Expérience fantastique: Mon mari a utilisé cette entreprise pour son cours de conduite. Alan était son instructeur et il était très amical et patient. Nous utiliserons encore cette entreprise pour plus de temps de pratique quand il se rapprochera de l'obtention de son permis G. J'ai également demandé à Alan d'aider mes parents âgés à se garer correctement dans leur parking souterrain car c'était délicat à faire. Il était à nouveau super amical et patient et très expérimenté avec de précieux conseils. Je recommanderais définitivement cette école à quiconque, quel que soit son âge !

Expérience négative: J'ai mis presque 8 à 10 jours à obtenir un rendez-vous avec Zaid, après avoir confirmé le lieu et l'heure. Il ne s'est pas présenté. Je suis allé au lieu, je l'ai appelé, j'ai envoyé un texto et il ne s'est pas présenté, n'a pas répondu à mon appel ni à mon texto. J'ai pris du temps de congé au travail et j'ai dû payer pour le transport car il dit que ma maison est trop loin. Après tout, il ne s'est pas présenté et n'a pas communiqué. Comportement absolument dégoûtant.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai pris le BDE. Très accessible pour les débutants, et j'ai même réussi le test g2 facilement. Alan est très patient et donne de bons conseils.

He came half an hour earlier by himself, and I was just a few minutes late for my driving lesson, and Tom just left even without letting me know. When I called him, he just asked me to find another driving instructor. I mean, seriously? That was unacceptable behavior, Tom! I called you even before 5:45pm. This guy is a complete liar.. I’m taking back my words.. not even a good instructor because I hate liars. Every single thing what he has responded to this review is a complete lie. I can’t believe this!!!
