Expérience fantastique: Super auto-école et meilleur prix. Mary a enseigné à beaucoup de mes amis, âgés de 78, 35, 25 ans, et ils ont maintenant leur permis complet. Je recommanderais d'utiliser l'auto-école de Mary. J'ai personnellement utilisé l'auto-école de Mary et je dirai que c'est la meilleure.

Expérience négative: Par où commencer ? Mon expérience avec Mary a été tout simplement abominable, et je n'ai même pas pu terminer les 20 leçons auxquelles ma sœur et moi nous étions inscrites. Ma mère a payé la totalité des 600 $ pour toutes les leçons à l'avance, en espèces, lors de notre première séance. Si nous avions su qu'il était possible de payer après chaque leçon, nous ne nous serions jamais engagées dans cet arrangement dès le départ. Le manque de professionnalisme et d'innombrables excuses étaient vraiment sans égal. Par exemple, ma deuxième leçon était prévue à 14h. J'ai attendu pendant deux heures sans aucune communication de sa part. Après avoir appelé pour me renseigner, elle a mentionné avec désinvolture qu'elle était "en route", arrivant avec deux heures de retard ! Bien que je comprenne que des circonstances imprévues puissent survenir, un simple coup de téléphone pour m'informer aurait fait toute la différence. Pour ma troisième leçon, elle a appelé et l'a reprogrammée pour vendredi à 20h. Préoccupée par la conduite de nuit, je l'ai appelée lundi, plusieurs heures à l'avance, pour demander un autre horaire. Elle m'a froidement rappelé que les leçons devaient être reprogrammées 48 heures à l'avance, malgré le fait qu'elle avait reprogrammé des leçons à la volée. Lorsque j'ai expliqué ma préoccupation, la situation a dégénéré. Elle a commencé à m'insulter, moi, ma sœur et même notre mère, nous traitant de "stupides". À contrecœur, elle a accepté de respecter l'heure initialement prévue, prévenant que si personne n'était dehors lorsqu'elle arrivait, elle partirait. Nous l'avons attendue à l'heure convenue, mais elle ne s'est jamais présentée. Lors des leçons auxquelles nous avons pu assister, ses méthodes d'enseignement étaient totalement contre-productives. Elle intervenait fréquemment en freinant inutilement ou en tournant le volant pour moi. Cette approche rendait l'exercice complètement inutile, car je n'apprenais pas réellement à conduire. Après deux jours de silence, ma mère a appelé Mary pour discuter de la manière dont nous pourrions procéder avec les 15 leçons restantes. Avant même que ma mère puisse finir sa phrase, Mary a éclaté de colère, criant après elle et continuant d'insulter à la fois moi et ma sœur. Elle a ensuite changé son discours sur la structure des leçons. Au début, elle avait expliqué que chaque leçon durait deux heures, mais maintenant elle calculait les leçons en incréments d'une heure, réduisant effectivement de moitié le nombre total de séances pour lesquelles nous avions payé. Au milieu de ce chaos, elle a fait des remarques désinvoltes sur ses 40 ans d'expérience au Canada, suggérant que nos cinq années ici nous disqualifiaient pour remettre en question ses actions. Son attitude était condescendante et puait le préjugé. En conclusion, Mary est une personne rude, non professionnelle et trompeuse. Si vous recherchez des leçons de conduite, épargnez-vous le stress et évitez ses services, surtout si vous êtes noir.

Expérience négative: Récemment, j'ai eu des leçons de conduite avec cette femme, environ 30 heures, et c'était terrible. 1. Elle grommelait tout le temps pendant que je conduisais ; 2. Elle ne m'écoutait jamais. Par exemple, quand je lui ai demandé de pratiquer davantage le stationnement, elle a gaspillé mes leçons à conduire simplement autour de la ville ; 3. De plus, elle disait tout le temps que je n'étais pas prêt pour l'examen de conduite, et pour chaque petite erreur (comme un freinage légèrement brusque), elle disait 'Échec automatique' et après chaque leçon, je me sentais comme un très mauvais conducteur et je ne passerais jamais l'examen. 4. Sa voiture est super sale et inconfortable. L'odeur est affreuse et il y a trop de déchets sur les sièges arrière. 5. Elle ne vous permet pas de tourner le volant trop, même si vous êtes un élève et que vous apprenez juste. Elle touche souvent le volant quand elle veut et vous ne pouvez pas comprendre ce qui s'est passé parce qu'elle ne vous donne pas d'explication sur pourquoi elle l'a fait. C'est la même chose pour les freins. 6. Chaque leçon, elle mentionnait que j'avais besoin de plus de leçons, au moins 50-60 heures, et racontait des histoires effrayantes sur des gens qui n'avaient pas pris assez d'heures. 7. Et la dernière chose, c'est qu'elle m'a montré ses millions de cartes postales de ses anciens élèves et a passé presque deux heures sur elles pendant mes deux premières leçons. En considérant ces raisons, je ne peux pas la recommander en tant que monitrice de conduite. Cependant, elle pense et dit qu'elle est la meilleure monitrice de conduite en Ontario.

