Expérience fantastique: M. Ashebo et Debbie sont les meilleurs. Ils ont été super accommodants et flexibles avec toutes mes demandes. Apprendre avec eux est un rêve et ils rendent l'apprentissage des bonnes techniques si facile pour réussir votre examen. J'ai réussi du premier coup grâce à M. Ashebo et j'étais très nerveux au début. Je les recommande vivement !

C'est un instructeur incroyable et il est clair que ce travail est fait pour lui. Il ne m'a jamais fait penser que j'étais un mauvais conducteur, il ne crie jamais et ne s'énerve pas, il explique calmement ce que j'ai mal fait et comment je pourrais m'améliorer. Je suis heureux de dire que j'ai maintenant mon permis, merci M. Ashebo de m'avoir aidé à y parvenir ! N'hésitez pas à prendre des leçons ici si vous y pensez, le prix est juste et les instructeurs sont agréables.

Expérience négative: HORRIBLE ! Nous avions acheté le nouveau forfait de conducteurs basé sur des avis positifs concernant l'entreprise. Les deux premières sessions étaient super, mais lors de la troisième session, il y a eu une différence avec l'instructeur de conduite, et personne n'est venu. Quand j'ai appelé pour demander, la dame à qui j'ai parlé était charmante et a noté que cela serait pris en charge. Lors des deux dernières leçons, nous avons été complètement ignorés par l'entreprise. J'ai envoyé un e-mail et appelé, et pas de réponse. Sur les 2 leçons de 2 heures pour lesquelles nous avons payé, nous n'en avons reçu que 3 et nous n'avons toujours pas eu de nouvelles de l'entreprise concernant les deux autres. Ne perdez pas votre temps et votre argent ici !

Expérience fantastique: Mon adolescent avait peu d'expérience de conduite au début des leçons. Mme K Ashley était géniale et l'a préparé pour l'examen de conduite qu'il a réussi du premier coup. La réponse aux e-mails envoyés à l'entreprise a été très rapide.

Expérience positive: Ma fille a vraiment profité de la formation en véhicule. Cela lui a donné beaucoup de confiance et elle a réussi du premier coup.

Expérience négative: La partie conduite des leçons était bonne et patiente. Mais l'administration ne l'est pas. Mon instructeur me disait qu'il me donnerait un appel pour planifier des sessions, et des jours passaient sans avoir de ses nouvelles, je devais toujours être celui qui rappelait et faisait un suivi constamment. Le jour de mon test de conduite, mon instructeur ne s'est pas présenté à notre dernière session, ce qui a complètement perturbé ma tentative pour le test. En considérant combien vous payez pour ce service, il y avait un grand manque de professionnalisme, et je ne peux pas recommander cette entreprise.

Expérience fantastique: Il y a deux ans, j'ai choisi Mckenzie Drivers pour apprendre à mes deux petits-fils à conduire, et l'expérience a été vraiment remarquable. Cependant, en ce qui concerne ma troisième petite-fille, j'ai rencontré un obstacle car il y avait peu de places disponibles pour l'inscription à ce moment-là. Par conséquent, j'ai dû explorer d'autres auto-écoles dans les environs. Malheureusement, même après avoir terminé 10 heures de leçons avec une autre auto-école, ma fille ne se sentait toujours pas prête à conduire seule. Réalisant la nécessité d'un accompagnement supplémentaire, nous avons décidé d'investir dans plus de leçons chez Mckenzie et avons programmé des séances avec M. Ashebo. Étonnamment, après seulement deux leçons avec lui, la confiance de ma fille a explosé.

Expérience fantastique: L'instructeur calme et patient Ashley était génial, il m'a aidé à réussir mon examen du premier coup.

