Cependant, notre personnel est bien connu pour respecter et soutenir les clients de la communauté, car ils ont tous une grande passion pour le travail qu'ils font. En ce qui concerne le rythme du service, nous recevons plus de 300 à 400 visites quotidiennes de nos clients. Donc, s'ils viennent en même temps, semblable à un moment où l'on a une fête ouverte et qu'on ne sait pas quand les invités arrivent, il y aura alors une file d'attente de temps en temps. J'espère que tu auras une meilleure expérience la prochaine fois. Cependant, s'il y avait un problème, fais-le moi savoir dès que possible. Cordialement, le propriétaire
Expérience négative: Parfois, les agents sont sympathiques et serviables. MAIS parfois, ils ont le pire agent ! Impoli et pas du tout utile. Ils retardent mes colis d'une semaine après que je les ai déposés. Je pense qu'ils sont déjà perdus. N'envoyez pas d'objets coûteux par ce biais !
Bonjour Lydia, désolé d'apprendre votre expérience. Comme vous n'avez pas mentionné le nom du messager ou votre numéro de suivi, je ne peux donc pas commenter. Cependant, si c'était un type lié à Amazon, leur système ne met souvent pas à jour l'arrivée des colis à temps. Mais si vous vérifiez votre numéro de suivi Purolator, cela vous donnera l'historique de votre expédition. De notre côté, nous recevons des colis des clients et les passons au messager, il ne devrait y avoir aucun problème. Je peux garantir à 100 % qu'il n'y a eu aucun manquement de notre côté. Tout ce qui est arrivé à votre colis après que nous l'ayons passé au messager n'est pas de notre faute et vous devriez vérifier avec eux et aussi retirer votre note d'avis. Expérience négative: Je ne recommanderais jamais de prendre de la nourriture ici, c'est mauvais, je n'ai pas d'autres mots pour cela sauf 'mauvais'. Le service est agréable, la dame qui était la serveuse était incroyable.

