Expérience fantastique: J'ai terminé le cours de réduction d'assurance, qui comprenait cinq leçons de conduite de 2 heures avec Ernie. En tant que débutant complet, j'étais nerveux à l'idée de commencer, mais Ernie était un excellent instructeur : compétent, professionnel et soutenant. Expérience fantastique: Un excellent service client, Juan a été patient et a fourni à notre fille les compétences nécessaires pour réussir son examen du premier coup. Les horaires, les tarifs et les délais sont excellents chez ADC par rapport à d'autres auto-écoles à Calgary.

Expérience positive: Je suis revenu pour changer mon avis après que Ricky m'ait contacté et ait essayé de rectifier les choses avec nous. Il n'a pas hésité à essayer de corriger la situation et de nous rendre heureux. Il a proposé de nous donner des tests de conduite supplémentaires qui ont énormément aidé ma fille adolescente et lui ont donné un coup de pouce en confiance. Cette entreprise se soucie de la qualité du service qu'elle fournit et si ce n'est pas parfait, elle fera en sorte que cela soit le cas pour vous. J'aurais aimé avoir une grande expérience dès le départ, mais Ricky a certainement fait un effort pour compenser cela et, en conséquence, je recommanderais vivement cette entreprise.

Expérience fantastique: Mon expérience avec les leçons de conduite a été parfaite. J'ai eu des leçons avec Ricky, Ernie et Muhammad, et les trois moniteurs de conduite ont été d'une grande aide pour améliorer ma conduite. Ricky a été celui qui a aidé à donner un coup d'envoi à mon parcours de conduite. Il était patient et calme. Il m'a appris tous les fondamentaux nécessaires de la conduite. Il m'a également aidé à corriger certaines des erreurs courantes des débutants et a, dans l'ensemble, été un excellent moniteur de conduite. Ernie était aussi un bon moniteur de conduite. Il était calme, patient et donnait des conseils utiles concernant la conduite. Muhammad a été un excellent moniteur de conduite et je le recommande vivement. Ses instructions sont claires et concises, et, lorsque nécessaire, il peut reformuler ses instructions en étapes simples et faciles à suivre. Si des questions se posent, il répond avec beaucoup de détails. Muhammad m'a appris à mieux conduire et à conduire plus prudemment. Il a su me rendre plus confiant dans mes capacités de conduite. Il est incroyablement patient, calme, compétent et est vraiment l'un des meilleurs moniteurs de conduite que j'ai eus. En général, mon expérience a été excellente. Chaque moniteur, surtout si vous commencez tout juste à conduire, est patient et calme, ce qui est parfait pour ceux qui débutent. Sans vouloir offenser les autres moniteurs de conduite, même s'ils ont tous été excellents, je recommande le plus Muhammad. Personnellement, j'ai eu la meilleure expérience avec lui, bien que je le répète, tous les moniteurs de conduite sont excellents.

Expérience fantastique: Mon instructeur était Carl, pour donner un peu de contexte, j'avais seulement conduit pendant un maximum de 2 semaines avant, donc j'étais vraiment nouveau dans la conduite en général. Le premier jour, Carl m'a essentiellement fait un récapitulatif de tout, et quand est venue la 3ème classe, je me sentais prêt pour l'examen. Il a facilement expliqué toutes les questions, il écoutait mes retours et les conversations tard dans la nuit étaient nombreuses. J'ai passé l'examen pour la première fois aujourd'hui, et je l'ai très facilement réussi. Je consacre ce post à lui. Merci Carl !!

Expérience fantastique: Je recommande vivement l'ADC à tous !! Mon instructeur Jigar a été super patient avec moi et m'a aidé à me familiariser avec toutes les règles techniques de la conduite. Même après 20 ans de conduite dans un autre pays, j'ai encore dû m'habituer et m'adapter à beaucoup de nouvelles choses sur les routes de Calgary, et Jigar a rendu cela très facile. Ricky a également été génial en répondant à nos questions initiales, la communication a été directe et il nous a guidés à travers les étapes des différentes options de cours.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment utilisé cette auto-école pour mon fils et j'ai réservé 10 heures de conduite. L'instructeur de mon fils était Juan et il était incroyable, je suis tellement heureux d'avoir réservé avec ADC car tout, de la réservation à la formation, était parfait. Mon fils a réussi son permis de conduire du premier coup grâce au excellent travail et aux connaissances de Juan. Expérience fantastique: Je tiens juste à partager mon expérience avec ADC. J'ai réservé le pack de réduction d'assurance en ligne, et c'était un outil très pratique. C'était l'une des raisons pour lesquelles j'ai choisi ADC, car je voulais planifier à l'avance le temps de cours de conduite avant de payer le pack. J'ai choisi Ernie comme instructeur de mon fils car ses horaires disponibles correspondaient aux nôtres. Il était très compétent et calme ; mon fils a beaucoup appris de lui et a réussi l'examen de conduite du premier coup. Il a également donné beaucoup de conseils à mon fils après l'obtention de son permis de classe 5 GDL. La dame Michelle qui a répondu au téléphone chez ADC était également très utile. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois pour réserver des locations de test, et elle était toujours là pour aider. Ricky a également renvoyé le lien du cours en ligne lorsque nous n'avons pas pu trouver l'e-mail d'origine. Je recommande vivement l'école de conduite ADC.

