Expérience fantastique: Je viens de réussir mon examen de conduite G2, et je n'aurais pas pu le faire sans Roadcraft Driving School et mon fantastique instructeur, Kamrul Hassan Khandakar. Kamrul était incroyablement patient, professionnel et compétent, me faisant sentir à l'aise dès la première leçon. Son style d'enseignement calme et soutenant m'a aidé à me sentir prêt pour chaque partie de l'examen. Il expliquait tout de manière claire et étape par étape, couvrant tout, des manœuvres de base aux techniques avancées qui m'ont vraiment aidé à avoir plus confiance en moi. Je recommande vivement.

Expérience négative: C'est le pire endroit pour apprendre à conduire pour les jeunes conducteurs débutants. Rien de ce que j'ai appris d'eux n'était correct. Non seulement cela, mais l'instructeur de conduite a manqué ma date d'examen, me laissant sans voiture avant la date de l'examen. J'ai dû trouver le responsable pour régler la situation et fournir une voiture le jour de l'examen, et c'était tellement stressant d'obtenir une voiture à temps et la voiture était différente de celle sur laquelle j'avais pratiqué, ce qui a entraîné beaucoup d'anxiété avant l'examen. Je ne le recommande pas du tout. J'ai payé beaucoup d'argent et je n'ai rien obtenu en retour. Tout ce que j'ai appris était aussi faux. Non, je suis à 100 % sûr que c'est l'école dont je me plains. Le nom de l'instructeur est Nabhiha. Je n'ai pas dit que j'avais raté l'examen, mais Nabhiha a changé d'avis pour me donner la voiture pour l'examen juste la veille de l'examen et j'ai dû contacter l'école pour qu'elle m'apporte une voiture dimanche. La voiture était très différente de celle que j'utilisais pour pratiquer et ce n'était pas le plan original ! J'ai découvert que même les instructions de conduite qu'elle m'a données n'étaient pas correctes. Mon nom sur Google n'est pas mon nom complet, donc ne comptez pas là-dessus ! C'était une situation frustrante et stressante lorsque la dernière chose dont vous avez besoin est de vous inquiéter d'avoir une voiture le jour de l'examen.

Expérience fantastique: Une excellente auto-école. Sans une once d'exagération, je considère Hasan comme un instructeur génial. Je n'ai pas de mots pour exprimer sa grande compétence pédagogique et ses techniques pour faire disparaître les défauts des élèves. J'avais un permis G2 mais je n'ai jamais conduit et je n'ai jamais rêvé d'obtenir un G, j'étais heureux avec mon G2 mais sous sa direction, j'ai réussi non seulement à renouveler mon G2 mais aussi à obtenir mon G. C'était un genre de perfectionniste et quand il me réprimandait, j'étais comme dans le vide et ne me reprenais qu'au cours suivant en suivant ses corrections ! Mes moments les plus heureux étaient quand il donnait des instructions et s'engageait avec son carnet en portant ses lunettes. À ce moment-là, je pouvais m'applaudir que lui avait confiance en moi et ma confiance a également augmenté alors que j'étais sur la voie de l'amélioration. Merci Hasan pour votre enseignement extraordinaire, votre patience et votre foi en vos élèves, tout le mérite vous revient entièrement !

En 2 semaines, j'ai terminé tous mes cours de conduite avec Hassan et j'ai réussi mon G2 du premier coup !! Le cours en ligne était très éducatif et m'a fourni beaucoup d'informations utiles tout en rendant le tout très facile à retenir et à utiliser sur la route. Expérience positive: Prix décent par rapport aux autres options disponibles. J'ai suivi le cours en ligne de base. La plateforme est plutôt conviviale mais il y a de la place pour des améliorations. Je n'ai jamais eu besoin de me rendre en personne pour m'inscrire ou quoi que ce soit, tout s'est déroulé en ligne, et de manière fluide. Bon support par chat, et l'instructeur en voiture (Hassan) était expérimenté et m'a donné des conseils et astuces très utiles pour réussir l'examen de conduite. Et la certification a été appliquée immédiatement (pour bénéficier du temps réduit entre les G et la réduction d'assurance). Je les recommande.

Expérience négative: Ma fille a fait le cours en ligne, ce qui était bien sauf qu'il a été fermé 2 jours plus tôt que la date limite pour elle, donc elle n'a pas pu le terminer. Sa conduite était avec plusieurs instructeurs différents. Le dernier qu'elle a eu, ADILUR CHOWDHURY, n'était pas bon. Il n'arrêtait pas d'appuyer sur les freins mais ensuite il lui reproche de le faire, lui causant un peu de whiplash et des maux de tête. Ensuite, ils étaient dans une zone qu'il ne connaissait pas, alors il lui a dit de faire un demi-tour pour revenir chez nous. Puis à la fin, il dit qu'elle a besoin de plus de temps de conduite et de le contacter pour cela. Donc maintenant, nous avons payé 850 $ et nous n'avons même pas pu obtenir de certificat pour l'assurance. Très déçu!