Expérience négative: Le propriétaire est très impoli, il fait tout ce qu'il peut pour accélérer une conversation et passer au client suivant. Les numéros de suivi ne sont pas le seul moyen de trouver un colis, les noms fonctionnent aussi. Ma famille, mes amis et moi ne reviendrons jamais ici.
Dejan, désolé d'apprendre votre expérience négative dans notre établissement. Notre centre est l'un des plus fréquentés de la ville, et nous recevons souvent 300 à 400 colis par jour. Lorsqu'ils arrivent, nous avons une fenêtre de temps d'environ 30 minutes pour les coder et les lister sur le tableur. Pratiquement, il n'y a pas de temps pour enregistrer les noms. Lorsque qu'un client arrive sans numéro de suivi, il nous faut au moins 10 à 15 minutes pour retrouver ses colis pendant que d'autres clients attendent en ligne. Si le colis était un article très volumineux ou distinct, nous le vérifions toujours, mais pour les petits colis, cela ferait perdre du temps aux autres clients. Je pense que vous comprenez maintenant pourquoi nous avons besoin du numéro de suivi.
Expérience négative: Chaque fois que j'ai besoin de récupérer un colis, il y a un problème. Le propriétaire ne se soucie pas du traitement des clients, il se soucie uniquement du volume. Ils sont incroyablement désorganisés et en sous-effectif. Si vous pouvez éviter cet endroit, vous devriez le faire.
Erin, si je ne me trompe pas, vous étiez sur notre site pour récupérer votre colis sans numéro de suivi. Je vous ai expliqué que nous avions besoin du numéro de suivi pour pouvoir le retrouver parmi les 500 colis que nous avions à l'époque. Vous avez insisté pour que je vérifie les 500 colis pour trouver le vôtre, ce que je ne pouvais évidemment pas faire, étant donné que j'avais des clients derrière vous. En ce qui concerne le personnel, nous sommes l'un des meilleurs centres de courrier ayant traité plus d'un demi-million de colis sans problème. Nous avons toujours deux employés qui font un travail fantastique.
Expérience fantastique: Ma mère et moi sommes venus dans ce magasin pour des besoins d'expédition vers les États-Unis. M. Hassan a été d'une compréhension incroyable et extrêmement respectueux. Nous étions très satisfaits de l'aide et des conseils qu'il nous a fournis, ainsi que de sa patience bienveillante. Le magasin est un guichet unique pour tous les étudiants (comme moi). Il a à peu près tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin et j'adore ça !!!! Des services informatiques à l'expédition et aux fournitures de bureau, en passant par littéralement tout ce à quoi vous pouvez penser. Expérience négative: In short: The owner guy is rude and shows too much attitude. He acts like he is doing me a favor and talks with condescending tone. I did exactly what I was instructed to do by Amazon for return. But this guy insulted me in front of all the people waiting in line. It's NOT OK to look down upon people younger than you in Canada. You need to give your customers the minimum respect. Details: I went to this store on last Thursday to drop off some return packages. Their store's red open sign was on, door was open and I could see the staff inside. Right after I went in with my boxes, the guy told me with a disrespectful tone "we closed already, we have a lot of work to do, can you come back tomorrow?". So I left. I went back next day (Friday) to return 2 Amazon returns through Purolator and 3 boxes through FedEx. There was a long line of people. When I was closer to the counter and I mentioned briefly I have Amazon return for Purolator, staff assumed that all 5 boxes were Amazon returns and she told me they only accept 2 return boxes per person! How come they took dealership is 3 major logistics companies (DHL, FedEx, Purolator) and can set a limit on how many boxes people can ship! Reason is they have taken too much bigger of a bite than they can chew. The store is small with boxes overflowing and under staffed to handle the load for running 3 major shipping companies in this era or online ordering and returns especially in an university area! Finally when I got to the counter, I showed them the Amazon Purolator barcode for them to scan. Amazon instructed me that I don't need to print the label, just need to take to Purolator store. The owner with condescending tone told me that "I don't care what Amazon told. I don't work for Amazon, I work for Purolator and you need to pack it and print label for it. The poly pack and printing label costs me money. This time I'm giving you, next time I won't". He won't even let me talk and tell him what institutions I got. He just had too much people in the line and wanted to get rid of me. That was in front of around 20 people. I didn't ask any favor from you, dude! If your store cannot do what you posted a sign for, then admit your shortcomings that the problem is in your system that you cannot take Amazon return with barcode only. No need to insult people. Then comes the FedEx boxes. On my part, I didn't have the labels attached to the box as I wanted to check something with the store. But just seeing that boxes don't have levels attached, he told me to get off the long line that I waited in to go buy my own tape to attach the level and then come back. He was already unhappy that he had to print Purolator label and use a polybag for me. So now he basically busted. He interrupted me and didn't even listen why I didn't attach the labels and insulted me again. You are running 3 largest shipping companies' dealership with minimal staff in a smaller than required store to make money and you are being cheap about few feet of tape after making people wait in long line! I didn't feel like dealing with him anymore and told him that I'll go to some other store and he promptly replied with condescending tone again yes please go.
Anjoom, you were rude! You had 5 packages for courier. The first two, I printed the labels without any charge. Then the next three big boxes needed to be taped, which I suggested either you buy a tape, use it and then take the remaining tape to home or we charge it for a fee. But you were expecting everything should be FREE for you while you didn't realize that the business has its own costs, even we pay for the TAPE!

Hi Shane, I don't understand why we are getting 1-star for something that it is not our fault in the first place. We are acting as agent for Purolator and other companies. I suspect that you had barcode number instead of the shipping label. Since we are not provided this option at this point, thus we can not accept it. But if you had a shipping label instead of the barcode, we would have accepted with no problem. New Update:, As of today (Oct. 27) , we are provided the access to convert and print the QR code in shipping label format.
Expérience positive: The Purolator here does not do QR returns (Amazon) and charges $1+ for the return bag and label. Otherwise it's a very efficient return process given you have the box and label
Thank you for your feedback. There is a technical problem with Purolator system that is not allowing us as Agent to scan the QR returns. It is being examined by the company. Therefore, for now, you need to convert it to a shipping label that is printable. What we are charging is using our computer system to print the label that is not covered by Purolator. We never charge for Purolator's shipping envelope or plastic pouch that is used for shipping. Hope this helps,

Expérience négative: They go against Purolator’s own pick up procedures. I provided my photo ID with my listed address and pick up paper left at my house. Power tripping employee decided that wasn’t enough and called my listed cell phone as well to see if it was really me. I’ve never had that happen anywhere ever. That was overkill and a little insulting.
Hello Marcus, since there have been several recent cases of some customers showing fake physical Driving Licence along with fake billing address document to get packages that don't belong to them, the staff have been instructed to obtain the phone number of the package receiver. This step is required because it would help police investigation in case something goes wrong. FYI, we have successfully processed over half a million packages at our centre and have done our best to make sure the actual owners of the packages receive their packages. Unfortunately, the scammers have upgraded their methods to steal other people's packages and we have to be very vigilant about their approach. Thank you for your understanding.