Expérience négative: J'ai eu environ 50 heures de conduite avec Mary. Voici mon avis complet sur les services que j'ai reçus. Points positifs Le prix est raisonnable. Elle facture 40 $ de l'heure, ce qui est relativement bon marché par rapport à d'autres instructeurs. Cela permet d'avoir plus de formation. Elle a partagé de bons conseils et des astuces de temps en temps, et j'ai appris quelque chose d'elle. Points négatifs - Qualité de l'enseignement. Mary se vante beaucoup d'être la meilleure instructrice de l'Ontario, mais elle ne passe que rarement en revue diverses situations routières complexes. Mary n'autorise pas ses élèves à tourner le volant complètement à gauche ou à droite, car, à son avis, cela endommage beaucoup sa voiture. À cause de cela, vous serez forcé d'utiliser les approches les plus difficiles pour le stationnement, ce qui est très frustrant ; - Actions stupides. Elle changeait constamment les vitesses. Je lui ai demandé de cesser cela plusieurs fois et de me laisser contrôler le véhicule moi-même, mais elle continuait à le faire, ce qui a conduit à la situation où je n'étais pas habitué à changer les vitesses par moi-même. C'est très dangereux et peut facilement vous faire échouer à l'examen de conduite ! - Communication. La plupart du temps, Mary ne réagissait pas à mes préoccupations. Je me souviens avoir mentionné quelques fois que je voulais consacrer quelques cours uniquement au stationnement, car j'avais un peu de mal avec cela, mais elle ne voulait pas écouter et ignorait simplement mes demandes ; - Retour d'information. Mary ne m'a jamais donné de retour détaillé sur mes progrès. De plus, elle continue de me dire que mes compétences ne me permettraient pas d'obtenir le G2, et que je devais m'entraîner beaucoup plus. Cependant, quand j'ai essayé de lui demander de faire plus de stationnement, elle refusait de l'enseigner plus activement ; - Gestion du temps. Très souvent, Mary était en retard de 3 à 5 minutes. En plus de cela, à presque chaque leçon, elle s'absentait pendant encore 10 minutes pour s'occuper de ses affaires personnelles. Elle ne demandait jamais si cela me convenait, et elle n'a prolongé notre leçon qu'une seule fois, mais j'ai toujours payé pour les deux heures complètes. Et elle se vante toujours de ses cartes stupides, où les gens la remercient. Je n'ai jamais été intéressé à voir cela et je voulais simplement conduire, mais un jour, elle a pris 30 minutes pour me montrer sa collection de cartes ; - Hygiène de la voiture. L'état du véhicule de Mary est horrible. C'est très sale et rempli de déchets sur le siège arrière. À un moment donné, je me suis vraiment inquiété pour le succès de mon test G2. Après avoir pris autant de cours avec Mary, je n'étais toujours pas confiant dans mes compétences, d'où ma décision de changer d'instructeur. Lorsque j'ai communiqué mes intentions à Mary, elle est devenue furieuse et a commencé à insulter ma femme et moi, qui avait également eu quelques cours avec Mary. J'ignorerais ce comportement inapproprié, mais elle a menacé d'annuler mon test G2, et je ne pouvais pas tolérer cela. J'ai dû me rendre au centre DriveTest et signaler cette femme folle. SI MARY MENACE D'ANNULER VOTRE TEST. Allez simplement au centre DriveTest, signalez-la et demandez le prospectus qui contiendra les détails de votre réservation. en

