Not sure who’s taking calls in the office but it’s clear they don’t really care about road safety, neither does that driver. Perfect representation of the newer drivers in this city, they were likely taught by the man driving the car.

This type of trait is very important because as a learner, we're already stressed out in driving, so this helped me to be more focused and learn the driving. Expérience négative: Reply for Owner: Dear Mr. Owner, Thank you for your response and apologies. I appreciate that. I know the gas prices are not cheap and travelling to the place is always difficult but that it what instructors do. I have already conveyed my feelings to the person who referred me to your school and he made sure that he will also not refer anyone else to your school. When I asked your instructor to book the test for me he should have done it immediately and should not have advised me to take more classes and pay him more cash. I got that greedy image of him and it was natural to get that image. Then he never ask or follow up on me again, he was providing service and taking lot of hardly earned cash money and he should have followed up on me but he never did that. Regarding your point of credit card machines they are found everywhere in all Calgary's driving school and all people find convenience in paying by credit card which I also wanted to do but it was unfortunate. Now, the most important point. Last week I got a call from your instructor, which I was unable to attend and he left a voicemail message for me which I listened afterwards. He was in mood of confrontation and argumentation and he said that my negative review was 'shameful' and I should 'be careful' in future, as if he was threatening me. This is only because I posted a negative review and he could not digest it. Please ask him not to call me again as this is not his home country, this is Canada and he can be taught a lesson to threaten someone. I wish you all the best for your future. Thank you. Initial Feedback: I took 5 lessons from this instructor Abdul and was not convinced by his dealings. He always asked me to pay in cash however I told him many times that I would prefer to pay with my credit card, but he never listened and insisted to pay in cash every time before I leave the car at end of lesson. I told him to book my road test as I was confident about my driving and knew that I will pass however he said you will not pass and compelled me to take more classes and give him more cash. I did not contact him again because of his rude and arrogant behaviour. He was not cooperative and always after money. I really disliked his attitude. I went to him through a reference and never got any discount from him although I requested him several times because of that reference but he always denied and asked me to pay in full. He is just a greedy person and claims that he is serving community but he is serving himself only. I have very bad and negative experience with this person and I would ask all of you to avoid this person and his so called driving school at every cost. Highly rude and unprofessional person he is. He lost a valuable person and his potential references as a consequence of this greediness.

Expérience fantastique: I took 5 lessons with Abdul over the course of a year, in preparation for my Class 5 basic road test. Abdul was excellent at pointing out the fine details that I needed to perfect for my test, was quick to explain situations with his own diagrams, and offer advice that allowed me to gain confidence in my driving. He was quick to let me know of his availability and schedule out a session over iMessage, and if it was a busy day for him, I was still able to reach him through call. Abdul was also very flexible in allowing me to space out my sessions, as I completed my first three lessons in the summer of 2020, and was able to do my last two lessons in May of 2021 without facing any issues. Thanks to Abdul, I was able to pass my road test on my first try with only 5 points! I couldn't have done that without his help and expertise, so I definitely recommend his classes to anyone writing their road test soon. P.S. I was also able to do an online driving course through him that helps lower insurance costs, which was also very flexible and doable from home.

Expérience négative: They can't even be bothered to teach people to clear the snow off their cars before they drive so that #1: they can see, and #2: so that snow doesn't fly off into the cars behind them.

Expérience fantastique: The best driving school in Calgary. I tried one at the NW which was really bad and just wanted to push down the 10 hrs course. But Mr. Abdul from this school was different. He explained everything using paper at first. Since I had driving experience before that’s why I needed a refresher course to pass my road test. I would highly recommend Mr. Abdul from Labbaik driving school.
