L'expérience du début à la fin a été fantastique et maintenant que j'ai réussi mon examen de conduite de moto (du premier coup avec brio), je peux dire avec certitude que ce qu'ils m'ont appris était inestimable et a assuré mon succès. Ils étaient compétents, apaisants et encourageants à la fois, et ils ont été très accommodants lorsque j'ai dû reprogrammer une fois. Expérience fantastique: J'ai suivi le cours de conduite accéléré avec M. Bill Reynolds pour me préparer à mon examen de conduite et aussi apprendre des astuces de conduite ! J'ai réservé mon examen de conduite à Merritt (c'est plus près de chez moi et il y avait de la disponibilité) et je l'ai réussi facilement ! Les conseils que Bill m'a donnés et la pratique que j'ai faite avec lui m'ont rendu l'examen très facile.

Expérience fantastique: Je suis un cavalier débutant et ce cours m'a énormément aidé. J'ai appris toutes les bases et la formation fondamentale nécessaires pour faire fonctionner et conduire une moto en toute sécurité. Rob était mon instructeur et il était excellent pour enseigner, en nous engageant, et en s'assurant que nous comprenions le contenu et l'orientation du cours. Il s'est également assuré de nous aider avec un enseignement supplémentaire dans les situations où nous avions des difficultés. Mon niveau de confiance sur ma moto a monté en flèche. Je me sens également beaucoup plus à l'aise et en sécurité sur ma moto. Je recommande vivement ce cours à quiconque et je suis très heureux d'avoir pu y participer. Expérience fantastique: Tout le monde chez Vtwin était incroyable. L'administration était toujours utile pour répondre aux questions et préoccupations de manière rapide. Les instructeurs étaient patients, serviables et vous mettaient à l'aise (soyons honnêtes, les cyclistes débutants ont tellement d'anxiété). J'ai toujours voulu apprendre à conduire, je n'ai jamais pensé que je pourrais vraiment surmonter ma peur. Cependant, Vtwin était si génial et maintenant je sais comment conduire, avec une dose saine de respect et de compréhension des risques. Je recommande FORTEMENT à quiconque qui débute de suivre le cours Vtwin, car cela rendra votre expérience de conduite 10 fois meilleure !

Expérience fantastique: Une expérience totalement excellente avec V-Twin. Je recommanderais à 100 % ces gars-là. J'ai suivi le cours "Apprendre à conduire" et l'organisation, l'instruction, la communication et le plaisir étaient exceptionnels. L'instructeur était patient, très compétent et capable de communiquer ce qui était nécessaire efficacement. Mon niveau de confiance après le cours est significativement plus élevé et je me sens vraiment bien équipé pour conduire. Excellent travail V-Twin !! Après mon cours d'apprentissage à conduire, j'ai pris quelques mois pour pratiquer puis j'ai fait une balade de mise au point avant mon test routier de classe 6. Encore une fois, une instruction excellente et inestimable pour rafraîchir mes compétences avant le test. Le jour du test, je me sentais confiant et bien équipé et après quelques minutes, les nerfs se sont dissipés et j'ai mis en pratique tout ce qu'on m'avait enseigné. Réussi du premier coup. Sans aucun doute, V-Twin a joué un rôle crucial. Merci.

Expérience fantastique: Si vous avez le moindre doute sur vous-même, suivez le cours. Je recommande vivement, les instructeurs sont formidables, le rythme est très digeste. Que vous soyez un pilote expérimenté ou que vous n'ayez jamais touché un embrayage avant, ces personnes vous donneront tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prendre la route.

Expérience fantastique: Si vous cherchez à apprendre à conduire une moto ou à améliorer vos compétences actuelles, VTwin est la bonne option. Je n'avais jamais conduit auparavant et le rythme d'apprentissage était excellent. Nous avons commencé par des cours en ligne sur les motos et nous sommes partis de là, l'apprentissage était progressif et s'est construit continuellement jusqu'à ce que nous puissions rouler en toute sécurité dans les rues de Vernon. Si vous voulez apprendre de la bonne manière, commencez ici !

Louise au bureau est très organisée et accommodante, ce qui a rendu les choses faciles. Expérience fantastique: Bien que je monte à cheval par intermittence depuis plus de 40 ans, j'ai vraiment beaucoup appris grâce au cours Accelerated MC. Gord et Rob étaient des instructeurs très sympathiques, expérimentés et compétents. Ils m'ont très bien préparé et j'ai réussi l'examen de conduite sans aucun problème ! Expérience fantastique: J'ai suivi ma formation avec V-Twin il y a quelques années et je ne peux les recommander assez. Ils étaient extrêmement compétents et véritablement passionnés par les motos. Même si ma formation remonte à des années, ils honorent toujours leur promesse de retests MSA et d'aide pour l'obtention du permis complet, ce qui m'a aidé à éviter le gros mal de tête que peut être icbc. Bien que le cours semble coûteux, cela en vaut vraiment la peine compte tenu de la valeur que vous obtenez.

