Expérience fantastique: Je viens d'obtenir mon permis du premier coup (avec un score parfait) à 35 ans grâce à l'école de conduite Dartmouth. J'étais très anxieux à l'idée d'apprendre à conduire et au fil des ans, j'ai pris des leçons avec diverses écoles de conduite et conduit avec des amis et de la famille. Bill était détendu mais minutieux, ce qui a aidé à renforcer ma confiance. Erin a été très utile pour réserver des horaires en fonction de mon emploi du temps. Je recommanderais l'école de conduite Dartmouth à quiconque, mais surtout aux adultes plus âgés qui sont nerveux et qui ont reporté cela pendant longtemps. Expérience fantastique: Nous avons inscrit notre fille de 16 ans à l'école de conduite Dartmouth et nous avons eu une excellente expérience ! Ma fille vient de réussir son examen de conduite aujourd'hui ! Elle a apprécié ses cours en présentiel, ainsi que chacune de ses sessions de conduite d'une heure. La communication était parfaite lors de la prise de rendez-vous pour les leçons de conduite, et les instructeurs étaient toujours à l'heure. Elle a pu utiliser leur voiture pour l'examen, ce qui était important pour elle car elle se sentait très à l'aise en conduisant leur voiture. 10/10, je recommanderais l'école de conduite Dartmouth à tout le monde !!!

Expérience fantastique: J'ai dû convertir ma licence européenne en celle de la Nouvelle-Écosse et comme je n'ai pas conduit depuis plus de 20 ans, j'ai dû prendre quelques leçons avant l'examen de conduite. Bill est un instructeur merveilleusement détendu qui m'a tout de suite mis à l'aise. Il est patient, très professionnel et était toujours à l'heure, ce qui a été très apprécié avec mon emploi du temps chargé. J'ai trouvé qu'il était extrêmement utile qu'il ne surcharge jamais mon cerveau avec des instructions constantes, mais qu'il se concentre plutôt sur une ou deux choses. Cela m'a aidé à me détendre et j'ai beaucoup apprécié mes leçons de conduite. C'était aussi agréable d'avoir des conversations quotidiennes en conduisant. Erin offre la meilleure expérience client. Réserver les leçons était super facile et efficace, elle m'a toujours tenu au courant et a aidé à planifier l'examen de conduite également. Service 5 étoiles partout, je recommande vivement cette école de conduite.

Bill était extrêmement accommodant et compréhensif et toujours prêt à se concentrer sur les choses sur lesquelles je devais travailler. J'ai complété le cours et terminé le test immédiatement. Même avec une expérience préalable, j'ai réservé le forfait de 4 leçons + la voiture pour l'examen de la route, si vous êtes un étranger et que vous n'avez pas l'habitude de conduire au Canada, je vous recommande vivement de le faire, les choses ici sont différentes et vous devez vous habituer à cela, cela a fonctionné pour moi.

Nous allons certainement travailler avec eux pour notre deuxième adolescent. Édition de la note précédente : J'AI VRAIMENT apprécié les éléments suivants : - l'école s'occupe de la planification des examens pour l'élève. Pas besoin de s'inquiéter pour cela. - l'élève passera l'examen avec la voiture de l'école - ce qui est une préoccupation en moins. - Grande adaptabilité pour les récupérations et en général une bonne communication.

Quand j'avais des questions, des préoccupations ou que j'avais besoin de réserver des séances, Erin était formidable. Utile, compétente et gentille. Continuez le bon travail DDS.

Expérience fantastique: 100% LA MEILLEURE expérience absolue. Tout d'abord, cette école propose des cours EN PRÉSENTIEL / en salle pour les 25 heures requises d'apprentissage didactique. L'instructeur était engageant et a encouragé les enfants à dialoguer avec elle ainsi qu'entre eux. Je pense qu'à cet âge, c'est une bien meilleure façon d'apprendre que de rester assis devant un ordinateur. Une partie significative du temps est consacrée à la conduite sous l'emprise de l'alcool, et je pense qu'il est si important d'avoir ces conversations avec un adulte objectif en face à face (en plus des parents, bien sûr). L'option virtuelle peut sembler tentante, mais je vous recommande vivement de suivre mon conseil et d'envoyer vos enfants en présentiel. Deuxièmement, la planification et la communication étaient sans égal. Je pensais que ce serait tellement compliqué, mais d'une manière ou d'une autre, Erin fait des merveilles et tout se passe de manière fluide. Mon fils a oublié son permis une fois. Et l'instructeur était tellement empathique et gentil. Je ne peux tout simplement pas en dire assez à ce sujet, je le recommande à 100% sans réserve !!!! MERCI ERIN, BERNIE + DARTMOUTH SCHOOL OF DRIVING ! Mon prochain fils viendra en 2025 ! :)

