Expérience fantastique: Bal is a fantastic instructor—truly one-of-a-kind and he deeply cares about his students. I enjoyed relearning good driving habits with him when I prepared for my Class 5 test, and his tips were spot on! I thought he had the coolest car (was built for teaching driving), and he took the time to explain theories behind safe driving habits which appealed to how I understood the rules of the road. Moreover, he gave me three final reminders for my driving test—lo and behold, the person who gave me my test also commented on two of those reminders! Bal was spot on. I recommend anyone wanting to learn how to drive or to review for their Class 5 test to work with Bal. He's patient, passionate, and has a great heart. I am confident that anyone who takes lessons with Bal will pass with flying colours. I may see him sometime soon, but as a parent. My daughter is turning 16 and she will need to take lessons eventually, so I will certainly go back to Sun Valley again if so!

I decided to take lessons from him because both of my roommates learned from him and passed their class 7 road test on the first try, and so did I! Expérience fantastique: My daughter received lessons from Baljit in July, it was easy to set up times with him. She was nervous but after the first lesson she said she had fun. She learned a lot of tips and even though she thought she didn’t need lessons and could learn with me, she was very glad that she took lessons with Baljit. She highly recommends him to get a good start on driving. He always took her out for a bit more than the allocated time, and his rates are the best in Kelowna. Money well spent!

He had a knack for cracking my faults and recommending strategies to correct them, which greatly helped me to get my Class 5 license. One of the most underrated skills a Driving Instructor can have is keeping the students motivated, and as an Optimist, he ticks that box.
