Expérience fantastique: Jag est un bon instructeur, j'ai passé mon permis complet aujourd'hui à Guelp. Il a de bonnes connaissances sur la conduite. Travail fantastique. Beaucoup de conseils sur la conduite.

Expérience fantastique: Je recommande Kiran, j'ai réussi le test de la route G dès ma première tentative après 10 heures de pratique avec elle. Tous les conseils qu'elle a donnés étaient très utiles pendant l'examen et il était très facile de convenir d'horaires confortables avec elle - j'ai effectué les 10 heures de pratique BDE nécessaires en 5 jours, soit 2 heures par jour. Une semaine plus tard et j'ai maintenant mon permis complet (j'ai sauté le G2 puisque j'avais un permis étranger). Très heureux, elle a été très utile !

Expérience fantastique: I am an Indian. I opted for G test directly.. thought 3 classes would be sufficient for me but I was wrong.. Sir Jay gave me 8 plus classes and I was able to clear G test in one go. His advices and experience is very valuable. Great person.

Expérience négative: Editing this review from two years ago (original 5-star review at the bottom): It’s disappointing to have to change my 5-star review to a 1-star due to a recent experience. My initial experience was excellent, as you’ll see in my original review below. However, I contacted Jag again to help me prepare for my G test, expecting the same high level of service and a complete package, as before, including use of the car for the test, booking assistance, and depending on the date, we could eventually book driving lessons. Jag quoted $199, which seemed fair, and requested my availability to book the test. However, he ended up booking a test location that was a 1.5-hour drive from me, on a date outside of the availability I provided. I received a receipt from the Drivetest center showing $91.25 for the booking. It was only after I confirmed my day off, paid Jag the $199, that he clarified the payment covered only the booking, which I thought was excessive considering the markup was over 120% on just the booking– I would need to pay an additional $380 if I wanted to use his car and have any further support. I expressed my disappointment, and he explained that the high markup was because he needed to pay someone to spend five hours finding the appointment, which felt questionable since I had requested standard support, not a premium booking service. I would have booked it myself if this had been communicated upfront. Although he refunded $50, the lack of transparency left a bad impression, especially since the full cost wasn’t made clear until after I had already paid. Recommendation: Be cautious and request a written quote covering all services and associated costs to avoid misunderstandings. Initial review: Contacted initially to book driving lessons to pass the G test. The experience was seamless and Jag went above and beyond to instruct me and my sister on the best driving practices. Loved how patient and wise Jag was, not only showing me the best tips to pass the test but also on how to apply those instructions on day to day basis. Passed the test both me and my sister on the same day! Would recommend a 100% and if you happen to register, they have some of the best pricing and don’t forget to ask for JAG! He’s the best.

Although sometimes instructors like Bilal can cancel the in-person road lesson at last minute, it's still a very good place to do your BDE and Digital Course, even doing it at home is better than going inside the building.
