Il a aussi de bonnes histoires pour divertir les sessions. Il fait pas mal de théorie qui aide beaucoup à comprendre toutes les différentes situations comme les virages sur les boulevards, les virages aux feux de circulation, les manœuvres de stationnement... Je suis un conducteur débutant et j'ai réussi mon examen de conduite du premier coup aujourd'hui, et je vous le dis, si quelqu'un aussi anxieux de commencer le processus que moi peut le faire - vous le pouvez aussi avec l'aide d'Ion ! Il est super utile et très bon dans ce qu'il fait, on peut voir qu'il se soucie vraiment et veut vous voir prospérer à sa manière. Il ne va pas abandonner tant que vous ne comprenez pas, si vous n'abandonnez pas vous-même. Je suis aussi une personne assez sensible quand il s'agit de me sentir surstimulé dans des situations nouvelles et animées, et par conséquent, j'étais assez à cran dès le début avec la conduite - il m'a maintenant amené à un point où je me sens suffisamment confiant pour conduire seul et je suis sûr de connaître mes virages à gauche, mon stationnement en parallèle, mes virages à droite, ma direction, ma priorité de passage et mon contrôle de la vitesse. Si vous y pensez, c'est votre signe ! Réservez cette leçon (mais réservez-la avec lui, j'ai été chez différents instructeurs dans le passé et ce n'est pas toujours utile lol). Merci, Ion :)

Expérience fantastique: Merci beaucoup Ion ! Ion a été rapide à corriger mes mauvaises habitudes de conduite, à identifier mes faiblesses et à perfectionner tout ce que je faisais bien. La manière la plus simple de réussir est d'adopter un état d'esprit de conducteur plutôt que de quelqu'un qui essaie juste de réussir, et Ion m'a amené là très rapidement. Honnêtement, je ne pense pas que j'aurais pu faire une telle différence dans ma conduite sans lui. Expérience fantastique: Ion est un instructeur de conduite hautement qualifié avec un grand sens de l'humour. Tous nos cours se sont déroulés dans une atmosphère positive et agréable. Il explique en détail les subtilités de la conduite en Colombie-Britannique et est rapide à identifier les erreurs commises pendant les leçons. J'ai opté pour un forfait qui comprenait 2 leçons et l'utilisation d'une voiture pour l'examen de conduite. Après seulement 2 leçons, je me suis senti beaucoup plus confiant et j'ai pu réussir l'examen de conduite du premier coup. Les conseils d'Ion sont inestimables, non seulement pour réussir le test, mais aussi pour la conduite quotidienne. Chaque leçon était prévue pour durer 1 heure et 30 minutes, mais Ion a généreusement passé encore plus de temps avec moi. Merci, Ion!

I am an extremely panick-y and nervous driver, and taking classes with Ion helped me to become a more calm and confident driver. If needed, he will start you off slow so you can fully understand the space of the car, the blind spots, and how the car works - I feel like this really helped my nerves and the understanding of the car and its space. He can be tough on you at times (show tough love), but it's all for the best as driving and driver safety is a serious matter.

Expérience négative: My experience with them was just horrible. I booked for a refresher class and a car for my test. I have around 10 years of experience driving in Mexico. Obviously some rules here in Canada are different there than there and it was essential for me to try to learn a bit more about it. However, the instructor was not only racist (calling me Brazilian, he was assuming that they are bad at driving, when he knew my nationality), he was abusive. To explain the limits where the car and the crossing line should be, he was hitting the back of the driver seat. Also, screaming if I took long when changing lanes. He asked me for my previous experience but during the lesson he just assumed that I didn’t know how to drive at all, enforcing his methods on me. There was a point that I had to told him to stop being so aggressive. This cause me to had problems with my confidence at driving and prevent me to take more classes in any other place. Currently I already got my license, I took classes in another school where they treat me with respect and an patience. Where no one complained about my skills and they help me just to fix my issues for the test. If you are looking to learn or improve your skills at driving, look another options because with them you might regret.

Expérience négative: Rude. Impatient. Stressful. Instead of explaining to me what I did wrong, the instructor was shouting. On many occasions, he pressed the accelerator unnecessarily. This really put me off my flow. At an intersection which was really confusing he didn’t explain to me upfront what to do. When the light turned red, he just asked me to do something out of no where. He was extremely angry and upset. “Are you listening!! You have to listen! If you don’t listen I can’t teach you! We’ll stop this lesson now! This is it! Find someone else for your test”. - This is exactly how my last instruction ended. I took a cab back home.

He was able to point out all the different pitfalls that cause people to fail. He communicates clearly and is very attentive. I don't think I ever made a mistake without being corrected. Expérience négative: Very poor, rude, unprofessional and demanding attitude from Ion. I never signed up for the class because his general attitude via text was rude, demanding and unprofessional. He requested payment for the classes, via etransfer, before he was able to confirm the time I needed the class at or having talked with him on the phone. BE WARNED - this is NOT common practice from driving schools. Almost all other schools will require payment AFTER the service is provided, or require a deposit via credit card or PayPal. On the last text I received from him he said (and I quote): "I am not available for YOU anymore! (...) good luck and stay safe... DON´T DRIVE" His rude, demanding and short attitude is the last thing a new student needs when learning to stay safe on the road.

Expérience fantastique: Ion is a fantastic instructor!! He is “the” instructor. The best you can find. He is absolutely dedicated and focused on you. Teachers that really care about your success are rare to find. Ion is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. Previously I had failed the road test two times. My previous instructor was driving me on a straight road most of the time and hardly bothered to focus on my weaknesses. Ion focused on my weaknesses and practiced with me time after time in each session and each time telling me what I did wrong. Ion was constantly giving me feedback through the lessons. The 4 lessons that I had with Ion count as 40 if I want to compare him with my previous instructor. I really cannot recommend him more. On top of all, I noticed that his prices are less than what I paid for my other instructor. If you want a very good teacher to support you and guide you to success, try your best to book with Ion, even if he wasn’t available for you I’d say change your schedule and definitely take your lessons with him. Thank you Ion.

Expérience fantastique: Ion is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. He has helped me so much and given me the confidence to pass my driving test, on my first time! I had little to no experience driving before started at Pass Driving School. Ion showed me how to drive from the very beginning. He was patient but pushed me as he knew my potential. Ion is very good at his job and knows how to promote safe driving, anticipation of hazards and teaches you how to drive progressively. He will teach you the basics and will go above and beyond to make sure you understand the rules of the road and be the best driver. I’m so thankful for finding Pass driving.