Expérience fantastique: Quel week-end incroyable ! Je suis tellement heureux d'avoir suivi cette formation, je pense honnêtement que cela devrait être une exigence pour tous les motards. Gord était mon instructeur et il était absolument incroyable, patient, compétent et il a rendu cela amusant ! Todd était génial, il était en train de former l'autre classe, Gene et Mat ont fait la théorie via Zoom et ce n'était pas sec ou ennuyeux. Il est évident que Vtwin a choisi une super équipe ! Expérience fantastique: J'ai pris le cours pendant le week-end de Pâques, des instructeurs géniaux, qui expliquaient très bien les choses et m'ont rendu un cavalier beaucoup meilleur et plus confiant. Hautement recommandé.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai passé un excellent moment pendant ma formation avec V-Twin. Les instructeurs étaient passionnés et patients avec ceux qui avaient peut-être besoin d'un peu plus que la moyenne. Mon groupe était composé principalement de nouveaux pilotes, certains n'avaient même jamais pensé à conduire avant le cours. C'était très utile et très amusant, et essayer les différentes motos était un bonus pour ceux qui ne savaient peut-être pas encore ce qu'ils voulaient. (les rebel 250 étaient mes préférées) Une fois le cours terminé et j'avais réservé mon examen de conduite, l'un des instructeurs m'a rencontré et nous avons fait une balade de réglage (inclus). Il a souligné ce sur quoi je devais travailler et ce que je faisais bien. J'ai réussi mon test le lendemain sans aucune infraction. J'ai eu 3 instructeurs différents et cela était un peu déroutant, mais c'était juste au milieu des grands incendies de '23 et je ne blâme certainement personne pour rester en sécurité.

Expérience fantastique: I was once unsuccessful on a bike (800cc) that was too big for me a few years back. This time, I practiced (650cc), took the ARC course and a week later got my license. Pretty happy with the feedback and instructions from Mark. Yippee.

Expérience fantastique: If you are thinking of getting a motorcycle, then you need to come here first. This was my first year of riding and the best thing I did was take the VTwin course. I was able to pass my ICBC road test on the first try and I could not have done it without the team of instructors who were there from day 1. They will teach you great riding habits that will keep you safe on the road, and those are the same habits that will help you get your full license. The pre-test tune up ride with Mark really helped me see what bad habits I was forming and how to rectify them before my test. Even the ICBC instructor could tell I had taken a course - they said it was the best thing to do when getting a bike. Thank you VTwin!

The weekend training was great and gave me a solid foundation for riding safely. The tune-up ride with Mark really helped prepare me to pass the ICBC road test first try.

I learned so much that would have taken forever and a lot of mistakes without having gone through the course. Keith was my instructor and he did a wonderful job, clear instruction and ample patience. Then road preparation ICBC test ride with Mark Both guys were great and provided clear and easy to follow training. They definitely helped me pass the test. Anyone looking to get their class 6 I highly recommend going through this. Expérience fantastique: Recently finished the training in Penticton and I was very impressed. Everything went smooth from booking the class, to the online training, to the four days of practical training both in the parking lot and on the road. Not sure I could have passed the skills test without all of Bill's instruction and tips. Being able to use the schools bike for the road test is also a huge bonus and was very easy to organize with Louise. I thought Bill was an excellent instructor and I would definitely recommend new riders sign up for the class!

Expérience fantastique: Highly recommend to get the full course. I had only one month of prior motorcycle experience before taking the course with (Mark and Gene) I can say with 100% certainty, I would not have passed the Skills (parking lot) test and/or the ICBC road test by just reading the book. They teach you not only what are safe riding practices and habits but they also teach what ICBC is specifically looking for when testing. They tell you at the beginning of the course that when you’re done the course and out on the roads, you’ll be able to see which riders have and which riders have not had training. I had Mark for the majority of training. If you didn’t know, they also meet you for a pre road test ride for a couple hours the day of your road test which is included, as of writing this, with the full course. That really helped solidify the skills and tips i learned from the course and Mark pointed out the things I still needed to adapt as habits (which I had forgotten) from the month in between the end of the course and my road test date. The ICBC tester also had amazing things to say about Kelowna V-Twin after my test and said it showed when I was being tested. 2 big thumbs up Kelowna V-Twin. Happy Customer

Expérience fantastique: The instructors were all great. Gord is really good, he pointed out something specific I was doing wrong, which helped me learn to do U-turns really well. On the road test I did a flawless U-turn. Don't bother using an email address on their website, they don't respond, you have to phone. Anneke at the Vernon phone number was nice and helpful

Expérience fantastique: I recommend V-Twin. Enjoyed the practical portion the most (of course). Matt was a knowledgable instructor with a great sense of humour. It was a lot of fun. Try to book early or late in the season if you want to avoid getting toasted in the summer heat.

