Expérience négative: J'ai récemment pris plusieurs leçons de conduite avec Raj, et malheureusement, mon expérience n'a pas été très bonne. Malgré les nombreuses critiques positives, mon expérience a été tout le contraire. Raj changeait souvent le planning, ce qui causait des désagréments significatifs. Lors d'un des incidents, il a proposé une leçon un jour avant mon examen de conduite, mais quand j'ai essayé de confirmer mon emploi du temps la veille, il a essayé de reprogrammer tout à coup en raison d'une autre leçon qu'il avait oubliée. Les changements de dernière minute étaient très frustrants. La partie la plus préoccupante est survenue après que j'ai réussi mon test N. Raj a insisté pour que je copie et colle un avis Google déjà écrit qu'il avait rédigé lui-même. J'étais déjà déçu par son éthique de travail, donc j'hésitais. Je lui ai dit que je le ferais quand je serais rentré chez moi, mais il a pris mon téléphone de mes mains et s'est attribué cinq étoiles et a copié et collé l'avis lui-même. Il m'a observé jusqu'à ce qu'il vérifie que l'avis avait été publié, ce qui m'a mis mal à l'aise et intimidée. J'ai choisi Raj à cause de bonnes critiques, mais sur la base de mon expérience, je remets en question la légitimité des autres critiques positives. Si vous envisagez des leçons avec Raj, soyez prudent.

Nous avons fait la plupart de nos leçons sur les itinéraires d'examen, donc c'était facile le jour de l'examen car je connaissais déjà la zone. Ils étaient aussi très calmes et patients, avec des techniques de stationnement faciles à comprendre pour le stationnement en parallèle et en marche arrière. La plupart de mes camarades de classe de North Surrey ont pris des leçons chez eux, c'est comme ça que j'ai eu leur contact. Très recommandé, appelez-les aujourd'hui !

Expérience négative: Raj is not a good instructor. To keep this review short I had began taking lessons with him a year ago however he constantly cancelled or just did not show up and what was supposed to be 10 lessons each week took an entire year to finish. He was also always late ten to five minutes and did not extend our lessons the same time. He also once took me to a warehouse to practice parking and after parking once, he left and did not return for twenty minutes because he had picked up a package and there was a wait. Raj finally did not give any message when we had a lesson booked and he did not show up. I was left waiting for nearly an hour and had rescheduled work and school around the lesson. I would recommend against using Raj as I have a friend who took lessons with him that had a similar experience. Raj has also been deleting bad reviews and this is what tricked me into booking lessons with him. Raj is unprofessional and Easy Pass is not a good option for a driving school.

I've never been on the road before taking lessons with him, but he made driving feel easy and comfortable from the very first lesson. His methods for parking, especially parallel and reverse, were easy to follow and to remember. He also made sure to take me through routes that may be used on my exam, and the one route we practiced on a lot was the one I got for my test! His lessons really push you to be independent, confident, and SAFE with your driving. He corrects your errors with patience and explains everything very thoroughly. At the end of the day, you can really feel that all he wants is for you is to be a safe and confident driver. On my test day, he had me practice one hour prior to the test and that really helped me warm-up and calm down before heading in. I was also tested on parallel and reverse parking on the exam, but thanks to what he taught me, I aced those sections! Thanks to his teaching, I passed on my FIRST TRY!
