Expérience fantastique: Natalia est une excellente instructrice ! Préparation parfaite, j'ai réussi du premier coup. J'avais déjà un permis d'un autre pays, mais je n'avais pas conduit depuis de nombreuses années et je me sentais très peu sûr. Après les cours avec Natalia, j'ai bien compris mes actions sur la route pendant l'examen et je conduis seule.

Expérience fantastique: Natalia est une merveilleuse instructrice de conduite. Elle est calme, gentille, amicale et explique bien les choses. Elle vous apprendra tout ce que vous devez savoir pour réussir votre examen de conduite. J'ai réussi mon examen de conduite de classe 7 aujourd'hui et je n'aurais pas pu le faire sans elle. J'ai été chez d'autres instructeurs de conduite et elle est de loin la meilleure instructrice de conduite de la région. Je la recommande vivement.

Expérience fantastique: Je suis tellement reconnaissant d'avoir pris des leçons avec Natalia, si je ne les avais pas faites, je n'aurais jamais obtenu mon N, sans parler de mon permis. J'ai choisi de faire 20 heures et c'était la meilleure décision, elle est très utile, extrêmement compétente et je me suis senti à l'aise en conduisant tout le temps.

En résumé, une expérience fantastique et je le recommanderais certainement à tous les conducteurs (en particulier, ceux ayant de l'anxiété en conduite comme j'en avais quand j'ai commencé) :)

Expérience fantastique: Je viens de passer mon examen de conduite, c'était ma première fois, et j'ai réussi !!!! Je recommande vivement Natalia de K2 driving. C'était trois jours après quelques heures de pratique avant l'examen et elle m'a bien préparé. Si vous êtes un nouveau conducteur ou quelqu'un qui a besoin de conseils en conduisant, je la recommande vivement. Tant que vous écoutez et pratiquez tous les retours qu'elle vous donne, l'examen se passera bien pour vous car elle sait vraiment ce qu'elle fait. Merci Natalia !!!

Expérience négative: Natalia était gentille, mais quand j'ai pris ma première leçon, elle n'arrêtait pas de déplacer le volant pendant que je conduisais parce que je n'étais pas assez proche et je dépassais la ligne jaune?? Et elle n'aimait pas que je lui pose des questions (cela la frustrait et elle me demandait 'pourquoi tu ne m'écoutes pas !?'). Mais je suis juste curieuse s'il y avait plus d'une manière de faire les choses, sinon tout va bien, mais cela ne veut pas dire que je n'écoute pas !) sur les enseignements qu'elle a donnés. Elle a donné quelques bons conseils, mais dans cette situation, elle aurait pu provoquer un très grave accident !!!!! Ça ne s'arrête pas là, nous avons continué avec les leçons et elle m'a informée que toutes les voitures ont la même hauteur et pas de hauteur ou de POV différents... Quand j'apprenais aussi dans un SUV surélevé, tout comme sa voiture, mais j'avais quand même tort ??? J'ai juste pris cela pour essayer d'apprendre autant que je pouvais puisque je ne peux pas me permettre des leçons à mes propres frais... Natalia n'écoute pas non plus les limites que vous définissez pour une conduite sécuritaire, je lui ai demandé presque chaque leçon de me faire m'arrêter si elle allait expliquer quelque chose, afin que je puisse écouter. Elle ne l'a jamais fait, j'ai toujours dû l'interrompre pour que je puisse m'arrêter et écouter... J'en ai finalement eu assez et j'ai annulé mes leçons avec Natalia ainsi que 45 minutes plus tôt (elle m'a facturé entièrement ce que je comprends puisque j'ai terminé tôt) à cause de devoir m'arrêter et écouter parce qu'elle était tellement distrayante (je suis allé tout droit quand elle m'a dit de tourner). Une fois que j'ai commencé à me ranger sur le côté, elle a freiné d'un coup parce que je me rangeais 'trop près du trottoir' tout en me rangeant, donc je peux vraiment la comprendre, puisqu'elle n'a pas écouté ma limite encore !!!!! (J'approche aussi du trottoir mais je ne le frappe jamais, j'ai beaucoup pratiqué sans elle (avec un ami), j'avais suffisamment d'espace et j'allais à peine à 2-5 km) Mais malgré cela, j'ai failli provoquer une situation dangereuse ??? (Elle a dit que j'avais failli ruiner ses pneus et elle ne veut pas avoir à payer pour cela encore, disant essentiellement qu'elle avait agi comme ça avant ma récente situation avec elle) Quand je lui ai demandé de 'faire confiance aux connaissances qu'elle m'a enseignées', elle a dit : 'Je l'ai fait pour éviter une situation dangereuse' (elle n'a jamais expliqué comment c'était dangereux ou risqué, même quand j'ai demandé spécifiquement, elle est juste devenue en colère que je demande) J'ai terminé la classe à cause du stress/situation tendue et elle a dit qu'elle ne me faisait plus confiance pour louer sa voiture pour passer mon test de conduite dans 2 semaines... Et elle a ensuite facturé 5 cours, alors que j'en avais fait 4..... elle a dit qu'elle ne me facturerait QUE 4.... pourquoi changer à la dernière minute et me faire ne pas passer mon premier test N si tard !!!!!!! Et elle continue à m'ignorer volontairement quand je lui demande pourquoi elle a mentionné qu'elle ne me remboursait que, mais a choisi de me surcharger à la dernière minute sans aucun avertissement.... (Elle a volé 100 $ de l'argent qu'elle devait me rembourser. De l'argent d'une bourse que j'ai reçue pour être un enfant chez les familles d'accueil, qui est en situation de handicap, essayant d'améliorer ma vie avec les fonds que j'ai gagnés par mon travail acharné) Et quand j'ai mentionné que j'allais publier un avis sur mon expérience, elle a répondu par 'est-ce une menace?' Désolé, quoi ??? N'allez PAS chez cette dame, vous auriez beaucoup mieux de moniteurs de conduite littéralement ailleurs La curiosité et la demande de limites de conduite sécuritaire n'auraient pas dû ruiner ma expérience de conduite. Et elle n'aurait pas dû dire qu'elle ne me facturerait que les 4 leçons que j'ai prises, puis plus tard ne pas répondre quand elle m'a surfacturé de 100 $. Si elle avait l'intention de me facturer 5 leçons dès le départ, pourquoi ne pas m'en informer ??... J'espère que personne d'autre n'aura à passer par là aussi. J'étais si excitée par ces leçons. J'espère ne plus jamais avoir un instructeur aussi mauvais !!!! Si je pouvais ne donner aucune étoile, je le ferais. Terrible manière et pas du tout professionnel.