All they had to do was scan the barcode and provide me a receipt. Went to a completely different FedEx ship centre and they scanned the package and provided a receipt. Exactly as it’s done regularly.
Hello Bowwis, Since I don't have all the details, thus I can not comment on your case. However, if you had all the documentations, then there was no reason not to accept your package. Accepting package is easy, but going smoothly along the way to the destination is another thing. With the experience of processing over half a million packages at our location, we do our best to make sure that the packages have easy ride. Best Owner

It is possible that one of the staff was on her break when you visited our location. Re: the store layout and current status, we are in the middle of changing the layout to make it ready for the school in a couple of weeks. Best.

Also, Hard to get in & out for accessibility. Highly recommended Improvements to staff and store layout making pathways & door accessible for all people. It’s a (Cluttered) hole in the wall place that gets the job done. However, If you need accessible (wheelchair, stroller etc) and quality service, this is not your place.

Re; answering the phone vs. serving the present customers, for us both groups are very important. Sometime, people need direction to our store, so they are calling us or it could be a call from our Purolator, DHL or FedeEx asking for package re-delivery,... Re: the layout, we always are evaluating the situation and acting accordingly. We never had any issue with the layout and customers' flow but We will modify it to serve the customers better. Although I am not exactly aware the nature of your conversation with one of our staff but i can imagine that a long line of courier customers were present that time that required quick attention. Since there was no phone number to verify, she had asked you to provide a copy of your lease or a bill to confirm your address matching with the package. Hi Emily, not sure where did you get this info. We are open seven days a week for all our services. The only change is for the cafe that we are now open afternoon until late night. however, if you come from Unit 5A door (behind Burger King), similar to the past we are open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 7pm and Saturday from 12pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12:30pm to 6pm. Hope this helps.
Expérience fantastique: I absolutely love this place! I was able to pick up my parcel, and even got some delicious food for myself. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; the owner was also super nice! They even had iPad give aways! While I was in the store, I noticed there were people being rude to the staff, and that made me extremely upset and uncomfortable. The owner and staff have always been nothing but kind, and helpful. I honestly think some of the customers are too entitled, and should reflect on themselves instead. If you don’t appreciate people that were helping you with getting your packages, maybe you should get them yourself. Anyways, 12/10 place. One of the better things that make my uni life more tolerable!

Expérience fantastique: Stopped in here to ship a package. The owner is really friendly and helpful. He talked to my young son while I filled out the paperwork for my package and then gave him a helium balloon -- really a nice touch. The shop offers lots of different services: shipping, printing, stationary supplies, and it's connected to a small cafe where you can work. I'll be back for all my shipping and to try the ice cream at some point with my kids.

Rude and tried to accused me of stealing a gift i had purchased for a friend. When i was offended and took steps to prove otherwise i received not even so much as an apology. He asked me personal questions and tried to say he does it to everyone. well let me tell you no other post office has EVER treated me like this. if i could give negative stars i would.
Hi Matea, The easiest way for me was to create a shipment label and charge you and make money. However, there were some issues that had to be addressed first. Your shipment was destined for USA that required signing the commercial invoice. You looked so young, so to make sure that you can legally sign, we asked your age. Then, you didn't have the receiver's contact number along with insisting that you need to leave fast and...., these all raised red flag of perhaps theft related issue without accusing you. However, as soon as you provided the purchase receipt for the high value item that you were sending, we accepted to send it. Unfortunately, due to high number of theft cases that are happening in our student area these days, we have to be vigilant. I trust that you will understand the reasoning and would appreciate that we acted responsibly without focusing on just making money.

