J'ai eu un très mauvais timing (pandémies) et une mauvaise expérience d'apprentissage en ligne avec l'autre école de conduite de marque, et très peu de pratiques en voiture. Donc, je devais trouver une autre école de conduite pour recommencer depuis le début. Heureusement, j'ai trouvé cette école de conduite et cet instructeur très patient et professionnel, M. Tariq. Il a identifié mes points d'apprentissage, a fourni une formation et des pratiques spécifiques, et a donné beaucoup de confiance et de soutien avant le test de conduite. Merci encore. Expérience fantastique: Si j'avais 10 étoiles, je donnerais ça à mon instructeur. Au cours de 2-3 mois environ, j'ai eu l'opportunité d'être associé à un merveilleux instructeur nommé RUBIA pour les leçons G2 ! Elle était incroyable avec moi, elle m'a appris tous les conseils et astuces concernant les différents types de stationnement. Je n'ai pas de mots pour décrire l'enseignement de Rubia, car c'était tellement incroyable. Soyons sûrs qu'à cause d'une petite voix dans ma tête qui me rappelait ce que j'avais appris, j'ai réussi mon G2 ! Elle n'était pas sévère, elle me mettait à l'aise à tout moment et s'assurait que si j'avais des questions, elle me donnait la réponse. J'avais initialement sauté d'un instructeur à un autre, car je ne pouvais pas trouver quelqu'un qui m'enseignerait patiemment et correctement. Je suis tombé sur l'École de conduite Green Light et j'ai décidé d'essayer, je ne le regrette pas du tout. Rubia m'a appris des astuces faciles/efficientes pour assurer ma sécurité sur la route, et m'a aidé à renforcer ma confiance. Elle est la monitrice la plus gentille et la plus encourageante que j'aie jamais eue, je ne peux pas la recommander suffisamment. C'est grâce à elle que j'ai réussi à passer mon G2 du premier coup. Expérience négative: J'avais un cours réservé avec Tiriq et j'ai eu une urgence familiale et j'ai dû annuler. J'ai été traité avec irrespect et menacé. C'était ma première fois que je réservais avec cette entreprise, il est raciste, disant que c'est ce que 'vous aimez faire'. Quand j'avais vraiment une urgence, je ne recommande pas de réserver si vous êtes noir ou d'origine ethnique.

J'ai vu Green Light sur Google et j'ai décidé d'essayer une fois de plus, et c'était la meilleure décision. Tariq était mon instructeur et il m'a aidé à obtenir mon G2 ! J'ai eu besoin de deux essais, et c'était un énorme accomplissement car je pensais que cela m'aurait pris beaucoup plus de temps. Mais Tariq a travaillé dur pour corriger mes erreurs de ma première tentative, ce qui m'a permis de réussir ma deuxième tentative. Je ne possède pas de voiture et j'étais un conducteur nerveux, donc il y avait beaucoup à apprendre pour moi, surtout que mes leçons de conduite ailleurs étaient à peu près inutiles. Tariq était très compétent, patient et orienté vers les objectifs. Il était facile de parler avec lui et il a travaillé avec moi pour adapter les leçons en fonction de mes besoins d'amélioration et de la date à laquelle je voulais passer mon examen. J'ai également apprécié à quel point Tariq était organisé et ponctuel pour programmer les leçons, et il a toujours respecté mon temps. Je peux honnêtement dire que je suis devenu un conducteur beaucoup plus confiant, ce que je ne pensais pas être possible. Je ne peux pas en dire assez et je reviendrai certainement pour mon G !

Expérience fantastique: I had Rhubia Khawar as a driving instructor and she was a 10/10. Taught me a bunch of tricks to help with my G2 test !

