Expérience négative: Expérience terrible. Pavneet ne sait pas comment expliquer. Elle corrige seulement sans expliquer pourquoi. J'ai arrêté le cours après 20 minutes car je ne pouvais pas comprendre ses instructions et elle n'a aucune capacité d'enseignement. J'ai perdu mon temps et mon argent.

Expérience négative: Je ne suis pas satisfait de l'instructeur que j'ai eu. Elle n'a jamais expliqué les choses ni donné des conseils sur la façon de faire les choses. Quand j'ai essayé de changer d'instructeur, c'était tellement difficile. J'ai fini par payer une autre entreprise et je me suis rendu compte que j'avais juste gaspillé beaucoup d'argent.

Expérience négative: Je n'étais pas très satisfait du service qui m'a été fourni pendant les leçons que j'ai eues. Bien qu'il ait été très facile de réserver et que les tarifs soient plutôt bons. Mon instructeur était principalement sur son téléphone ou ne faisait pas attention à ma conduite du tout. Il y a eu plusieurs fois où il y a eu des problèmes avec les directions ou simplement des instructions générales, parce qu'elle ne faisait pas attention du tout. Ce qui me rend super énervé, c'est le nombre de fois où elle était en retard. Elle était en retard à chaque rendez-vous que nous avions. Et elle a failli être trop en retard pour mon examen juste hier. Je ne suis pas satisfait du prix que j'ai payé par rapport au niveau de respect et de qualité de service que j'ai reçu de cet instructeur en particulier, qui était Pavneet.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai absolument apprécié et je recommande vivement Paul en tant que merveilleux instructeur de conduite ! Il a été très calme face aux erreurs que j'ai commises, encourageant et communicatif pour réaliser des pratiques de conduite ensemble ! Je n'aurais pas réussi mon examen de conduite sans son aide ! Je recommande fortement de venir voir Paul à l'école de conduite Pan Am pour se sentir préparé et confiant au volant !

Expérience négative: Called 2 time. first time i left a message spelt my name and she spelt it back wrong. I told the spelling and she told me that she spelt it right. The rude lady said Thay would get back to me and they didn't. Second time lady said the instructors don't answer their phones and they would get back to me. If you cant get a message and return or book an appointment then forget about teaching someone to drive. Just sad.

And his parrallel parking technique was very easy and simple to learn.

At my first lesson he told me he hoped I had driven before and made me start on a busy street when I tried to make it clear when booking lessons that I was a very inexperienced and fearful driver. Constantly told me I wasn’t trying hard enough. Asked me if I had anxiety and if I was on meds and if I had been taking them (super inappropriate!). Repeatedly told me “good girl!” when I did something right and this made me highly uncomfortable (I’m a 28 year old woman). I slammed the brakes too hard at one point and jolted us forward a bit. He made a huge deal about how I startled him and was very upset and gave me the silent treatment for the rest of the lesson. I was on the verge of tears by the end of it.

He will teach all the tricks and will make sure that you become a confident driver. Expérience négative: Instructor was always late, rescheduling last minute, and cutting lessons 10-15 mins short. Talked to him about the issues and he became very defensive and passive- aggressive. Right before my road test, I found out the instructor was giving me the wrong information on establishing before making a turn. Spending nearly $400 only to find out the instructor was not good. There are better options out there for learning how to drive in Winnipeg. Save your money and don't go here.

I set up the appointment way in advance and yet he always asks to cancel it or change. If we can’t accommodate him he cancels it. Worst experience!

Expérience fantastique: Bobby is a great instructor. He pinpoints on critical mistakes and is super patient. For any beginner, I highly recommend Bobby as your instructor. As a beginner, I appreciate he give me chance to try driving, instead of pointing out minor errors at my first few lessons. That way I am more confident in driving and I enjoy driving more. Expérience négative: My instructor was Pavneet Kaur. Pavneet was the worst instructor Ive had in Winnipeg. First, she made a mistake about the location she should pick me up. She wast about 15 minutes our time. Second, she just worried about her car, she always said dont press brake paddle too much. Third, she yielded at me for several times. Pan Am was so disappointing for me.

