Ils sont très aidants pour s'adapter à votre emploi du temps chargé, afin que nous puissions obtenir des heures de pratique. Personnellement, je suis très reconnaissant envers M. Aaron, mon instructeur. C'est le meilleur instructeur et une personne merveilleuse. Il reste très calme pendant les leçons de conduite, mais il souligne aussi les erreurs à corriger. Expérience fantastique: J'ai passé mon examen de conduite aujourd'hui du premier coup, juste trois jours avant le jour où je dois déménager dans une autre province ! C'est vraiment une chose incroyable que Dieu a faite pour moi. Il y a quelques mois, j'ai dû interrompre mes leçons de conduite pendant un certain temps en raison de mon anxiété liée à la conduite. Mais ensuite, Sean a fait de son mieux pour me trouver un autre instructeur, Jens. Jens est génial. Il m'a donné beaucoup de chances de pratiquer dans différentes situations sur la route, il a rapidement compris quelles compétences je devais améliorer et m'a patiemment donné des occasions de les pratiquer. Selon ma femme, qui a suivi le cours il y a plus de 2 ans, Sean est un bon enseignant, mais malheureusement pour elle, l'histoire a été différente de celle des autres car il semble que l'entreprise ne fournisse pas les heures nécessaires sur la route pour quelqu'un qui doit apprendre depuis le début, qui est nerveux et n'est pas une jeune personne. Elle se sent vraiment déçue par l'entreprise et découragée d'apprendre à conduire.

Jeff, my in-car instructor, was very nice and was great at teaching me how to drive safely and to correct any bad habits I had formed before starting my in-car lessons. I ended up passing the in-car test on the first try. Overall, great company, would strongly recommend.

Expérience positive: The class was good. The in-car instructor I had, not so much. All I ever heard about from Dean was his complaints about gun control, immigrants, politics, etc. Very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable at times. He also has a way of talking to you that makes you feel dumb and he lost his temper a couple of times. He was also often late (sometimes by 30 mins or more) and occasionally without any kind of warning. Took forever for him to schedule our first in-car session and I had to reach out to the company and message *him* to get the whole thing started. Wish I'd had a better in-car instructor but the first part was very good. Sean is a great teacher.

He was my instructor in my road test day and in Oromocto where I did not have any lesson before and I was very stressed for that. John came in and made me confident in about an hour, taught me how to keep calm in stress, and nailed that test!

Sean was a great teacher when it came to explaining things like traffic laws, road signs, and how to be safe on the road. He was patient and organized in his teaching, which made it easy to understand. Sean made sure I knew the rules really well and answered all my questions. With his help, I learned the basics of driving theory to go along with my practical skills. During road lesson, Ethan was my instructor. I had never driven before, but Ethan was patient and knowledgeable. He taught me everything about driving, from how to control the car to how to handle different traffic situations. Ethan was very focused on safety, and he made sure I not only learned but also used the road rules correctly. Thanks to Ethan's great teaching, I not only became a good driver but also passed my driving test on the first try. His guidance was a big part of my success, and he helped me become a responsible driver. To be honest, I am proud to be a part of First Rate Driver, and I highly support this program for any new drivers!

Expérience négative: Do not trust this company under any circumstances. Yes I know they are cheaper than most other places but you will get the worst service. Most of the good reviews seem fake and I fell for it. The in class part was okay but to get the driving hours in, is almost impossible. Their driving instructor is rude and getting a hold of them is almost impossible. It took them over a month and several calls to get one response and after that it takes weeks to get them to reply back to you to schedule anything. Do not put yourself through this much stress