Hassan from Live Switchboard is a very helpful person. He listened to my problem carefully and within minutes suggested me possible solutions. The way Hassan explained every details to me about the possible causes of the problem really helped me make a decision for the next step. Expérience négative: Rude and disrespectful owner. Do not recommend. I've been there a dozen times over the last 2 years, and today was the 3rd time I had a horrible experience with the owner. I'm not going there again. I didn't write a review for the 1st two times, thinking it may be a one-off event and giving him the benefit of the doubt. I thought to myself he's human and he may have had a bad day. But I saw it repeat too many times now. I spoke with my friends and quite a few had the same bad experience. A lot of the low reviews here echo with my opinion of the 3 bad experiences I had. I'm going anonymous with this review because I see how he is hunting other low reviewers for their personal details on his database to harass them. (For students at the 2 nearby universities, my username here should be a quick indication of my authenticity. You'll know what this code means and can confirm my account.) Highly suggest looking for elsewhere.
Dear Mr. BU473E, I don't recall being rude or disrespectful to anyone as it is not in my personality. If I knew what happened, I would give better explanation. However, as per your saying, since you have experienced this three times, this tells me that you are either crossed our regulations such as using computer for over 5 minutes while other customers have been waiting to get their turn or something wrong is with your approach. For me, though in reality we can not make everyone happy with our services but even one unhappy customer makes me sad.

Bailey, after speaking with you for about 20 minutes today and explaining how our system works, it is very disappointing to receive 1-star rating while it should be 5-stars due to going extra miles to make sure that your and other customers' packages are delivered to the right person. We have proudly processed over 200,000 packages with no problem over the last few years. We have proudly caught and prevented some fraudulent activities by few people who wanted to receive other people's packages. Expérience positive: Convenient place to pick up packages that have been sent by a courier. However when I was picking up a package, the employee asked me to verify what was inside. That’s right, when I was picking a package up, not sending one. I had already provided my ID and proof of address, it’s none of their business what someone else has sent me.

I spoke with the worker who is new and asked why she asked this question from you. Her intention was to know if the item inside the package is a high value or not, so she can ask for the signature. I phoned to inquire about the overnight cost of shipping and was informed by the customer rep that only her manager would be able to assist me with my query and asked that I call back later. When I called back, she informed me that his meeting was over and he'd be able to speak with me. He was polite till he found out the reason for my call and started to deflect and was reluctant to answer any of my questions, stating he'd need to know the weight, measurements, etc. but when informed that I had this information, he didn't even want to hear it and proceeded to tell me that he was still in a meeting and that he didn't want his price quotes to conflict with on-site pricing. It is because of this lack of professionalism and customer service that I would highly recommend other locations to conduct your business.
Hi Monika, When you called, I was about to start my second meeting. I clearly explained to you that since we are representing multi Courier companies, we don't give prices on the phone but you are more than welcome to bring your package and we give you pricing for each courier. FRANKLY, we see some customers are just calling and shopping around which is not a problem for them but it takes a lot of our limited mankind resources. I was very polite and patient with you but unfortunately you ended up the conversation in a very rude manner and disconnected the phone that shocked me a lot and showed your Professionalism!!.

Expérience fantastique: Outstanding service! The gentleman (I believe to be the owner) started his interaction with me by giving my daughters (two and three years old) a balloon. I had a very large (100lb) package that needed to be sent to the US. He was very patient and kind and informative. He even brought a dolly to my vehicle and brought in my package. It was such a pleasant surprise to experience such wonderful service.

Mr. Davoud (or Dave), As a subcontractor to our renovation project, you were FIRED because of missing or coming late to many sessions of agreed work and also your lazy work on the painting job that you were supposed to do appropriately. As a result, the main contractor who hired you, had to come to fix your badly done work. He was so sorry to hire you as a subcontractor. This project was supposed to be finished by the end of July but it hasn't been done as of today (Aug. 19) because of your poor performance. So, be brave and don't bring other excuses!!!

Hi Raiyan, I don't understand why you are giving us this rating. I noticed that you visited us on July 26 while we were still undergoing major internal renovation to make a bigger space for our customers when school starts in Fall. We could easily shut down the whole Centre for three weeks and you had to go a long way to pick up your courier package but we decided to offer pickup & drop off services for our customers to save their time & money.

