He was also very helpful with booking the test. Since I wanted to take the test on the weekend and the weekend slots are sporadically opened and booked out quickly, he kept an eye on the openings and informed me as soon as a slot was available. Because of his diligence. I was able to take the test in a very short time instead of waiting for months.