Expérience négative: I paid 60 dollars for an hour lesson. Once we dealt with the paper part it was 5:10. I had many questions while driving just to reassure my driving skills, because I have had a full liscense in previous years. I ended up letting it expire for a period of time. I didn't feel like I had clear responses to my questions. During training opportunities it felt unclear and not explained properly which made me ask more questions. The parallel parking portion was helpful but once we finished, it was time to head back to my place. At that point the instructor was done and seemed unclear of the route to my place. So I said I could get myself home. The instructor busied themself In their phone, both talking and texting because they missed a few calls during the session. I am not saying I didn't learn some things, but if I am paying for a service for an hour I expect that persons undivided attention and clear expectations when it comes to driving regulations since I have a road test coming up.

He was very dismissive and yelled at me when I made a mistake which made it worse. I almost want to give up on learning how to drive because of this experience.

He asked me if I wanted to go home - I said sure but then said I needed to pay him for the hour he didn't provide instruction once I made it back to my driveway. If I knew that I would have to pay to leave early, obviously I would not have agreed.

My brother and sister had lessons with Paul about 15 years ago, my daughter this year and we'll be coming back again in 6 years when my youngest is ready to go for her license. I called to arrange driving lessons for my daughter, the receptionist was rude, forwarded me to someone to make an appointment. That guy hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Called again, was forwarded to somebody else. The instructor contacted me the day before the lesson & asked if my daughter could meet him at Polo Park, when it clearly states on their website, that they pick up from home or work & I was told the same on the phone. So he subcontracted the lesson to a different instructor, who told me the day of the lesson, he was kinda busy. Rescheduled the appointment, he calls & tells me he's got the wrong address & it would take him too long to get across town & cancelled again. I told him, I was done & would contact a different driving school. He texts me & says "Please give me a minute Ma". I'm not his Ma!!! Very rude & unprofessional. Needless to say I contacted a different driving school.

Expérience négative: When I first read the reviews I thought all the one stars must be idiots who don't know how to use a phone or difficult to deal with or something, but after trying to make an appointment and getting hung up on 3 times by their call center I think I might agree. My first appointment got cancelled because the instructor didn't show up, so some other guy starts texting me telling me he can reschedule. Cool! or maybe not so cool. I told him I wasn't free the day he wanted to reschedule to. He then decided text me 4 times and called 3 times within an hour asking me if I wanted to take this appointment I wasn't available for.

Expérience fantastique: I just had my road test and I PASS my FIRST attempt with flying colours! I was Paul first 2018 student and he definitely knows what he is talking about. I enrolled the 5 lessons package with him which was all done within the month of January and my road test was on Jan 29. I had no prior experience to driving and I get really nervous. Paul has a really calm and relaxing demeanour which really calm down my nerves. Whenever I'm in doubt , he would always reassure me and tell me that I could do it which was very encouraging. He's very prompt, he never misses an appointment. He perfected my parallel parking, he has his own method that made it easy for me to understand. I definitely recommend taking lessons with him! My sister is actually taking lessons with him right now. I'm very pleased and grateful for everything!

With a thorough research looking for driving lessons site I found Pan Am driving school, I met Brinder-Paul Phangureh we went for 3 sessions from vertical to parallel parking, residential driving and hand to hand steering which really build my confidence and take control of the wheel. Expérience fantastique: I received my drivers license on my birthday thanks to Pan Am. Their calm instruction and parallel parking strategy is something that I still use today. Many years later, I parallel park perfectly and impress all my friends. I don't know about the other instructors, but the owners Paul and Kulbir are the best.

Paul was very professional, patient, kind, funny, and full of great tips, plus had the easiest method to parallel park. Highly recommended for new drivers.

He was extremely calm and gave great advice - overall an excellent teacher. I thought for many years that I hated driving, but he managed to help me feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel. I would recommend him personally to anyone who is particularly nervous about driving, or looking to pass their test without the expense of many lessons.

He also puts the interest of his clients at heart - a quality you would rarely find in other driving schools. Today, my wife and I have obtained our Class 5 F Drivers Licenses. Expérience négative: Very frustrating today as the driver did not show nor call despite my three calls to the call /dispatch centre who assured me that they had paged the driver on my behalf. Have re-booked for tomorrow and will hopefully have more luck. If not, will take my business elsewhere.

Expérience négative: Very poor service. I had an appointment for today, and they never showed up, never called, never texted, nothing. I called their office 6 TIMES, 4 times they picked up. I spoke to them for about 10 seconds, and then they put me on hold for 10 MINUTES each time, before I was forced to hang up and try again. Worst customer service. Obviously they don't care, and they don't want my money.
