Expérience fantastique: J'ai passé un excellent moment. Je me suis beaucoup amélioré au cours des 5 jours et mon instructeur était génial. Je recommanderais sans hésiter à quiconque souhaitant apprendre à conduire.

Expérience négative: Je ne recommanderai jamais cette école pour de nombreuses raisons. C'est juste une perte d'argent et de temps. 1) J'ai pris des cours de 10 heures et je n'ai jamais appris les compétences de conduite dans les ronds-points, le stationnement en angle et les demi-tours. Lors de mon premier test de conduite, j'ai échoué car je n'étais pas capable de faire un stationnement en angle. 2) Lors du dernier cours de 10 heures, l'instructeur a recommandé que j'aie besoin de plus de pratique, alors j'ai suivi 6 heures de formation pour compléter un parcours de formation de 16 heures (recommandé pour les conducteurs ayant zéro expérience). Le nouvel instructeur a essayé de m'apprendre de nouvelles méthodes et m'a fait sentir gêné en disant 'oh, vous n'avez pas appris à conduire dans les ronds-points dans le cours de 10 heures'. J'étais dans l'école pour apprendre des choses. 3) J'ai terminé mon cours le 19 juillet. J'ai demandé un certificat de fin de formation car j'en avais besoin pour l'ajouter à mon historique de conduite une fois que j'aurais réussi le test sur route. Je les ai contactés mais aucun résultat fructueux. J'ai réussi le test de conduite le 29 juillet et il n'y avait toujours aucun signe de certificat. Bien que j'aie mentionné que je viendrais le chercher moi-même. J'ai attendu presque deux semaines et demie et j'ai payé la taxe pour le permis de conduire une deuxième fois pour mettre à jour le code sur mon permis de conduire.

Expérience fantastique: Mon instructeur de conduite était Selom, et je dois dire qu'il est l'un des meilleurs instructeurs de conduite qui existent. Lors des 10 heures de conduite que j'ai complétées, il m'a aidé et guidé au fur et à mesure que je m'améliorais. Sa méthode d'enseignement est très solide car il fait des examens blancs avec ses élèves pour qu'ils sachent à quoi s'attendre lors de leur véritable examen de conduite de classe 5. Je vais passer mon examen de conduite bientôt et je suis confiant de bien réussir grâce à lui. C'était un communicateur incroyable et il m'a aidé à me sentir à l'aise même dans une situation stressante. En tout cas, Selom est un instructeur de conduite 10/10!

Aucun suivi ni suggestion n'ont été fournis après 5 cours. 3. 700 $ ont été gaspillés à cause d'eux - j'ai dû reprendre des cours dans une autre école. Les points ci-dessus ne sont qu'un résumé de ce qu'a réellement été notre expérience avec eux. Attention!

He taught step by step, and didn't overload me with too much information on my first day of driving. When I made mistakes, he would point them out in a gentle but clear manner, and I was able to correct my mistakes without being made nervous. He’s calm, knowledgeable and is good for a laugh, which puts you at ease. Roadrunner as a company though needs to work on their website and updating their scheduling system. Expérience négative: They emailed to change our appointment for earlier the same day with 1/2 hour notice. We rearranged our schedule and arrived with 5 minutes to spare. Called them twice while on the way to the new time THEY requested, and when they finally answered the phone they said, "the new time is not possible". So a bit perturbed, we drove the 15 minutes back home. We arrived later that afternoon, 15 minutes before our scheduled time (as requested). We waited for 45 minutes and no one showed. While waiting, we called and emailed them with no response. We again went home extremely perturbed this time. At 5:17 (62 minutes after our appointment), we received an email wanting to know if we still wanted our drive lesson. They seem friendly but disorganized and hope our next driving lessons company (forgive the pun) does not give us the run around.

Expérience fantastique: I had the opportunity of having Selom as my driving instructor for Class 5 license. I took 10 hours of classes with him and as someone new in Canada, Selom really taught me all I needed to know to be able to transfer my driving skills from elsewhere. Something really funny and excellent is that I told Selom that I absolutely hated Parallel Parking, that I always panicked even if I get it right. Guess what Selom did? He made me do Parallel Parking until I was perfect at it, I even figured out factors I need to change to get it right. I will say, I did more Parallel Parkings in my recent training than I had ever done before. Merging on roads was a new concept to me, in the first training session I drove a lot slower than I should have. Selom encouraged me through each class and I gained more confidence in hitting the gas pedal. I started merging on roads more comfortably towards the end of my training. Selom is very much in demand, I booked my classes 2 months in advance so I was able to have a consistent schedule. The signing up process was smooth, the Reception I had called were kind and patient since I called multiple times to confirm/change my class dates and with other doubts.

When I told him that I needed more practice with parking, he was open to it and helped me through the process. He even taught me how to fill up the car with gas so I don't get nervous when I have to do it by myself. He was very eager to teach and I learned lots from him. Expérience fantastique: Roadrunner driving school is fantastic. The staff members are friendly over the phone. My instructor was Selom and he is the best!!! He was just so outstanding. I was quite anxious about driving because I have never driven before in my entire life. Selom was extremely knowledgeable, patient and very funny. Learning from Selom has greatly increased my confidence level in driving in busy traffic. If you have zero driving experience then I sincerely recommend Roadrunner Driving School, no regrets!!!

Expérience fantastique: I took a brush up course with Selom, he is a really good and funny instructor, with all the tips and tricks that he taught me, I was able to pass my road test without a problem, without hesitation, I'd recommend taking some classes with him. Also I got to teach him some funny spanish words, that are different between countries.

Expérience fantastique: Great classes, instructor Selom was veey clear and explained how to drive very well. He was extremely patient and kind, I had little to no anxiety and was able to drive on all roads, after my 10 hours, i highly recommended if your someone who is anxious and wants to learn the roads at any age, after the ten hours I was able to drive a lot better than my first and learned a lot about road regulations and safety!

He made me feel comfortable behind the wheel and confident about my driving skills. He has helped my driving improve greatly. He is both really funny and is also very fair. He is an excellent teacher and I hope I get to see him again in a year in preparation for the road test.

Angela and William provide exceptional lessons and support. They give you plenty of tips for the road test and make sure you do understand what the examiners will test you on. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are ready for the road test. Honestly, I could not have had a better experience, they are just your best bet at passing the road test! Call them now or use their self-serve booking system, which makes it very easy when your time is limited. Take my word for it, and look no further, you are looking at the best place!

None of that would have been possible without the help of my instructor William. I can not be more grateful to him for his patience and guidance, for helping me build the confidence that I needed to face my fears, for making me feel safe on the road, for his easy way of teaching and for the fun lessons. Expérience négative: Terrible customer services! Wrong hours listed on website & google. Staffs never pick up phone calls during the work hours. And they changed my class schedule last minutes without my consent. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience! Do NOT recommend !
