J'ai eu la chance de l'avoir comme mon instructrice et je lui suis reconnaissant de m'avoir transformé en un conducteur confiant sur la route. J'ai réussi mon examen du premier coup et j'ai vraiment apprécié toute l'expérience d'apprentissage. Elle est très polie, serviable, bonne tutrice ainsi qu'une dame au grand cœur. L'argent n'est pas sa priorité du tout.

C'est une très bonne instructrice de conduite et je la recommande vivement à quiconque souhaite obtenir sa classe 5.

Expérience négative: Une si mauvaise et non professionnelle académie de conduite. Montrez un peu d'intérêt et de respect pour les étudiants, personne ne veut perdre son argent avec vous.

Expérience fantastique: Je m'appelle Hardeep Singh. J'ai suivi une formation de préparation à la licence de classe 5 à l'ACE Driving Academy. J'ai obtenu mon permis du premier coup. J'ai suivi un total de 4 cours. Les formateurs expliquent très bien les règles et les règlements. La nature des formateurs est très bonne. Ils expliquent avec beaucoup d'amour et de politesse. Je conseillerai aux autres de suivre une formation dans cette école de conduite.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai obtenu mon permis du premier coup et j'ai pris mes leçons avec Gurjeet qui était très calme et détendu pendant les leçons. La façon dont il m'a appris était très facile à comprendre et il m'a aidé à me concentrer sur certaines des compétences que j'avais et à renforcer celles avec lesquelles j'étais plus faible. Je recommande vivement de choisir Ace Driving Academy, surtout Gurjeet. Pour moi, c'est un 10/10.

Expérience négative: Dame Jatinder Minhas est très peu professionnelle ! Elle enseignait à un membre de ma famille et je pensais prendre des cours dans la même académie, mais cette dame ne sait pas comment parler ni comment instruire ! Ses compétences en communication et ses bonnes manières sont en-dessous de tout ! Elle insulte, crie et frappe même les gens par frustration et reste au téléphone pendant les cours. Mon cousin se sentait épuisé par l'énergie de cette dame car elle ne sait pas comment parler aux gens et ne cesse de crier d'une manière très absurde ! On ne peut pas enseigner à quelqu'un de cette manière si l'élève est si effrayé par son comportement, comment pourra-t-il se concentrer sur la conduite ? Elle est instructrice, mais cela ne lui donne pas le droit de maltraiter ou de se comporter mal avec les gens ! Elle arrive en retard aux cours mais vous dépose à temps ! C'est donc un gaspillage d'argent ! Il y a une mauvaise coordination entre le propriétaire et les instructeurs. Je suggérerais à tout le monde de ne pas prendre de cours dans cette académie !

Expérience négative: TRÈS NON PROFESSIONNEL J'ai loué une voiture pour mon examen de conduite, mais malheureusement, je n'ai pas réussi du premier coup. La dame m'a appelé et m'a demandé comment s'était passé mon examen, et je lui ai dit que je n'avais pas réussi. Elle m'a envoyé un lien et m'a demandé de réserver un autre examen en utilisant ce lien, ce que j'ai fait. Un autre jour, j'ai reçu un appel disant que j'aurais dû lui demander avant de réserver l'examen car j'avais pris la place d'un autre élève. Elle était très impolie, non professionnelle, a élevé la voix et a utilisé des mots désagréables. Je me sentais très mal et déçu, alors je lui ai dit qu'elle pouvait reprendre la place, et que j'annulerais ma réservation. Le registre a reprogrammé ma réservation sans recevoir de demande par email de ma part. En réservant le deuxième examen, j'ai payé pour l'examen et le véhicule en même temps. Le jour de mon examen, la dame m'a de nouveau appelé, demandant pourquoi j'avais utilisé son lien pour réserver un autre examen, car ce lien était uniquement pour ses élèves. Elle a élevé la voix, a crié, et ne m'a pas laissé parler. Je lui ai dit qu'elle avait reprogrammé mon examen, pas moi. Elle a dit que puisque j'avais loué un véhicule dans son école, elle me laisserait utiliser son véhicule. Elle m'a demandé d'envoyer un email au registre pour annuler la location du véhicule et demander un remboursement, puis d'envoyer le remboursement à son compte une fois que je l'aurais reçu. Je l'ai fait. Le lendemain, elle m'a appelé et a commencé à crier, exigeant que je lui paie. Je lui ai dit que j'attendais le remboursement, mais elle s'est fâchée, m'a abusé, a élevé la voix, m'a accusé de vol et m'a menacé de porter plainte si je ne lui payais pas. J'ai reçu un email du registre disant que la voiture que j'ai utilisée pour mon examen était de l'Ace Driving School, donc je ne suis pas éligible à un remboursement. (Elle voulait que je lui paie deux fois) Je ne recommanderais pas cette école de conduite à quiconque. Ils sont très non professionnels, surtout le propriétaire, qui est très impoli. (Veuillez suivre des cours d'éthique des affaires pour améliorer vos compétences en communication. La vie ne consiste pas seulement à gagner de l'argent.)

