Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu une expérience fantastique avec l'École de Conduite Omega, et je tiens à faire un clin d'œil spécial à mon instructrice, Madame Julia. Son expertise et sa patience ont rendu l'apprentissage de la conduite fluide et agréable. Madame Julia explique tout de manière claire et fournit des conseils utiles qui ont vraiment renforcé ma confiance sur la route. Les leçons sont bien organisées et complètes, couvrant toutes les compétences essentielles en conduite. L'École de Conduite Omega fournit des voitures bien entretenues et un environnement d'apprentissage confortable. Je suis confiant de réussir mon examen de conduite grâce à l'excellente formation que j'ai reçue jusqu'à présent. Je recommande vivement l'École de Conduite Omega et Madame Julia à tous ceux qui souhaitent apprendre à conduire.

Expérience négative: I had a horrible experience years ago with this driving school. The staff is rude, especially the owner Sally. It is beyond my comprehension how she speaks to her customers the way she does considering they're the lifeblood of her business. I had booked additional classes. When I would call to double-check when my classes were, I would get different responses depending on which receptionist I spoke to. They would write appointments down by hand on a piece of paper and an assumption I made was that this perhaps caused some confusion with booking appointments. I had made the recommendation to Rosie one day that they should invest in a scheduling software. Rosie, in response, cut me off to tell me that I am the problem, not them (once again, rude staff). There are times where the staff would make me drive to their homes in order to pick up something for personal matters during a driving lesson. I had one instructor who had to pick up a credit card to give to his daughter for groceries. I had another instructor who wanted to pick a snack. They would take personal calls in the car. This irritated me because I felt that they weren't actually paying attention to the road. To summarize, from my experience, I do not recommend this driving school.

Expérience négative: i had a bad experience with the school. the instructor I had for most theory courses was nothing to complain about, he did a very good job of explaining the theoretical materiel. As for in car sessions, I cannot say the same. I had a series of instructors, never one consistent, and I can safely say I’ve had a mostly negative experience with all of them. There were undoubtedly a couple of good ones, but not enough to make up for the bad ones. I’ve felt rudely criticized by many and made to dread my next session. On multiple occasions, instructors had split their attention between my driving and a personal phone call that lasted between two and around 8 minutes. A female instructor I had repeatedly took puffs from a vape during a 2 hour session I had with another student, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and a tad bit headache-y. The last man I had as an instructor was decently alright, but repeatedly boasted his accomplishments with other students to me. He spoke repeatedly about how after having him as a teacher, they excelled in their exams, even saying I could look at the reviews about him on google. He spoke about what a good teacher he was, then at a long red light he leaned his head back and closed his eyes, looking like he might fall asleep at any moment. At the end of the lesson he told me unless I took an extra two hours with him, I would almost undoubtedly fail my test. Less than a week later I’ve passed my exam with flying colours, the instructor who had evaluated me did not find fault with a single thing I did. During my time with this school, I have never recommended it to any of my friends and family who wear, like me, just starting their courses. I do not recommend this school, and my little sister will certainly not be attending.

I was very comfortable with him being my instructor and he prepared me very well for the driving exam, I don’t think I would have passed on my 1st try without his help! Theory classes were actually enjoyable, even on Zoom! But best of all, Mr. Nasser was and will always be the best driving instructor. He's very calm, has trust in his students and genuinely wants to help and see you succeed. Highly recommend asking to take classes with him, you're guaranteed to pass! I took my driving exam in November and got 100% on the first shot thanks to Mr. Nasser!

Expérience positive: It was a great pleasure having Mike as my instructor. He is kind,funny and patient. Takes the time needed to explain in great details to make sure you have understood it all correctly. The staff is amazing as well. I passed my exam and for this I thank Mike!
