Expérience fantastique: Je recommande vivement l'école de conduite Cypress. Ils ont organisé une leçon pour moi et mon mari à la dernière minute, après que nous ayons échoué à notre examen de conduite la première fois. Nous avons eu une leçon d'une heure chacun avec Anu. Elle était très professionnelle et amicale, soulignant toutes les zones dont nous devions être conscients pour l'examen ! Nous avions tous les deux conduit pendant plus de 15 ans dans notre pays d'origine, donc cette leçon était nécessaire pour comprendre comment se déroule l'examen ICBC, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir confiants pour la deuxième tentative ! Heureusement, mon mari et moi avons réussi notre examen de conduite lors de notre deuxième tentative à Nanaimo. Très reconnaissants pour les conseils et le soutien d'Anu.

Anu était mon instructeur, elle m'a expliqué les bonnes pratiques que les examinateurs recherchent et m'a dit comment aborder l'examen de conduite. En plus de cela, j'ai eu la chance de conduire un itinéraire similaire à celui de l'examen réel. Expérience fantastique: Je ne peux dire que du bien de mon instructeur, Anu. J'étais au niveau zéro en conduite quand j'ai commencé, mais elle a pu m'aider à développer mes compétences au fil du temps. Elle a commencé par me nourrir de connaissances, puis une fois qu'elle a vu que mes compétences se développaient, elle me laissait réfléchir et utiliser mon bon sens. Elle m'a donné des stratégies pour réussir l'examen de conduite, puis une fois que j'ai maîtrisé cela, elle m'a formé pour devenir le meilleur conducteur. Elle est comme une mère en me donnant confiance, et un enseignant qui vous met au défi de comprendre toutes les règles. Pendant mon examen de conduite, c'est une bonne sensation d'avoir quelqu'un à mes côtés vérifiant à l'ICBC, puis me souhaitant la bienvenue après.

J'ai choisi le package "Rafraîchissement de test routier" car je conduis depuis des années mais pas quotidiennement au cours des deux dernières années, depuis que j'ai déménagé au Canada. Bien que je me considère comme un conducteur compétent et expérimenté, sans le cours, je ne passerais probablement pas. Avec la supervision détaillée et stricte de l'enseignant "Annu", je me sentais immédiatement prêt et confiant pour mon test routier avec l'instructeur, qui a eu lieu directement après. Elle m'a expliqué tous les carrefours délicats et les endroits sur lesquels je devrais me concentrer et les trajets possibles. Et le résultat : pas d'erreurs et instructeur satisfait. La communication était facile et simple. Ils ont également réservé pour moi la date du test routier. En gros, tout ce que j'ai fait, c'est de leur passer un coup de téléphone, de leur donner les informations de test de connaissance préalables et le lendemain, j'avais l'examen du test routier car j'ai eu de la chance avec la date et la disponibilité. À mon avis - argent bien dépensé et comme je l'ai mentionné plus tôt, je recommande vivement. La raison pour laquelle je les ai choisis est la recommandation de mon ami (il a obtenu son permis de conduire il y a trois ans avec eux - également très satisfait) et l'emplacement à North Vancouver. Expérience fantastique: I’ve been driving with my son for a few months, and he wanted to try and take the test for his N. We booked one class with Anu and he just missed passing. Not bad for only driving for a couple of months. We rebooked to take the test two weeks later, and wisely rebooked a final class with Anu on the day of the test - he Passed with flying colours! Anu made sure to go over the parking concerns, got him comfortable with driving to speed (which was one of the reasons he failed the first time round), and just made sure he was doing everything he needed to be doing to pass his test. I think I did pretty good as a mom teaching him, but if it wasn’t for Anu, he wouldn’t have passed the drivers test. One happy young man! Anu, You are the most lovely, patient, involved, knowledgeable Driver Instructor I’ve ever met! Not to mention patient with anxious mothers too! Thank you so much!

I took one 1,5h session to prep for the class 5 road test and this was enough to try common exam routes in North Vancouver, including tricky intersections, etc, and get advice on small things I need to fix/pay attention to. Expérience fantastique: I managed to get an appointment for my class 5 road test at North Vancouver… with 2 days’ notice. Although I’ve been driving for years, I’d already failed my test once, and confidence was at an all time low. Anu went out of her way to accommodate me with very little notice - I did a 90 min lesson, followed by a 60 min lesson. I passed my test with only one fault! Anu was patient but firm, clear about the rules of the road, helped me prepare in terms of what to expect from the examiner… and even taught me a new (easier!) way to reverse park! I would recommend her any day!

Expérience fantastique: I have no words to thank you Anu. I’ve been driving in São Paulo, Brazil my hometown since 1999 with similar Class 5 License. Then I’ve moved to BC, and failed 3 times on the road test. After failing for the second time I decided to take classes. I had a bunch of it with other companies and their instructors just put me down that resulted in my third road test failed. I got so frustrated. Then some friends referred Anu to me. I had a couple classes with her and she helped me to fix my issues according to BC Transit Law. Also, she was very supportive giving me good feedbacks about my driving skills. It increased my confidence then I took the road test again. In that day I got my Class 5 with error free on my report. Thank you Anu!

Expérience fantastique: Mrs. Anu is very experienced in driving lessons and preparing you for exams. She knows what the examiners are looking at, she knows the streets and areas the examiners bring you to, she's basically every day at ICBC. She has a kind tone, she doesn't yell, you won't be nervous with her, she talks a lot, gives a lot of advice all the time, every turn or every part of the road, she'll remind you all the small details that you forgot. The car is good, it's an normal size sedan. The price is good too. Responsiveness is good, always ready for an appointment or exam schedule usually within a few days or a week.
