Expérience fantastique: William était mon instructeur pour les cours de conduite de 10 heures. Nous avons développé un rapport tout de suite, conduire avec lui était quelque chose que j'attendais chaque semaine, à la fois parce qu'il est un excellent enseignant et qu'il a un cœur gentil. J'étais très nerveux à l'idée de conduire trop vite, il m'a aidé à surmonter ma nervosité dès le début, à la fois par ses techniques et son attitude encourageante. Je le recommande à quiconque, comme moi, est nerveux ou incertain de ses capacités au volant. Apportez votre imagination et votre sens de l'humour ! 10/10

Expérience positive: Les instructeurs sont très professionnels mais parfois ils peuvent être stricts, ce qui est bon pour les leçons de conduite.

Expérience négative: La pire expérience avec une entreprise de ma vie. Depuis le début, cela a été très frustrant avec cette entreprise. J'ai intentionnellement réservé 2 mois à l'avance pour avoir le pack de certificats pour mon fils qui apprend à conduire. J'ai réservé à l'avance pour choisir les jours et les heures en raison de notre emploi du temps chargé et de la nature de mon fils lorsqu'il s'agit d'apprendre une nouvelle compétence. Nous avions besoin de cohérence et du même instructeur. J'ai donc réservé à l'avance à cette fin. Après avoir payé le prix intégral pour le pack, je me suis inscrit. Bien? Pas vraiment. Plus près de la date, j'ai reçu des notifications par email concernant des changements dans les horaires de réservation et les instructeurs - exactement ce que je ne voulais pas et pour cela je m'étais inscrit tôt. Je les ai appelés et j'ai demandé pourquoi ils avaient déplacé l'horaire et les instructeurs de mon fils sans m'appeler d'abord. La dame a dit (pour accommoder un autre élève), sérieusement!!!! Est-ce une blague!!!! Vous déplacez mon fils pour accommoder quelqu'un d'autre??? Et vous supposez que cela nous convient? Sans nous appeler?? J'ai donc dit à la personne de ne pas faire cela et d'accommoder l'autre élève ailleurs. Cela a-t-il cessé? Nonooo. Cela s'est reproduit 2 fois après cela. J'ai reçu d'autres notifications que l'emploi du temps de mon fils avait encore changé. J'appelle à nouveau et cette fois je leur dis (vous remettez mon fils à l'horaire original ou vous me remboursez. Je ne suis plus intéressé par cela. Ensuite, ils ont changé l'horaire pour le retour à l'horaire original. Comportement tellement frustrant et absolument irrespectueux. Pas d'appel téléphonique, pas d'excuse, rien. Cela s'arrête là? Nonooo. Après que mon fils ait réussi à terminer la formation et les modules en ligne. J'attends et j'attends la certification. Rien ne vient. J'ai appelé 3 fois, ils ont continué à dire, la dame qui s'occupe de la certification n'est pas là, elle est rentrée chez elle malade, nous vous rappellerons. Pas d'appel de retour. Pas de suivi. J'ai rappelé encore aujourd'hui et on m'a dit que le certificat avait été envoyé il y a longtemps. Je ne l'ai jamais reçu. J'ai dit à la dame que je ne perds jamais le courrier et qu'ils devraient en envoyer un autre. Elle a continué à argumenter que ce n'est pas son problème si le courrier était perdu. Eh bien, ce n'est pas non plus mon problème que j'ai payé près de 800 $ pour ne pas obtenir le certificat que mon fils a durement travaillé pour réussir le cours et la formation de conduite et qu'il ne recevra pas le certificat, sans parler de la réduction d'assurance. Elle était extrêmement impolie, non professionnelle, agressive passive. Eh bien, je l'ai envoyé moi-même. Qui se soucie, envoyez-en juste un autre!!! Elle a dit qu'elle le ferai savoir au gestionnaire. J'ai demandé à un gestionnaire de me rappeler. Bien sûr, personne n'appelle (je ne suis pas surpris) ils ont déjà eu mon argent alors pourquoi se donner la peine!!!. Ensuite, je reçois un email avec une photo du certificat. J'ai demandé un certificat original. Je suppose que je ne reçois qu'une copie. Éloignez-vous de cette entreprise. Une fois qu'ils ont votre argent, ils vous traitent très mal, de manière irrespectueuse et non professionnelle. Je vais faire une petite réclamation devant le tribunal pour qu'ils émettent des certificats.