Expérience fantastique: Il n'y a pas de mots assez puissants pour expliquer à quel point je suis reconnaissant envers Mary. Elle m'a aidé à passer de 0 expérience à obtenir mon G2 du premier coup. Elle m'a appris tellement de choses sur la vision d'ensemble, comment être un conducteur sûr et défensif, et plus encore. Quand j'ai commencé à apprendre à conduire, j'étais tellement nerveux, mais Mary a été si patiente avec moi. Si vous essayez de choisir une école de conduite, choisissez Mary. Expérience fantastique: Je me suis inscrit à l'école de conduite de Mary il y a un mois, et c'était une expérience incroyable de conduire avec Mary. Dès le premier jour, elle a été très amicale, patiente et connaissait bien les directions. Elle m'a fait sentir à l'aise derrière le volant, même quand j'étais nerveux, et m'a permis de réussir mon test G2 juste en un court laps de temps d'un mois, grâce à sa VISION D'ENSEMBLE et à ses incroyables compétences pédagogiques. Sans l'aide de Mary, je n'aurais pas pu réussir mon test G2 dès le premier essai. Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié de l'école de conduite de Mary, c'est son approche personnalisée de l'enseignement de ses leçons qui me resteront toujours en mémoire, même en dehors de l'école de conduite et pour le reste de ma vie sur la route. Expérience négative: Terrible horrible. C'est la pire pour apprendre aux gens elle crie et n'enseigne rien. S'il vous plaît, économisez votre argent !!!!!! Ne donnez pas d'argent d'avance pour des cours, elle ne le rendra pas!!!!!!!!!. C'est aussi une escroc, elle a pris mon argent et n'a pas réservé mon test g2. Pire instructeur de tous les temps. Elle utilise généralement son téléphone et parle trop en enseignant. Elle continue de me demander de me garer, de montrer ses cartes et de dire à quel point elle est bonne, ce qui a fait perdre trop de temps sans pratiquer. Qui se soucie de vos cartes!!!! Expérience négative: Mère célibataire de 3 enfants, Mary m'a escroqué aujourd'hui, elle a pris mon argent pour me laisser utiliser son véhicule pour le test de conduite, puis elle a trouvé l'excuse que son feu de freinage ne fonctionnait pas. D'accord, très bien, alors rends-moi mon argent - non, elle a plutôt essayé de me frapper en sortant du parking et m'a saboté pour mon test de conduite. J'ai payé Mary plus de 2000$ et elle ne m'a pas appris à conduire, je peux à peine la comprendre et sa façon d'enseigner se résume à le faire elle-même. Économisez votre argent et allez dans une autre école, Cette dame ne fera que vous escroquer à la fin... ANY OTHER SCHOOL IS BETTER THEN MARYS DRIVING SCHOOL!!!! 0 étoiles pour votre terrible façon de gérer une entreprise et pour avoir volé de la nourriture dans la bouche de mes enfants ! Expérience fantastique: Je viens de réussir mon test de conduite avec Mary, j'ai passé mon G2 et mon G avec elle, j'étais un nouveau conducteur au Canada et Mary m'a très bien appris !! J'ai réussi l'examen du premier coup !!! Elle m'a donné confiance et m'a bien appris à être un conducteur défensif. Expérience négative: Je ne peux pas croire que ce bandit soit encore en affaires ! Je suis allé chez elle il y a de nombreuses années et elle était horrible. J'ai payé pour 2 heures de leçons de conduite, mais je n'en ai eu qu'une heure et demie parce qu'elle a dit qu'elle pouvait prendre 15 minutes pour arriver et 15 pour se rendre à sa prochaine leçon ! Pourquoi devrais-je payer pour son temps de trajet ? C'est drôle que tous les avis soient soit d'une étoile soit de cinq étoiles. Rien entre les deux. Je suis sûr qu'elle écrit de bons avis pour elle-même. S'il vous plaît, ne vous laissez pas séduire par ces avis cinq étoiles !! Elle ne vaut pas la peine de perdre votre temps et votre argent ! Pour mettre à jour, je vois qu'elle est fermée pour de bon. Bon débarras !

Expérience négative: Elle consacre une part importante des deux heures de cours à montrer des cartes de remerciement d'autres élèves pour vous dire à quel point elle est bonne. C'est un comportement peu professionnel. Vous ne devriez pas faire cela pendant le temps de l'apprenant, pour lequel vous leur faites payer de l'argent. Vous perdez le temps ET l'argent de l'apprenant. Qui se soucie vraiment de vos cartes de remerciement ? L'apprenant apprend-il vraiment quelque chose d'utile pendant que vous vous occupez à leur montrer toutes ces cartes ? De plus, un bon enseignant n'a pas besoin de se vanter de ses compétences et du nombre de cartes qu'il a reçues de ses élèves. Elle passe également beaucoup de temps à vous faire vous arrêter sur le bord de la route et à lire de vieilles notes sur papier au lieu de vous montrer en action comment vous êtes censé faire les choses (ou aurait la bonne idée d'envoyer un lien ou une copie après le cours même si elle voulait que vous lisiez cela). Elle passe aussi beaucoup de temps à parler uniquement d'autres instructeurs et écoles. Pas juste une fois pendant quelques minutes, ce qui serait excusable, mais constamment. Elle donne de mauvais conseils de conduite, comme utiliser votre klaxon si vous fusionnez sur une autoroute au cas où la circulation dans la voie de gauche ne vous donnerait pas la chance de fusionner. Elle saisit aussi fréquemment le volant même lorsque ce n'est pas justifié, et elle le fait pour des raisons comme s'arrêter pour pouvoir vous montrer toutes ces cartes de remerciement d'autres élèves, par exemple. Elle fait 2 heures à chaque fois, contrairement à d'autres formateurs. Je comprends de faire 2 heures de conduite près ou autour du centre d'examen de conduite, mais elle fera 2 heures même si vous n'allez pas pratiquer dans la zone d'examen de conduite. Ce n'est pas une bonne formatrice et elle est clairement inconsciente de son comportement et plutôt arrogante aussi. J'avertis tous les autres apprenants de.. s'en tenir à l'écart d'elle.