Expérience fantastique: I took lessons here with Ernie and I highly recommend him to anyone who is learning how to drive and seeking to pass their test first try. Ernie is kind, patient, and most of all is incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he impart on me the necessary skills to pass my road test, but he gave me a wealth of valuable tips to be the safest driver I can be in my day to day. Ernie is truly a great teacher. I am grateful I took classes with him; I certainly could not have passed my road test without his mentorship.

Expérience positive: I took lessons with Ricky way back and I have to say I have become a better driver as a result of his teaching. That being said there were certain experiences which I did not like. Firstly on my third lesson ever driving Ricky took me downtown to drive which was very overwhelming for me and I definitely felt like I wasn't ready. Secondly there were times where I didn't appreciate Ricky using curse words or raising his voice at me when I made a mistake. I thought it was kind of unprofessional and can lower the confidence of a new driver. That being said we did have some nice conversations and my confidence in driving has skyrocketed ever since. I think Ricky is a great guy and an ok instructor but I don't recommend him for students that have high anxiety levels or are complete rookies in driving.

Expérience fantastique: When I called for info at ADC Driving School, I was told that it was a small school. I tried anyway but quickly learned that the quality is not small. This driving school is full of knowledge - everything you need to know to pass your test and, of course, to train you to drive safely. I went on the road mostly with Carl and some with Ricky. They are both excellent in getting to know your driving weaknesses and quickly correct them. I am so glad that I decided to call ADC Driving School. If I know anyone who wants driving lessons, I will definitely recommend them to go with ADC Driving School. Thank you very much ADC Driving School.

Expérience fantastique: I appreciated my driving lessons at ADC with Ricky. When given directions like making turns or getting onto certain roads, he wouldn't tell me directly how to do them (given I already knew how to do those techniques), but let me independently figure out my way to follow his directions, even if it meant making mistakes and learning from them. I believe that this method reveals that Ricky chooses to teach his students not only to make money, but to help them become independent drivers, I also could see how even when I put Ricky into a dangerous situation like almost, he did yell, but didn't let those frights disturb him or anger him from giving me quality teachings. . Ricky gets into nice friendly conversations. He's very chill. I'd rate him 5 stars.

Expérience négative: I sincerely agree with all the 1 star reviews for this school and the instructor Ricky. If there was an option for a zero star review that would be my choice! First and foremost, my cousin had such a terrible experience with Ricky as an instructor, during the initial class he had degraded her driving experience. She is a first time driver, that is the point of a driving school and instructor is to teach and provide the necessary experience to a first time driver. He then begins to bring in her personal experiences into the driving class which is unnecessary. Stating that people younger than her already have their license whilst she does not. How is any of that relevant to driving and how does that build confidence in a student! She pushed through to finish the classes, but during the course of the driving lessons he processed to tell her she is not doing well, and even starts swearing at her for a simple mistake in which he should have been paying attention to as well. Throughout the course of the driving lessons we would hear feedback from my cousin about her experience it was all negative, Do not waste your time, money or mental health with this school or instructor he has no patience for student whom clearly show nervousness as a first time driver. I am 100% sure he deletes 1 star reviews to boosts his school ratings. Don’t waste your time here. Thanks for nothing Ricky.

Expérience fantastique: I have so much to say!! I did the insurance reduction course and rented a car from ADC for my road test.. Now I was on a tight schedule, I booked my 5 courses back to back and had my road test booked for the day after my last Lesson. I was STRESSED! But Carl was an amazing teacher, I was hesitant at first because I had a friend take this course and loved Ricky but knew nothing about Carl. But safe to say Carl was the best!! I told him on the first day about my road test and he made a plan on how we will best get me prepared for my test. And the schools way of taking their students to unfamiliar areas and not doing the testing routes has made me more confident to drive anywhere. Carl wasn’t sure what they’d test me on exactly because of my area so after teaching the things he knew would be on the test he went a little further and taught me how to merge into a highway, how to exit a highway, etc. Also… I PASSED MY TEST FIRST TRY!! Again I can’t give Carl enough praise!! And the Car rental was great, the guy who dropped off the car was so encouraging and even after the test instructor was running 30-45 minutes late he stuck around the whole time.

