Bien que je n'aie pas conduit régulièrement depuis des années et que j'aie dépendu des transports en commun, les 14 heures de formation en tête-à-tête m'ont donné la confiance et les compétences nécessaires pour réussir l'examen pratique du premier coup ! Mon instructeur Wasif était patient, compétent et s'est concentré sur le fait de s'assurer que j'étais entièrement préparé pour l'examen. Du début à la fin, tout le monde a été d'une aide immense et je ne peux pas les remercier assez !

Expérience fantastique: J'ai choisi l'option de formation de base qui m'a essentiellement donné deux jours d'éducation individuelle avec leurs instructeurs, plus le test MTO le troisième jour. Il était crucial pour moi d'étudier le matériel quelques heures supplémentaires par moi-même car ces deux jours sont passés très rapidement et j'ai eu du mal à « comprendre » - les pièces/composants du camion. Les instructeurs étaient excellents pour me pousser à apprendre le matériel afin qu'une fois le jour de l'examen arrivé, je sois prêt pour réussir. J'ai réussi, obtenu mon DZ et j'ai conduit un camion de pompiers pendant 3 jours. Excellente expérience, je recommande vivement d'y aller. Merci.

J'ai eu 2 jours de cours avec 4 heures par jour et mon instructeur Harry était fantastique. Je ne pouvais pas le louer suffisamment. J'étais perdu avec toutes les informations que je devais retenir, mais Harry a pris le temps de m'apprendre tout ce qui était nécessaire pour le test DZ. Le jour du test DZ, Harry est arrivé une heure plus tôt juste pour faire un récapitulatif avec moi et a passé en revue toutes les préoccupations que j'avais. Comme je n'étais qu'en temps partiel, ils m'ont proposé un emploi du temps très adapté, très flexible pour moi, et ensuite AJAY était mon instructeur AZ "classe 1" tout au long du cours. Il m'a appris plus qu'assez, c'est un instructeur très sympathique et respectueux, très compétent dans toutes les situations de conduite. Enfin, le propriétaire a également été très utile dans le processus. J'ai réussi mon AZ du premier coup avec facilité. Ne cherchez pas plus loin, c'est la meilleure école!

Expérience fantastique: Un peu de contexte pour commencer. Il y a environ 10 ans, j'ai choisi le cours DZ de Pine Valley après de multiples recommandations de mes pairs dans la communauté des pompiers de la GTA. À cette époque, Naeem était mon instructeur principal et a pour but de s'assurer que j'étais plus que préparé pour mon examen pratique. Je me souviens qu'il m'a dit qu'il ne m'enverrait jamais au ministère tant que je n'avais pas satisfait à ses normes. Inutile de dire que j'ai réussi mon examen pratique DZ sans transpirer. Avançons jusqu'à aujourd'hui, et j'ai réussi mon examen pratique de classe 'A' dès ma première tentative, grâce à Pine Valley une fois de plus. Du premier papier jusqu'à l'examen pratique, j'étais heureux de voir que les normes de l'école n'avaient fait qu'augmenter depuis ma dernière visite chez eux. Semina est la personne de contact de l'école, et la première personne à qui vous parlerez probablement lorsque vous commencerez un cours avec eux. Elle s'y connaît. Il y a une douceur dans sa voix et une chaleur dans son sourire qui vous font toujours sentir que vous êtes les bienvenus chez eux. Et si vous êtes bon, elle ira chercher des cafés pendant la partie en classe de votre cours. Naeem a un peu pris du recul dans l'instruction, mais reste un éducateur passionné dans l'âme. Il y a très peu de gens qui se soucient réellement que leurs élèves 'comprennent', et il est l'un de ces gens. Il a aidé à peaufiner mes compétences de conduite durant ma dernière semaine du cours A. Je dirais ceci... quand il s'agit d'apprendre avec Naeem, vous obtenez de cela ce que vous y mettez. Mettez votre téléphone de côté, regardez-le dans les yeux, posez les bonnes questions, et il sera votre guide. Ajay était mon instructeur principal. Il est détendu et a la bonne énergie pour enseigner aux élèves. Être dans un camion avec un nouvel élève peut être extrêmement stressant, mais Ajay est toujours calme et prêt à vous donner les bonnes informations quand il voit que vous en avez besoin. Lorsque le cours a pris fin, il ressemblait plus à un ami qu'à un autre instructeur de conduite. Tout cela étant dit, je recommande vivement de vous inscrire à un cours de Pine Valley. J'ai dû prendre de courtes leçons avec quelques autres écoles dans la GTA en raison d'exigences professionnelles, donc j'ai vu ce qui existe ailleurs. Il n'y a pas photo entre les autres écoles et ce que vous apprendrez à Pine Valley.

