Expérience fantastique: Ils m'ont récupéré après que ma très bonne école ait malheureusement fermé. L'enseignement était des plus excellents : J'ai eu JP comme instructeur (et des personnes encore plus importantes lors des dernières leçons.) Peu importe l'école, il faut suivre le mouvement : C'est-à-dire que ma première tentative avec eux (la troisième au total) j'ai supplié pour avoir plus de leçons même si ce n'est tout simplement pas comme ça que ça fonctionne. Lors de ma deuxième tentative, j'ai simplement tiré le meilleur parti de ce qui m'a été donné et ça s'est déroulé comme sur des roulettes. Il convient de noter que mes deux premières tentatives avec l'école précédente étaient en automatique. Burnaby Pro m'a mis à jour (haha, tu comprends ?) avec les vitesses en moins de 15 leçons, ce qui est un véritable exploit ! (Peut-être que tu l'obtiendras plus vite) Merci Burnaby Pro ! (J'ai aussi passé le Classe-4 avec eux il y a quelque temps et c'était aussi très bien !) Les deux écoles étaient excellentes, j'aurais mis 6 sur 5 si je pouvais.

Expérience fantastique: JP est un très bon instructeur, il a rapidement trouvé mes points faibles et mes mauvaises habitudes, et les a corrigés. Ils font tout leur possible pour accommoder leurs étudiants. Leurs frais sont très compétitifs par rapport à d'autres écoles. J'ai réussi ma classe 4 sans restrictions du premier coup. Je n'ai aucun doute que sans leur aide, j'aurais échoué. Bref, je les recommanderais à quiconque intéressé par une mise à niveau de permis de conduire.

Expérience fantastique: Burnaby Pro, je ne peux pas dire assez de bonnes choses sur cette école. Je ferai l'éloge à quiconque s'enquiert pour obtenir son permis CDL. Tout d'abord, Justin a été au-delà de l'incroyable en me fournissant des informations concernant les cours - freins à air et classe 3. Rob est un propriétaire merveilleux qui se soucie profondément de son personnel et de ses étudiants. J'ai eu le plaisir de recevoir ma formation avec CJ et JP, qui ont tous deux fourni des conseils expérimentés sur le fonctionnement d'un camion à transmission manuelle. Pour moi (qui n'ai jamais conduit commercialement ni opéré une transmission manuelle), ils ont la patience d'un saint et sont toujours prêts à expliquer la procédure de manière répétitive jusqu'à ce que ce soit clair dans mon esprit. La quantité de motivation que j'ai reçue de tout le personnel et des instructeurs est TRÈS appréciée. J'ai hâte de poursuivre mon permis de classe 1 un jour, quand le moment sera venu. MERCI !!!!

Expérience fantastique: Jatinder Singh Pander et Charanjit Singh Bala sont tous deux des instructeurs professionnels et expérimentés. Les deux instructeurs enseignent aux étudiants des compétences élevées et approfondies. Si vous voulez devenir un excellent conducteur, allez à l'école de conduite professionnelle de Burnaby.

Expérience négative: Veuillez ne pas mettre votre chauffeur sur la route publique s'il ne connaît pas les règles de base de la circulation. Cela montre un manque de formation de s'arrêter à un feu vert. C'est encore pire que cela se produise deux fois de suite, ce qui montre que votre chauffeur NE DOIT PAS être sur une route publique. Vous mettez en danger le public.

Expérience fantastique: Très bonne auto-école, ils m'ont aidé à obtenir un permis de classe 2, en particulier mon instructeur JP, qui est une personne très détaillée et qui aide beaucoup, CJ est également très bien, Justin a de très bonnes capacités d'organisation, je recommande cette auto-école.

J'ai eu la chance de travailler avec deux excellents instructeurs de conduite au cours de mon parcours. Jatinder est un expert et ancien mécanicien. Je recommande de lui poser beaucoup de questions, si vous travaillez avec lui, car il connaît vraiment son sujet en matière de camionnage. J'ai également travaillé avec CJ. Expérience fantastique: Booked my session with CJ and JP, both of them are super helpful with providing insights and tips for the class 4 unrestricted test. I actually missed my appointment one day and they managed to take me in although I was 30 mins late…super thankful for that since that was my only training session before the official test… I was stressed out for the test, so did not even sleep well the night before but they encouraged that I was gonna pass the morning before the test, JP walked me through the entire process just before test started and apparently all the instructors at Burnaby pro know the testers at Burnaby ICBC :)))) I passed the class 4 unrestricted one shot(I had to because of my new job)although I had a few mistakes like palming the steering wheel, stopping/yielding unnecessarily…but hey a pass is a pass! Thanks again CJ and JP from Burnaby Pro.

Expérience négative: They are not the same from a few years ago. customer service was unable to solve my problem and I got frustrated they gave that treatment like “we don’t care about it”. instructors were nice people. but they were also missing on where to start with students. my first class I was on the road for two straight hours exhausted and I had to mention the importance of doing pre trip inspections specifically if you’re not an experienced driver. Had classes that in the last 30 min they would leave me in the truck and go work on something else like fixing a school bus. kind of weird to think that your paying for that 30 min and it feels like they did not care about it. I end up passing the road test and failing the pre trip because they never trained me for the 45 min icbc test. these little details made the difference for me and it could do for you. They are cheap than the rest of the schools around, but it end costing a lot more. think twice before going there.

