Expérience fantastique: J'ai terminé toutes mes parties d'examens, je n'ai jamais ressenti toute cette joie en conduisant jusqu'à mon dernier jour. C'est facile et parfait de trouver un administrateur sympathique et professionnel comme 'M. Gehad' qui a une grande expérience à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la ville, 10/10, je me sens en confiance, amical et prêt à examiner de nombreuses façons de vous faire comprendre, une fois, deux fois et trois fois sans aucune inquiétude ni peur en pratiquant sur la route. Cela a été formidable de me donner de nombreuses informations et idées qui m'ont vraiment permis de prendre du recul ou de rester à l'écart des erreurs et de me protéger de tout problème que je pourrais rencontrer en conduisant à l'avenir. Expérience fantastique: Idrive est une excellente auto-école, les instructeurs font de leur mieux pour s'assurer que les étudiants sont capables d'apprendre et d'obtenir leurs permis. Jay est de loin l'un des meilleurs qu'ils aient et il prendra certainement le temps de s'assurer que vous faites tout correctement. Je recommanderai définitivement idrive et Jay aux personnes qui ont besoin d'aide.
Expérience fantastique: L'expérience totale avec IDrive et l'instructeur de conduite Jay a été excellente. Les leçons étaient complètes et s'appuyaient sur chaque leçon précédente. Expérience fantastique: Je viens de recevoir mon G2 aujourd'hui. 100 % de mon expérience de conduite vient de la conduite avec Ali pendant ses leçons. Expérience fantastique: J'ai eu Ali comme moniteur de conduite en voiture et je n'ai aucun doute qu'il est l'un des meilleurs qui soient. Il a su me coacher sur mes progrès sans être autoritaire ou sévère. Ali est resté calme mais ferme, et était toujours prêt à donner des critiques constructives utiles et des rappels. Je le recommande vivement à quiconque souhaitant prendre des leçons de conduite !

Expérience fantastique: Malgré le fait que je n'avais aucune expérience de conduite avant de commencer Drivers Ed, malgré le fait que j'étais très nerveux chaque fois que je conduisais un véhicule, Jacob m'a appris toutes les règles de la route d'une manière qui avait du sens. Jacob m'a corrigé chaque fois que je faisais une erreur, m'a donné des conseils sur la façon d'effectuer certaines manœuvres de véhicule, comme tourner correctement, se garer en parallèle, etc., et m'a formé à conduire de manière sûre et efficace. J'ai réussi mon examen de conduite g2 dès ma première tentative avec aisance. Le service fourni par iDrive est génial et vaut 100 % l'argent. A++++

Expérience négative: Service absolument terrible. J'ai été scotché par cet endroit plusieurs fois et j'ai gaspillé de l'argent pour le cours de conduite et je me suis retrouvé sans certificat car ils ont refusé de me contacter correctement concernant mes leçons de conduite. Édité pour ajouter : votre réponse à mon avis est absolument incorrecte. J'ai été en contact de nombreuses fois pour mettre à jour mes coordonnées (pensant que c'était la raison pour laquelle je n'étais pas appelé et, en plus, je n'ai toujours pas reçu d'appels). J'ai également appelé et envoyé des e-mails pour questionner cela plusieurs fois. Dans l'un de mes e-mails, j'ai même déclaré que j'étais inquiet que mon temps allait expirer et on m'a assuré que je serais contacté à temps et encore une fois, je ne l'ai jamais été.

De plus, les réglementations de l'MTO exigent que le cours de BDE soit complété dans un an. Expérience positive: Veuillez réparer votre climatisation ou fournir un ventilateur. Il est difficile de se concentrer lorsqu'il fait extrêmement chaud. Veuillez fournir des manuels aux étudiants qu'ils peuvent lire à la maison.

Expérience négative: My daughter did the online course, then was told it would be a 6-8 week wait for in car lessons. Which ended up being longer. My daughters first 4 in car lessons were 2 hours at a time where she was not really taught much as the teacher would be on his phone on social media. The final 2 hour lesson was a different teacher who actually taught her parking. Thankfully we only took the course to speed up her g2 test which didnt happen because the in car lessons took so long to receive. I think i was better off not paying for these services because they were not provided properly. We would have just been better off waiting and having myself teach her like I had to anyway.

Expérience fantastique: Passed my G2 today! Ali is the best instructor I ever had and I have been with different instructors. He exactly knows what you need to learn, very patient and kind. I have driving anxiety but Ali never made me feel that. He made me feel secure and confident about myself. Also, I found iDrive easy to work with, I did the online class which was very convenient. Expérience négative: Wait time from when I completed my online course to when my lessons started was so long. Even after my lessons started, it was very slow. The instructors are good but iDrive does not do a good job in coordinating.

