Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu un forfait de leçon de certificat (10 leçons de conduite en voiture et 15 leçons de connaissances en ligne. J'ai réussi l'examen de conduite et obtenu mon permis de conduire rapidement. Je l'ai vraiment apprécié, merci à l'école de conduite Champion, en particulier à M. Abshir et M. Abdi.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu une expérience merveilleuse pendant mon temps avec l'école de conduite Champion, j'ai acheté le PACK GDL (RÉDUCTION D'ASSURANCE) POUR 720 $ + TPS. Commencer a été aussi simple qu'un coup de téléphone et un virement par e-mail. J'ai dû faire la partie en ligne au lieu de la classe, étant donné que j'ai deux jeunes enfants à la maison. La formation en ligne était très simple, directe, et très instructive. La partie en voiture était stressante au début, mais mes moniteurs de conduite étaient très calmes et posés, et ils savent comment faire sentir le conducteur rassuré et confiant. Celui avec qui j'ai le plus conduit est Abdi, et il avait beaucoup de connaissances sur la sécurité routière et a pris le temps de m'aider à comprendre ce que je ne savais pas. J'ai passé l'examen de conduite avec une voiture de location de l'école de conduite Champion, et j'ai réussi du premier coup. Je recommanderais l'école de conduite Champion à quiconque souhaitant apprendre à conduire, les moniteurs étaient très professionnels et très accueillants.

Expérience négative: Perte d'argent !! J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec ma monitrice de conduite, Bibi. Elle semble sympathique au début mais j'ai trouvé la conduite peu professionnelle car la plupart de votre temps était consacré à ses courses personnelles et la monitrice continuait à agir comme si elle vous faisait une faveur pour des leçons que vous avez payées. En résumé, mes heures n'ont pas été utilisées ni complétées et cela s'est produit deux fois. C'est une arnaque, je ne recommande pas cette monitrice. Bonne chance avec d'autres moniteurs.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai réussi mon examen de conduite du premier coup après avoir pris des cours avec Abdi. C'est un excellent instructeur avec un sens de l'humour incroyable. J'ai également pris une leçon de révision de 1,5 heure avec Adam et il était également génial. Je recommande vivement les deux instructeurs.

Abdi a fait tout son possible pour l'aider à apprendre à conduire et l'a soutenue pendant son examen de conduite. Expérience positive: Certains instructeurs sont meilleurs que d'autres, donnant vraiment de bonnes informations sur le code de la route, d'autres ne donnent pas de retour du tout (j'ai dû demander directement chaque petite façon dont je pouvais améliorer et je n'ai obtenu aucune meilleure information). J'ai eu 3 annulations, une où ils m'ont informé 5 minutes avant ma leçon, puis replanifiée pour plus tard cette semaine, puis annulée à nouveau 30 minutes après que ma leçon devait avoir lieu sans prévenir (les deux fois), me laissant une leçon de moins avant mon test de conduite. Presque chaque leçon, ils ont dû changer l'heure pour plus tôt ou plus tard dans la journée. Très déçu par la planification et la gestion du temps.

Expérience fantastique: Mon fils a récemment eu le plaisir de terminer ses leçons de conduite avec Abdi de l'école de conduite Champion. Nous avons précédemment engagé Abdi il y a 2 ans lorsque notre fille avait besoin de leçons et l'expérience était tout aussi bonne. Abdi est un instructeur professionnel et amical. Il était patient, compétent et dévoué à s'assurer que notre fils apprenait les compétences nécessaires pour réussir son examen de conduite du premier coup, mais aussi pour devenir un conducteur confiant sur la route.

Expérience fantastique: Le cours de réduction d'assurance de cette école est l'option la moins chère/plus abordable dans le nord-ouest. 15 heures de cours en ligne (cours en ligne typique) et 10 heures de conduite. Les leçons de conduite étaient super. Ils viennent vous chercher chez vous et à l'heure après avoir prévu en ligne... J'ai eu mes leçons avec les instructeurs : Abdi, Abshir, et (j'ai oublié son nom) la vieille dame pakistanaise. Je voudrais remercier Abdi et surtout Abshir. Abdi était génial, ses leçons ressemblaient à conduire avec un ami et nous avons eu de grandes conversations. Abshir était le meilleur instructeur que j'ai eu, il est tellement calme, agréable, amusant, attentionné, clair et informatif. Je dirais que le plus grand atout de l'école de conduite Champion est l'instructeur de conduite Abshir.

