Tous les cours et instructions m'ont vraiment aidé à améliorer ma compréhension de la route et de la conduite des autres. Expérience fantastique: Gioelle était mon instructeur de conduite et il a rendu les leçons faciles, amusantes et agréables tout en étant un bon coach et mentor. Quand je suis montée pour la première fois derrière le volant, j'avais peur d'appuyer sur l'accélérateur. Maintenant, je peux conduire librement, c'est comme me brosser les dents. Je lui dois cela. JE LE RECOMMANDE EN TANT QU'INSTRUCTEUR. Pour l'ensemble du cours et la théorie, c'est très bien fait, on évalue des SITUATIONS DE LA VIE RÉELLE avant même de monter dans la voiture. Jason était mon professeur de théorie en ligne sur zoom et il a également rendu les leçons vraiment amusantes et agréables, avec de superbes histoires qui se mêlent à ce qu'elles enseignent. Je le recommande si vous pouvez intégrer une classe avec lui. Dans l'ensemble, Young Drivers est incroyable. Leur service téléphonique est excellent aussi. J'ai eu la chance de parler avec Champ à quelques reprises et elle était vraiment sympathique, tout comme tout le monde là-bas. Ils m'ont vraiment fait sentir comme en famille et il est logique que ces gars soient plus chers que leurs concurrents. S'il vous plaît, suivez le cours YD et aucun autre cours, car cela en vaut VRAIMENT la peine. Vous obtenez également des avantages supplémentaires comme des réductions à l'Aquarium de Ripley, en plus des réductions sur l'assurance et un futur véhicule. S'il vous plaît, partagez mon avis avec tout le monde que vous connaissez afin que le mot se propage ! Ces gars sont les meilleurs des meilleurs !!

Expérience fantastique: Mon instructeur de conduite, Muneer Baba, a été très soutenant et patient en m'enseignant à conduire. Il m'a donné un encouragement et un renforcement sans fin lorsque je devenais nerveux ou anxieux en conduisant / en préparant mon examen de route G2. Même si je doutais de moi-même, il n'a jamais douté de moi. Un grand merci à Muneer, il est vraiment le meilleur instructeur de conduite.

Expérience négative: Personnellement, j'ai trouvé que la communication était la pire partie de mon expérience avec les jeunes conducteurs. J'ai dû me donner beaucoup de mal pour connaître les résultats de l'examen de conduite. On m'a également dit que je travaillerais avec le meilleur moniteur de conduite plutôt que de me dire que je travaillerais avec le seul moniteur de conduite dans ma région. Le contenu que j'ai appris, cependant, est quelque chose que je pense être très utile et m'aidera pour ma conduite future. Les vidéos en ligne étaient difficiles à regarder en raison de la qualité, mais la révision du contenu était bonne. Je ne répéterais probablement pas cette expérience car c'était un cauchemar logistique et j'ai payé un supplément pour cela, mais le contenu est utile.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu une excellente expérience de cours de conduite avec Young Drivers ! Mon instructeur était utile et encourageant, et j'ai réussi mon test G2 aujourd'hui du premier coup.

Expérience positive: Pas mal. Ils vous apprennent comment être en sécurité et vous donnent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir. Les leçons en voiture sont super et vous rendent un conducteur confiant. De plus, les leçons avant le test sont très utiles et m'ont permis d'y entrer sans souci. Cependant, le cours en ligne est extrêmement peu utile par moments et prend beaucoup plus de temps que ce qu'ils disent. En particulier, les résumés des évaluations contiennent tellement de remplissage qu'il est très difficile de rester concentré. Je souhaite vraiment qu'ils fassent un meilleur travail sur cet aspect compte tenu du prix que vous payez.

Expérience négative: Pas digne de votre argent !! L'école ne renvoie pas les appels téléphoniques et ne respecte pas ses promesses de rappeler avec des disponibilités. Les instructeurs ne répondent pas aux messages. En fin de compte, la communication était si mauvaise que nous avons dû attendre 6 semaines entre les leçons, ce qui n'est pas un moyen efficace d'apprendre à conduire.

Expérience positive: The instruction is really helpful because it breaks down all the skills so it's easy to understand and teaches you how to anticipate problems rather than just reacting. The biggest problem with Young Drivers is the scheduling. It's hard to get appointments close together and there are often conflicts in schedules happening. Be prepared for this course to take a long time.

Expérience négative: do not go here unless you want to wait a month in between each lesson and want to travel somewhere to meet the instructor instead of them coming to pick you up for your lesson (which they do not advertise anywhere). contacting them for a refund was also a hassle and i had to both call and email them on separate occasions before i got through to someone. i called customer service about this and the girl i spoke to on the phone told me she worked in scheduling and couldn’t help me- why are you on the customer service line then?? tried to switch my instructor to someone with more availability and they had nothing. i had a total of two driving lessons in the span of 3 months which doesn’t help someone learn whatsoever. i also know someone who had to move his g2 test back a month because they couldn’t accommodate him anytime sooner. i do not recommend young drivers and you are better off going somewhere else, especially for the price! also why are all the reviews the exact same? literally all copy and paste

Expérience négative: Driving instructor was fantastic, the customer service on the office side not so much. Paid hundreds of dollars for the course just to go get insurance and find out the company did not even report my completion to the ministry of transportation, I try to call to get it dealt with so I can get my vehicle on the road and am told that they cant do anything and to leave a msg with the manager and get talked to like garbage. Most unprofessional customer service, I expected more from such an established company..