Expérience négative: If i could leave a zero star i would. It took multiple phone calls and emails before I was given a road test prep date, a week before my road test day, and no one showed up for me on the time and day. I was giving useless excuses like change of staff and "im so sorry you fell into a massive dark hole in the system". Now i feel very stressed and i am left alone to figure it out. Im the only one person paying for THEIR mistake. I wont be recommending this school to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: I took the learning to ride course with V-twin. I had little knowledge and basically zero experience with riding motorcycles. In just about two weekends after doing online theory I was taught all the basic skills from pre-inspection to control in a safe environment at low speeds to highway and residential areas. I would highly recommend this to anyone; even experienced riders wanting to brush up the important basic skills or take a more difficult course. The lessons I learned from this school have proved to be a tremendous achievement and confidence boost that is making riding that much more enjoyable. After completing the course I felt more confident and comfortable, I would strongly recommend V-Twin to anyone. Expérience fantastique: I signed up for this course in April 2021 so that I could get my MST done quicker then waiting for ICBC (End of summer at ICBC because of Covid backlog). In BC when you get you learners and then do a MST (Motocycle Skills Test) that removes all your restrictions except no doubling and riding at night. While I signed up for that reason I am sure glad I did because I truly learned so much. I had Maarten as my instructor for 6 hours of theory and 6 hours 1 on 1 on the bike training too. Maarten did a great job in both the theory (Over zoom in a small group) and in the 1 on 1 training on the bike. He is a very knowledgeable motorcycle enthusiast and is an awesome instructor. I suggest that everyone take this course, very reasonable priced and it will make you a smarter, safer and better rider.

Expérience fantastique: I had such a great experience with V Twin! I had never rode a motorcycle before I took the New Rider Course - I was very nervous, but they went through all of the basic skills and by the end of the second weekend I was riding around town with no issues. Gordon was a great and patient instructor!

Expérience positive: If I could write two different reviews - one for the instructor, and another for v-twin as a company I would! Maarten, who was my instructor for the Accelerated rider training, was absolutely great! And would give him 5 stars as an instructor, he did a great job of tutoring me and helping me to feel comfortable, knowing when to push me but also when to take a step back. Sadly my customer experience with V-twin outside of this wasn’t to the great standard that the instructor provided. I’d booked my accelerator rider training for end of season 2020 and took the theory, and understandably when the snow came early my training was cancelled. I was told that as soon as V Twin opened for the 2021 season I would be contacted right away to book in my training since I’d already paid. When it came to early March, I figured I’d just send a follow up email, asking roughly when V Twin would start the trainings back up. I didn’t hear anything back after a couple of weeks, but happened to be driving one day and saw the new rider course happening. I tried calling to see if I’d be able to book in my training since V Twin seemed to now be open, and left a message. After again not hearing back I called and left a message, and then followed up with an email. I eventually received a call from an unknown staff member (they did not introduce themselves or that they were calling from V-Twin) and they were extremely rude to me over the phone, being very abrupt whenever I tried to ask a question about the training. The person was so rude I was made to feel like I had done something wrong, even though all I was trying to do was inquire about a service I’d already paid for.

Expérience fantastique: Our instructor, Martin, was absolutely a joy to take lessons from. He made an intimidating task of learning to ride a motorcycles into a really fun adventure that I looked forward to going to every day we had class. V-Twin was organized, excellent communicators, and I feel ready to get on a bike with confidence now. Thanks guys for a really fun couple weekends.

I took the course in Kelowna over the Easter long weekend. Martin, Matt, and Gordon are amazing instructors with tons of knowledge and experience. When I finished I was confident with the skills required to operate a motorcycle safely. It’s a great way to enter the hobby of motorcycling, and make some friends in your community. You can really tell that they love to do what they do. They both really helped our whole group out in learning the fundamentals of riding in a fun and exciting way. Expérience fantastique: I can not recommend VTWIN Kelowna riding school enough! Coming in with experience in riding is one thing, but I was taught clutch-throttle control and I can now do slow speed figure eights on a dime, and I was taught substantial skills and tips to help me pass the ICBC road test. Huge props to Maarten and Todd—both very supportive, and Maarten is an amazing and professional instructor with real-world knowledge and experience. He will answer every question you may have and make you feel fully at ease and confident in your new skills. There’s always more to learn and VTWIN can help!