Cette académie de conduite ne valorise que son temps, pas celui des clients. On dirait que l'équipe n'a aucun intérêt à gérer une auto-école. Et un comportement si rude !

Expérience négative: Ne perdez pas de temps et d'argent. Leur planification est un désordre avec des retards et des annulations. Les instructeurs semblent désintéressés et donnent peu de retours. La communication est pauvre, ce qui rend difficile d'obtenir des réponses.

Les gens ont du mal à obtenir leur licence et ils gagnent de l’argent chaque fois qu'ils échouent pour gagner encore plus d’argent pour trouver de faux problèmes et justifier leurs raisons. Je suis surpris qu'au Canada, ils trompent des gens innocents qui paient de plus en plus. Le gouvernement ne semble peut-être pas encore au courant de cela. J'espère qu'ils prendront des mesures contre leurs falsifications. Le gouvernement devrait ouvrir les yeux. Ces instructeurs de conduite et examinateurs appartiennent en grande partie à un même groupe ?

Expérience fantastique: Je suis vraiment reconnaissant envers l'école de conduite Ace du fond du cœur pour m'avoir aidé à obtenir mon permis de conduire de catégorie 5. Merci beaucoup de partager vos compétences qui ont beaucoup contribué à mes leçons de vie. Un grand merci à M. GURJEET JASWAL qui non seulement a posé les bases de ma conduite au Canada, mais m'a également donné la confiance nécessaire pour maîtriser cette compétence. Expérience négative: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I had a very unpleasant experience with Ace Driving School. The owner and the instructor are both extremely unprofessional , they constantly lie and mislead about any test schedule and classes. It took me 3 weeks just to have 2 lessons . I wasted my time and money after them ! They reply to messages and calls initially but after the first 1-2 lessons, they will keep on postponing. There is heavy lack of communication between the owner and the instructor which creates confusion for the students in regard to test booking and classes schedule and they are hesitant to ageee their basic mistake. During one of my class, they made me drop the previous lesson's student back home and after that he only conducted an 1 hour class instead of 2 and called off for the day. The owner as well as the instructor are extremely rude when I pointed out their mistakes. I will not recommend anyone to this school ever.

I cant explain how grateful i am to Maam and Sir for their hard-work, support and patience through out this learning phase. They both were professional, patient and friendly. It is unfortunate ta say that I no longer work with ACE driving school but it is with great pride that I was once a member of this team of Instructors, everyone was very accommodating and I've learned a lot and it has molded my career to becoming a better driving instructor I am now. I would still recommend ACE driving academy even though I am in a different company right now. There is so much to say, but again... a big thanks to Jatinder for everything.

Expérience négative: I did not pass the test with this academy. I paid for 2 hours of practice before the road test plus the vehicle rental. I have more than 6 years of driving experience, so I didn't think it was going to be complicated. The first 1.5 hours were good, but then the car I rented to the academy had a mechanical issue. I remained calm even though the road test was in less than 30 minutes. I had to use a different car at the last minute and had little time to adjust. I don't blame the academy for my error during the test, but once I was going home, Jatinder called me, and she ended up making me feel terrible. She maybe thought I was not going to pay her because she started to yell at me, saying it was all my fault. She said the mechanical issue should not affect because the car was similar. I mentioned we lost practice time, and she interrupted and said the practice started early. Again, I was NOT blaming them for my error, but besides feeling bad due to the test result, I felt bad for how Jatinder reacted. The payment was made as agreed previously so that behavior was not necessary. I do not recommend this academy.

