Expérience fantastique: J'ai obtenu mon permis G2 le lundi 2 décembre 2024. L'école de conduite Drivewise est vraiment bien, et elle m'a aidé à obtenir mon permis G2. Je recommande à tous de rejoindre l'école de conduite Drivewise, et vous obtiendrez bientôt votre permis G2.

Expérience fantastique: Mon instructeur était Trent. Trent est un gars très calme et drôle. Il m'a aidé à apprendre à conduire de manière très facile. Je recommanderais définitivement de prendre Drive Wise car cela vous enseigne efficacement et cela vous offre une réduction sur votre assurance !

Expérience fantastique: Vida est une personne et une instructrice incroyable tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Elle est si patiente et comprend que les erreurs peuvent arriver. Expérience fantastique: Trent et Terry m'ont préparé pour mon examen de conduite et je ne peux pas les remercier assez. Ils m'ont tout appris et j'ai réussi du premier coup. 10/10 je recommanderai.

Expérience négative: Je suis presque sûr d'avoir été arnaqué. Allez ailleurs, pas ici. Personnel peu amical, ne donne aucune explication sur sa politique et ne fait preuve d'aucune empathie. Économisez-vous de l'argent et allez ailleurs!

Expérience fantastique: J'ai obtenu mon G2 il y a deux mois et j'ai juste acheté ma première voiture aujourd'hui. Un énorme merci à mon instructeur de conduite, Todd Hunt, et à l'équipe de DriveWise ! En seulement 10 cours, Todd m'a appris tout - des bases de la direction à conduire en toute confiance sur la route, jusqu'à passer mon G2. Je n'aurais pas pu le faire sans ses conseils et son soutien. Merci, Todd, et l'équipe de DriveWise.

Expérience fantastique: Lisa dans le bureau a été très utile en expliquant tous les coûts, services, dates et horaires en détail. Quelle femme si sympathique. Mon instructeur était Trent, dès que je suis monté dans la voiture, il a veillé à me dire comment ajuster les miroirs, le siège, le volant pour que je sois à l'aise et en sécurité. C'était un excellent instructeur pour quelqu'un comme moi qui avait déjà été un conducteur expérimenté. Il a expliqué le genre de choses que le test de sortie g1 impliquerait, et j'ai choisi sur quoi nous nous concentrer le plus. Une expérience globale incroyable avec drive wise.

Expérience fantastique: Trent était un instructeur très calme et professionnel. Il a rendu la conduite beaucoup plus facile pour quelqu'un qui a de l'anxiété. J'ai l'impression qu'il était vraiment bon pour faire des critiques et me donner des orientations sur ce que je devrais améliorer.

Mon instructeur, Vida, était absolument exceptionnel. Elle était incroyablement patiente, compétente et douée pour enseigner. Ses explications claires et ses conseils pratiques ont rendu les manœuvres de conduite complexes faciles à maîtriser. Je me suis senti soutenu à chaque étape du processus.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu mes leçons avec Colin chez DriveWise et il a été très agréable à chaque fois et m'a donné de bons retours à travailler à chaque leçon. Le jour de mon examen, il y avait beaucoup de travaux de construction et nous avons fait un itinéraire alternatif juste avant de terminer la leçon et il s'est avéré que c'était exactement l'itinéraire qu'ils ont pris. J'ai réussi et j'étais très satisfait de son service et de son expertise.

Expérience fantastique: En tant que nouvel conducteur, j'ai trouvé DriveWise extrêmement utile pour me former à être un conducteur sûr, compétent et confiant. Même si j'étais nerveux au début, j'ai trouvé mon instructeur en voiture utile et compréhensif pendant que je naviguais à travers les leçons. Ayant maintenant terminé la dernière partie du cours (en voiture et en ligne), je peux dire avec confiance que je conduis dix fois plus prudemment qu'auparavant. Je tiens à remercier Terry et Lisa pour avoir fait de ce cours ce qu'il est ! Je recommande fortement aux nouveaux conducteurs.