Expérience négative: Rude over the phone when she shouts, SORRY?!! when it's her inability to comprehend English spoken at a normal rate. I managed to maintain the tone of our phone conversation at a courteous level, but in my heart, I knew there wouldn't be even a chance I was going to patronise this crass instructor. No way, considering the mandatory financial commitment. And when learning to drive, a grouchy and short-fused person sitting next to you is a call for potential disaster. :P In response to the "response from the owner". Of course you don't remember me as you were impatient on the phone and couldn't wait to get rid of the questions from a new customer and get on with whatever you were rolling in. Don't thank me -- thank yourself instead for the vindictiveness and spitefulness to steer potential sheep from your business.

Expérience fantastique: I started lessons with K2 in August 2013. Leading up to my earliest test date in July 2014 I spread out my lessons over the months. Alexandra is a great communicator and was always on time and confirmed lessons easily over email or via text. If she ever encountered any issues then she'd be in touch to let me know in decent time. She was very patient with the lessons and would make notes of areas to work on and was open to requests for techniques I wanted to move onto. She prepared me perfectly for my test which I passed at my 2nd attempt (1st attempt was a very unlucky fail I'm informed!). She's also very honest with feedback in areas to improve and readiness for your test, something I think is imperative in an instructor. Her car was great, easy to drive, decent size and always serviceable, clean and tidy. Expérience fantastique: Excellent and very knowledge instructor, very helpful, teaches very well. Knows the nitty gritty of driving test of ICBC. All in all if you want a BC Driving License go to Alexandra/K2. I would recommend to anyone wanting to get a license.

Expérience fantastique: Before taking lessons with Alexandra, I had never driven at all before, even though I am well into my adult years. By the end of the first lesson I drove through New Westminster all the way home to my door. It was fantastic! Alexandra has a great teaching style, and will make sure you understand the 'why' as well as the 'how' so you can be a safe driver and learn quickly! Update: I have now successfully passed my test in no small part due to Alexandra! 3 refresher lessons just before the test and I passed with flying colours :D

Expérience positive: I would recommend taking driving lessons with Alexandra. She is able to slot you into a time slot that works for your schedule no matter how last minute you book. Some places require you book 3 weeks in advance for a driving lesson and that makes it hard to plan your schedule if it is always changing. She is very knowledgeable with her driving instruction and gives lots of helpful tips on how to improve when you are practicing on your own. Overall I would highly recommend taking your driving lessons with Alex :)

Alexandra helped me overcome my fears and was always calm, supportive and honest. She gave me professional instructions and tips, which were useful for a newbie. Expérience négative: I was really looking forward to learning from this instructor after reading all the reviews but I was pretty disappointed. Other than ME asking HER questions or telling me which way to go, she stayed pretty silent throughout the lessons. She arrived late the day of my test so I did not feel as though I had enough practice beforehand. Also, when I mentioned that to her when it came time to pay her for the lesson, she was very rude and said that it was only 5 minutes (it was actually 10) and that she wasn't even required to drop me off at home. Although it was my understanding that it was part of the package, she could have said so and I would have just gotten a ride home from the ICBC office. She definitely knows her stuff but I would have preferred an instructor who didn't stress me out right before my exam and someone who didn't get all upset about me not wanting to pay the entire $100 when I didn't even get the full lesson because of her lateness.

Expérience fantastique: Hi, this is a testimony about the happy end of my sad story. Shortly, I am absolutely positive, that without Alexandra’s help there was no chance for me to pass a road test. I’ve tried it 9 times within last 15 years with no result. I’ve developed a fear of driving. I was having tremendous anxiety attacks just by approaching the ICBC building. Individuals who were teaching me to drive were not helping. I almost gave up. Somehow, I stumbled over the Alexandra’s website on internet a year ago. I felt that I shell give it a try. I just had a vague nudging in my stomach. It was my lucky decision. I do not know how she did it – she hadn’t only taught me rules and techniques of driving – she lowered my anxiety level. She meticulously showed me all the nooks and crannies of the exam area. She also hinted me how to behave with examiner. When she decided that I was ready – she started slightly pushing me to take a test. I, personally, was ready to take more lessons at that time. Well, she was right – I passed it. I do not even know how to express my gratitude to Alexandra. There are no wards for it. I think that she is a very talented instructor and a great person.