Réservations doublées de leçons dans la journée sachant très bien que l'examen pratique ne peut pas être reprogrammé, donc je ne peux définitivement pas reprogrammer le cours de révision. Donc, n'ayant eu qu'une heure de leçon au lieu de deux pour lesquelles j'ai payé ! NE RECOMMANDE PAS

Expérience négative: Cette entreprise - bien que d'autres aient déclaré le contraire - ressemble à une énorme arnaque. Mon partenaire est inscrit depuis août 2023 avec une seule LEÇON (une demi-leçon) réalisée, sans qu'elle en soit responsable. Chaque semaine, il y a des excuses pour ne pas venir, ou des absences, des annulations 30 minutes avant, etc. Je suis complètement à bout. Nous avons contacté par e-mail pour demander un remboursement à 3 reprises maintenant, au début, ils répondent mais lorsqu'un remboursement est demandé, ils se taisent. J'ai fini par appeler et le monsieur a fait toutes les excuses possibles et a finalement commencé à blâmer mon partenaire, en REFUSANT de me rembourser - disant 'envoyez un e-mail à nouveau', ce que nous avons fait et nous avons été ignorés. Service terrible. C'est vraiment dégoûtant et inacceptable. N'allez pas avec ce groupe, ils pourraient aussi vous arnaquer.. si je pouvais donner 0 étoile, je le ferais.

Expérience négative: Je n'ai jamais laissé d'avis négatif sur Google car je suis très tolérant et je passe facilement outre les problèmes, mais l'école de conduite Champions a complètement dépassé les bornes en mettant ma patience à l'épreuve ! Ma première expérience au Canada a été marquée par un traitement très peu professionnel et avec peu ou pas de considération ! Cette école de conduite m'a frustré et a pris en compte mon calme et ma patience pour acquis. En ce qui me concerne, l'argent que j'ai payé était un gâchis complet car je n'ai pas eu de valeur pour cela. ....Ils arrivent en retard, trouvent des excuses pour expliquer pourquoi ils ne peuvent pas venir, sans vous informer à l'avance pour que vous puissiez au moins planifier en conséquence. Ils n'ont pas terminé ma formation en voiture, ils n'ont pas délivré mon certificat de réduction d'assurance. Je regrette vraiment d'avoir payé pour un cours de conduite avec cette école de conduite car c'était une perte de temps et d'argent pour moi. JE NE RECOMMANDE VRAIMENT PAS.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai terminé ma formation de conduite à l'école de conduite Champion. Je suis arrivé au Canada (Calgary) il y a un mois. Mon niveau d'anglais est débutant. Le nom de mon instructeur est Abshir. L'instructeur est un professionnel. La leçon a été donnée de manière compétente et correcte. J'ai réussi l'examen du premier coup. Je recommande cet instructeur à tout le monde. Merci beaucoup, Abshir !!! Merci à l'école de conduite Champion pour de si merveilleux instructeurs.

Expérience négative: Deux fois, ils ne se sont tout simplement pas présentés - en fait, on nous a dit que la voiture était en panne. Je ne recommanderais jamais cette entreprise. Je paierais pour tout autre service. On nous a dit 5 minutes avant chaque service qu'ils avaient une voiture en panne. Donc, pas recommandé. Nous ne savons même pas si nous allons obtenir un remboursement à ce stade.

Expérience fantastique: My instructor was very kind. I started off being terrified of driving in traffic, and he taught me all the techniques in a way that I would understand. Now, driving is a breeze.

Expérience négative: Extremely unprofessional company. The instructors were ok but I would suddenly have a substitute instructor without any notice. One of the substitute instructors took me through the Tim Hortons drive through twice during my lesson and was on the phone for a long time while giving me no instructions as to what to do other than ‘Just drive’. When I needed proof of the completed driving course in order to show my insurance company to qualify for the discounted insurance (8 months after finishing the course), champion driving school still did not have my certificate ready. I had to call them every day for a week straight to get any sort of answer as to when I was going to get proof of completing the course that I payed for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Expérience négative: On an empty road, these find a way to teach parallel parking against your car. I am happy I was home and noticed it, as they were about to scratch my car. The teacher is also psychotic and can’t behave in public.

I had 2 remaining lessons where my instructor no showed me. All I have to show for this is I can confidently drive circles in a parking lot and down $550.

They were so flexible with our schedule and we’re able to squeeze us in during the month of August that was already full. I am happy to say that my son passed his driver’s test on the first try. When the time comes for my daughter to have driving lessons we will definitely use Champion Driving School.

Booked appointments for weekly lessons online, only to have them cancelled by our assigned instructor who then provided his availability via text without going through the system. Instead of weekly lessons we signed up for - it took months for my son to complete his five lessons based on this instructors availability. Numerous follow ups were required about rescheduling to confirm new dates after cancellations, and for our confirmed completion documents at the end. This feedback was also provided to the owners without follow up after looking into it.

For my first lesson Adam brought me to a parking lot to help me get comfortable with the car and basic driving. Really helpful and great at answering any questions I had, he made me feel confident behind the wheel. Gave me lots of good tips on how to stay safe and whenever I got nervous about something he would talk me through it and kept me at ease. I really appreciated how he started out slow in a parking lot for my first lesson and progressed me at my own pace to where I was comfortable trying highway driving and driving downtown at the end of my lessons. Big thank you to Adam for being an awesome driving instructor!