I did the 7 hour theory course here, then my ICBC knowledge test, and then came back here to do my practical test (I was offered the chance to do the practical test on the same day as my 7 hour theory course but was unable to). Everybody was great from the theory instructor, to the practical test instructor JP, and the practical test examiner who was the owner.

Justin at the front desk is very informative and accommodating throughout schedule changes. Driving lesson staff and owner Rob are very knowledgable and experienced. Expérience positive: Excellent school. Rob was a great instructor. A 7 hour one-day course on airbrakes could be a real snoozer. But Rob kept it interesting and lively - he continually engaged the students, offered lots of examples to highlight points of knowledge. He knew when to brake, when to take us outside - a very well-paced course. I've done the Translink airbrakes course which is, with all due respect, definitely a real snoozer. Burnaby Pro is worth your time, and good value for money. I recommend it!

Expérience négative: I'll start off With the good Tom is a great driving instructor, calm , relaxing, fun environment. The bad and excuse my language is the piss poor management from the Owner. I have chatted about the issues before and was assured things would be worked on! Were not talking about a grand talk about $6000 funded lessons yet just the lack of communication on the schools end. Poor satisfaction to the point where the school has hindered my ability to move forward.

Expérience fantastique: To start off with, i had some issues getting hold of the owner Rob and there was some miscommunication initially, but after that everything worked out beyond my expectations. I cleared my class 1 road test with very few lessons under very informative and skilled instructors' ( ROB and TOM) guidance. One thing that differentiates this school from competitors is that they don't treat students as cash cows (yes thats a fact). So dont waste your money elsewhere and get your lessons started. JUST TAKE MY MONEY AND SIGN ME UP FOR A CLASS, IS IT SOMETHING UNDOABLE? Will try to give my money to 3rd driving school, hopufully the driving hell expirience would be over. So sad, this school is just couple blocks away(

Expérience négative: I would never recommend this Driving School to anyone. All the staff that I've dealt with have been nothing but unprofessional. The Driving Instructor I had was making lewd and innappropriate comments during my lessons. He chain smoked the entire time and I hated every minute of it. The owners were incredibly difficult to communicate with. When I asked them a simple question, it took months to get a response. Many calls and emails went unaswered. When they finally did reply or accept my calls they were rude and unapologetic. There are many other driving schools in the lower mainland. Burnaby Pro is easily the worst of them. I highly suggest that you get your driving training elsewhere.

Expérience fantastique: I wanted to obtain my Class 4 unrestricted driver's license and decided to go with Burnaby Professional Driving School.This was the first time I'd ever attended a driving school(my dad taught me to drive) but the experience was a positive one right from the start.I met with Rob and he explained the process involved in passing the test. The pre-trip inspection seemed a bit tricky but Rob and Tom explained it in a very sequential way making it easier to remember.The result is I passed my driving test after one lesson. Expérience fantastique: Highly recommended using Burnaby Pro to obtain a commercial licence. I recently moved from AB to BC with a class 2/3 and was intending on upgrading to Class 1. I shopped around to four different driving schools and found Burnaby Pro to be the most flexible to cater for my needs. I was working full time so they were able to provide lessons after hours during the week and on Sundays. Since I already had my air endorsement, they were they only one of those I contacted that were able provide me with flat hourly rates rather than purchase a pre set package which saved me time and money. The instructors were experienced and extremely knowledgeable. All my questions were answered with detail and procedures were explained in a way to make tasks as simple as possible. Cannot thank Rob, Meena and Norm enough for helping me get my Class 1 first try!

Expérience fantastique: I had Jay for my in class for my driving instructor at the Burnaby Pro Driving School. He was informative, thorough, knowledgeable, he caught my mistakes while doing the practice road test for my class 4 license. I did better then I thought I would on the driving exam with ICBC, so I know that this lesson was the reason for my success. Thanks to him I passed on my first try! Met with Rob the owner on Saturday, paid for my class for Thursday, wrote the knowledge exam Wednesday, took the class Thursday then they had a cancellation and put me in the road test by Friday. This was a total turn around time from start to finish within 48 hours!! Needless to say, I am very happy with the results and will be using Brunaby Pro Driving School again in the future. Meena the administrator was patient, easy to contact, great communicator and very flexible with booking time slots. Rob met me at the ICBC center and gave me a pep talk before the test. This was a very positive experience for me from start to finish. Will be recommending this school to my friends and family.

Took a 4 hour driving lesson for class 4 with a different school in the valley and wasn't so happy with it. Went to brnaby pro driving and In one hour lesson with rob I was given more advice and tips than I did in the 4 hours at another school. Really great walk through for pre trip inspection with pictures. Rob is super thorough , knowledgeable, calm and pleasant to talk to, responds quickly, and made me feel confident for my exam (which I passed with flying colors ) Definitely recommend Burnaby pro driving school if you want to do your class 4 and feel confident

Expérience fantastique: Rob (the owner) is a great guy. Very genuine and cares about your success. On my test date it was snowing but we went ahead with the test anyhow. Was able to get the pre trip done but got stuck on the road. I was not charged for this and he booked me a test the following week(was doing driving sessions and paying by the hour). If you want to get your class 1 or 3 this is where you want to go!

I PASSED MY TEST on the FIRST go. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to become a professional driver.

Expérience négative: It's a fake company which stealing people's money. I wanted to get air brake for 16 hr he asked for my credit card number by the phone and it has to be $100 for 16 hr as it shows in their website. But he stole $200 from my account. so be careful if you see this website don't trust them!