Expérience fantastique: I had been visiting the store for some time. The owner mistook me for someone, maybe because of covid masks (or because my order matched exactly with the last reviewer). Its a great store. I use printing and scanning, and its very affordable and super convenient. Its also a bit of a novelty store, because there is no other store quite like this. Maybe staples comes close, but staple is inconvenient for small jobs. I actually like the fact that there is always staff there to help with machines and stuff. It has been a God send during covid, when many other stores are shuttered or extremely in-convenient (how do I get a page printed from curbside, no idea). So yea, thanks for being there.

I am surprised with your comment. There is a 20K dollars investment in the printing machine that you are using for faxing, scanning and printing along with paying staff salary and unit's high monthly rental fee. If we offer the service for free, then we should close the store in a very short of time. Our prices are among the lowest in town.

We have 4 customers limitation with 2 meter social distancing inside the store along with having shield barrier and the use of masks by all people inside the store. We have processed over 35,000 packages without any problem just last year. Also, because of high rate of recent scams on the online orders, we would need to make to sure that the person who picks up the package is the right person. Although not all the time but from time to time we would verify customer face with their ID in case there is a suspicion or the agent wants to make sure 100%. Hope this helps.

Every day we have over 200-300 customers who are here and getting their services being done in a very short of time with no problem. In addition, if you arrive to the store within work hours, we always offer the service. But it appears that you came to the store when we were closed and we asked you to come back next day. Owner

Expérience négative: If they aren't going to do their job properly live switchboard should not be a pickup location for Purolator. My package arrived there on April 20. They are supposed to hold packages for 5 business days but it was returned April 23. This is completely unacceptable from a pickup location. The owner simply told me that it wasn't there but when I looked online it was clearly sent back before the 5 days. If this happens again I'm going to contact Purolator letting them know that this pickup location can't follow basic procedures.
Bryan, Are you sure that you called us? Because i just checked your name and couldn't find any package under your name. Then I looked at all packages that were arrived on April 20. Unless Purolator or customers requested for re-delivery in the next business day, we have either given them to the customers or they are still here. FYI, we have processed over 120,000 packages at our location with no problem over the last 3-4 years and I am very surprised to see your comment. As per her, it appears that the time of your conversation with her was coincided with having another impatient customer who wanted to pick up her package ASAP but she said that she didn't mean to be rude. Expérience négative: The in-car instruction in this driving school was very frustrating. The instructor was extremely unprofessional. He was usually silent for the entire class duration, and he even used to complain about me asking questions! He used to say, “This is class just about practice. You aren’t supposed to talk or ask any questions!” I have never seen an instructor in my life who complains about questions. Almost every single time, he would text me on the day of the appointment to change the time. He used to say things like, “I am busy. I work from 9 to 6.” And he showed a disrespectful attitude when I complained about his unpunctuality. And I never had a chance to negotiate the appointment times. One time, he kept me waiting for a month to get an appointment! The school instructor also didn't cover parallel parking, three-point turning, or uphill and downhill parking. The way the school manager handled my complaints was very frustrating as well. He used to dismiss my complaints with remarks like, "You are the first student to ever complain about this," or "We have circumstances, and you should be understanding of our circumstances." When I asked him about the training components that weren’t covered, he simply said, "We decided to skip these components with you, because you weren't ready for them yet!" Of course, this was just a foolish excuse that they came up with on the spot after I complained. They hadn’t mentioned any of that before I contacted them to complain after the end of the course. I threatened to report the school to the MTO, so he retracted and said that it must have been miscommunication, and offered a partial refund for the components that weren’t covered. When I complained about the lack of instructor feedback, the manager said, “Instructors and students have different styles.” This is nonsense to me. Instructors are supposed to talk, and provide feedback and advice. This is what instruction is about, by mere definition. I signed up with a new instructor after finishing this course. The new instructor is actually punctual, polite, and talkative. He constantly provides feedback and advice during class. I learned more in 2 hours with the new instructor, than I did in 10 hours with the one I had in this school. There is a huge difference between an instructor who continually gives advice during class, and one who is unpunctual, rude, watches silently, and even complains about receiving questions! Seeing how helpful good instructors can be made me realize how terrible this school is. The course cost me so much money and delay, with much less benefit that it’s supposed to. I feel scammed by this school!