Expérience fantastique: Sans m'inscrire au programme DriveWise, je n'aurais pas réussi mon examen de conducteur. Leurs segments en classe et en ligne m'ont aidé à comprendre les règles de la route et comment conduire, mais leurs leçons en voiture m'ont le plus préparé pour l'examen. J'ai eu Vida comme mon instructeur de conduite et si je pouvais le refaire, je le ferais avec elle, elle était très gentille, accessible et patiente, ce qui a beaucoup aidé ma performance à l'examen.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment réussi mon examen de conduite complet du premier coup, et je n'aurais pas pu le faire sans le soutien et les conseils incroyables de mon instructeur, Danielle Luc. Elle a fourni des conseils utiles et des leçons sur mesure pour répondre à mes besoins spécifiques, ce qui a fait une énorme différence dans mon expérience d'apprentissage. Je suis reconnaissant d'avoir Danielle comme instructeur et je recommande Drivewise à quiconque cherchant à améliorer ses compétences en conduite.

Expérience négative: J'ai eu la pire expérience avec Drive Wise et ils ont presque essayé de me escroquer hier. J'ai demandé un remboursement. En ce qui concerne les peuples autochtones, ils semblent si gentils jusqu'à ce qu'ils montrent leur vrai visage. De plus, ils ont annulé mon test de conduite prévu pour le mercredi 19 juin 2024 (demain matin). J'avais quelqu'un pour m'emmener passer mon test G2. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce service.

Expérience fantastique: Mon expérience avec Drivewise a été géniale, tout le monde est si amical et mon instructeur Vida était incroyable, elle m'a toujours mis super à l'aise et m'a appris tant de choses importantes sur la conduite sûre. J'ai réussi mon examen de conduite du premier coup, je recommande vivement de suivre ce cours.

Vous recevez des rappels de cours la veille et des notes d'évaluation pratiques à la fin de la leçon. Je recommande vivement Todd. C'est un instructeur patient et il sait comment amener ses élèves à devenir de très bons conducteurs. J'ai obtenu mon G2 après ma première tentative avec les leçons de Todd.

He also practiced with me over and over again before the exam, which moved me very much. . Fortunately, I successfully passed the G road test today. Expérience négative: My experience with DriveWise was quite disappointing. I scheduled a lesson with Danielle, one of their instructors. However, things went downhill from there. Firstly, she didn't pick me up, so I had to go to the lesson on my own. When I arrived, I realized I'd forgotten my license. Instead of helping me get it, she tried to reschedule the lesson and asked for an extra $50, almost the price of a whole new lesson. It felt like they cared more about money than their students. Danielle wasn't very polite, and when I tried to cancel my remaining sessions with her, they didn't give me the correct refund. Overall, it seems like their main focus is profit, and they even charged me for a lesson I never got. As a student, this was really disappointing and not fair to me at all.

Expérience négative: I had a pretty terrible experience with a driving instructor named Kat. I brushed it off at first until a friend was shocked to learn he still worked there. She told me about her experience & how he received several complaints and was supposed to be reprimanded/dismissed. I felt super uncomfortable the entire lesson. He made widly unprofessional comments and over-shared his personal beliefs/opinions making it difficult to focus on the lesson & practice for my test. I definitely felt like I didn't get my money's worth. I emailed DriveWise and told them about my experience and concerns about this driving instructor especially working with new and young drivers. They never acknowledged or responded to my email. I've been telling people to not to use DriveWise.

Expérience fantastique: Hmm, where to begin? I had Terry as my driving /rehab instructor. I did 2 sets of 10 lessons.Being rehab, the instructor had the challenge of working with my deficits and creating specific challenges that would help me not only drive according to the mto rules, but to also to develop the skills that I lost, do an accident resulting in a medical suspension. On top of that, to work through situations that were anxiety provoking. It was quite the challenge for Terry I am sure. My review is 5 stars because that is the max, I’d give 10+ if I could. Obviously he has been around for a long time and he knows his stuff, and because of that he was able to individualize each and every one of my lessons, push me a little further when needed and work within my limits, a delicate balance that he was very tuned into. I quickly picked up that he was not here just to get me through the hour, but that he cared about “putting out” safe drivers. He care about the safety of all drivers, and I say this because I experience it first hand. He also had no problem speaking up for me when a driver on the street, in a different vehicle, challenged my parking knowledge. He got out of the car and explained to the other driver that I was parked correctly and showed him the parking sign to back it up. At first I was a bit rattled and thrown off because I thought I was creating unsafe situation for other drivers( based on what this person was yelling about). Would I recommend Drivewise …. Absolutely. If you are an anxious driver, a driver who needs just a few tune ups and everything in between, they have you covered. If you are looking to just learn the route to pass the test, you will be disappointed, because their heart is teaching you how to drive and to drive safely, and if you learn to drive properly you can drive on all the roads. You will be safer and create a safer environment for other drivers too.