Expérience négative: First time I’ve had a driving school say that I can’t choose which instructor to get. Having different instructors each time is a recipe for disaster! And the way the woman talked to me on the phone was simply baffling. She was rude, short-tempered and hung up on me despite me thanking her for her time. I could’ve considered letting them choose the instructor for me (despite me wanting a female one, Fatima to be exact), but if the receptionist is so rude, I can’t imagine what being in the car with one of them would be like. Unbelievable.

Expérience négative: My daughter received her beginners on April 28 2023 and the girls in the office told her today her Drivers Ed is cancelled. Told me on the phone it's because MTO policy is 1 yr.....it hasn't even been year with her beginners. I'm still waiting for her to email me this policy so I can take it to the Ministry of transportation.

Expérience fantastique: The online courses were very easily flexible to do. However, after I completed my course, I was told to wait 4 weeks to get an instructor… I ended up waiting 4 months to finally get somebody. Had to call left and right to find out what was going on, and finally found out they’ve mistaken my phone number all this time, regardless of text messaging between the instructor and company. Once that was settled, I got passed around from instructor to instructor for about a month, and when it came to my road test day, I paid for the road-test package that included the 1-hour session before the test… I only got 15 minutes out of the 1-hour session. Although I understand there were miscommunication, and traffic (train) made it longer to pick me up at my residence, but this experience it was definitely an experience I was not thrilled about. My rating for this would be 3-4 star minimum. Overall, the only good thing that came out of this experience was my last instructor, Ali, who was very patient with me, always on time, took his time to teach me the road and rules and gave me amazing tips throughout my lessons with him. ☺️ He always reminded me to always have confidence while driving and for that I am grateful to have him as my instructor. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have passed my G2! Thank you, Ali. My rating for him, alone would be 5-star all the way. 10/10 .

Expérience négative: My experience with idrive is not good. The instructor taught my wife, road test rules in last lesson for 1 hour out of 10 hours course. Rest of 9 hours she taught her just straight driving on roads. I called the office but no good response.Then my daughter took the same course from other driving school and her instructor was wonderful.
Thank you for reaching out. It's important for students to practice driving outside of their lessons, as this helps reinforce what they have learned and allows them to excel. Your wife unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to practice at home, this affected her ability to fully grasp and apply the lessons taught during the course and has resulted in her being behind. When you spoke to the office they had explained that all students learn at different pace and that some students need more time then others and that your wife needed practice. The instructor had spoken to both you and your wife and explained their concerns and asked you to drive with her to be able to see the improvements. The instructor also suggested that if you weren't able to drive with her, that buying lessons would be another option to ensure she becomes a safe driver.
Expérience fantastique: I want to amend my review. I was contacted by the Jacob (regional manager I believe is his title) of idrive. Jacob is a very kind person, he apologized and took full responsibility for everything that went wrong with our experience. He was able to explain how the online completion time plays a role in the wait times for in car instruction in a kind and reasonable manner and at the same time thank us for brining what was not working to his attention so that he could address it. Jacob did everything he could to "make it right" and my son will be a safe and licensed driver in the next 2 weeks. My son has repeatedly told me that his instructor Bilal is a fantastic teacher, that he has taught him so much about driving safely and made parallel parking a breeze! He has immense patience and has taught my son to be a the very confident driver I hoped he would be. I would recommend this driving school, their customer service has been second to none and Bilal is an amazing instructor.

And nonsense things like going through car washes on her driving time. They don’t communicate with their clients. Expérience fantastique: I had Jay as my driving instructor. Before driving with Jay, I had only driven a couple times because I was always nervous to drive. Once I started driving with Jay he made me feel super comfortable and helped me learn from any mistakes I made. He made the rules of the road very easy to remember and always explained things throughly. He never had any problems reiterating things if you didn’t understand them. He is super reliable and is someone I highly recommend as an instructor. If you get him, you’re super lucky! I passed my G2 test the first try and I owe it all to him!

Expérience négative: ETA (after owner's reply): I did not request any specific driving instructors. I made it clear I was willing to work with any one who was available, and had open availability till July 1st to accomodate the schedule. Furthermore, I have repeatedly been trying to get in touch to discuss and work towards a resolution, but I am unable to reach anyone who can discuss this. Extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. I joined iDrive in early May for the beginner's drivers ed program. After finishing the online portion, I was told there would be a 4 week wait and then I was assigned an instructor. 4 weeks later, when I got into the car with my instructor, the first thing she does is accuse me of stealing someone's else's spot to get my lesson sooner. I needed to complete my lessons before July 1st, and I explained this multiple times to the management. I tried contacting them to resolve this issue however they kept putting me off and saying "we'll call you back". They never called back and when I finally called them they kept saying we can't accommodate you anymore. Terrible experience - I feel like I flushed my money down the toilet. Do not recommend at all.