I took both my G2 and G with her , cleared in first attempts with her. Life lessons learned when it comes to driving safely. She is so sweet, caring and highly talented instructor. Way to go Mary. Expérience négative: The very worst experience was using this instructor, my favorite moments were those days I had to wait in the car on my paid time while she went food shopping (I notice she STILL does this to students). I see her OFTEN around my area... Also making me buy her coffee for her. Like I just gave her 80$, always had to pay ahead for the next class! I went to another driving school because she told me I will never get my license if I don't use her to do so...she still owes me 80$...which I will never see. I got my license with no thanks to her! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. If I could give minus stars I would! FILED with the BBB on her and the experience! if you see her RUN away as fast as you can! I am not the only one that feels this way and if there ARE any good reviews they were the lucky ones!!

I’m so glad that I did Mary taught me so much and gave me the confidence I needed and reassured me after all my lessons that I would pass my road test the next time I went and she was right I 100% passed my G2 road test and it was all thanks to Mary. Especially after having a difficult time with another instructor at ultimate driving school who never taught her anything. Mary started from the beginning with her and I asked her to please let me know if she thought if my daughter was ready for her road test and it was thanks to Mary for having the patience that my daughter passed her road test. Expérience négative: SCAM ALERT!!! Stay Away from this Lady. She is only focussed on making Money. And deceiving people by showing a chart of “previous student work” and a few greeting cards. She will always talk negatively of your driving skills so that you can take more classes and keep paying her money. I paid for the car for my drive test and she denied to come to my drive test a week before. Her only focus is luring money, deceiving people and she keeps saying you’re not confident yet for the test. I took 3 hrs classes with other instructor and passed my G2 on first attempt. Run…Run as fast as you can from this joker.

Mary will try to entice you with the lowest rates in town, only to demand more and more money, claiming you don't have enough experience to take the road tests. I changed driving schools and passed my g1, g2, and g on the first try! I also filed a complaint against this driving school and instructor with the consumer complaints for businesses. She also records her negative reviews and writes her positive ones herself. Try removing this review again, Mary, and I will undoubtedly return and post another!

Mary’s 35 years of experience speaks for itself; she is the most professional and knowledgeable teacher in the Kitchener Waterloo area. I love her approach of always seeing the BIG PICTURE and being a SAFE DRIVER. Mary is the DRIVING ENCYCLOPEDIA. She always answers all your questions; even if you think they are silly, she explains in detail why there is a rule and how it ensures your safety. Mary teaches you every skill in the book and she has the best techniques out there. You will not depend on technology and the latest car features to be a safe or good driver. She does not skimp on teaching just because it will not be tested on the exam and does not believe in shortcuts to pass the exam. Mary is very patient, flexible, friendly, and punctual. Mary will guide you step by step in preparing for the road test and build your confidence for the test and driving in general. I love that Mary does not sugarcoat things to motivate you she tells you as it is. If you are not a safe driver and ready to take the test, she will not hesitate in telling you that. I can not thank her enough for what she has taught me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to everyone.

You can be gauranted under her watchful eye, there will only be the one time. The first time you go for your test will be the only time you go for your test. Grateful for her dedication- this lady will wake up at 4am, just to be on the road for a 5am lesson, now that's commitment! I came in from Toronto for lessons and she would always pick me up downtown and drop me off too, how kind! Grateful for her stories, her voice going through my head, even now, "pick up the speed." She uses this method to free up slots for her current students. Besides her questionable ethics and nasty personality, as many reviewers have noted, this woman couldn’t teach a fish to swim.

