Expérience fantastique: Nous avons utilisé Trinity pour les leçons de conduite de mon fils en partant de zéro. Nous avons finalement eu des leçons avec deux instructeurs, Bill et Nick. Bill était très bon pour enseigner les fondamentaux au début. Mon fils a gagné beaucoup de confiance après les premières leçons. Nous avons changé pour Nick pour la deuxième moitié des leçons en raison de la disponibilité et des bonnes recommandations. Nick était excellent pour affiner ce que mon fils avait appris de Bill et était génial pour préparer mon fils en faisant des tests simulés autour des itinéraires d'examen et en corrigeant les erreurs qui seraient indiquées lors de l'examen. À la fin, mon fils a réussi l'examen de conduite du premier coup sans aucune contrepartie. Mon seul commentaire serait de savoir les meilleurs moments pour contacter le bureau afin d'obtenir une réponse rapide (le soir est le meilleur). Ce n'était pas un problème une fois que j'ai eu un contact par SMS. Je recommanderais Trinity.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu un chauffeur nommé Mike. C'est un très bon enseignant, il m'a expliqué tous les conseils et ce sur quoi il fallait faire attention.

Expérience négative: J'ai appelé pour m'informer sur la possibilité de prendre des leçons de conduite, mais la réceptionniste ne sait rien. J'ai laissé mon numéro et personne ne m'a rappelé. Je leur ai envoyé un email, ils m'ont répondu mais le service client est très mauvais. Après m'avoir dit qu'un créneau était pris, ils ne m'en proposent même pas un autre. Il n'y a pas de salutation ni d'introduction des services qu'ils offrent. On dirait qu'ils se moquent de mon entreprise, donc je vais aller ailleurs.

Expérience fantastique: Mike est un instructeur incroyable, un bon communicateur et enseignant. Si vous avez besoin de parler à quelqu'un ou de poser des questions, ou de quelqu'un qui vous laissera tranquille et ne vous dérangera pas, c'est lui qu'il faut contacter !

Expérience négative: J'ai essayé de contacter l'école de conduite Trinity pendant plus d'un mois au sujet de leurs forfaits. J'ai d'abord soumis leur formulaire de demande en ligne. Je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles d'eux. Je leur ai envoyé un e-mail 2 semaines plus tard, et encore une fois, pas de réponse. J'ai attendu encore 2 semaines et j'ai décidé de les appeler. Une réceptionniste a répondu à mon appel. Je me suis renseigné sur leurs forfaits de conduite. La dame m'a dit qu'elle n'était pas sûre des détails mais qu'elle ferait en sorte que quelqu'un me contacte. J'ai laissé mon nom et mon numéro de téléphone pour qu'ils m'appellent. Cela fait maintenant une semaine de plus mais je n'ai toujours pas eu de nouvelles d'eux. Je ne recommande pas Trinity en raison de leur mauvais service client et de leur faible fiabilité.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu Mike comme mon moniteur de conduite, et je ne peux que donner la plus haute recommandation. Mike est super patient et amical, et il va booster votre confiance en conduisant de 0 à 100. Il vous enseignera toutes les compétences et astuces dont vous avez besoin pour être un conducteur sûr, et s'assurera que vous êtes prêt pour tout. En tant que personne extrêmement anxieuse, Mike m'a donné les compétences pour bien conduire, et en conséquence, j'ai réussi mon examen de classe 7 du premier coup. Je vais revenir pour un rafraîchissement avant mon examen de classe 5. Une chose à noter, le service d'assistance est un peu difficile à joindre, mais cela est à prévoir d'une école de conduite occupée. Appelez-les une 2ème ou 3ème fois dans la semaine s'ils ne vous rappellent pas tout de suite, et vous serez rapidement mis en relation.

Bill and Mike are really nice guys and my sons were very comfortable with them as instructors. Expérience positive: I took a few lessons and Bill is very patient and nice but he would always be exhausted because of overbooked classes and his schedule gets booked up way in advance so I was looking at booking classes once every 3 weeks or 2.5 weeks if I was lucky. I just ended up going to a different company as I felt I was not given enough attention and wasn't learning as much as I wanted to due to the infrequent number of classes.

Expérience fantastique: Highly recommend this driving school for new drivers, and those wanting a refresher. I had Nick teach me a few times when I got my L and he was fantastic. Loved the convenience of the pickup and drop-off to your own home as well. A few years later I went for my class 5 road test but wanted a refresher since it had been a while, this time with Mike and it was great as well. He pointed out some bad behaviors I had developed over the years, tested my knowledge of the rules of the roads, and like always, took me on all the potential paths that ICBC might take you on for your road test. Thanks to him, I passed my class 5 test the first try! I highly recommend this driving school to everyone, they're also the only ones who have the double-steering wheel cars as well, which is honestly the best and safest way to learn to drive. Thanks again guys!

Expérience négative: Don't trust the 5 star reviews here as they've probably been fabricated or are the 1% who managed to get past the terrible excuse of customer service. If you are going to list your phone number on the website, please specify it is a customer ticketing system, not a phone number to ask for inquiries. Chances are, this review might also be deleted as well to save company image. Abhorrent service before lessons can even be made. I was put on hold, then shortly, I inquired about lesson availability, and the person behind the line was quick to say she had no idea about anything in Trinity Driving School; emphasizing that her role was to just collect contact information; a trend that you will see in any negative review for this school if you scroll through the horde BS 5 star reviews. I don't know what Trinity Driving School was thinking when they hired this person, but having someone answer the phone and collect information is not a job. A five year old can do that. Stop wasting everyone's time with this system.

Expérience négative: our daughter took 6 lessons with instructor Mike. On the day of her test, they called us to let us know that he was sick and they would send a new instructor to accompany her. They said that the new instructor had a funeral to go to so would not stick around until our daughter had completed the driving test. We were told to just leave the car in the parking lot once she finish taking the test. The new instructor reviewed our daughter's driving and taught her how to do certain things in a different way from Mike. This confused our daughter who was already stressed that her original instructor wasn't there. She took the test and unfortunately failed. While Mike was personable and an okay instructor, we are very disappointed that we didn't get a call from anyone at Trinity to go over our daughter's road test, why she failed and what she needed to work on to pass. We were left to figure things out on our own. Very poor customer service. Our daughter has since passed the test, thanks to her dad!

Expérience fantastique: I got my drivers license today despite having my L for 6 years now. I’ve had a lot of driving anxiety prior and never thought that I would get my license. Previously, I’ve had instructors that weren’t the right fit and Covid to make things a bit more stressful. Mike is easily the best instructor I’ve had. During our first lesson, I immediately felt my anxieties easy and since then, I’ve been able to steadily improve and gain confidence in my driving abilities. He’s punctual, patient, has clear and helpful instruction, and creates an environment where I felt comfortable. Everything we covered in our lessons was reflected during my examination so there were no surprises. I feel GOOD about my driving and was able to pass my road test on my first attempt. Expérience fantastique: The telephone operators were a let down so im basing my review on Mike who was amazing. I did just one Practice run with Mike and succeeded in class 5 test from the first try! Great rates and even better service from Mike.