Everything is organized in such a productive and student friendly way, making learning easy! I am a pretty nervous person and both Harry and Wasif helped me to feel comfortable and supported me on my drive test day! The company provides the vehicle for test day and it’s the same one you learn in. If you are planning to take your DZ I highly recommend Pine Valley and their amazing staff!

La verdad valió la pena decidirme hacerlo con ellos a pesar q no soy muy bueno en el Inglés Harry m tuvo paciencia y m explico paso a paso lo q tenía q hacer y como hacerlo. Es un negocio familiar y todos trabajan muy bien, los felicito porq son un gran equipo comprometido con los estudiantes, no tengo más q agregar solo darles las gracias por la atención y el apoyo recibido.

Harry, my instructor, took on the challenge though and was amazing at laying out every single tool, every single piece of information I needed to pass the test. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and detail oriented. You can tell he cares about getting his students what they want. I am so grateful for my experience at Pine Valley and to Harry and the rest of the team who made the whole process seamless. Expérience fantastique: Pinevalley Driving Academy is a very good school. Very organized and attentive to every student’s needs. Semina in the office handled all the paperwork with a breeze. Was very resourceful with an questions I had. You tell her what you need and she steers you in the right direction. Harry teaches you the basics of driving , reversing and inspections and then Ajay teaches you how to perfect it. They both take their time to focus on your weaknesses together, and if you having difficulties with something in particular they take the time to work with you 1 on 1 until you get it. On 3 occasions Ajay spent an extra hour after classes to help me master my shifting. Naeem makes sure that nothing is missed in training and that all the trucks are in good working order. Speaks with you 1 on 1 and makes sure your comfortable and ready for your exam. Notifies us with any updates or changes at the test centre. Mostly overseas you’re entire experience at Pinevalley. They work well with all ages, genders and nationalities. I successfully passed my AZ manual on my first try and I couldn’t have done it without the Pinevalley team. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to driving trucks or buses

In my case, I wanted to take the eight-week course first, but Semina (the lady from the reception / co-founder of the school) convinced me that the regular course would be enough for me. And she was right! + I would like to specifically thank her for the constant flexibility in terms of the lesson schedule and for her valuable advice. Secondly, the quality of teaching. The program is phenomenally well planned. Teaching materials and lectures by Naeem are simply an invaluable fund of knowledge. He will give you answers to any questions. Instructors Ajay and Harry deserve special thanks. How much patience and effort they have invested in teaching me to drive and not only, just beyond words. Thank you guys! In a word, everything in this school is aimed at making you a safe and well-prepared driver. If you decided to get an AZ license, you simply won't find a better place to learn than the Pine Valley Driving Academy. 10/10 Recommended!

Expérience fantastique: My time with Pine Valley was phenomenal, I took their DZ course and Harry, Naaem and Wasif were all great instructors. They make each lesson very clear with what you need to achieve and the steps necessary to get there. Their course isn't bloated and even with just 7.5 hours of time give you enough driving hours and hands on with the other parts of the test to feel confident in success. The Wasif asked on more than one occasion what I thought I needed to improve upon and we tackled the intricacies of the test in a way that only made me more certain of my abilities. It's the level of expertise of the team and their motivation to see success in their students that makes this recommendation a no brainer. The Fire Trucks are also very fun to drive and it's hard not grinning ear to ear behind the wheel.