Expérience négative: N'utilisez pas cette auto-école. Très en retard pour les prises en charge car le conducteur était autour du coin sur YouTube et a perdu la notion du temps. N'a pas très bien enseigné la conduite et a saisi le volant en conduisant et en appuyant sur le frein tout en étant sur son téléphone en conduisant avec les élèves. Ne répond jamais au téléphone ou aux textos et ne parle pas des retards d'au moins 15-20 minutes pour les prises en charge sans rattraper le temps perdu. Dépensez votre argent ailleurs s'il vous plaît! Je souhaite qu'on l'ait fait.

Expérience fantastique: M. Ashebo était un excellent moniteur de conduite. Il a appris à ma sœur et à moi et ce fut une excellente expérience pour nous deux ! Je recommande vivement de réserver avec lui.

Expérience négative: Paid them nearly $700 and they will not answer the phone or return texts to arrange the lessons that I have paid for for my daughter. Horrible service do not recommend. If I can give them a zero or a negative number I would.

Expérience fantastique: My son did his driving education with Mr Singh. He was amazing and my son passed his driving test on his first try. Crowfoot Drivers Education was reasonably priced and easy to book lessons. Overall great experience!

She taught me well, and explained everything perfectly, I appreciate the school of assigning her into my teaching. I hope you all have the chance of enjoying her driving lessons. Expérience positive: My son took his drivers education through McKenzie Drivers Education. We were recommended by a family member. We are very happy with the online course material delivery and the in the car instruction was excellent. His instructor was very professional at all times and made him feel at ease while learning. I would definitely recommend!! My only negative comment would be that at times the instructor was a little late picking up but he allowed for extra time to make up for it. Oh and my son passed his drivers with flying colours!!

I, as well as my three siblings, were all able to pass our road tests first try with his guidance and skill advice. He was very patient, kind, and explained techniques very well. He went out of the way to call the registry in Lethbridge, where we had booked my child's road test, to find out what the speed limit in residential neighborhood there is. WHO would have thunk? We will be forever grateful of Diana ( I hope that I got her name right) for scheduling all 5 'in vehicle' lessons on short notice since we wanted to have them as close to the road test date as possible and were struggling to get a road test date. Very calm and communicates very well. He made sure that I was ready to pass my road test which I did!! Dianne is amazing person to deal with when booking appointements, cancel or rescheduling. She also return your phone calls very quick. I recommend 100%. Mr. Y Ashebo is my favorite instructor!!

Expérience fantastique: We had a great experience with McKenzie Drivers Education! My daughter was lucky enough to get Mr. Ashebo for an instructor. She really learned a lot from him. He had such good techniques to teach things my husband and I had been trying to teach for ever, and with him he made them so simple for her. Her confidence went way way up and she passed the road test on her first try! And not only that, but he was also very nice and she actually enjoyed the sessions. It's much more economical than the AMA courses, but you get the same certificate, and wonderful teaching. You won't regret choosing McKenzie, especially if you ask for Mr. Ashebo.

They were all wonderful instructors and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there wether you're experienced or just starting out they will improve your chances of passing your road test substantially.

They have no availability, i booked a 2 hour brush up with them- they said they would fit me in anyway because i had my driving test booked and one of their teachers called me and he never showed up! I have emailed them multiple times regarding getting a refund and they have not responded, i also text the instructor that i was suppose to go driving with regarding the refund and he never responded either! Very unprofessional, I would not recommend it. Major waste of money... i also did the classroom hours and the 10 hour driving time with them and they never booked the road test for me or helped me out in anyway to get my license (that is why i needed the brush up). Horrible experience. I booked my brush up with another school and passed- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My son had a great experience with McKenzie Drivers -- Mr. Rourke the driving instructor obviously did a great job as he passed both the driving school test (online) and his driving portion and then sailed through the gov't driving test as well. Diane in the office was easy to deal with and cut us slack when a sudden illness led to a late cancellation on a scheduled driving lesson. We used their car for the gov't test as well -- all worked out seamlessly. Well done. I highly recommend. Great value and professional.