The first one was among our most popular, having taught over 90 students with glowing reviews, who chose to not continue with you, and the second is an experienced instructor who is new to our school, who has had mostly positive feedback in his instruction. Expérience négative: Most of the times I have a good experience, but today: June 28th 2020 Owner of the store behaved totally unfair and charged me $12 for few sheets of colour paper which got printed without my mistake. In return, he says no one actually used microsoft excel to print pages from his store and totally he says its my mistake repeatedly. Its very annoying to see him behave in low standards when I made him business in the past by purchasing couple of items in the past. Sorry to say this but you lost a loyal customer and please don't try to steal money when there is no mistake of customer as if today is end of world.
Pidugu, you have been at our store many times and you know that we offer our best services. Today you printed 48 color pages by mistake and it was 100% your fault which I clearly explained to you. Instead of charging you $19.2, I charged you only $12 (36% off of original price). With current situation that almost all businesses are financially struggling, If you think that we should offer Free services, then you have come to a wrong place. I still need to pay bills and my staff's salaries. You have to understand that we even don't charge Computer time while other businesses are charging $10-12 per hour. We would like to have your business but not at a loss!

Expérience négative: To respond to the owner's comments: 1) this was the first time I printed business cards. When I called to inquire, there was no mention of bleed space. Nor did the clerk say anything when he looked at my file (in fact, I'd told him that my card was formatted as a 3.5 by 2 in ratio card on the day I paid, and he told me no problem, he would take care of it). I would have gladly sent him the version with the extra bleed space had he asked. 2) as I mentioned in my previous comment, The issue is that the edges were slanted; if it was simply an issue with the bleed space, the edge of the cards would be EVENLY cut off, unless there's something I'm missing. 3) what the clerk had offered me was a $5 credit, NOT a refund. A $5 credit would imply that I would have to return to the store for future services but by this point I've lost confidence in the service they offered. This is also not the first time that something like this has happened. My labmates have tried printing their poster with LSI and have also received poor products (i.e., uneven ink on their posters). I'm not trying to say that ALL services at LSI is terrible, but my own experience and the experience of those around me have been. Maybe it was an "one-off" issue, but please do not try to undermine my experience and frame it as my fault! Original review: I got my business card printed here because they advertised same-day pick up. However, the clerk working there told me that it would actually require an extra day to make the cards. I was okay with that, given that I needed to have the cards done by the end of the week. When I went there to pick up my cards the next day, I noticed that the majority of the cards had crooked edges (I have a dark boarder around my card and it was cut slanted). When I went to confront the clerk, he told me that he included 150 cards instead of 100 and I was a bit taken aback. I really didn't care about having extra cards - especially if they're poorly done! After some back-and-forth, he picked out 50 "good" ones and said he would print the rest and get them to me by tomorrow. When I went to pick them up the day after, the clerk told me that the reason the cards were cut slanted was because the borders around my card was uneven, which is insane, since the borders on the first set of cards were literally SLANTED. I have just now counted the cards I received, and I only have 90 cards, and after going through them all, only 20 of them were decent enough that I would feel comfortable handing them out. I don't think it would be a terrible idea to print your business cards here, but if you do make sure that your card has a very, very basic design (i.e., black text on a white background); the printer used doesn't do a good job printing colour as there are sometimes coloured specks on the card, and a block of solid colour would sometimes not get printed evenly. The cards are also hand cut (I do feel bad for the clerk doing the hand-cutting, but hand-cutting cards isn't an excuse for poorly made products - if the products are that bad, just don't offer this service period!) If you spent time doing graphics for your card, I would suggest just getting them printed at Staples - it's about the same price, and if you want nicer cards, it's only about $5 more.
First, our apologies if we were not able to satisfy your expected result! Second, we have processed hundreds of business cards at our location with no problem and yours is the only one. I have checked with our colleague. As per him, your original submitted design wasn't according to the required condition. For example, your submitted file required to include bleeding area of 1/8" that is normally used when placing order. Also, the frame board around the card should have been the same size, so he had to do some work to make it suitable. It is the reason that we had to print many copies of the card. Also, when picking up the card, we offered you partial refund but you declined it.
