Il partage beaucoup de conseils et m'a entraîné sur le parcours de l'examen de conduite et a une bonne expérience. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une excellente expérience.

Expérience négative: Contrairement à beaucoup d'autres qui ont eu des expériences positives avec Globex, la mienne a été traumatisante et profondément décevante. J'étais censé rencontrer quelqu'un de Globex à 12h00 à ICBC McKenzie pour une séance de pratique avant mon examen de conduite à 13h20 le 18 mai dernier. J'ai appelé Raeed à 11h30 pour confirmer, et il m'a assuré que son ami me rencontrerait à l'heure prévue. Cependant, malgré mon arrivée avant midi et mon attente jusqu'à 12h07, personne de Globex n'est apparu. Après avoir rappelé Raeed, on m'a informé que quelqu'un arriverait bientôt. Ce retard m'a déjà rendu anxieux, compte tenu de l'importance de la séance de pratique. Ensuite, une dame de Globex est finalement arrivée, j'ai été surpris de voir qu'elle avait apporté une Tesla. N'ayant jamais conduit de Tesla auparavant, j'ai refusé de l'utiliser pour la séance de pratique, surtout étant donné l'enjeu de mon examen de conduite à venir. Bien que nous n'ayons pas parlé du type de voiture que j'allais utiliser, je pense qu'il serait juste de penser qu'en général, la plupart des gens n'ont pas encore conduit de Tesla. Je ne suis pas sûr que ce soit juste la même chose que n'importe quelle autre voiture, mais pour un examen de conduite, il ne serait pas préférable de sauter dans quelque chose dont vous n'êtes pas familier. Nous sommes donc allés récupérer la voiture que j'allais utiliser ; dès que nous l'avons obtenue, elle m'a demandé de conduire la voiture tout de suite, et nous sommes partis sur l'autoroute sans aucune prise de contact, ce qui, à mon avis, je pense que la meilleure façon de commencer est de se familiariser avec la voiture puis de procéder aux manœuvres. Pendant la séance de pratique, elle a montré un comportement extrêmement peu professionnel, elle a crié pendant que je fusionnais sur l'autoroute et quand nous étions sur l'autoroute. Elle a commencé à manger d'une boîte de nourriture dès que j'ai commencé à conduire. Sur l'autoroute, elle a répété des instructions en hurlant telles que 'Vas-y, vas-y, vas-y !' et 'Fais 80 fais 80 fais 80 !' en référence à la vitesse de la voiture. Ses cris étaient très stressants, et certaines de ses paroles étaient difficiles à comprendre, me causant de la confusion sur ce qu'elle voulait que je fasse, ce qui n'a fait qu'augmenter mon anxiété. Heureusement, aucun accident ne s'est produit. Je pouvais ignorer qu'elle mangeait, cela ne me dérangeait pas tant que ça, c'est ses cris qui me traumatisent ! Nous avons répété le trajet sur l'autoroute cinq fois de la même manière avant de retourner à ICBC McKenzie. Lorsque je lui ai demandé des informations sur les fonctionnalités de la voiture, qui sont cruciales pour l'examen, elle n'a pas su fournir d'orientation adéquate. On m'a facturé 240 $ pour la pratique et l'utilisation de leur voiture pour mon examen de conduite. L'ensemble de la séance de pratique a duré seulement 15 minutes, ce qui était loin des 45 minutes à une heure que j'avais anticipées. En me présentant pour mon examen de conduite, je tremblais et j'étais presque en larmes à cause de l'expérience traumatisante. Sans surprise, j'ai échoué au test, principalement en raison du stress et d'une préparation inadéquate lors de la séance de pratique. Étant donné les circonstances, je ne recommande pas Globex, le service fourni était loin des normes acceptables et ne m'a pas préparé adéquatement pour l'examen de conduite, provoquant un stress injustifié et une perte financière. J'ai attendu les 14 jours suivants et j'ai passé mon deuxième examen de conduite et heureusement, j'ai réussi. Mais cette fois-là, j'ai juste demandé à un très bon ami de pratiquer avec moi et de me laisser utiliser sa voiture pour mon examen de conduite.

The 1st thing he did was calm my nerves and made me believe in my driving skills, even though I was low on confidence after failing a test once. His way of teaching is really unique and he will never loose his cool even if you make repeated mistakes. I drove with him for a week and he refined my skills, chipping away all the fear bit by bit, Building my confidence to a level where I was confident and passed the test with flying colors. Expérience négative: Worst experience, i was there to get training for class 1, Can't explain how bad instructor Akhtar is, they claim on tik tok for taking money after you pass but after a person joins, he ask for money every time you see him. He claims to get everyone pass in FIRST ATTEMPT, but i have seen his guys struggling to pass, I wasted my $1000 but i am glad that i did not waste any more money than that and left this school, if you want to waste your hard earned money and time do consult Mr. Akhtar. NO SCHEDULING EITHER FOR YOUR CLASSES. I can keep writing it all day but will finish it with just this.

Expérience négative: Drove behind one of their cars this morning Jan6th 2023 7:40am driving your white Toyota Prius. The teacher was going over the speed limit, and came to a dead stop in the middle of the roundabout with zero traffic almost causing an accident thankfully I was already giving space because of her odd driving habits. When I came behind her and flashed my highbeams she finally moved, but refused to make eye contact at the lights at the trans canada highway, and just kept sipping her coffee.

Expérience négative: Very disrespectful academy. I did lessons with Munir last year and passed my test using thier vehicle. She took a picture of me after the test for Globex’s website and I specifically requested them to hide my face. Globex driving put my picture on thier website with my face showing for the past year anyway! I have repeatedly requested them to remove the photo for months, they claimed that they did, but my photo is still public on thier website. Never get your photo taken here.