Expérience négative: I have no idea where the positive reviews of Ricky come from. My daughter had a terrible experience with him to the extent where she asked to end the 2 hr session after only 1 hr. Ricky was constantly berating her for her poor driving skills(!), he kept commenting on her personality and cursed a couple times. I guess my expectation that a driving instructor be patient and actually teach driving was a bit too high. My daughter switched to Derek Brown (comparable pricing), loves it and is making noticeable improvements. Save your time & money. I cannot recommend Ricky for new drivers.

My daughter told us that Ricky is an awesome instructor. He is friendly, calm, patient, and provides constructive feedbacks as to what she needs to improve on. He is patient and friendly, he understands the situation of all his students, and teaches them accordingly. I had great talks with him, he was a good person to listen to. We had ideals that were different but some that were the same. He’s a person that cares about what is the best for the student. Personally, I would recommend him, as I passed first try. Thank for letting me try on your simulator, as it was fun to learn clutch. I will be hoping to get a car in manual, to learn it. Keep racing and stay safe!

Expérience fantastique: I finished my driving lessons with Ricky last week. Taking lessons with him was one of the best decisions I could have made. Ricky was extremely patient with me and talked me through everything I did. I had a fear of lane changes and left turns but his guidance and tips greatly increased my confidence behind the wheel and lessened my anxiety overall. I liked that he asked me what I wanted to go over everyday and what I struggled with. Additionally, I really appreciated that he challenged me and put me outside of my comfort zone. I went to a previous driving school and stopped after my first lesson because I was only being taught the test route. Ricky will take you to various different parts of the city which is very beneficial long-term for real world driving. My classes challenged me to improve on my observational skills and my awareness of rules of the road. Ricky is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his students and their success. I am hoping to book my driver's test sometime this summer once I get a bit more practice under my belt. If you have any questions I highly recommend that you ask him. I know that I had a lot of them and I am glad that I asked instead of assumed. These lessons really changed my approach to driving and have impacted my life in more ways than one. Expérience fantastique: I went in this week a year out of practice and the confidence I got after 1 hour was amazing. I loved that I got taught how to shoulder check properly it really made a difference for my anxiety with lane changes. I took most of my driving education elsewhere. But decided to give ADC a shot for its affordable 1 and 2 hour sessions and the stuff I learned in an hour has made a huge difference for me as a driver! So much of a difference I booked my driving exam in August!!

I used to have no confidence and lots of fear behind the wheel, but Ricky made the roads and the vehicle feel like a very controlled, comfortable, and safe place. The online learning was not hard at all and not very time consuming if you space the lessons out. After my time with Ricky, I truly felt like I not only made a new friend, but also met my new favourite teacher. He cares about his students and has a passion for his profession. Expérience négative: This review is about Ricky and his lack of respect for a hand shake deal, not his driving school. Ricky was selling a vehicle, my 17 year old and I went and looked at it, 17 year old loved it and wanted it. We shook hands with Ricky and told him we would line up inspection. The next day we lined up inspection and also put insurance on vehicle, later that day Ricky said he sold it to someone else for $300 more. Hand shake, verbal acknowledgement and texts telling him where we were in the process and him ok with everything. As a businessman myself, the honor in a handshake deal still exists. Of course I was upset and Ricky thought I was being petty about a $3k car when he went back on a handshake and verbal agreement for $300 more. Be careful when dealing business with Ricky. Would be a zero star but.....

With my busy work schedule, it was very hard for me to book my lessons and he squeezed me in to his also already busy schedule (as he’s the only instructor available at the time) to get my lessons done. He gave me confidence and reassurance throughout our classes and was a super relaxed and calm instructor who was fun to chat to while learning to drive! Ricky made sure I was okay with our learning as we progressed. He also encouraged any questions you had and was great at making sure I understood everything. Hands down the BEST driving school and all worth the money! I've seen my sister and brother try out other schools and have had to re-do many of their driving tests but with Ricky he makes sure you pass the first time! The car is also very easy to learn with and maneuver with. I was debating which driving schools to go with and ultimately went with this one, I'm happy I made the right decision!