I couldn't have passed my DZ without the help of the Pine Valley family. Harry & Gyehjdd showed me all the proper procedures and how to safely drive and operate. The owner also took time out of his day to take me on the road as well, which was amazing. You would be lucky to have such experienced instructors teaching you. I passed the first time with no issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This isn’t just where you go if you want to pass your DZ, this is where you go if you want to know everything about operating such a large apparatus safely. As someone without any commercial driving experience, I was a little skeptical of the process at first. It seemed like a lot of information to process all at once and they made it sound easy (like I was just being given answers). However, after going through all of the training and obtaining my DZ drivers licence, I can attest to the excellent education that Pine Valley provides. From day one they will give you all of the information you need to study so that you can truly do it at your own pace - they will encourage you to practice frequently and will test your knowledge everyday after the first. Naeem is quick to get you into a firetruck so that you can have as much driving time as possible. His instructors are patient and friendly and encourage you to feel comfortable and confident while driving the truck - in addition, the truck they train you to drive is the one you drive on the day of your test thus further ensuring that you feel ready the day of. I was primarily taught by Harry and he was an amazing instructor that went above and beyond his duties to ensure I was ready for the test. Overall, everyone I interacted with in this company was unbelievably polite and went out of their way to make me smile and laugh. They more than prepared me to pass the test on the first attempt and when my anxiety got in the way they were the first to comfort me and help provide me another opportunity as quickly as possible. When I ran into financial issues and time constraints as a result, they did everything that they could to ensure I could continue to pursue this goal and motivated me to not give up on my dreams. I can not express with words my gratitude to them for everything they did to help me. And I have no doubts that they would do the same for any student who steps foot on their lot. The staff are all incredibly knowledgable and helpful - these guys genuinely want to see you successfully pass your road test. Harry was patient with answering all my questions, super encouraging, yet knew just how to challenge me when I needed that extra push outside of my comfort zone. The staff in their office made it very easy to send all the information I needed to provide, schedule my test date, and was always quick to respond with any questions I had. Also the instructors were very thorough and supportive in all my training, and they helped give me the confidence to succeed with my test. If in the future I have any need to upgrade my licence, or need further practice I would always choose Pine Valley first!

Expérience négative: I was just now watching their video on YouTube and of course the comment section was blocked. The blond girl who was supposedly trying to teach what to do, seemed that she knows nothing and in on point all the hoses were just about to be pulled and cut while separating the tractor from trailer. Seems to me that the school is incompetent and is just trying to survive by lying to people. I don't think I will pay a penny to this school.

Expérience fantastique: Great school. I was initially going to pay for the 8 week AZ course, but was talked down into the shorter course. Pine Valley doesn't pressure you into over-spending if it's not needed. All of the training is done 1 on 1 so you have an opportunity to ask questions and clarify anything that you might not understand. You're provided with all of the documentation needed to pass the test, it's up to you to learn it. The instructors Harry and Ajay were great, and have a lot of knowledge to pass on if you just ask. On road instruction was excellent, Inspection items were explained clearly, and backing instruction was excellent as well. I was able to pass my AZ road test on the first try, and would recommend Pine Valley to anyone looking for a training school.

Expérience fantastique: I found this place after completing my NFPA at FESTI and did both my D and Z portion via Pine Valley. Everyone there was very professional, friendly, helpful and quick responding. Harry was the instructor that I had during my training and he is beyond knowledgeable, helpful, answered all my questions and gave me the the right tools for me to pass my driving test. The first day was a bit overwhelming with just how many new things you are taught, but Harry was very reassuring, goes over it if you're having difficulty and gives you videos/materials to take home to help with studying. He even told me to make sure I write down any and all questions that I had so that we can go over them the following day so that there isn't any confusion going in on the test day. Without Pine Valley and Harry's help, I most definitely would not have passed, but after the training, the test day was super easy because everything they asked me, I had already gone over in detail with Harry. I would recommend giving them a shot if you are in need for your trucking license and I would ask for Harry to be your instructor.