Expérience fantastique: I had driven for 15 years in Quebec before losing my license upon moving in Ontario because I had failed to transfer it over on time, and then the pandemic happened. Three years passed before I could start the process again, and by then I was told I had to start everything all over again. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated, but I started the process over in Ontario, getting my G1 (Learner's), and then unexpectedly moving to NB. I chose First Rate Driver based on intuition and reading some Google Reviews, and I'm SO happy I did. Sean delivered the in-class component of the course (over 4 Saturdays), and I found him incredibly insightful, helpful, and a fun instructor. He has a refreshing approach, and I enjoyed the information as much as the laughs we had in class. I feel way more prepared to drive now; even if I had driven for 15 years prior, he showed me that there was still room to learn! Secondly, my driving instructor, Dale, was truly amazing! I had a wonderful experience with him as well. He's incredibly helpful and also has a solid teaching approach. His criticism was always very constructive, and he never made me feel anxious or stressed out, and I felt well supported. He's also a very kind and fun individual, we shared a lot of good laughs and stories and I have to admit that completing my course was a little bittersweet. He followed up after my exam and made sure I was comfortable with everything I had learned. He also always responded to my messages promptly and was punctual for every single appointment. I now passed my Service NB road test and have my 7.2 driving license, and couldn't be happier! Overall, solid team, and solid course! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Expérience positive: Ive been doing the course since march 2022 The theory portion of the course was pretty solid with Sean I learned the basics and it was enjoyable but then the in car lessons were way worse with Sean, his worst flaw was saying “there’s no such thing as I don’t know give me an answer” but i switched instructors and the experience was way better, Sean is just to monotone and should have a different career

As for the in car portion I had Jeff as my instructor and he was fantastic. After my driving hours with Jeff I felt well prepared for the road test and passed it first try. The theory lessons was online and remote, instructed by Sean, which was very informative, engaging, definitely helped me to learn most of the important rules. My first instructor for on-road sessions was Sean, which wasn’t so good. Being a beginner and inexperienced driving student, his guidance made me terrified on wheels. But he was kind to notice it and suggested to switch to another instructor, Jeff. Jeff is awesome driving instructor, very patient, easygoing, professional, provided detailed explanation and reasoning to most of the actions we take on road. Really enjoyed and learned a lot from him during our classes! I improved from being terrified learner to confident driver, all thanks to Jeff! I did the in class and driving instruction before in Moncton but gave up because my anxiety got in the way. I signed up for First Rate Driver as it came highly recommended. Sean was a great teacher and I felt confident that I would be able to get behind the wheel. Jens was my instructor and I am so happy I had him as my instructor. I felt so safe behind the wheel with him and I got over my driving anxiety each session. Also, he was so friendly, kind and always on time! Expérience fantastique: I have very well experience with Frist Rate Driver. They have very well-documented tutorials that help me to pass the written test seamlessly. Moreover, Mr. Sean taught us each detail thoroughly, and organize quizzes to prepare for the written test. Fortunately, I got Mr. Sean as a driving instructor. I had some driving experience with totally different rules than Canada. Initially I was struggling to habituate with the driving environment, however, he helped me to do everything perfectly. He is a perfectionist about driving and making sure that students do the same. I will recommend the Frist Rate Driver school.

Expérience fantastique: I had a good journey with FRD. After attending the theory classes & getting my 7-1 license, I had to wait eight months for the road test. I was a bit afraid that I might forget the theoretical lessons by this (long) waiting time, but thanks to Sean's excellent teaching methods, most of the things were imprinted on my memory pretty well. I think this was because Sean explained most of the driving rules with real-life examples. There was good use of the virtual whiteboard in the online classes. Although the (very) long theory classes turned out a bit boring after a couple of hours, it was a job well done. For my in-car instructions, I would say my instructor Meghan was just amazing. She is very experienced, and I do not think anybody else could explain anything better than her. She has excellent interpersonal skills & is very witty. She sometimes engaged me in interesting conversations. I think this helped me a lot to get rid of the nervousness while driving. She used a portable whiteboard & her iPad to draw & show maps/ roads for different scenarios & explained things wonderfully. I repeated many questions, but she was very nice to answer many times. I feel so lucky to have had her as my instructor & I am really thankful to her for teaching me. I would definitely suggest FRD & especially Meghan as the instructor. PS: Cindy was very nice to me for most of the days I called the office, thanks! :)

I really enjoyed the virtual classroom as I have a busy schedule. After class training my driving instructor Henry really took me under his wing and taught me how to be safe on the road He was very personable and took all my worry away during our lessons.He makes driving a breeze and I learned how to parallel my first try ! I highly recommend him to any age students . He made sure I had the right tools and mind set to pass and I did. I would recommend this road school to anyone of any age.