Expérience fantastique: If you are someone with zero driving experience and looking for a good driving school to get training, I highly recommend Champion Driving School. Adam was my driving instructor there, and he is very professional. I had a fantastic driving experience with him and I was able to pass my road test all because of him. Getting driving was pretty stressful for me at the beginning, but Adam did a great job making me feel at ease. He is an instructor with exemplary patience, and he always helped me stay calm and stay confident while driving. The driving habits he taught me are precious and well beyond the test.

We ended up waiting because they don't even call to let me know. Frustrated about the service, truly I don't recomend.

Expérience négative: I'm not one to usually complain but what I witnessed today was brutal. Driving home I came up behind one of your cars obviously I know there was a new driver which is all good. What bothers me is that the driver instructor didn't make the person pull over and maybe calm the driver down. Going 25 in a 50 zone then to SPEED through a playground zone. Whoever the instructor was needs to maybe get more control of the driver or something before some gets hurt.

It would lower my insurance almost $50 and it’s pretty unprofessional that they can’t even email me back! Update- have now spoken to four different people trying to get my certificate and am still being ignored. I just want my certificate!

Expérience positive: Amazing driving school helped me pass my test with ease. I had a guy named Vic for 95% of it. He was just amazing, super clear and helpful and always guided me through everything when he saw something was wrong. A very knowledgeable man. But there was this women who was super disrespectful, always on her phone and talking to people. I was basically her uber. Lucky for me it was only for my first lesson than Vic came along and made my experience great!

Expérience négative: I had a very unprofessional instructor who showed up late, picked up another client on my time, and let them drive on my time. The second time the same instructor made me pick up another client, I made it clear I wanted to drive on my time. Once again, she was late so I wanted to keep driving until we were at the 1 hour mark since I am paying for that time. She was trying to drop me off early. She was incredibly rude about it. Terrible instructor too. Always on her phone and asking me to make very last minute turns because she’s not paying attention. And then slams the brake and yells at you. I talked to the owner/manager and got a free driving session as compensation. My instructor then, was amazing. I completed my course and still haven’t recieved my certificate (I need it for my work and insurance). It’s been about a month. I called, and was told that they would get back to me. Terrible communication skills, and I don’t feel like I am being taken seriously. I mentioned many times I needed my certificate ASAP for work. I regret going to this company.

They are good with their clients and are willing to take whatever steps are necessary to assist them. I highly recommend Campion Driving School to anyone out there looking for a driving school.

Expérience fantastique: I just finished my full course with Champion Driving School and I am so happy with the company. My instructor was Bibi and she was lovely, she would always try to accommodate and work around your schedule and she will teach you all the good driving skills you need. Additionally, Adam was also so wonderful, he assisted on organizing me with my instructors and he made it feel like I was always safe and taken care of. It was such a great experience and I am ready to take my Class 5 GDL. :)

Expérience positive: Champion driving provided good organization in regards to ensuring each student was on track in both the online courses as well as the in vehicle training. The administrations was responsive and supportive with student request, comments and concerns. The instructors were helpful in teaching, and made drivers feel comfortable on the road while challenging them to do better.

Expérience fantastique: I had my lessons with Mohamed and he was the absolute best! He was very patient with me and was super clear when he taught me. I was able to parallel park within my first lesson! I passed on my first try for my drivers test. I would definitely recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Had an excellent experience with Champion Driving School - passed my road test on the first try! Learned a lot from the instruction from Mohamed and Adam during the driving training, they definitely gave me the skills required to feel confident going into my road test - was even complimented on my parking by the examiner! Both were respectful and made me feel comfortable. Communication was very efficient on the part of the administrators and the instructors. The online material is... fine, but apparently comparable to the other driving course material available (AMA etc), just a bit dated and some silly videos, but you do learn some things. The vehicles used are in good shape and felt safe to drive. Great value - do recommend!

Expérience négative: Written course was well done however the driving training done by Bebe was not good. She told my daughter incorrect driving rules, had my daughter chauffeur her around, was constantly on her cell phone and also had her pick up other drivers before ending her time slot. Bebe was nice but ultimately my daughter found these things to be extremely unhelpful. She did have a different driver on her last day and she claimed he was very knowledgeable and focused on her and helping her practice parking and improve her driving.

Expérience négative: I didn't want to have to leave one star but since no one wanted to respond to my last few messages about scheduling my last 2hrs on the road....since last year.(October 2020) Even with Covid going on and places were reopened and still no reply from this company.They did not handle this situation in a proper manner which is why I am leaving this review maybe then they'd see and finally reply back.. just ridiculous honestly. Since then I haven't reached out (Now April 2021) to chase a company unwilling to teach their paying customers properly....

Expérience fantastique: Today I had an issue with my car 15 minutes prior to my road test and the wonderful staff at Champion Driving stepped in to help. With only 15 minutes notice they dropped the car off to the registry. Abdi was very easy going about my etransfer not working prior to the road test and even gave me a ride to the bank so I could get cash for them afterwards, not to mention how cheap the vehicle rental was and the great condition of the car. The team at Champion driving went above and beyond for me today and it is so greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a driving school or a vehicle for a road test. Thank you again!
