Je recommanderais sans hésiter.

Expérience négative: Je veux partager l'expérience décevante de mon fils à l'école de conduite ABC, qui soulève de sérieuses préoccupations en matière de sécurité. L'enregistreur, portant un polo noir avec le logo ABC et une casquette noire, lui a remis une vieille Toyota argentée datant d'environ 1997-2000. Dès le départ, quelque chose semblait étrange. L'instructeur de mon fils a remarqué que l'odeur de l'essence venait de l'intérieur de la voiture, ce qui représente un énorme risque de sécurité. Mais lorsque nous avons abordé ce sujet avec l'enregistreur, il a nié, prétendant qu'il n'y avait pas d'essence dans la voiture. Au lieu de prendre ses responsabilités et de s'attaquer au problème, il a essayé de l'ignorer, ce qui, pour être honnête, ressemble à une couverture de son manque de diligence dans l'inspection de la voiture au préalable. C'est frustrant et inquiétant de penser qu'une école de conduite, qui devrait prioriser la sécurité avant tout, puisse être aussi négligente. J'espère que cela servira d'avertissement à d'autres qui envisagent cette école. Veuillez vous assurer qu'ils fournissent des véhicules sûrs et correctement inspectés avant que vous ou vos proches preniez le volant.

Expérience négative: J'ai un cousin qui m'a parlé du registraire nommé Navaneethan, qui est horrible en service client et a la pire personnalité. Dieu merci, mon cousin s'est éloigné de cet environnement sale et d'une personne dégoûtante comme lui. Comportement inacceptable !!!

Les instructeurs étaient patients, professionnels et m'ont mis à l'aise derrière le volant dès le premier jour. Expérience fantastique: Environnement agréable et tout le monde est aimable et détendu, je recommande.

Expérience négative: Horrible expérience et j'ai presque fait face à la mort ! Les cinq premières leçons sont utiles mais ensuite, les cours restants sont ennuyeux et inutiles. Pour réserver un rendez-vous pour pratiquer la conduite d'une voiture, vous devez attendre 2 semaines pour chaque rendez-vous. Les tests sont exactement comme les pratiques en ligne que vous faites, qui durent entre 133 et 272 pratiques. Le pire de tout cela est d'attendre 11 mois après avoir terminé toutes les théories pour passer l'examen final, ce qui ne vaut absolument pas la peine d'attendre ! Vous devez payer 40 $ pour chaque session pratique avec l'enseignant jusqu'à ce que les 11 mois soient écoulés. Imaginez combien de sessions pratiques vous devez payer d'ici là ! Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié ce processus ! De plus, j'ai presque vécu la mort ! J'ai eu deux leçons de conduite de 2 heures chacune et la personne qui s'appelait Navaneethan, portant un polo noir avec le logo de conduite ABC et une casquette noire, était responsable de l'inspection des voitures avant chaque session de conduite et ne l'a pas fait car il était ignorant et irresponsable. Un jour, lorsque je suis resté dans la voiture avec mon professeur pour vérifier le schéma d'évaluation avant de commencer la session, nous avons senti du gaz carbonique dans la voiture, et le professeur a parlé avec le registraire pour que nous conduisions une autre voiture car la voiture avait effectivement une odeur de gaz à l'intérieur. La session était censée se dérouler sur l'autoroute avec cette voiture. Que se serait-il passé si mon professeur et moi avions conduit sur l'autoroute avec cette voiture et continué à respirer le gaz ? Nous aurions pu avoir un accident sur l'autoroute car nous aurions pu perdre connaissance en conduisant ! De plus, lorsque j'en ai parlé au registraire, celui-ci n'en avait rien à faire et était ignorant et irresponsable à ce sujet ! Donc, je l'ai signalé à la SAAQ pour son irresponsabilité à suivre les consignes de sécurité du conducteur et du passager. C'est inacceptable !!!! Réfléchissez-y bien avant de signer, car ce genre de situation peut se produire en travaillant avec ABC Driving.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai aimé la façon dont Fauzia s'occupe de ses clients. Elle est très humble et fait de son mieux pour donner le meilleur d'elle-même afin que l'on puisse réussir à l'examen de conduite.

Calme et patiente, Mademoiselle Vythege était toujours encourageante, soutenante et utile pendant ma pratique. J'ai réussi mon examen de conduite dès la première tentative grâce à Mademoiselle Vythege. Je recommande fortement l'école et cet instructeur en particulier, elle est certainement l'une des meilleures.

Les enseignants des cours théoriques étaient vraiment bons, ils étaient amicaux, serviables et professionnels. L'instructeur de conduite Hamid, c'était un instructeur incroyable. Il est professionnel, amical et s'assure de se concentrer sur les points faibles.

Expérience fantastique: Great driving school with great faculty. I was originally in the CAA driving school but switched to abc because CAA had terrible management. Abc was great, never had trouble booking classes, they were all straight forward and informative and my road instructor Fowzieh was also excellent giving good advice about the exams and even simulating an exam. Thanks to ABC's great service, I was able to pass the road exam with a 100 and obtain my license.

When some students talk about this, ABC starts fighting and act unprofessional. This has happened with many people I know. Very bad. Not providing service for the charge.

Expérience fantastique: My experience with ABC was short. I took 5 refresher lessons to exchange a foreign driving license. At ABC, they are very professional. Prior to a day of each lesson they confirmed the booking timing over a call and handled all things very professionally. I got Kavin as my driving instructor and I feel he is the best out there. He has a lot of patience when it comes to correcting someone's mistakes and I found it immensely helpful.
