Expérience fantastique: J'ai enfin obtenu mon permis, heureux heureux ! J'ai vraiment eu une expérience incroyable à l'école de conduite Omega à NDG. Je souffre d'anxiété, donc je peux parfois être difficile pour certaines personnes, malheureusement. Mon parcours avec Tomyk et son équipe a été génial ! Ils étaient tous si patients et compréhensifs. Ils m'ont fait sentir en sécurité et ont fait tout leur possible pour aider de toutes les manières possibles. En tant que personne anxieuse, j'ai parfois BEAUCOUP de questions et ils ont toujours pris le temps de répondre à mes appels ou e-mails. J'avais en fait besoin d'aide supplémentaire pour me sentir prêt à passer mon examen théorique à la SAAQ. Tomyk était incroyable et a montré qu'il se souciait en allant au-delà. À tout le personnel, MERCI ! Je vous souhaite à tous des vacances incroyables.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai terminé les trois premières phases dans une autre ville et j'ai terminé la phase 4 à l'école de conduite Omega. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai aimé l'expérience. Ils fournissent un emploi du temps pour les leçons théoriques, nous permettant de nous joindre à notre convenance. Pendant les leçons pratiques, j'ai travaillé avec trois instructeurs différents. Madame Bahiya s'est démarquée comme la meilleure : elle est calme, ne vous intimide pas et enseigne d'une manière très facile à comprendre.

Expérience positive: Pas du tout satisfait. Le personnel était sympathique. Les cours théoriques étaient corrects, mais la pratique, pas facile. Les enseignants ne parlent pas français, ce sont de vrais professionnels. J'ai suivi des cours avancés dans une autre auto-école et j'ai réussi l'examen pratique à 96 %.

Tom was friendly, reliable, responsive, and ensured that our needs were met with ease. His instructor Sofiane always arrived on time and was incredibly personable throughout the whole training which made all of our drivers feel at ease. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom and his team and we will absolutely use them again!

We were lucky enough to have met Tomik, he was so pleasant, patient and knowledgeable about all things driving/cars/tips & tricks to park, etc. We were matched with a phenomenal instructor. The whole experience tremendously helped my son feel much more confident and competent as a driver thanks to Tomik’s guidance. As a parent of a young driver, and a driver myself, I 100% recommend learning with Omega Driving School!

Expérience négative: This is the WORST driving school in Quebec. Very poor communication not reliable not professional they are very lazy and hate speaking on the phone. If you want something you got to go there and ask them in real life. Do not waste your money in this place because you will have a hard time obtaining you driver's license (i got mine after 2 years). Teachers only speak english and their english is not understandable. Please chose any other driving school than this one.

Expérience négative: Worst school ever they hired old man that yell at student it’s the second time I bind yelled by ther teacher the teacher yell at me because I dint park the car perfect me mark then left me in the middle of nowhere and the Asian woman can’t speak English all the teachers are disaster to not go to that school !!!!

Expérience négative: This was the worst experience in my life. The Teacher at the school, can't speak a word of english or french. Cant pronounce any words right. On the road they are horrible teachers, and very rude. HORRIBLE LEARNING ENVIRONEMENT. for my knowledge test I failed, and now have to go back and do a lot of studying because I didnt learn anything in class. The only person in this hole driving school with their head screwed on right is Jade. Do not go to this driving school, you will regret it down the road. After two years I can say I have Learned nothing in or out of the classrom with OMEGA. Horrible experience...

Expérience fantastique: I called around to several places and even visited a few after I called. I had a terrible experience with another school in the area (starts with an "M" on Decarie) and wanted to make sure I didn't get duped again. When I visited, I met with a young, enthusiastic secretary/receptionist who reassured me that the owner was a decent, honest person. By chance, as I spoke to her, the owner came in. We met and talked and I left with a good feeling...fast forward several weeks... My work/family schedule was chaotic and the owner and his instructor were kind and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and reassured me that their #1 goal was to equip me with the tools I needed to be a fully informed, relaxed well rounded driver. Comfortable behind the wheel. The owner regularly checked up on me and my instructor (Jad) was an absolute perfect fit. He was so knowledgeable and relaxed. He answered everything and explained it in a very direct intelligent way. He taught me tricks and excellent tips I still use today. I am a fantastic parallel Parker because of him! All of this to say... Trust them. They are HONEST and true to their word. They took away my apprehension and gave me confidence behind the wheel. I can't recommend them enough. If I had to do it all over again, if choose them every time. 10 across the board!

Expérience fantastique: So I moved 2 years ago in Mtl to go to Concordia. I live in Ndg and I was looking for driving schools near by me . Found a few but some were insanely expensive. I asked friends at school and they told me their older brothers/sisters & parents got their classes done at Omega as well as them.I checked it out and I was totally stoked when I found out I can take classes in Ndg & by my school. I didnt have to go across town for my classes because of both locations. People are friendly and got me through my classes. Definitly recommend it if youre looking for an affordable and convenient school ***** star service

Expérience fantastique: Impressive operational team, with well experienced team that helped me to pass the theoretical and driving exams in one go, because the everything that is being taught in Omega is being explained thoroughly with the rationale behind, so not only you will be fully prepared for the official tests, but you will capture the reason behind any topic

Expérience négative: Rude lady at the front desk. Also don't be deceived - they only offer practical sessions at this outlet. That means that if you want to sit down and actually be taught something about driving, you have to head to another one of their outlets where they actually offer the theoretical sessions. The closest one is at Guy and Ste-Catherine. Just FYI! Don't know about the quality of the lessons as I didn't decide to go that far.