Expérience négative: This driving school has given me PTSD to even get another instructor to practice for my G2. I’m scared to even book a practice G2 lesson with another company. Their instructors are passive aggressive. My instructor was Mr. Tariq, after reading good reviews about him I wasn’t bothered that he would be my instructor. The first few lessons he was everything the reviews described. At about the 3rd/4th lesson he was just very visibly angry from something. I understand that things may happen that might irritate us. I tried to brush it off, his energy DEFINITELY affected the way I was driving. I felt nervous and anxious because I didn’t want to make him feel more upset. When I made mistakes, as I am a first time driver, mistakes are inevitable. He kept saying what was wrong with me and kept making me feel worse about myself. At one point my eyes were bubbling with tears from the shame and humiliation he made me feel. I was so upset about how unprofessional and rude he was. I work, and I know how to separate my personal feelings and problems from work. Ever since then he made me feel very anxious and uncomfortable when driving with him. It was so bad that I wanted to call the driving school and ask for a different instructor but I didn’t want my progress to go to waste where I’d have to start over with a different instructor. As an immigrant, I understand the struggle of learning a new language. He has a heavy Hindi accent which I have no problem with. If I don’t understand properly I just ask him to clarify what he is saying so I am clear on it. When I’d ask for clarification it’s almost like he gets aggressive at me that I don’t properly understand what he is saying. I am a very patient person, especially dealing with people where english is their second language because I don’t want to make it harder but when my patience is taken for granted when I just want clarification, that added to my dislike. After I completed all my lessons, they tell me I need several more lessons, which is coincidentally $400+. I am not the best most experienced driver but I’ve driven with 3 G license holders and they very heavily disagree that I need several more hours of lessons. They are money grabbers that don’t truly care about your driving comfort or experience and the car smells because the cleanliness is not prioritized, which should be as several people go into the car. I’m really disappointed that I had to have a bad experience from a place with such good reviews. Even though I paid for their vehicle for my road test, I am not even attempting to ask them to schedule anything. I would rather spend an extra hundreds of dollars to book a car somewhere else than for these people to EVER get my money again. They are unprofessional and the receptionist cannot even write grammatically correct and competent emails. I hope whoever owns this place can train your employees better or re-evaluate the people you’re hiring.

Tariq is instrumental to my passing the road test. Tariq is knowledgeable, patient and punctual. I avoided highway driving since I passed my G2 as I get very nervous driving at highway speed, specifically merging. Tariq helped me overcome these challenges. Expérience fantastique: I just got my G2 today. I was a nervous driver at the beginning. I had 5 lessons with another instructor and I totally gave up because I was scared when I was sitting in the car. After 3 years, I could not do any lessons because of fear. However, I did research on the Internet and I found Green Light Driving School. I read the review and I was finally more confident I booked a lesson here. I met Mr.Tariq. He is a lenient and perfect instructor. He taught me calmly and nicely. From a nervous driver, I became more confident after his lessons. He gave me tips on how to drive safely. He spent time answering all my questions. On the road test, the examiner told me that I had a good instructor because I drove nicely and carefully. Thanks so much Mr Tariq. Expérience fantastique: Just passed my G2 road test today thanks to my amazing instructor Rubia Khawar. She is a very great instructor and made sure to point out necessary details in my driving. She was always really patient and never raised her voice at me even when I made major mistakes. Rubia was also very organized and made planning the lessons very straight forward. My skills on the road improved significantly with Rabia. If anyone wants to pass their G2 on the first attempt I highly recommend this driving school and instructor Rubia Khawar!

Expérience fantastique: I passed my G2 road test in one try thanks to my instructor Rubia Khawar! I had no prior driving experience and was nervous about starting on the road. Rubia was always very patient and made sure to give great pointers on where I needed to improve or place my focus. Each of our lessons were well-paced and she always made sure to tailor our class time depending on what I struggled with more while still staying on track. When it came to scheduling, Rubia was super accommodating and organized as well! My observational skills on the road have really improved since our first lesson which has helped a lot in quickly scanning my surroundings on the road thanks to Rubia's thoughtful reminders during lessons :). Expérience fantastique: I passed my road test! Many thanks to my Green Light instructors Rubia and Tariq. Please go for Green Light they are one the best people out here in GTA. You won’t get badly yelled at here (although I wanted them to badly yell at me). :D I had sessions with both of them. I had the first half with Tariq and the other half with Rubia. Tariq is a very patient man he gives gentle reminders and makes you feel comfortable in driving. If you are a new driver he will guide you all the way. He’s understanding and approachable. I had sessions with Rubia before I took my road test. Rubia is such an amazing woman! She’s very direct, but very very concern about how you would take in things. She knows how to explain real life driving situations and how you will judge variety of situations. She teaches very well and would know how to guide you when you need to adjust in certain situations. She’s very accommodating and patient with my bad habits in driving. She has corrected them and gave me good understanding of the Canadian way of driving. She has a keen eye and knows when to correct you with small details. She’s an excellent instructor, and she’s awesome! I’ll miss both of them. Thanks!
