Expérience fantastique: Où puis-je commencer ? J'ai commencé tout le processus pour obtenir mon AZ dans une autre école, et l'instructeur de cette autre école était horrible, irrespectueux et abusif. J'ai commencé ici à TTC à North Bay avec John et tout n'a été que succès et excellentes leçons de conduite. Il prend le temps d'expliquer pourquoi les choses doivent être faites d'une certaine manière et s'assure que vous comprenez avant de continuer. Quand vous faites une erreur, il ne panique pas, il reste calme et explique quoi faire la prochaine fois. Très transparent, TTC a de la chance d'avoir John comme formateur à North Bay. À mon avis, c'est un excellent visage pour l'entreprise, sans mentionner que son niveau de professionnalisme est inégalé. Si je n'ai pas encore pleinement mûri, je le serai au moment où j'aurai terminé ma leçon avec John.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment terminé mon cours A/Z et équipements lourds. Programme Platinum. J'ai eu 3 instructeurs, Will et Rob pour mon AZ. Je ne peux pas exprimer à quel point ils ont été patients avec moi, m'ont amené de ne jamais conduire à me sentir confiant pour améliorer mes compétences. J'ai réussi mon test routier du premier coup. Mon instructeur George pour l'équipement lourd était sans conteste le type le plus humble. Des années et des années d'expérience transparaissent dans ses capacités d'enseignement. Merci messieurs de m'avoir enseigné et de m'avoir aidé à atteindre mes objectifs et à faire avancer ma carrière dans le transport et l'exploitation d'équipements.

Expérience fantastique: Bruce était un excellent instructeur et m'a aidé à développer de bonnes habitudes de conduite. Globalement, c'était une excellente expérience.

Expérience négative: NE PAS ASSISTER À CE CAMPUS !! Je me suis inscrit au programme AZ MELT, mais les instructeurs ont oublié de m'apprendre à faire marche arrière à partir d'un angle de 90 degrés jusqu'à deux jours avant mon test de conduite MTO. Ils n'ont même pas essayé de m'apprendre le Schedule One jusqu'à la veille de mon test, malgré mes demandes répétées pour enseigner ces deux choses. Alors, devinez quoi : je NE SAVAIS PAS COMMENT FAIRE MARCHE ARRIÈRE OU CE QU'ÉTAIT LE SCHEDULE ONE POUR MON TEST !! Ce n'était certainement pas suffisant pour réussir et ces choses sont vraiment TRÈS IMPORTANTES !! Donc, je suis allé gagner de l'argent pour pouvoir revenir et finir d'apprendre à faire marche arrière et le Schedule One… 150 $/heure/une leçon moyenne de 3 heures. Quand je suis revenu 5 mois plus tard, tous les instructeurs et l'administration étaient partis et il ne restait qu'un instructeur nommé John qui faisait 'tout', comme il a dit. Je lui ai demandé s'il pouvait m'apprendre le Schedule One et comment faire marche arrière à un angle de 90 degrés, il a dit oui. Alors, j'ai payé mon argent et le premier jour, j'ai observé un autre étudiant. Une fille qui était très novice dans l'industrie. Tout au long de la conduite avec elle, John, a continuellement aboyé et crié après elle pour tout ce qu'elle faisait mal. J'ai tenté de calmer la tension en disant des choses comme : 'hé, c'est ok, nous avons tous commencé comme ça' et je lui ai donné des exemples de ce que je ressentais quand j'ai commencé. Elle était très désemparée à la fin et n'a pas pu finir de conduire pour le reste de sa leçon. J'ai développé une très mauvaise infection pulmonaire et quand je suis revenu deux semaines plus tard, on m'a dit qu'elle avait quitté et qu'un autre étudiant avait juste cessé de venir (ai-je mentionné que John parle des autres étudiants dans leur dos ?). Je suis monté dans le camion, m'attendant à faire de l'Airbrakes et à enlever un peu de rouille de ma conduite, mais il m'a regardé bizarrement et a dit que j'aurais peut-être dû juste conduire et ne pas gaspiller mon argent. Alors j'ai commencé à conduire et devinez quoi : IL A COMMENCÉ À ABBOYER ET À CRIER APRÈS MOI AUSSI !! Je suis un gars très calme et patient, mais après deux heures, j'en avais assez sans même avoir essayé de faire marche arrière ou le Schedule One. Je suis donc parti en me sentant encore pire que lorsque je suis entré. Ensuite, j'ai commencé à recevoir des informations contradictoires de John et Sarah sur pourquoi je n'étais pas sur le planning et pourquoi mon test de conduite n'avait pas été reprogrammé. Cela a duré plus d'un mois. Finalement, j'ai abandonné ces deux nuls. J'ai fini par contacter leur bureau principal à Sudbury et je suis allé là-bas pour une formation compétente et de meilleures installations. J'ai fait deux leçons à Sudbury et obtenu mon permis plus mes Airbrakes le troisième jour. Si vous voulez obtenir votre permis de camionneur commercial à travers le TTCC, rendez-vous à Sudbury et NE PERDEZ PAS VOTRE TEMPS AVEC CETTE BLAGUE DE CAMPUS !! Au fait, si vous pensez que c'est long, ce n'est même pas la moitié des histoires que je pourrais vous raconter.