Je n'avais aucune idée de la conduite, mais il a été très patient avec moi et je suis fier de dire qu'à la fin du cours, je peux conduire vraiment bien. J'ai aussi eu Angela comme instructrice, et elle était très amusante à apprendre et m'a appris beaucoup de choses. L'école de conduite Roadrunner est excellente.

Expérience fantastique: On m'a recommandé de contacter cette agence par un ami après avoir essayé d'autres agences. Avec l'instructeur William, il facilite la communication en espagnol. Pour commencer, si vous êtes débutant, je recommanderais (William), il est génial, et sa patience en dit long. Vous vous sentez à l'aise, et sa façon d'enseigner ne se compare pas à celle des autres instructeurs, très professionnel et fiable en même temps. Something that I would recommend is for new drivers to practice first in a solitary place how to make turns appropriately, how to calculate the dimentions of the car since practicing this when you are in a busy road is so much difficult and you don't really get to understand it .

These guys care about customer service. ____________ Pros: prices include tax, simple online booking, was able to talk to someone when had questions, were able to fit my kid in on short notice. Con: didn't feel I got full value as instructor spent 20 min of 120 min road test prep lesson on the phone. Most of that time was to try and schedule other driving lessons. Maybe this is why they were able to accommodate us on short notice, but I don't feel it's professional to do this while actually giving a lesson!

Always on time for the class. I’ve passed my road test on the first attempt I also liked that they were very understanding of one time when I had a medical emergency and had to reschedule a class on a very short notice because I couldn’t make it. Expérience fantastique: I recently took several driving lessons with Angela Fuentes to prepare me for my road test and would like to share my experience. I ended up with Road Runner Driving School as they offered Spanish language instructors, and as a native Spanish speaker it helped tremendously in communicating and understanding all the requirements. Angela was always prompt for the lessons and picked me up from my home. While I already had a license from South America, Canada has more stringent requirements and Angela really helped me to understand those differences. Her guidance was very good, allowing me to feel relaxed and comfortable but at the same time making sure to point out any mistakes that were either of a safety concern or would negatively affect my road test. With all of this great direction, I am happy to have passed my road test on the first attempt and now have my Alberta driver license.

Expérience positive: I had a great experience with the instructor William, he was very helpful to improve my driving skills. Thank you, I already passed my road test. However, the main reason for giving the 3 of 5 stars is the lady in customer service who called me two weeks after my road test claiming about a fine for a speeding ticket that occurred after I was done my road test. She was terrible and rude.

The car rentals for the driving tests they have are also good and punctual. The driver who delivers the car rental confirms a day before for the delivery of the car. Excellent service and customer service.

Expérience fantastique: Flexible service, explains in detail, and they know the actual place for the test in every registry. The price is reasonable but still a bit cheaper than most of the ones I have seen online. They prepare for both basic and advance road test.

Expérience fantastique: Thank you Angela and William - passed my road test after 10hrs of lessons. Very accommodating, they were able to fit me in and schedule my lessons before my road test. Very patient, explained everything in detail and were very easy to understand! William, thanks for teaching me the pizza I am now able to parallel park! Will recommend them to family and friends!

Expérience fantastique: My instructor was Kamal Gill, I never thought I would get over my fear of driving but Kamal from the first hour thought me everything I need to know. She has so much positive energy. I enjoyed her being my instructor, if you think you cannot learn to drive in 5 days believe me you can with Kamal.

He showed me everything that I need it to know in order to pass my driving test. (which I did today ) I would 100% recommend this school .