Expérience positive: For a company who advertises picking up and dropping off at home that doesn’t happen we have to travel 1 - 1:30 hour to meet the instructor and then the same home. When attempting to reach them to discuss the whys of this or why there’s not a closer meeting spot. No response. The instructor is knowledgeable and friendly.

Expérience fantastique: Very happy with my experience here! Online lessons were great and I was fortunate enough to have Jeremy as my driving instructor, who worked with my severe anxiety about driving and ended up making lessons both informative and fun, the perfect balance to calm my nerves! At the end I am now much more confident, I have my G2 and I can't wait to gain more experience on the road. I Highly recommend Jeremy for the Burlington area, it makes a huge difference when your teacher genuinely cares! I will be coming back for more lessons in a year when I go for my G

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely fantastic experience. Everything from E-learning, In-class, and in-car driving training was executed effectively and efficiently. My in-class instructor was very experienced, kind, and was able to answer all of my questions. My in-car instructor was very helpful and was fun to talk to. I really looked forward to driving with him each time. Young Drivers understood the challenges of COVID-19 and were able to adapt their program to continue safely without taking away from the student experience. I started my training with Young Drivers in August this year and graduated before the end of September. After my last in-car session I was saddened that the program was over for me. I passed my G2 road test first time in December (covid-19 impact on drivetest centres). If anyone is having trouble deciding which driving school they should attend, look no further than YD.

Expérience fantastique: As a student who paid for my own driving lessons, I'm really grateful that I spent a little more money to go with Young Drivers for driving lessons. The instructor I had was kind and attentive, and was very thorough in describing how to do each type of maneuver that you need to know for the G2 test. The program itself is also very comprehensive in teaching not only for the test, but also defensive driving tips, which helped me feel more confident about driving around. Having my instructor there for the road test was also very helpful, as you drive with them in their car for a while before your test to get prepped (and practice any last minute maneuvers that are challenging for you). My instructor was very thorough in letting me know what to expect on the road test, which calmed my nerves and likely helped me pass. Overall, was a great experience. I completed the Young Driver's program (driving lessons, etc.) within ~6 months, but it took ~9 months to fully complete up to the road test because of the COVID backlog at the Drive Test centers.

Expérience fantastique: They went above and beyond in order to ensure our kids had the best education and were defensive and safe drivers.

Expérience négative: Took me over 4 months to get my g2 because classes are that backlogged I started my in class inclass lessons 8months ago and still working through the higher up bs. Honestly they dont care about you they teach good inclass lessons but as soon as you start booking any incar lessons the program quickly falls apart. I have no complaints with my instructor brian that was the only positive

Expérience négative: Terrible experience, extremely disappointing on so many levels. It took over a year and a half to complete my training. The driving instructor was unprofessional and completely skipped a number of the collision avoidance lessons. Their car broke down during my last lesson and was not offered a safe way to get home or any compensation. The instructor made offensive comments about teenagers, the elderly, immigrants and women. I felt very uncomfortable during my lessons but since there is no customer service I simply had to force myself to endure it. I am a small business owner in my 30's and suspect many of these reviews are from parents who don't actually know what their teenager's experience was like. Most kids are probably just happy to get their licence and move on, so probably won't make any complaints. The worst part - when I finally felt ready to complain they refused to offer me any compensation (beyond a free practice lesson in a year for my G test) because "it has been over a year since you began you lessons". However the reason it took so long was they were completely unable to schedule my lessons in a reasonable time. Sometimes over a month between lessons. Save your money and choose a different school. This business is a complete scam and they simply don't care if you or your child has a bad experience. I am devastated they took my money and offered such a horrible, unprofessional experience. They prey on a vulnerable sector of young people who they assume won't complain. Shame on you Young Drivers!

Expérience fantastique: Easy and convenient location. Instructors were friendly and informative. I was confident after my in class sessions that I knew my stuff, however I was still a little nervous to get behind the wheel. My in car instructor made me feel comfortable driving and i gained even more confidence leading up to my test.

Expérience fantastique: Everything from in-class to in-car was an extremely informative, practical, enjoyable and even entertaining experience. The people who have put together this program are clearly among the best in the industry, exercising high degrees of professionalism and attention to detail. Despite the hefty price tag ($1,100+) it was well worth every nickel. Two and a half years on the road as a G2/G licensed driver and not a single collision, ticket or infraction. *Knock on wood*