Expérience fantastique: I took the full motorcycle training course this summer. The instructors are excellent, and patient with people who have no experience on bikes. Taking the skills test during the practical training is a great way to get approved to ride alone since they cover everything you need to do. The two weekends spent learning to ride put me on the road with the skills and confidence to be a safe rider. Happy to say I've passed my road test and now have a full licence. Highly recommended taking the training for a motorcycle here, especially if you're a complete novice.

The theory was done online over two evenings and was informative. The practical portion was really fun. My instructor was awesome. I'd recommend V-Twin to anyone who wants to get into riding motorcycles.

Expérience fantastique: I recently took the motorcycle training with V Twin in Vernon. My instructor was Gord. I found the course very helpful, and it gave me a lot of info that will vastly improve my riding skills. Gord was AWESOME! He put the group members at ease with his approach, and his demeanor. I found him to be an excellent source, and a very good instructor. There is nothing I would change about the course, and I would highly recommend Gord if you have a choice.

Expérience fantastique: This group is AWESOME. If you're planning on getting your license, take the course from these guys to get prepared. I had wanted my motorcycle license for all my life, and now after 30 years, I finally have it because of the excellent instruction, communications, guidance and enthusiasm from Dan, Bill & Martin (sorry guys, not sure on your last names). I was very nervous starting out as I had never really ridden a bike before and by the time I was finished the course, I had so much more confidence. I felt I had learned how to properly handle a bike and what the differences for driving were (compared to driving a car/truck). Also, because I had taken the course, I got an hour and a half of private instruction from one of the instructors, plus the use of one of the course bikes, before and for taking my road test. That was HUGE - it made me much more relaxed going into the test. The instructor stuck around until I was finished. When I passed WHOOHOO!!!, he and I rode the bikes back to the storage unit and off I went, in all my glory (I was stoked). Expérience fantastique: V-Twin gave me the confidence & skill I needed! I took their course over the Easter 2020 Long weekend. I had never ridden any motorized bike of my own, and had never driven a standard. Kim's instruction was fantastic. He was clear, detailed, and patient every step of the way. I didn't think that within 2 days I would be riding on my own on the streets of Kelowna! I found that we moved quickly through the hands-on skills, which is what I needed to really push myself. The theory that is taught will make you a safe and assertive rider on the road, and even gave me skills to apply as a motorist. Thank you V-Twin for an awesome experience. Expérience fantastique: I had no riding experience, and after this program I was able too learn the proper techniques of how to handle an motorcycle and too ride safe. The instructors were incredible, and having the icbc skill test part of the program was a plus as well.

Good, varied selection of training motorcycles to suit different kinds of riders. Offering the ICBC skills test as part of the course was incredibly convenient. Definitely recommend!

For many years I have wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle and your excellent Instructors quickly had me on the road with confidence and strong skills! Being a complete beginner, my nervousness was soon eased by the informative classroom sessions and seeing the other students' range in ability and age. The closed-course coached by Al was clear, systematic and concise and the number of students small, making for concentrated and effective learning. As a female rider, it was great to see other ladies in the course and Al adjusted to each student's own rate of progress! Kim Young's superb coaching on the open-road course gave me huge confidence in my motorcycle handling skills, judgement and integration into traffic. Kim kept his instructions clear, simple and logical, and gradually introduced more challenging routes, making it easy for me to progress. I experienced a little natural apprehension for the Road Test but with the ever-confidence building and well rehearsed pre-test rides with Kim, I passed with flying colours on my first attempt. The opportunity to use V Twin's motorcycle fleet, not only for training but for the road test as well, gave me a chance to try different makes and models, ultimately leading to the right choice for my own motorcycle purchase. Anyone who wants to learn to ride for the first time or improve their riding should take this course! I cannot recommend this course and these Instructors enough and am grateful for the safe and confident rider I have become through V-Twin Motorcycle Training. Expérience fantastique: Its been over 20 years since i have been on a bike. To make sure i'm not remembering just the bad habits i got some personal lessons from Bob. He looked at what i knew, explained how the rules have changed over the last 20 years and helped me get up to speed in record time. It was the first time i focused on learning to control the bike at low speeds, and it has really helped in traffic when it bogs down in Kelowna. Riding a motorcycle is an investment in machine, time and learning to be safe. Bob gave me both the skills refresher, and the confidence to be out on the road again. Thanks Bob for a job well done.