Expérience fantastique: I took driving lessons at Drivewise. My instructor, Colin Wakewich, was an amazing teacher. He is a true professional who cares that you do well, and is very patient and kind. He listens to your questions and patiently takes the time to answer them so that he is sure you understand. He is always on time (so you don't feel rushed). He is a very skilled instructor and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a positive teachings style and learning experience. He gets a 5 star rating from me.

Expérience négative: Was not a lot of feedback on the driving and my instructor was on the phone during my lessons and mumbled quickly. You could tell he didn't want to be there.

Expérience négative: I was going to take the courses in Dec, paid to hold the seat and all. I called to reschedule as I had a loss in the family and a month later I called in to reschedule because I didn't have a sitter as paid my 400+ seat to hold and they wanted another 400+ to hold my seat.... I think the rescheduling fee was ridiculous to me.... They should have had 60 or 80 dollar rescheduling fee instead for the second time..i like the facility, it's just the fee...

Expérience fantastique: Drivewise definitely played an integral role in me passing my g2 test. Colin was an excellent instructor. He was patient and explained the rules of the road and driving tips well. He was also supportive. As someone who has been in a bad accident before, I needed that kind of calming, yet informed and authoritative presence in the car instructing me. 10/10 would recommend.

Expérience négative: Drivewise was good for the class in the building and for the driving simulator but when i went for in person car lessons i was nervous with the instructor kat. He was very strange and he would talk about eating animals like dogs, cats , horses etc and also when I accidentally made a mistake he would get very mad at me and it obviously made me upset well driving which is very dangerous well driving as im a beginner driver. Also, when I would pass a school he would say “don’t hit a kid on purpose” and one time when I went pass a french school called La Verendrye i hit a bump and he said “ oh you just ran over a french kids head”.

Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend Drivewise for anyone learning how to drive. Their response time is very fast and any issues I had when I first registered were solved immediately. My driving instructor was Colin and he did an amazing job in teaching me how to drive. He was very patient and explained things in detail, correcting any mistakes I made so I wouldn’t do them again. He was very nice and went as far as picking me up from my new location after there had been a mix up instead of canceling my final class which I am forever grateful for. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Expérience fantastique: Would recommend this place. Reception is very helpful. My instructor is Collin. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Also honest to customer by saying that I don’t need more lessons. Pass my Full G Roadtest in first attempt.

Expérience négative: The Testers are failing everyone on their first road test in the last year & half I personally know of 36 people who have been failed on the first test and then told to pay again in 10 days another 91$. This is completely unacceptable for our youngsters. This is obviously a money grab. Shure I understand if they aren't compentent don't pass them but please stop stealing our hard earned money because if my son who is Military Trained with full license and can Drive Our Queen around he can most definitely drive our roadways as the Military Licencs are way more intense traing

Expérience fantastique: Lisa and Terry are such wonderful teachers and you can tell they really care about creating responsible drivers. They have great energy, passion and knowledge and made learning to drive fun! Highly recommend DriveWise to anyone and everyone!

My son felt comfortable and enjoyed his instructor. I will definitely send my younger son to DriveWise in a few years!

Expérience négative: Just saying watching an instructor in a little grey Mitsubishi come into the tims parking lot and hit and drive over a huge curb gives me great confidence in what they are teaching....maybe for the Baja 1000 that would be useful.