However, Ali made me feel relaxed and helped me from the beginning. I felt very confident when I completed my lessons with him. Ali taught me everything that I need to know to be a safe driver. It has been 2 weeks since our payment, did not receive any service or update, receptionist kept us waiting and did not let us contact the owner, nor the instructor. This is a business that has created unprofessional and humiliating rules that does not allow a client to receive a refund. I have received a message from 3 different numbers, stating "Hi, this is your instructor Hussein". After the police had to get involved, the actual Hussein gave me a call and told me he had no idea he was assigned to me. So, who was posing as the instructor and giving me fake numbers when I asked for the superviser's contact? The owner Hammoud has completely ignored my accusations and has not sent me the instructions on how to get a refund, instead, he sends me a link and tells me to write a formal apology! For what? For asking what is rightfully mine? I have no other option left but to sue this company. I feel bad writing this review because I don't like writing bad reviews, however I just need to warn others before they make the same mistake as me. Thank you! EDIT: The owner has finally given me a refund after 3 weeks.

Expérience positive: My experience with idrive was a good one yet still frustrating. One of the reasons I chose idrive was because you could do online learning which I assumed was more convenient because it states that you can learn "at your own pace" however this is not the case at all you have 3 hours to complete what you can a day, at the end of the 3 hours the course kicks you out and you have to pick up where you left off in 24 hours. This can really be difficult to manage if you have work/school so "at your own pace" is very misleading. It took me 10 days to complete the online part of the course doing 3 hours a day. The online course can be confusing for example it will tell you the correct way to steer is hand to hand steering but my instructor thought me hand over hand which can be very confusing assuming you've practiced hand to hand. You may find more of this whilst going through to online part of idrive. Now after completing my exam it says you will be contacted by your instructor in 4-7 weeks. It took around 8 weeks for me to get my first lesson. Then afterwards I some what expected to be taking 2 lessons per week . This was not the case. it was extremely inconsistent. it seemed like it was random, and there was no scheduling at all, i would get a text whenever asking me if I could do a lesson at a certain time. So if you really want to get the benefit of knocking 4 months off your waiting time for the G2 test just be aware of that. It took me over a month to complete the 10 hours of in car lessons. Now as far as my instructor. I was fortunate to have Ali. My time with Ali was great! You can tell he has a passion for teaching and he really loves what he does, he has a great knowledge of the road and greater way of explaining the things you need to know. I've never felt more comfortable driving and performing maneuvers thanks to him. It was almost therapeutic it's like you're talking to a friend while he's teaching you how drive which was very beneficial for me as I passed my G2 test in the first try! Thanks to Ali he really gave me alot of confidence on my driving this was the best part of the whole course. So to anyone looking to choose idrive as there drivers ed I hope my experience can inform you on what you're purchasing
We are happy to hear you had a good experience. I would like to say that even though the programme is self-paced, you can only devote a maximum 5 hours each day per MTO requirement. Our current wait time for those in car lessons is purely based on the students availability and students previous experience in driving. Our School policy and to have students get as most as possible from in car lessons. Spreading out lessons may be required to ensure the student gets practice at home.

Fatima was my driving instructor and probably the best instructor i know!!! A lot of my friends also had her and I would recommend her to anyone along with the driving school. I ended up making my sister complete her in car sessions with Fatima which ended up in my sister passing her G2! As of yesterday i am a full G driver. I was nervous for my test so i reached out to fatima and she was so willing to let me practice with her twice before my test. It went at a steady pace that I was able to keep up with. When it came to in cars, I had the best instructor ever. Assad is the best and taught me how to drive extremely well. Expérience fantastique: I got Ali as my driver, and he was amazing. He told me that if I did exactly as he said, I’d pass the g2 test with no mistakes. I quickly completed all my lessons in a week and did my test the morning after and passed with no mistakes! If it wasn’t for Ali, I wouldn’t be the first in my family to pass the test on my first try and with 0 mistakes! He was a really fun guy to talk to and was so nice and funny and taught me the smallest things I never knew about driving. Would recommend 100%.

Expérience fantastique: Great experience with the in-person instructor AlI Hussasi. I had no prior driving experience. He was very understanding, patient and tolerant of my naivety. He taught me everything necessary for G2 perfectly, and I passed my test in the first attempt. Instructor Ali comes highly recommended.

Expérience fantastique: I had Ali as my instructor who prepared me for my G2 road test. He was kind, patient and taught maneuvers in a way that made them straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend Ali as an instructor as I would not have passed my test if it weren’t for his excellent teaching!

Expérience fantastique: The online course was good since i could complete it at my own pace, which let me fit it into my busy schedule. My driving instructor Ali did a phenomenal job. he provided great advice and answered questions even outside instructional time. I was going to rate the school 4 stars since it took a few weeks and a couple of phone calls to get a driving instructor, but Ali did such a great job it bumped it up to 5 stars.