I had the pleasure of learning from both Gurjeet and Jatinder and that made my experience even more complete. Gurjeet is a calm and collected person who has the ability to figure out your weak points on Day 1 and makes sure you master them. Learning from him is like learning from a friend and that makes things so much easier! And Jatinder.. If you learn from her, she will make sure you get even the most basic things right. I had zero experience in driving a car and had lot of fear and anxiety about driving and getting a driver license always seemed like a distant dream. However, thanks to Gurjeet Sir's continuous support and motivation, I cleared my driving exam in first attempt. He has a knack of identifying your strength and weaknesses and molds the training accordingly. His motive is to ensure that you don't just get your license but also become a safe driver. I think this is a virtue missing in many driving instructors today. The techniques he explains are very easy to grasp and make life very easy during driving. I was horrible when it came to turning left or right on intersections. Now with his tricks up my sleeves, I am able to maneuver the car quite smoothly even during challenging situations. Before my exam he had given me tips on parking and the steps to follow if in case things don't go as planned. They actually came in handy as I aced all 3 parking with ease during my road test. I was really elated to clear my driving test but the only sad part was that it meant not meeting him for training again. Its only his magic that an under confident person like me is able to drive safely today. I hope more students get benefited from his expertise. I recommend to everyone who is planning to give their road test in NE Registries to consider ACE Driving School as their first choice. My trainers was JATINDER Ma'am and GURJEET Ji. JATINDER Ma'am was noticing and pointing out even smallest problems in my driving and than providing the method to solve that problem. She was training me with only one target in her mind to get me pass the driving test and taking so much of pressure on herself for achieving that target. She was very polite and focusing through out on my driving and even deferring her phone calls for later time to give a full focus on teaching me. GURJEET Ji, gave me a lot of confidence and in case of parallal parking, he told me a method to take vehicle little ahead in case if it is getting the line touch while taking car back and this has actually helped in real road test. I was about to touch the line and since i knew the trick of taking vehicle bit ahead i have done the parking fairly good to get me paas. no other tutor is teaching your for such a eventually happens during real test. I was driving car in India for last 19 years and because of traffic conditions in India i had a wrong habit being so cautious of scanning every corner while crossing anything even though if i have a right of way and therefore i got failed even after taking 8 hours cotching with any other Car Training School in North East Calgary (i will not named that cotching class as i think there may be my mistakes only while giving the test). Than i came into contact of JATINDER Maam and GURJEET Ji, and they work really hard on my driving to teach me forgetting my very old habits of driving and learn the correct driving habits for Alberta. Thanks a ton to ACE Driving School specifically to JATINDER Maam and GURJEET Ji..

For the Alberta road test preparation, there's nothing better than having a professional driving instructor who will politely tell you where your driving is deficient and work with you to correct any shortcomings.

Expérience fantastique: I am highly recommending Ace Driving Academy for the driving classes. The academy has highly skilled professional Instructors. My Instructor, Mr Gurjeet was extremely experienced, polite, gentle, and supportive. He ensured that you understood everything that he taught. After all my 5 sessions, I was able to do highway driving, rural driving, lane changes, all parking and everything which are required as a class 5 driver. He identified my weakness and focused on it until I was able to do it correctly. Being a good instructor, he educated me to be a safe driver rather than focusing on passing the exam. The course also included a mock test which had helped me to pass my road test in the first attempt. Apart from it, It also included an Insurance reduction certificate e-learning module which is a plus point!

The instructor is spot on and knows what their doing with lots of experience in her hands she is very friendly and polite! I would definitely recommend to other people looking for a great driving instructor!

Expérience négative: The 5 star reviews all sound fake, or are probably just friends of the owner. My girlfriend just started driving and paid for 10 hours driving with an instructor. Her 10 hours just finished so I asked her to drive me around and wow. They didn't teach her a damn thing. She didn't know how to start the car, couldn't put it in gear, couldn't park, couldn't brake and turn properly, couldn't drive over 50, couldn't change lanes, NOTHING. All she could do was drive in a straight line going like 40. What an absolute rip off. I sure hope you either refund my girlfriend or re do her ten hours with a different instructor that knows what they're doing

Expérience négative: Very rude and uncivil service! I booked a brush up course and rental date for two people and since one of the people no longer needed both services, we informed the lady on the phone the day before. The next day she called and started speaking rudely and raising her tone because we cancelled one of the services. Despite receiving money for one person, she was still angry at the fact that she was getting half the money. She raised her voice, gave attitude, demanded more money (although we cancelled one of the bookings in advance), and blamed her lengthy travels on us (although she lives in the same community as us). Some situations are understandable but being unprofessional and disrespectful because you're receiving half the money (for one person instead of two) I will have to go out my way and write a review to let people know the service.

My instructor was supportive, knowledgeable, informative, and caring. I could not have done it without her and I will always be very grateful for the success on my driving exam that her professional class services gave me.

Got it after few days after listening to continuous rants of unprofessional phone calls. Jatinder Minhas really needs to step up her professional behavior.

Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience with ace driving school. I was able to start my hours on the road immediately, i didnt have to wait weeks or even days to start. It really prepared me for my road test, and the instructor was very good and helped me by practicing in the areas i felt i needed help with. The instructor explained my questions and madensure i understood all the aspects of driving. They were very flexible with my practice times and they would pick me up and drop me off at my house. Also my practice was in the area the road test would be taken on. I am very pleased with this driving school beacsue it helped me become a very confident driver. I would highly recommend this driving school, im so glad that i picked this school.