Expérience négative: Hassan est le pire instructeur qui puisse exister, il est impoli, il élève la voix sur vous et ne vous donne pas le temps de lui demander des suggestions. En plus de cela, il passe beaucoup de temps à envoyer des textos sur son téléphone portable, à passer des appels et à parler dans sa langue, parfois il arrive en retard et vous demande également d'effectuer ses courses personnelles. En résumé, il ne vous donne aucune confiance et c'était la pire expérience que j'aurais pu avoir.

Ils s'assurent que vous êtes bien préparé pour le test et pratiquent les itinéraires avec vous pour vous aider à vous familiariser avec. Après m'être inscrit chez Roadcraft et avoir été assigné à l'instructeur Hassan, j'ai réussi mon test G2 au prochain essai et mon test G au premier essai. Je recommande fortement !

He playfully tampered with the brakes, which was unnerving, and failed to teach parallel parking without reference stickers. It felt like a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, the manager's response didn't provide a satisfying resolution to these concerns; he even dismissed the phone usage issue with, "I don't think you will find any instructor who will not use the phone during providing a lesson."

Expérience fantastique: Finding the right driving school to teach you the fundamentals of driving can be difficult; finding a good teacher is even more difficult. When I met Hassan, he helped me identify the strengths and weaknesses of my driving. Leading to that, he gave me a lot of pointers on areas such as parallel parking, fine-tuning my turning maneuvers, applying the rules of the road with driving practice, and the quirks of the test driving area – all of which were very helpful in helping me prepare for my G2 and becoming an independent driver. What distinguishes him from other driving instructors were his straightforward way of teaching driving skills and his patience; he never once showed signs of frustration and impatience, which helped me, as a new and nervous driver retain the knowledge from each of our in-car lessons. As well, I found him to be a friendly and personable instructor, which also helped kept me at ease and made our lessons more enjoyable. Come test day, I felt that he prepared me really well for the test and it led me to pass my G2 test on my first attempt! When I had only six days left for my G road test, I was introduced to Hasan through another instructor, as my regular instructor was occupied with other responsibilities. Despite having only three sessions with Hasan, he was able to quickly identify my weaknesses during a brief drive test. Hasan has a unique way of explaining things through storytelling, which helped me to grasp the techniques much quicker. Although passing the G road test on the first attempt is never easy, my prior driving experience in my home country, combined with Hasan's guidance, enabled me to succeed. He came highly recommended by my sister and friends who passed their G2 and G after taking lessons from him. Hassan is very patient and I am glad to have taken driving lessons from him. Expérience fantastique: Let's start from the beginning. I was driving my car in a right-hand wheel, left-hand drive country for 6+ years. My muscle memory was so strong that while trying the left-hand wheel, and right-hand drive for the first time, I had no idea where I am heading. With super anxiousness, I started my lesson with Kamru Vai. After just 4 days and 8 hours of lessons with him, I appeared in the G road test and passed with flying colors! His lessons are impactful because he has a clear strategy for building up slowly. He brings one thing at a time, gives enough time to learn it properly, and then moves to the next. Expérience négative: It’s interesting everyone has a good experience with Hassan but he wasn’t kind to me. He was yelling consistently, only worked with him for 2 hours 55 minutes but didn’t gain much because I was anxious and didn’t feel comfortable. Hassan didn’t create a positive environment for me and when I tried to give my feedback telling him I’d appreciate if he didn’t yell at me, he proceeded to calling me stupid continuously then insinuated I was a liar when I told others about my experience. Hassan has anger issues which he admitted himself and is very proud, I don’t disagree that he’s good at what he does but that doesn’t mean you should be rude to your customers

My wife failed twice with 2 other instructors, even after many many hours of lesson and was not confident. Hasan was her 3rd instructor and after 12 hours of lesson with Hasan, she passed in a single attempt. Hasan is not business minded and do not take extra lesson, if not required. The previous instructors just kept taking lessons and wasting money without teaching her the basics. Definitely recommend him, if you want to pass in your 1st attempt and with minimum number of lessons.

Expérience fantastique: Yesterday, I passed my G2 test with Roadcraft driving school.I took only 3 lessons before my test. Hassan is very calm, positive, professional and knowledgable instructor. If you feel nervous he always motivate you. Usually I thought parallel parking and turnings are difficult part of test but he made everything easy with simple methods. I recommend everybody to take lessons from this school.

Expérience négative: Very unprofessional. Booked him a month ago. Gave me 6 days schedule with time!! 25 days prior my exam, bailed out in the first day of road practice and told me he cant commit to a certain schedule! I have arranged my work schedule prior to accommodate his “availability”. Then he would ask full payment in “cash” only the first dag but cannot commit to his posted and agreed-upon availability. Then bailed out and told me to get another instructor if im not flexible? Why would you then give a schedule you cannot commit to??? RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Expérience fantastique: Excellent service, don’t hesitate !! I booked the 10hrs lessons to prepare my G2 test and it went so smoothly. Hassan has a great methodology and is very patient. I believed I would need way more than the 10hrs I booked but he rapidly pointed out the areas I needed improvement and we corrected it before the end of my lessons and I successfully passed my test.