Expérience fantastique: Après avoir échoué lors des 2 premières tentatives, je me suis rapproché de l'école de conduite Dartmouth pour ma 3ème tentative. Erin a répondu à mes messages en temps réel. Elle a compris mes besoins et a organisé des dates et des créneaux horaires pour mes leçons en quelques minutes. Toute la communication, de la demande au paiement des frais, s'est faite par messages texte, mais sa communication était si claire. Avec un immense respect, je tiens à remercier chère Bernie. Je n'aurais pas obtenu le permis sans ses conseils. Ses retours honnêtes et non filtrés ont perfectionné mes compétences en conduite et m'ont aidé à réussir le test cette fois. Il était honnête sans excuses lorsque je faisais des erreurs et a toujours reconnu lorsque je conduisais bien. Nous avons pratiqué non seulement autour d'Access NS mais sur divers autres itinéraires. L'objectif des leçons de conduite n'était pas seulement de m'aider à réussir mon test, mais de m'assurer que j'apprenne des compétences de conduite. Bernie était toujours en avance pour les leçons et je conduisais pendant toute la durée de la leçon, sans perdre un instant. Nous avons dû annuler une leçon en raison d'une tempête de neige, mais je n'avais pas besoin de faire un suivi pour reprogrammer ; Erin m'a envoyé un message et a rapidement reprogrammé pour un autre jour. Bernie, je te serai éternellement reconnaissant pour ton coaching et un grand merci à toi Erin pour ton soutien excellent et opportune !

Expérience fantastique: I signed my oldest son up for the driving school which includes the in class and in car driving lessons. He had a great experience. The lessons were thorough and prepared him for his road test. In scheduling the session times, Dartmouth driving school was very accommodating and even scheduled the road test on our behalf. I especially love the lesson before the test, as an added confidence builder. I will definitely use DDS for my other children when the time comes.

Expérience négative: Please don’t trust at Dartmouth driving school. They are not reliable and kind of fraud.They don’t provide the proper classes. They offer plans in starting after they lie. If you ask for explanation and reason for that the lady who works there she start shouting at the customers.She is very very rude. It happened with me I took classes from them they offered me a plan with car which I can use during road test. But when I called them to provide me a car for road test. The lady started shouting at me in rude way and said to me they don’t have car for me. They could give me if I book my test from her but I booked test with access Nova Scotia. I asked for refund she denied for everything and was very rude to me as well blocked my phone number. Please don’t trust at them.

Expérience fantastique: I started driving in 2005 and now its 2017 I have went to this school to learn how to drive and not to be pressured I told them I didn't like driving pass big trucks until one day I had to drive pass construction zone area with little space to drive I gotten over that fear in that day..its been 12 years of driving and clear Abstract ....Thank you Dartmouth driving school for giving me confidence in driving...My son is now 16 we are going to make a appointment soon :)

Expérience positive: Very satisfied with this school. Two members of my family (so far) have received instruction from them with good results. They offer good training for a good price and see the process through to the end, as one should expect. One slight con is that communication could be a little more effective. Other than that, I have no hesitation recommending this school.

Expérience fantastique: I have had four of my children go through this school with no problems at all! Great people to deal with and I have just enrolled a friends son.

Expérience négative: Not impressed whatsoever. Classroom instruction was "alright" according to my son. Driving portion is a disaster and they never answer their phones and take days to return a call (still waiting for a response over 2 weeks now!!!). So far they (not my son) have cancelled/missed 3 classes. One the driver called me 2 hours before an appt to cancel because he had to go to the hospital. I can live with this, however, the scheduler said he would have to contact me himself to reschedule and still waiting for that call. Next, the instructor showed up at my house 20 mins early and since my son wasn't home (on his way home from work), he just left. I arrived home 10 mins before the appt, so I know for a fact he arrived and left early. Next my son was to be picked up at school for a lunch hour appt and the driver didn't show. This is not a company I would deal with ever again even if it is a bit cheaper.

Expérience négative: I have left multiple messages to resolve a concern. It takes them long time to get back to you and they rarely answer their phone. They do not follow the 24hr cancellation policy. My daughter lost three hours of driving, when she only should have lost two. We called to cancel three classes during march break. The first one was was less than 24hrs, but not the others. I wonder if they listen to their phone messages in a timely manner. My daughter saved up her own hard earned money for this disappointing course. They advertise ten hours of in class instruction, when it is actually five-six hours.

Expérience positive: Great instructors. The woman who does the booking is terrible to deal with. Does not get back to you even after multiple phone calls and emails. She is definitely not an asset to the business.