Expérience négative: Pas un bon endroit pour obtenir l'endorsement Z. On m'a dit que le tarif était uniquement pour la location de camions. Je n'ai jamais vu la partie camion. L'ensemble du processus a été trop prolongé. J'ai perdu un jour de travail à cause d'une date de constat qui a été changée. Aucune possibilité de remboursement. Je ne recommanderais à personne. S'il y avait une option pour une étoile négative, ce serait génial.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu Bruce comme mon instructeur G2 et il était honnêtement mieux que tout ce que j'aurais pu espérer, il était super détendu et drôle, mais en même temps un excellent instructeur dont j'ai beaucoup appris. Je recommande à 100 % pour quiconque essaie d'obtenir son G2.

Expérience fantastique: Hey folks, I recently attended AZ training and HEO course at the Northbay Campus. Both of courses were great and personally I had a lot of fun with it. Mike Widdifield the heavy equipment instructor is very professional and a safety oriented person who could be trusted to teach the safety operation of various types of equipment. He doesn't take short cuts. And then we have Megan Hayter who is the Campus administrator. I can't say enough good stuff about her. The patience, positive attitude, the ability to keep the office afloat and work around everyone's schedule is absolutely phenomenal. Well-done. At last we have Justin Hurrell, one of the AZ trainers. I don't think there's anything this man doesn't know about trucking. A true professional in this field. He is an individual who has the patience and knowledge to coach you through any weaknesses that you may have. On that note folks, I would like to thank Northbay Campus staff for all the training support and fun we had together. I would most definitely recommend TTCC to anyone who wishes to take this type of training.

Expérience fantastique: Just finished my in class training with Micheal Farmer. An amazing and very proffessional instructor. He kept the content interesting and engaged with each student making sure no one felt left out. All around great experience and would gladly recomend it to anyone interested.

Expérience fantastique: I just finished my AZ in North Bay. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my instructor Justin. He is very knowledgeable about driving and trucks, which was helpful to me in my situation. He was patient and really listened to my concerns and was helpful in addressing them. His encouragement was beneficial in my success. I can't say enough about Megan who was so helpful in scheduling my times that met my needs. She was very prompt in advising me of my schedules and always got back to me in a timely fashion. Her friendliness and encouragement meant alot to me. All in all I had a positive experience with TTCC in North Bay in achieving my desired results.

Expérience fantastique: I just finished my DZ and my HEO course with them in North bay. Megan in the North bay office was amazing with working around my schedule and getting back to me very quickly! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the training courses! Justin the truck instructor was awesome at helping me with stuff I felt I was struggling on also showed me some tips and tricks to remember all the small things Mike at the HEO pit was also great, very patient will all of us trying to learn small maneuvers and tricks to be a good operator! That being said would be nice if the company would give him a bit of a better work environment. The trailer is rotten, generator blew up and caught fire, pump on the diesel tank is a joke, the grader is junk and needs to be replaced asap, and small parts here and there on most of the equipment need to be fixed. But all and all Megan, Justin and Mike were all awesome and a pleasure to talk to and learn from

Expérience négative: I booked a car for my driver license road test and on the day of the test I discovered that the instructor and the car weren't coming. They didn't informed me, causing lots of stress on the day's test, they just told me to get other car.

Expérience négative: Please dont, lie. That was happen that time every time your instructor was lying lying and lying. And refuse me to drop after my test and i paid for pick and drop service. Today i have no issues with you guys. Thats funny you are replying after 5 years.lol. Thank you!

Expérience négative: First of all if you've never been in a transport truck ever then you're not supposed to take the MELT program. I didn't know this until after taking the course then failing on the 90 degree alley dock parking that's when I looked into Tri-County in Cambridge, Ontario and they told me that I should have never taken the MELT program. I should have taken the full AZ trucking course that is 8 weeks long with 54 hours forward and 24 hours back plus they train you how to drive a fork lift and how to properly load a trailer for proper weight distribution. Now that I've educated myself I will be attending Tri-County in the new year after I get my money back from the course come income tax time. It makes me upset because they know this all they want is your money plus they don't stick to the program hours or train you properly. I only had 3 hours of backing up practice and I should of had at least 18 hours. Please just educate yourself and don't make the same mistake as myself. Thanks.

Expérience négative: Nice people, but the instructors were not teaching to the new standards for the road test laid out by MTO. They will also tell you that they will support you as much as possible to help you succeed - what they actually mean is after the course; they will let you use a simulator if it's available.