Expérience fantastique: Very professional, welcoming environment for drivers of all ages and abilties. The lesson structure is both approachable and suitably varied, time on the simulator is an excellent introduction to driving without the risk of driving a real car. Would recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I took the full driving course and exit road test package with Drivewise and I would recommend them to anyone. The in class portion was run by Terry, who did his best to make some of the drier material engaging. In car, I had Colin as my instructor. As I was told before Colin is a very quiet individual, but he is an amazing and patient teacher. I especially liked that he included and made time so that I could work on skills that I felt less comfortable with, even though I was able to perform the skill. Drivewise and Colin made the G1 exit test far less stressful than if I had gone on my own and I was able to pass on my first try. So for that a big thank you!

Expérience fantastique: It was a great experience to take driving classes from Drivewise. Friendly staffs and my instructor COLIN was one of the best who trained me well to get my G2 license in my first attempt. It’s a long process but worth it to spend money and time for good driving. I would prefer all the new comers like me who does or doesn’t have driving experience to choose Drivewise and if you get Colin it’s the best!! Edit:After a year I was successful able to get my G without having to take any re-lessons as my instructor Colin has taught me well during my G2.

Expérience fantastique: I really enjoyed Drivewise.I just went for my G and wanted a refresher so I went in and Lisa was great and got me booked in right away.I learned so much from them and I passed my G.Great experience all around.

Expérience négative: Overall unimpressed. I had issue with my instructor from day one. Lisa was great and accommodating. I enjoyed the setup of the classroom and the driver simulation. Will be going elsewhere to finish my graduated license. Should never have gone to Drivewise to begin with. And I truly recommend no one else visit there. Learn from my mistakes. And expect to be left abandoned in a parking lot! edit and addition to Terry’s response 2019: that’s all fine and good, however at the end of the day you are a business and I as a paying customer was not happy with your customer service, employees or your personal interactions. I am not talking about the MTO one year time limit. That is neither here nor there.

Expérience négative: In my opinion Drivewise is a scam. My son procrastinated getting his G1 license which unfortunately put him in a jam to get all his driving classes in 3 weeks. He had is last class but failed his practical road test. He rescheduled and had to pay $70.00 to redo it. Returning back from doing his 11th test a biker road across the road causing the car in front of him to brake hard. He had space in front of him and was braking but not hard enough for the instructor. She slammed on the brakes and said he failed. He told her he had the situation under control but she said basically said to bad. He asked to redo the test again but she said no she would fail him. So.....815.00 dollars down tubes. What makes me angry is that he would not be getting his licence for 8-9 months he would be practicing. If you want a driving school who has your back go to The Driving School. As long as you get your hours in and you take the advise of the instructor to get more lessons you will get your certificate. Drivewise is a rip off. Go somewhere where the instructor cares enough to help you succeed. You are right he did procrastinate. Speaking with other schools.. they were told by the ministry that if a student completed all requirements they had to issue a certificate that they completed the course. it was the instructors resposnsibilty to document the area news for imrovenent to protect themselves.  My son did one extra drinking lesson at our expense. Therefore he had 11 driving classes not 10. Saying that he did not compete the last on line section because you said he failed and he felt embarrassed and degraded. Also, safe driving is important I agree with you,  however he would  not be going for his license for at least another 8-9 months. The certificate would have been nice for an insurance break. Scam yes, all other schools would give a certificate,  not license.

Expérience fantastique: I purchased the G1 exit road test package and my instructor, Malanae, was fantastic. She is very personable, and knew exactly what the road test proctor would be looking for. I don't have a lot of driving experience, but after a couple lessons with Malanae I felt well prepared for my test (which of course I passed!). I highly recommend Malanae!

Expérience fantastique: Learned a lot of stuff I didn’t know. In class, in car, and online learning was really effective. Driving simulations were a good way to experience skidding without risking actual collisions.

Expérience fantastique: I would absolutely recommend DriveWise to anyone looking to take driving school! So far I’ve only met Terry and Lisa; Terry taught the in class and Lisa taught the simulator classes. They’re both so down to earth and energetic! I learned so many new concepts that I would have never even thought of otherwise. I feel so much more prepared for the road! I haven’t started the driving lessons yet, but I’m very excited to begin and meet my instructor! Thank you for the awesome experience, DriveWise! ☺️