She doesn’t teach you anything, she just keeps talking about random things and other people and doesn’t give you feedback. She yells for no reason. AND SHE ALWAYS TRIES TO PLAY VICTIM! She keeps telling everyone that’s she’s doing them a favour. She’s rude, arrogant and condescending. She spends too much time on the phone and showing thank you cards she got from former students. Even with my experience, I would be driving and she would ask me to change my lane…which is fine, except she would grab the wheel and try to change the lane for me when I would be checking my blind spot (she’s almost caused several accidents doing this)

Expérience fantastique: Great persistent teacher that gets the job done. Mary's in car driving classes are pretty dang good for the price. I passed my G2 test on my first try. I was not very excited for learning to drive because I was worried, but Mary helped me realize how its not hard but also not easy. She takes you on routes that are useful, learns what you need to work on and implements that into the lessons. She lets you know what is going to be on the G2 and even the routes that it is on. Mary will make sure you know your stuff. She even tries to start conversations during the 2 hour classes so it doesn't get boring, and likes to have a good laugh. You may look at other reviews here and read that she is a 'bad' teacher, but that just means that those reviewers are spoiled. Ya she is a bit old school but so what? Mary is a valued teacher, not a baby sitter. She is still a persistent teacher, meaning that she will (and has in her 30 years) taught students that need extra help and care. Expérience négative: This may seem irrelevant but I watched the worst display of the teaching of driving in my front yard today. Picture a basketball rolling peacefully through the middle of the road. Children on their way to retrieve it as a Mary's driving school car makes its way up the road. The driver and student both should have and probably did see the ball. I'm sure mass confusion struck the car as I watched it slow down, let the ball roll right underneath, and then speed right back up again... *POP* The ball bursts. Dreams break. And my slightly used $35 basketball is torn to pieces. I wanted to express my anger, but the car had already flew off in a light screech up the road. Not sure what I want out of this. But I would've liked to see the instructor teach the student how to slow down, or stop as we grabbed the ball. Or pay for my $35 entertainment system. A shame really. But hopefully a lesson learned. Expérience fantastique: This happens to most of us...we pass G2 (you have 5 years to practice for G test)... in the first bit we are following road rules and courteous drivers, than you get comfortable driving on your own and start sliding into some bad habits and it happens a lot more than not. That is what happened with me. So in October 2020 I decided I would like to go for the G test and get my G license. I thought to myself it would be a good idea to look for an instructor to help refresh my good habits and make me a better driver again. I googled and found Mary's Driving school, called her and took 3 lessons. I am grateful I did! Mary helped me get back my good driving habits. Mary pointed out what I was doing wrong and helped me correct it on the spot. So fast forward February 25, 2021 I felt confident enough drive in for my G test by myself using my own vehicle and I passed! Thank you Mary.

I had two sessions with Mary and passed my test on my first try, and I couldn't have done it without her help. She was able to point out many little things that I needed to correct in order to pass, and she knows the routes the driving instructor takes. Mary's approach may not be suitable for everyone, but if it works for you then she's a great instructor and her rates can't be beat.

Was just stopped at a 4 way stop it was my turn to go and she headed straight towards me making me hit my breaks so she didnt hit the side of my car... I am pretty sure they are suppose to know how to enter a 4 way stop.... apparently NOT was an older lady driving.

Loved her grandma/Suzie jokes that really gave me a perspective of what what it means to be driving defensively whilst protecting the pedestrians. 10/10 would recommend. She is very patient with her students and takes her time to repeating parking maneuvers etc until they can perfectly complete them. She actually rescheduled her other students appointments to give me a 4hour lesson the day before the road test since I still had problems with lane changes and reverse parking. I think that really helped me pass the test given I had very little prior driving experience. Her prices are also quite reasonable. Drive Safe!

Expérience négative: I have been with this lady. She made for me discount , but she told me that I had to pay for 20 lessons before we began. I paid all the money in one time, unfortunately, she was the worst instructor i have ever seen. Every time she took me to a parking lot and she asked to make back up parking which I was new and I didn’t know that,this parking is NOT required in the test. 20 lessons was just in the reversing parking. On our way to the parking lot, she just look to the street houses and conunt how many garages each house has. And saying this house is huge. The owner might has lots of money. He should be a doctor. She was never focusing on how I drive and gossiping others driving schools and telling her stories . Also, she asked me to drive to the another students houses to pick them up for their lessonss. She was talking in her phone a lot. I Don’t recommend her. DON’T waste your money Iike me. If there were a 0 star in the reviews, I would give it to her.

As i said i have not even completed 5 hour, she got aggressive and shouted at me and told me to get out of car. Ruined my whole day. She was behaving really rude way as she was quite sure that i am an international student and cannot do anything more. Never had such an experience in Canada.