The class portion was straight to the point and a very useful tool *although covid didn't allow for in person class, it was still efficient. My drivers instructor was Henry! Such a cool dude, and you should feel lucky if you get him. He's a great teacher and great personality that makes you feel more comfortable and confident behind the wheel. I learned alot during our lessons. Throughly explained everything in a way I could understand. It's true when they says A great teacher goes a long way. Very positive person!. And first rate is lucky to have such a cool guy on their team. I would strongly recommend Henry for your lessons. I passed first go and all thanks to him! The only bad experience I will say I had with first rate was the lady who answers the phone for me in two occasions. As someone who represents the business, its a shame she was so rude.

Criticism , making obnoxious remarks are hers tools to make u a worst driver instead of teaching or explaining something nicely! Yelling is a bonus u get the entire hour of lessons. U step into hell as soon as u step into her car. Sorry but this is true. Never wrote a bad review about someone but I had to since she deserves it. (One star for the instructor; I do not know much about this school.)

Expérience fantastique: I was very impressed with the wonderful service of First Rate Drivers. The virtual classroom portion of the course was very approachable and accessible. The classroom portion helped me feel well prepared for in car portion. For the in car portion I had Jeff as my instructor. Jeff was great! His calm presence in the car really helped to ease my anxiety. Jeff taught me useful techniques that I was able to apply to my driving. Jeff was also very patient and would repeat instructions or explain them in a different way if I didn’t understand. I passed my driving test on my first attempt :) I definitely recommend First Rate Drivers!!

I hated driving, and never thought I would get my licenses but I got my licenses first try and I am now comfortable driving. If it wasn’t for Jeff, I would have never gotten my licenses and I would have never been as comfortable as I am now to drive.

Expérience fantastique: First rate driver by far is the best driving school around. My inclass portion with Sean was amazing. He helped me understand the rules and way of the road. He always was very helpful if I had any questions. My driving instructor Joel was beyond awesome. He helped me feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. He showed me how to properly drive, lane change, paralel park and more!. Before my driving test today I did some practice and Joel helped me stay calm and not be nervous. He reminded how awesome I've been doing and told me it will be great!. Joel was right I passed my first try and am now a licensed driver for the road of NewBrunswick. If anyone is about to do there driving hours or are talking about it I 100 percent recommend Joel. If it wasn't for Joel's help with learning how to drive properly I would not of been able to be successful. Thank you first rate for the amazing experience and thank you Joel!. 10/10 driving school.

Joel is the best instructor out there, i was so nervous the first day but immediately Joel made me feel 10x better. He is such a cool guy and so understanding, i would not have passed my test if it was not for him. He helped me so much and i can't thank him enough.

I was really nervous on the first day of driving but he made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. He was very patient, calm and kind and he taught me very well. The class environment was kept very positive by Sir Sean I personally enjoyed the way he taught. The class was highly productive and not boring at the same time. He has marvellous mix of study and knowledge.I got my license in first attempt coming from a country where I used to drive on left the change of driving on right was huge. But my in-car trainer Mr Jeff he was so amazing that I didn’t even felt the transition. He’s very polite and was always ready to answer questions. Expérience fantastique: My in-class teacher, Mr. Sean Daly, was very knowledgeable and courteous in answering my inquiries, pinpointed problematic areas and patiently took time to explain everything in a way i could understand and relate to driving situations. While my in-car driving instructor, Mr. Jeff Hafford, was particularly very calm in helping me deal with my anxieties when I stopped driving for 10 yrs after moving from another country. He was very spontaneous and knows when to give me a bit of a push to help build my confidence to drive again. He helped me become more relaxed and he genuinely just wants me to learn, pass my driving course, my road test, and become a better driver.
