first try today! I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing experience I had with UD Guelph and I will definitely come back to UD to prep for the G test in the future as well :) Thank you!

Expérience fantastique: I hadn’t had much practice driving in two years when I booked a lesson (very last minute, she was very accommodating) with Kim, the owner of Ultimate Driver’s Guelph, and she made me feel entirely confident in taking my G test only an hour after taking me out. Not only did she give me extra time other than what was included in the fee that I paid, but she waited until all my paperwork was filled out to drive me home because it was raining. Kim is an excellent instructor who goes out of her way to help students. 100% recommend!
